Food delivered cold and damaged

Considering there was 3 choices of cheese I had to add more and there was no cheese added on top so I had to add more and put it in the oven! Wouldn’t order again

Chicken strips had no sauce as advertised on them, which is bad for £20. They was dry and cold, then the pizza was also cold which made it hard and tasteless and had hardly any toppings. The delivery time kept changing, would not order from here again.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, hot fresh and delicious food! First time ordering from her and we were all impressed, we will definitely be coming back!

The best pizza ever , it's not oily and it's so so fresh , I've had take out of this and eat in and both was spectacular, and the service of this pizza place is brilliant the staff always check that you are ok and can cater to a large group and always ask if you need anything I got 2 pizzas and a side for under 25 pounds and they also played really cool music and the staff were so so cool .. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and eating there again! Also they have vegan options and vegan cheese which actually is REALLY NICE ! pizzas are banging 😬👍😍 I would have taken a picture of the pizza but I ate it before I got a chance to 🤣😬 Adding to this review as the whole Fireaway team went above and beyond for me and for my daughter on the 18th January 2025, as just eat didn't deliver our order so I called and the Lady Laren answered and helped us and gave us free food and got us a refund and was so lovely, honestly Best Pizza place ever and they really care about their customers ! THANK YOU ❤️

Everything had slid off one pizza as if not carried flat. Wasn’t able to salvage it. Cannolis tasted stale. Delivery driver couldn’t find us which was fine, phoned me and I’m talking through how to get to my house and he huffed and cut me off.

Paid for drinks but never received them & the establishment not bothered to assist

One of the items I ordered was missing. The pizzas arrived lukewarm and the courier couldn't be bothered to come to my door. Not the best experience.

Order arrived 1.5 hours from ordering time. Pizza quality was ok although it seems like the size of it is getting smaller every time we order! Delivery driver crossed the park with his scooter where the area is for pedestrians only, and when confronted by one of our neighbours walking with their child, he was being rude back to them, showing them the middle finger! Exceptionally bad experience overall, the Chatham branch is a disgrace to Fireaway franchise!

My one-stop destination for mouth-watering, hot out of the oven, delicious pizzas. We ordered half a pepperoni and half a chicken veggie pizza which just melted in our mouths. We also had some nice chicken strips with garlic sauce. Lovely staff. I would absolutely recommend it!!

Pizza came completely cold and one of our drinks was missing from the order

pizza was delicious.......but dips didn't arrive. Also £1.50 extra for mushrooms and £1.50 extra for fresh chilli......was barely any added.

Fireaway pizzas are freshly made while you wait there is a great variety of pizzas. Love this restaurant the menu offers a wide range of pizzas, pasta dishes and salads along with a selection of desserts. The staff are very friendly but one in particular Lauren she deserves a promotion she’s so polite, friendly and hard working. She’s a credit to the company. We will be back thank you.

Would recommend Fireaway at Chatham. The pizza crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh, tasty and flavorful. I especially liked the pepperoni, mushroom and meatballs spicy pizza. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been eatting at fireaway now for about a week and can’t get enough of it the staff there are amazing fun people to talk too and have a laugh with and as for the food it’s the best pizza I’ve had I would totally recommend this place to everyone 10/10 from me

This is the first time I have tried this place, even though it is just round the corner from me. I was really pleased with the quality of the food and how nice the staff were. I will definitely be visiting again.

Thank you guys, after 6 hours in the car. What an amazing pizza and services this evening. Highly recommend the vege pizza and the meat heaven. Cooked fresh in from of us and they guys could not do enough. Highly recommend.

Pizza is okay but toppings were minimal; chicken wings had great flavour but were very gelatinous. Staff were very welcoming but there is no plates or cutlery, which is fine if you're eating alone but in groups this is a major problem; trying to hold a scorching slice, you will need to have asbestos fingers.

Fireaway is fantastic and we love their pizza. It's always cooked to perfection and it's good value too. We made a mistake on our order last night and one of the guys that worked there, Thiago, sorted it for us straight away without charging us any extra. The service there is brilliant and it's fast too.

I got the wrong garlic bread, I had asked for cheesy but I got plain instead?? And i didn’t get any dips?? This isn’t the first time I’ve paid for dips and didn’t get them Is there any that can be done to fix this?

Great ambience, delicious pizzas, straight out of the oven.

The lady server is kind of rude and not dressed properly. The service and food are fair with their 50% discount can be assumed as their true value. When eating in, no plates, no free sauces that should be included base on their menu, and tissues need to be asked. We feel racism in this restaurant.

Cold food ,order delivered by crack head ,food horrible

Pizza was great, no problems, service not great, just dumped on table! Asked for a knife and fork, was told, " I think we have some wooden ones somewhere!!!" No metal knives and forks!!?? So we're expected to eat with our hands after touching the door handle or whatever before going in!!! Not hygienic at all!! Just about struggled with the wooden ones until near the end when my friends fork snapped!! Won't be back!!!!

Great food, great service and very friendly staff.

The food arrived 30 mins late. It was delivered on a bike which is a 15 min cycle (according to Google) so the food was not hot but barely warm when it arrived. One of the items we ordered was also not available so we had to get a disappointing alternative instead.

Sent the wrong chicken side, got wings not strips. Also wrong drink

food cold as driver clearly didn't have it in a bag and was just on back seat, watched from my window. also ordered pizza avocado salad and lemon drink, guy calls, to say no avocado so can I have something else, then calls to say no drink can only have coke, also olive pizza, have literally 5 olives on it.

We ordered one pizza as BBQ base and one with Pesto they both came with tomato base. One of my family has an allergy so they could not eat.

Ordered at 8pm food showed up 2 hours after ordering stone cold to be told by restraunt also it’s been sitting there for a hour and there is nothing they can and to complain to just eat awful

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Shout out to Tom, Lauren & Ashley, they were all really welcoming & friendly, I had a custom Pizza made by Tom which was a 10/10... best pizza ive had in the UK and ive tried a lot of places. Will be telling my friends and returning very soon. Thanks again guys!

Delicious fresh pizza and the best cheesy garlic bread ever. Ordered at 9:10pm it said it would be here at 10pm but it was here at about 9:40pm! Very reasonable price at just under £18 with delivery, I will definitely be ordering again. 10/10

Great food for a family birthday, good value and really well looked after by Tom, specially made dessert pizza and the obligatory Happy Birthday sing along over the restaurant sound system. Great service, relaxed family atmosphere. Great selection of pizzas to choose from or just make your own up. Would recommend!

Couldn’t think of a better place to go with all the family. 15 of us went there today and service was amazing. Food was out of this world, atmosphere was awesome and even a little banter with the guys that work there. made it the most best and memorable dinner time for us all eat out as a big family.

First Time ordering, deliver driver was very knowledgeable and polite. The pizza well the taste is sumptuous base with lingering taste, the pesto was mouth watering.. So all you vegetarians Grab Yours and try it... we prefer this than other pizzas meat and vegetarian ones we had Awesome Guys 😍👍🚀💥

I ordered a bbq boss pizza and king pepperoni and i received a vegetable one instead of the bbq boss? The option to refund is no longer here but usually i love fireaway and this is so disappointing

What an amazing place to eat! The food was outstanding with customer service there to match it. Tom couldn’t have been any more helpful if he tried. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday! 10/10!!

pizzas looked like a child had made it , hardly any toppings on them . 12 small bits of meatballs scattered over a medium pizza, some slices didn’t even have toppings . Same with my chicken pizza, hardly any chicken , more jalapeños than chicken . Peppers were just piled on top . Pizza came warm not hot . Wings were slightly burnt

Was disappointed the food was barely hot which was nice so the kids could eat it straight away but the calzone ordered could of been cooked for longer so the cheese was melted inside and the dough on the outside was more edible. Had some lovely pizzas from here before just glad i didnt pay full price tonight

awful tasting, and incorrect food delivered. Fireaway are usually good, except this one in Chatham. The food is not on par with the others restaurants in the chain. The Rainham restaurant is better.

Omg! This place is amazing! We ordered for delivery (so can’t comment on the restaurant, but everyone says how great it is). Arrived earlier than expected which was brilliant, and oh my the pizzas are amazing! Sides great too! If you want an authentic pizza, go here!

Order for delivery, took the order and the money, then cancelled the order 35 minutes after accepting it. Let’s hope they refund the money for it! Will never chance ordering from them again.

Good pizza, overpriced sides, clueless staff. The pizza was really nice. The potato wedges were ok but soggy - precooked and warmed in a microwave maybe. It's difficult to understand how a restaurant with pizza ovens can't produce crispy potato wedges. The cashier had no idea what to do or say. Very pleasant, but couldn't use the till, didn't know what wasn't available (tea/coffee machine not working). When we paid in cash, he put it in the till, then said "did you give me the exact amount?" Fireaway was highly recommended by a friend in Sidcup. Good pizza, but the decor is grim and clueless team quite off-putting.

The pizzas are authentic Italian served with care and excellent customer service.

Fireaway is a no nonsense pizza establishment; it'll help clear a hangover or just plug a quick pizza fix. The ingredients seem quite natural, involve hand stretched dough, and taste good. I just wish the pricing could be lowered a bit as a £12 for a 12 inch pizza is borderline steep outside of the £16 deal offer, which adds a side and a drink. They don't appear to do above 12 inch pizzas at the moment either; but smaller pizzas mean they can batch cook more of them; that means more room in their pizza ovens, as the pizza sizes are all standardised. From a business perspective it makes sense, but for those with larger appetites it isn't ideal.
