I enjoy pronto pizza. However, I always check the opening times and whenever I go up to get a pizza at 2.30pm a few times now it's always closed. You need to update your website. I'm very disappointed that I had a wasted journey on many occasions

Actually, I would like to give a min of 6 golden stars! Pizzas - absolutely deliciooouuus!!! Dough, toppings - spot on!!!! However - the BEST OF ALL - DELIVERY MAN!!!!! If, trains/ buses/ plans will run, as their driver, everyone will be really extremly happy!!!!!

Never got to complete order due to the fact the person on the phone was so rude. Didnt even want to give this place 1 star. Plenty of choice so I would advise you go somewhere different.

Lovely pizza much better than a year ago. Fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Better value than dominos etc.

Absolutely disgusting. The chilli has no flavour just burns your mouth. The bbq is just brown no flavour. The chicken taste like cardboard and the beef could be mouse pellets for all I know it's that small and unrecognizable!!! Waste of money. Customer service plain rude!

We wanted to order something quick and easy, stumbled across pronto pizza and decided to give it a go. What a brilliant find! Pizzas were delicious, plenty of toppings, chicken dippers were awesome, and although my husband is the most critical man on Earth regarding chicken wings, he thought they were Divine. Definitely worth spending the extra if you want to treat yourself! Very happy and impressed first time customers.

The pizza here is amazing!! So many toppings and so much cheese! Very well priced and always fast delivery! The BBQ wings are also delicious! Definitely the best pizza in Medway!

One of my favourite places for pizza. The doe is lovely n soft n plenty of tomato sauce n toppings. They take care with your pizza. Always deliver hot

Stopped in for a collection after the pub, wasn't busy. Was the only order and got that wrong. Asked for chicken feast and when got home. It didn't have the key ingredient on the pizza CHiCKEN, key was in the name. Disappointing, no taste. Would not be ordering from here again ever. Looks like something out the 1980's too. Could do with modernising not that it would improve the food taste.

Garlic pizza bread had no taste of garlic and couldn't really tell the difference between that and the kids pizza. Not that great food in general, chicken had a funny taste - had clearly been seasoned/spiced with something that maybe wasn't to my liking but just was in general disappointed.

Ordered a delivery. Arrived in good time , piping hot and delicious pizza's. Highly recommended polite and presentable delivery driver he even gave me the change to the penny .

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL, EVER. Just eat cancelled our order, as they said these idiots were closed. We just rang and they are open. WORST SERVICE EVER.
