USED TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place in terms of food quality , service and decent delivery time 10/10 could not find fault in them . HOWEVER TONIGHT'S SERVICE AND FOOD WAS UTTERLY ABYSMAL. Food quality : -1/10 ( a body just out a morgue freezer would be warmer then then my order I received .) Service : 5/10 (service rated a fair 5 as I contacted BBQ grill Chatham to explain the situation .They offered to redo my entire order to which I declined after a 40 + minute wait for my order i wasn't prepared to wait another 40+ mins I was told my order was the first to be delivered ) (The distance from BBQ grill Chatham to my residence is 0.2 miles a 2 minute drive ) CLEARY NOT THE CASE TO RECEIVE STONE COLD FOOD^. Delivery time : -1/10 After a labourius 40+ minute from our formerly favourite takeaway for stone cold food is an insult. Overall 1/10 if they hadn't offered to redo my order my rating would be 0/10.

Worst Pizza ever, complete waste of money £15 for pig slop. Save your money and go somewhere else. The customer service however, was good.

Have ordered for years.. always fast delivery and food always fresh.. very good 👍 but today 26/7 said was open on website but not taking deliveries so took walk over and not open.. very disappointed..

we haven't eaten from here in probably over a year as last time the food was inedible we tried u again today the chips were hard practically frozen nearly my mum had asked for her donner meat well done and it was enemic such ashame as you used to be the best kebab going but you've gone downhill unfortunately and i don't know if we'll eat from you again

Have used here for a few years and food has always been good.On the rare occasion it has gone wrong they have always sorted it.

The website said it was open ordered food for collection. All went through, and they went round there, and they wear shut

Our first time here and we had small kebab and it was delicious and not greasy like some. We will definitely go here again.

We ordered a large kebab, a burger and sausage and chips. The food was really good, quick delivery, the only negative I would say was the large kebab was on the small side.

Pizzas tastless. Thrown together. Wouldn't recommend

My order was over an hour late, was only warm and not hot and was squashed causing most of the cheese to be stuck to the inside of the box, this used to be a really good place but has gone downhill recently

Ordered three pizzas. Quits simple. Oh with chips. All three pizzas were oily and clearly not put together properly. Stodgy and tasteless. Even the chips were not eaten. Never again.

Amazing food... donner meat, chicken and lamb shish was outta thus world. Cheesy chips not microwaved and still crispy, pita soft and wrap super fresh. Couldn't reccomend enough. Great delivery driver too.. prompt and perfect

DO NOT ORDER FROM BBQ GRILL CHATHAM We ordered food from here tonight and it arrived around 40 minutes later (not a bad wait) but when it arrived the chicken was literally like battered bones, there was no chicken on it and when my partner lifted the top of the box it smelt like bleach, the chips were stone cold and the kebab meat has massive hard, fat lumps in it. I called them to let them no and the man screamed down the phone at me “SHUT UP, you can f*ck off! You already called me and told me all this so just f*ck off now. Don’t you call up to here anymore” my partner took the phone as I handed it to him and I told him “they’re shouting at me.” My partner said “hello sorry can you please not shout at her. This is the first time we have called you since our food arrived and there’s a few problems” and then the guy on the other end screamed again, telling him to “fu*k off, order elsewhere, we don’t need anyone’s money!” Before he put the phone down he shouted something but we couldn’t make out what he said and then he told us we aren’t having our money back and then “f*ck off” once more then put it down 😩 Also can I just add neither of us were rude once to this guy. I never even got to tell him the whole problem with the food, I literally called and said “hello I just got a delivery to *my address* and the chips are...” that’s all I got to say then he went CRAZY at me. I do not understand at all what we done/said wrong. We were polite to him the whole time, even when he was screaming all sorts down the phone. Honestly order from them if you want to, but my experience has been absolutely terrible. Food has gone straight into the bin. How can they treat somebody that puts money into their pocket so bad?

Do not get your food from here me my girlfreind and my dad orderd Donna kebabs form here on Saturday night and all 3 of us have been throwing up and had severe belly cramps since Sunday morning. Will never be ordering from here again and I would think twice if your thinking about it. Will be reporting it to the food standards agancy

This is the second time I’ve ordered in a row and had the order messed up. First time I was given someone else’s food and had to drive back to the takeaway and have it rectified. This time half of my food has gone cold as the other half is missing. Told the staff member that my food has gone cold in the half hour wait for the second half missing and they did not give any compensation or replacement food. I’m more than happy to give the cold stuff back for the correct order. While I was speaking to one member of staff, he passed the phone over to someone else because he couldn’t be bothered to deal with the issue. Came back to get new hot food and saw the staff member who took my order laughing at me and running into the back. I won’t be ordering from here again, bad customer service.

Usually when we order it is pretty good quality but this time it was not nice at all. Hardly any sauce on our ordered kebabs. My partner's Lamb donner kebab had lot of small peaces of bones. Chicken in my kebab seemed bit raw. Disappointed.
