Pizza GoGo in Medway

Had a cheesy garlic bread with my order. Was delivered seriously undercooked, with cheese and oil dripping off it. Man on the phone said it was cooked perfectly. If that’s the standard of this restaurant, I’d stay clear.

As we rang on new year's day, we were answered by an extremely rude person on the end of the phone, however we didn't stop this from us ordering as normally the pizzas have been great, but unfortunately not on this occasion and I have experienced a bad stomach and been ill since eating this pizza, also others from our order have also been ill not a happy customer..... Not sure if we will order again from you.

Ordered a meaty pizza and paid for extra tomato sauce, which wasnt put in it. I rang and the gillingham shop were rude . I do not recommend

It used to be my got to choice now it's one of the worst. Absolutely terrible. I pay for a pizza and they try to skim on the toppings. Essentially I just baked dough with sauce. Wouldn't recommend

Actually went into the shop to order as herd bad things about the delivery, Food was delicious really tasty pizza and the chicken strips were lovely, one little moan more garlic on the garlic bread please boss !!

Missed part of the delivery. Thin crust was extremely thin and was stone cold. Used to be our favourite pizza place but seems to have gone downhill. Re- edit. Did send out missing item an hour later after phoning to let them know, even though my husband said not to bother. This was a treat for us and was thoroughly disappointed!!!

To say I’m not overly impressed, would be an understatement of the century. Firstly food was out for delivery for 25 minutes in total. On calling the restaurant and asking when would the food be delivered, the operator told me tough and if it’s cold come back to him. On calling the restaurant a second time I spoke to a different gentlemen who did contact the driver to no avail. Once the driver arrived the food was obviously cold. So we sent the food back. A further hour later, the food arrived.

**Have to warn other potential customers**Awful! Pizza base like cardboard, hardly any cheese on top. Dry pepperoni. Just a dry, stale, cold pizza. Rude staff on the phone. This is my first review I’ve ever left on anything but really couldn’t let this slide. Don’t waste your money!

Not even worthy of the 1 star rating but can’t rate zero stars ordered food an hour and a half ago no delivery has been attempted but has been marked as delivered and now not answering the phone

My wife, I and my daughter each bought a piece of pizza and found hair on them, no hats on their heads, no cleaning... and you found me guilty, why didn't

We ordered 2 large pizzas, a diet coke and some chicken strips, and it arrived here 20 minutes later, which in my opinion is great! The chicken strips didn't arrive, so we called them and they was extremely calm and understanding. They arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes later for the chicken strips, and they gave us a coke for it which is heavily appreciated. The pizza was really good actually, I got a chicken hot and shared it with my stepdad, and we both really enjoyed it! The chicken strips was the best part in my opinion, it was crispy and worked perfectly with the barbecue sauce we got. in summary, it was really good, and I will 100% order here again.

Gone right down hill, deep pan is no longer deep pan, tastes nasty and was charged £25 for a £15 order on our card …..avoid, I’m gonna have to revert back to dominos at least they do a proper deep pan

Ordered a pizza with no cheese as my partner has an intolerance to cheese. Arrived after a hour and 10 minutes with cheese which fair enough, mistakes can be made. Called the store and explained as he did say they would send the correct pizza. Been waiting 40 mins so far and no pizza yet- just called again and he said “it’s on way” as they always do but it is only a seven minute drive. Don’t think I’ll order from this shop again Update: arrived at 11:37 after requesting a resend at 10:50

Why can you not just order something and actually receive the order you wanted. Just a simple margarita pizza with chicken strips and you give me margarita with curly fries. Just get it right please its not hard surely

Always loved Pizza GoGo, the Gillingham store is one of their best. Always arrives on time or early and food is always hot and tastes great. Been ordering from here for years and never had a problem.

Again another one of your leaflet delivery boys too ignorant to read polite notices asking them not to put your litter leaflets on to/into my property. I have a sign in English and another exclusively in Arabic for those who are too ignorant to learn the King’s English. Stipulating “No Takeaway Menus”. Sick of filling my bins up of your rubbish. Horrible customer service from manager! Order was stolen by delivery driver. We called and was told that it was impossible and pretty much called liars. they only tried to help after we told them we were filing a police report. Would never order again

Got given the wrong pizza's, called up to tell the gent and he asked why, like I know why it's you that gave it wrong! Was then told a fresh pizza will be out within 20mins, over an hour later still waiting on the correct pizza. Over 2 hours in total to get pizza and two kids 5-3 starving and now having a late night for a mess up. Unacceptable and not even an apology.

Ordered gogo bbq meatfeast recieved a gogo vegetable pizza thats tomato base? Rung pizza gogo to explain and he was rude and said no you ordered vegetable! No i repeatedly said 4x times gogo bbq meat feast!!! Im allergic to mushrooms and onions so thanks very much for wasting 30 of my money!!!! Its covered in peppers onions mushrooms and iv now come up in a massive red rash and take a antihistamine tablets! And now no dinner!!! Will never use your shop again and your lucky my partner didnt come slap the pizza in your face for being so rude to me after you messed my order up!

3 November 2023 I ordered a few pizzas today around 12 o’clock had them delivered me and my son and my friend and we all have been in the toilet all night long and I we all very bad stomachache be careful if you order food from this place I will never be ordering from this place ever again definitely sank in the pizzas

Was over charged and when trying to rectify it i was told a different price than was featured on the website. With the £4 they tried giving me back id still have been over charged. Its basic maths! GIVE ME A BREAK!!

My pizza arrived over an hour later than planned (just under two hours in total). The pizza was luke-warm and not completely cooked with rock hard crusts. When I attempted to feed this back and have my money refunded, this was rudely refused and I was hung up on. The store then ignored my call multiple times after this.

AVOID! Paid over £30 for food. Waited over two hours. Began to call them after the first hour had passed and they ignored calls and even hung up. Clearly no decency as you would at least expect a call to notify of any delays or cancellations. Food never turned up and had to sort other dinner arrangements. Will never order again!

Ordered for a thin crust barbecue pizza, and got literally the opposite. It was full of cheese and excessive barbecue sause .complete waste of money

I’ve ordered twice from there now and both times they have taken over an hour to turn up even though I’m 10-15 minutes away and when it’s arrived they have forgotten things in my orders.

Ordered a family pizza tonight. It arrived cold, so much so the cheese on top was solidified Such a shame because the flavour was lovely.

Ordered two pizzas. Delivered quickly and still hot. Had one slice and was instantly sick. Threw up within minutes of eating it. Avoid at all costs!

Usually order from here but last couple times the pizza has made me sick and tonight was no different with an arrogant and rude driver the food tasting like it's not cooked and on top of that the pizza and garlic bread pizza was a mess all over the box with cheese and grease and when phoned up the store they won't even do anything and just said about next time paid £30 on what a box of food poising and rude service will never order again

Hi I got my pizza Friday and found a hair on top. I did call to notify pizza go go and there response was very rude what color is the hair basically like they didn’t believe us. They then came to check the hair we found at 11 o’clock at night, then gave us another pizza for the inconvenience. After that pizza, I have been really poorly with food poisoning for the last two days! definitely won’t be going back here again

This particular Pizza GoGo is fantastic! Pizza is always piping hot, just as I ordered and generously topped. The delivery driver we always have is the nicest, friendliest person of all the takeaway drivers we have. Will never order pizza anywhere else... Thank guys!

Food was nice and fresh and good value for money

Been ordering from them for around 8 years, the pizza was always great but lately around last 3-4 times we bought pizza it wasn't good. It was either greasy or not fully cooked. Bought today their new burger pizza that my hubby collected as it is way much cheaper than ordering on the phone/internet. It was fully cooked which is good news BUT it is the most horrible, disgusting pizza I ever tasted. Do you even try your new pizzas before adding them to the menu and advertising?

Had a very bad experience. 2 days ago my bf ordered a pizza very late. In the morning he was complaining it was burn and very greasy. He rung up and got another pizza like an apology. I didn't believe him so we get that 2nd pizza and it was the same burnt and very greasy.. Just want people to know the quality has dropped. Pizza was disgusting.

Waited nearly 2hra after I was told it will only be 40mins. When I rang to ask said it was 10mins away a further 20mins it turns up. Missed my garlic bread of the order and the pizza was stone cold. Don’t order from hear unless you want to wait ages for a cold pizza and most of your order missing.

If I could I'll leave a -1 star rating. I ordered pizza over 1 hour ago and the lady on the phone told me it would take 30-40 min. When I called they were answering weirdly and even laughed at me when I said I was from Germany. Btw the 4 pizzas I ordered never even arrived. Bad service!!!! When I called them back they did not even bother to pick up the phone. Guess we're going to bed hungry tonight lol
