Our pizza and sides arrived hot and on time. Everything was really tasty and the meal deal was excellent value.

Was a nice pizza and sides definitely a great alternative to the usual Domino's especially if you don't want something so greasy. Even had a phone call to go through my order and make sure of some things and alternatives to items sold out. A first for me!

I have no idea how they are so popular and have such a good rating? Their supposedly spicy pizza was totally bland, was cold on arrival and they took ages to accept my order and then phoned up and made me confirm all my details for some ridiculous reason? A total waste of time and money.

Very polite and professional, food is reallg good, pizzas a mix between papas and pizzagogo. Will be ordering again!

Food was very nice indeed, in fact, I would say its the best pizza I have ever had..ionly down side is it was a little expensive (£20 for 2 x 10") but might have better offers that I have missed.. Will order again for sure. Mick Done

We love this pizza place! the pizzas always taste fresh and are such good value for money! This order we accidentally selected the wrong pizza on the app but phoned up to have this amended, the lady on the phone was really polite and made the change immediately. Great food and great customer service, would definitely recommend :)

First time using this restaurant... was really happy we tried it. Fresh, hot, super tasty pizza. We chose the thick base which wasn’t too doughy. Chicken dippers were perfect! Onion rings were amazing too! Very impressed. Totally recommend :)

Restaurant phoned to discuss a topping option and were extremely polite and professional. Food was on time and driver explained the Social Distancing protocols he was adopting. The food was perfect and im looking for an excuse to order a 2nd pizza in the same week!

They phoned to confirm my order.. strange but good I guess, pizza was nice. Way too much ham on the ham and mushroom and a below average amount of pepperoni on the other pizza. But the pizza was tasty I would order it again 100% the side was disappointing though. Advertised as cheese garlic sticks and it’s just a pizza cut into strip like slices. But as I said was okay and would order again.

Food very good and value for money, especially the pizza. Only slight gripe would be the delivery time. JE said 18:35, I had a call from the takeaway about 15 mins after I ordered saying as I was a first time customer they wanted to confirm the order (makes sense) and it would be with me in 45-50 mins. That 45-50 mins was accurate, so in the end it was about 30 mins over what JE said and about an hour in total for delivery. Would definitely order again though.

We've ordered pizza from five different places in Rainham and this was by far the best. I won't be ordering pizza from anyone else from now on. Absolutely loved my meal last night.

First time order from this restaurant and I was really impressed with the customer service; they called about 5 mins after I placed the order to confirm everything, that has never happened before! The delivery driver was friendly, too. Food was hot and had lots of flavour, wasn't any grease at all!

I enjoy pronto pizza. However, I always check the opening times and whenever I go up to get a pizza at 2.30pm a few times now it's always closed. You need to update your website. I'm very disappointed that I had a wasted journey on many occasions
