Unbelievable experience! Placed the order online more than 1 hr ago, called the store 10 times in the past 30 min, no one is answering the phone, I don’t have the option to cancel my order. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced and I will definitely complain on their head office. Never order from them again and will advise everyone not to!

Who wants soft pizza? Waited 30 minutes after it was out for delivery that’s what I got!Finally gave up trying to chew soft pizza and stuck it in the oven to liven it back up again. Shouldn’t have to, Absolutely disgusting service never again…..sticking to Domino’s from now on.

Probably the greasiest delivery pizza I've ever seen, only managed a few slices before giving up. Delivery was slow & driver ignored the instructions given when ordering.

This is the best pizza in Medway. I wouldn’t usually bother writing reviews on such big companies when most people know what to expect and probably wouldn’t bother checking the reviews anyway. However this Papa Johns is exceptional. I have ordered pizza from Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Pizza go go and more in local areas and all over the country as well as in other parts of the world in some cases. But no other pizza restaurant has delivered my pizza at the perfect standard each and every time. Every time it is made and delivered within half an hour, burning hot and fresh. I have never had an issue. The only down side is they are always out of the chicken papa bites and they are my absolute favourite!!! I will always continue to order from here as my go to pizza delivery place. No other pizza is as good as this one.

Typical franchise - We have tried a number of times but come to the conclusion that, although the sauce's are slightly better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut, the pizzas themselves are no better in our opinion. Delivery is hit and miss, took 30mins to get to us, after it was out for delivery via the App, so just under an hour in total from ordering. Slightly better on some deals but nothing much to shout about either. Also the sides are limited and didn't offer much variety against the competition. If you're bored of the normal go to outlets then give this a try but don't expect miracles...3/5

Always great customer service there especially when Ethan is working. Very well spoken over the phone when ordering your food, I recommend going to collect your order as you can wait in your car and they will run your food to you in the car park just behind the shop. I like how you can see them make the dough before making the pizza in the shop. It's Vegan friendly too which is very important to me.

Wrong order, I phoned the shop to speak to manager Ethan he was very rude so decided to go to the shop my self didn’t make any difference , he refused to replace my order and told me to ask my kids to eat cold pizza and drink water as I order tango and receive cherry pepsi he told me to tell the kids to drink water, I never seen anything like these in my life.

Used this take away while on holiday in Rochester. We have had great Pizzas here on two occassions, the staff are friendly and polite.

I have been using Papa Johns for the last 2 years and firstly absolutely they have given a proficient service that is been more than we have expected. Yes there have been a coupe times when order missed some ingredients ( few toppings) however they were gracious to deliver another order and that being with 15mins . Some of the reviews here I can only say that could be 'the competition' pouring negative reviews if they are genuine then there is always the answer 'The customer is ALWAYS right ' , What do we know about 'The customer ' .. hmm Were they drunk ? were they upset before they came , maybe were upset there are many reasons why we should don't accept accountability for our OWN ACTIONS . This is that because I have seen first-hand experience and actually done the same and have repented because we all go through rough times but we must look at what we deny ourselves through blame , fast criticism . This is the culture now where we need to help ourselves this is an emotional , spiritual journey so let's navigate through life with sense of community that e each have a role to achieve for a better and higher purpose.

Decided to try a different pizza delivery, and was wowed. Food was great, good variety. Sweets were to die for, very tasty, I'm converted!

Only really leaving a review to say thank you to the guy who called me to check my order due to a slight issue with my online order - I ordered a vegan pizza but their system showed it as normal cheese on a vegan pizza - they felt that seemed wrong so they called me to check. I was so thankful for the call! Someone could've just dismissed it and make what it came through as, and it would've left me feeling very unwell so I'm super thankful to the guy who called (sorry didn't catch his name) and confirmed with me what was correct. Food and service always great but this just felt above and beyond! :)

Waited 45 mins for a pizza to be delivered when I live 2 mins away. Came in drier than the Sahara, no sauce to be found fellas. Garlic and cheese sticks looked like a volleyball and the bacon and cheese sticks had about enough bacon to stick in your eye. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Used to be a pub called The Bull. Good to see the building hasn't been demolished and has a new lease of life.

Majority of drivers maintain social distancing during deliveries by using boxes used specifically for placing on door steps so the food isn’t handed directly to customer to ensure the safety of both the customer and staff.

Never had a bad experience with them, food is always hot, tasty and at an affordable price.

Pizza arrived 1½hrs late, some of the order was wrong, it was warm at best, not hot at all. No apology when we called them, just "its not our fault". Would definitely NOT recommend and will definitely NOT be ordering from Strood Papa John's again.

If I could give a 0 I would tried ordering on just eat as it came up for my postcode placed an order had a page came up order failed so phoned the shop explained to the person on the phone what happened and he just said yeah I don't deliver to that postcode. No sorry about the confusion, just yeah I don't deliver there and the tone he spoke was if I was dirt on he's shoe. If that's how they talk to customers I dread to think how he talks to staff.

I came in to collect some pizzas last Saturday with my small children and the manager was yelling obnoxiously at his staff members who were clearly working hard. I thought this behaviour was unacceptable and it was upsetting for my children to hear. I will not be using this business again.

I phoned again to explain the issue, was put on hold, the member of staff I spoke to couldn't care less, I was told, quite rudely "what do you want me to do about it?". When I said that I was very very disappointed and would have to leave a poor review, he just said "that's fine with me"

Awful. An order was mistakenly processed twice through your service, hence it needed adjusting. After an hour of continuous contact, it couldn't be altered therefore it resulted in a delivery driver making an unnecessary trip.

M father called up earlier today and spoke with a male on the phone who was very rude, I had called 10 mins after the initial phone call to place the order. We had a promotional leaflet through the door saying £9.99 for any size pizza on collection. My father and I knew nothing that collection was unavailable at this time but the man on the phone was very rude and immediately jumped in and said that it was not their fault. I said I was not blaming him. The total came to £33 when it should be £20. Terrible phone manner, terrible promotions and to add to this the Gluten free option, I quote, "never included in the promotions" Not my fault I'm celiac but thanks for that Papa Johns. Wouldnt recommend and that gentleman needs training on his phone manner

Ordered and payed by card, turns up and driver demands money to which my daughter says she has none, he then has a go at her then leaves with the order so no pizza, I then ring up and complain but as usual useless customer service, definitely won't be using them again get your pizza elsewhere

Friendly staff,very good pizza!

Had a few bad orders but the branch has one great guy working called Dylan. Makes you the pizza spot on and listens to when u have had a bad order. If managers were like this lad I'm sure people would appreciate it. Cheers Dylan

I ordered 2xxl pizza for collections ...bcz its in offers any pizza collection£ 9.99...but they give 2large pizza with sides £25.....i m not happy with service.. When I talk on pH they told that's the ordered.... They prepare so I take it.. No option...

Pizza made me and my family sick for days ...NEVER GOING BACK!

Waited over 1.5 hours for pizza to be delivered to cheer up my son. Pizza finally arrived.... cold and not great quality. Complained straight away and told could wait another 60 minutes for a replacement or take money off next order. Said they would send me an email with the details, nothing yet.

Amazing pizza as always! And the portion sizes are incredible for the price, really impressed.

Couldn't delivery to a house no more than 50 yards away as not enough drivers. I broke my back a few years ago and walking can be an issue on bad days, they couldn't walk a £60 order 50 yards.

Fast, tasty and kind service. One star down because the kitchen looks a bit chaotic and not sparkling clean.

I ordered a meal from Papa Johns Strood and the same night i was in severe pain, for the next couple days i was in continuous distress and could barley move or eat. I am not sure if the Papa Johns Kitchen was unclean or a Papa Johns member of staff was at fault, but one thing i am certain of is that I will never again eat at another Papa Johns food chain.

Didn't get my order 28536162 at all still charged me don't order from them.

Dropped in to collect 2 pizzas as grandchildren coming to stay the night and this was their choice. 2xxl pizzas freshly made for under £20 Staff extremely helpful even bringing the pizzas out to my car as parking really poor in the area.

Very nice pizza! Very fresh! Compared to other pizzas I have ordered, there is no grease on the box, Papa Johns seems to be more healthy than anywhere else... the delivery was extremely quick and customer service was perfect I would recommend to anyone who loves good food... also not to mention the discount deals they offer

I love pizza and Papa Johns in particular but I won’t use this company again. I ordered a chicken BBQ pizza for my partner who thought it was a bit dry. On looking at the pizza it was obvious they had left off the BBQ sauce. On phoning the Strood store the staff could be heard in the background saying she was lying about the missing sauce. Not only that the manager came on the phone and actually accused her of lying. See the picture. One very loyal customer lost because they failed to produce the pizza ordered in the first place and despite the quality guarantee were beyond rude instead of correcting the error.

First time using this particular branch of Papa John's - my favourite high street pizza chain - and I'd have to say I was very satisfied. As good as any pizza I've ordered from other PJ outlets, delivered promptly and piping hot to my door. It's worth checking for deals either online or over the phone, since there's usually some promotion or other on any given day. I took advantage of the bogof Two-For-Tuesdays deal, but there are plenty of other ways to save a bit of cash. Convenient opening hours of 11am to 11pm.

My son loves pizza, Papa John's especially. There is hardly ever a queue when ordering in person, there is somewhere to park nearby, and ordering online is quick and easy - usually with a special offer. Delivery took a long time, especially as we live close by, so I would recommend collection. Food is always hot and exactly as ordered, even with large orders.

DID YOU CHARGE ME ETRA FOR THE TABLE TOO? GOD DAMMIT THAT WAS A FINE A*S PIZZA, JOHN. LIKE, DAAAMNNN. IT WAS SO FINE, MY FRIEND WAS LIKE "WOAH, BARRY, LET ME EAT IT." IT WAS VERY DRAMATIC. AND THEN WE OPENED THE DAMN SQUARE LITTLE BOX AND BOWCHICKAWOWWOW! there was a table on it. I rate only 11/9 starts because of that experience.
