I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Shout out to Tom, Lauren & Ashley, they were all really welcoming & friendly, I had a custom Pizza made by Tom which was a 10/10... best pizza ive had in the UK and ive tried a lot of places. Delicious fresh pizza and the best cheesy garlic bread ever. Ordered at 9:10pm it said it would be here at 10pm but it was here at about 9:40pm! Very reasonable price at just under £18 with delivery, I will definitely be ordering again. 10/10

Great food for a family birthday, good value and really well looked after by Tom, specially made dessert pizza and the obligatory Happy Birthday sing along over the restaurant sound system. Couldn’t think of a better place to go with all the family. 15 of us went there today and service was amazing. Food was out of this world, atmosphere was awesome and even a little banter with the guys that work there. made it the most best and memorable dinner time for us all eat out as a big family.

Order for delivery, took the order and the money, then cancelled the order 35 minutes after accepting it. Let’s hope they refund the money for it! Will never chance ordering from them again.

Good pizza, overpriced sides, clueless staff. The pizza was really nice. The potato wedges were ok but soggy - precooked and warmed in a microwave maybe. It's difficult to understand how a restaurant with pizza ovens can't produce crispy potato wedges. The cashier had no idea what to do or say. Very pleasant, but couldn't use the till, didn't know what wasn't available (tea/coffee machine not working). When we paid in cash, he put it in the till, then said "did you give me the exact amount?" Fireaway was highly recommended by a friend in Sidcup. Good pizza, but the decor is grim and clueless team quite off-putting.

The pizzas are authentic Italian served with care and excellent customer service.

Fireaway is a no nonsense pizza establishment; it'll help clear a hangover or just plug a quick pizza fix. The ingredients seem quite natural, involve hand stretched dough, and taste good. I just wish the pricing could be lowered a bit as a £12 for a 12 inch pizza is borderline steep outside of the £16 deal offer, which adds a side and a drink. They don't appear to do above 12 inch pizzas at the moment either; but smaller pizzas mean they can batch cook more of them; that means more room in their pizza ovens, as the pizza sizes are all standardised. From a business perspective it makes sense, but for those with larger appetites it isn't ideal.

Awful, first time I've ordered someone has dropped the pizza. Hold your hands up, remake the pizza and call to say its gonna be late.

We went in for lunch, there were only two other people when we arrived. The food was delicious, the staff were all super helpful. When we were leaving we left a bag behind and Marcelo (I think) rushed out and caught up with us to return it. Would recommend for a nice snack, or family meal.

I placed a delivery order from them and its been nearly 2 hours and I still haven't heard from them, nearly 50 attempts to reach them via phone and not one was answered.

Fantastic place to eat! Freshly cooked pizza while you wait. The customer service was top notch, the lovely waiter chased after us when we left our shopping on the seat. Highly recommended, will visit again and again

First all the the guy called Marcus working on 14/07 was extremely rude and angry and asked me to wait in chair for 20 minutes before taking my order then I asked to change the base from bbq boss base to garlic based he was not having it despite me coming there for 2 years and no one has had this issue everyone has always been so helpful and supportive but this guy keep refusing and please teach him some manners how to communicate and behave with customer I l couldn’t stand anymore and had to walk off without ordering

Oh my god! I can’t tell how good these pizzas are. I’ve ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Coke Zero. The staff here are friendly and polite! I’ve loved the atmosphere here! The pizza was fresh and hot! You can add double cheese to your pizza (which I’ve did). The pizza had a nice cheese pull which I’ve enjoyed! Basically the BEST pizzas around Medway!

Tasty pizza you can eat many slices as dough is fluffy light and crispy. Straight out of a clay oven traditional base sauces are full of flavour. They don't do plates you eat straight off the platter which was a little awkward if you have a large party with kids but ok.

I was blown away by the quantity and quality of the food here. We ordered a couple of make your own pizzas and they were delicious great bases and nice fresh toppings. Cook time was very fast and efficient. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future instead of the Papa John's or Dominos as this place blows them out of the water if you want a tasty authentic pizza delivered

Came here on basis of Groupon voucher. The staff a friendly and helpful and food absolutely delicious. One of the best pizzas I have had. Delicious and non oily, and packed full of flavour. A good range of sides and drinks. Will be back again, as very good value.

A little on the slow side. Food was okay no real issues its pizza.

Very poor service. We were a group of 4 kids 3 adults. The restaurant was empty when we walked in. The customers who ordered after us got their food before us. We had to ask several times for our drinks, then to be told there was no bottles of water available. 45 minute wait for food by which time kids were bored and wanted to leave. Do not recommend. Will never go back.

Went with a friend of mine. First time visiting. We had BBQ Boss and Cheesy Garlic for the side. The food was hot and was very filling. We stayed for 2hrs which was nice as we were able to take our time. Customer service was great. Very accommodating and friendly which goes along way. Would recommend and would come back again soon.

Nice place, friendly members of stuff. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere to it. Enjoyed our pizza very much, as well as the side. Everything was lovely. We were full after we ate everything and the total we payed for everything with a big bottle of drink was £26 something. We will definitely visit this place again.

We ordered for our dinner this evening, and am currently still waiting 2 hours later. Sadly, poor service.

Since there is no 3.5, and I don't rank down but rank up, hence my 4 stars. I got my Groupon ticket which I came to redeem and it was honoured. However, whatever I got to eat, with my all-you-can-eat chicken wings tickets needed to be consumed within the hour of the first place... imagine the pressure, Lol. Anyway, the milkshake was decent, pizza taste is not bad too but I've had better. Amongst all these, I must shout out Reece, he served well which tipped things to 4 stars for me - good job mate. Overall, decent place to dinner as I'm not sure if the price, if its just naturally high or its the cost of living

Didn't personally eat in this restaurant. But I ordered from here through 'Just Eat' and had problems with a driver from Just Eat. So had to phone store and say that I would come down to collect it myself. When I came to collect from store they couldn't be anymore apologetic, The chef made us 2 extra pizza's at no extra cost for our troubles. Really couldn't fault the team and will definitely use again, but not through Just Eat! Thank you again for your service

The pizzas were very lovely but the staff didn't really seem to know what vegan was which made it a little worrying about what we would get. Thankfully the chef seemed to know exactly what he was doing it was just front of house staff. But overall would recommend going as the pizzas were very lovely and the decor was very stylish.

Been previously and had a great experience but the food has gone downhill since. Ordered a BBQ Boss pizza with tomato base instead of BBQ sauce, and the wrong base came out. The staff were nice and I can’t fault that they were happy to replace the pizza, unfortunately by the time the pizza had come out my partner had finished eating his. My main issue is that it seems they made a margarita pizza and dumped the toppings on top after, the chicken was cold and uncooked along with the other toppings but by this point I couldn’t be bothered to complain again. The wedgies were mainly burnt, only a few edible on top of the box with all the burnt ones filling the bottom. Used to love this place but I won’t be returning to this branch after disappointing visit.

Lovely place to eat. Pizza was lovely, even catered for my husband who is allergic to cheese. A-lot more places are catering for this. Yes why go to a pizza place, well we take our daughter to gymfinity then we have a 2 hour date night and try and go different places each time. Helpful and made you feel welcomed. Told on arrival it would be 35-40 minutes before being served as they were really busy (2 staff members wandering around).... busy with take away/delivery we found out as we asked as only 2 tables were in the whole restaurant and already had their food! It was a completely dead atmosphere. Absolutely ridiculous at 7pm. Why have a restaurant if you can't cater to people sitting in? Won't be returning or ordering from here when this is the attitude to in-person diners.

Fantastic service! After a slight mixup with our order the driver went out of her way to go get us fresh pizzas and made sure we were well looked after with complimentary drinks and desserts. Always been very pleased with the quality and price of the food from fireaway and the service we recieved tonight has been exceptional. I only wish we got the name of our driver as she was very pleasant and a real asset to your team!

I paid over £20 to make my own pizza. For my trouble, I had cold olives, baby tomatoes, peppers, and damp chicken chunks that I mistook for tofu, dumped all over it. When I order a pizza, I expect that the least the company will do is to properly cook the ingredients. No one wants a warm pizza base with a bunch of cold, damp stuff on top. Not going to be ordering from here again in a hurry.

No food received but manager/owner is silent and only refunded 50% of the order! Is this a criminal act, has the ownership stolen my money? Order wasn't delivered while talking to the staff it was agreed I would get a full refund. My order was 90 minutes late when a refund was agreed, it's 1 mile away and a 5 minute drive. I was told I would receive a full refund. The staff were nice so I assumed the refund would be made. After talking with the staff they can't understand why the ownership are keeping my money?

Do yourself a favour and go here instead of Pizza Hut. Had a lovely pepperoni pizza with chicken strips...both very nice. Tastes fresh, good quality ingredients etc. The kid's pizzas are great, they're made into a little face. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Fireaway never fails, fantastic pizza and a chilled out atmosphere. I highly recommend this over any standard pizza delivery company. Deliciously crisp and tasty bases coupled with some of the best toppings you'll find on a pizza make these fired pizzas unique and amazing. The menu isn't huge and you won't find a stuffed crust but these are traditional pizzas made in a traditional way and they taste incredible. The service is good but it always feels like there isn't enough staff to keep the place running, clearly there is though as there is little delay in getting the pizzas made and in front of you. The value for money is something you won't find elsewhere, £30 to feed my family of 4 is a great price especially with the quality of food.

Pizza was really good and authentic IMO. Waited a bit longer than usual for our order (around 15 mins) but one of the guys came round and apologised and gave us a big bottle of coke. Would go again.

I was walking along the dockside earlier today looking for somewhere to eat and saw the fireaway restaurant, and having walked past it many times in Maidstone I thought it was time to give it a try. Upon entering the building there was a air of tranquility and calmness, there were a few people working and some patrons sitting in the booths enjoying themselves. After sitting down with my lovely ladyfriend and reading the menu, I noticed a few deals on there so decided to use the app that was advertised and received £5 off our order. A number of times the staff acknowledged us and asked how we were and talked to us about the company in general. As we tucked into our meal that comprised of a few pizzas and some sides it was quickly ascertained that the food here was made with love and professionalism, every chicken wing I devoured fell off the bone and the hot sauce was to die for, the halloumi salad and chicken strips were of top quality and tasted wonderful. Next we went onto the pizzas and from the first bite of my first slice up to the crust, all I can say is my mouth was bursting with flavour and amazing texture. I haven't had a pizza as good as this in many years and this combined with the friendly and amazing people that work here have made this a visit to remember. If you like pizza, you will love fireaway! Also, thank you Gary for being an awesome member of the restaurant, you know your stuff, keep at it.
