Domino's Pizza - Walderslade in Medway

Service is absolutely disgusting. Always have pizza from here. Deliver man blame GPS bloke actually took pizza back to shop as could not find our address ,then came back 10 minutes later with same pizza now very cold pizza but found adress in the end . Never again.

Too much tomato sauce, not enough cheese to cover the lake of untopped dough... Half cooked dough balls, half cooked cookies, overcooked chicken, at least half of the orders placed for additional sauce tubs were ignored, box smashed pizzas or impact damaged square pizzas clearly being delivered by ex-ralleycross drivers, different prices for the same order over the phone and online for 2 callers from the same house... Get better service, deals and delivery from PizzaGoGo !!

I’ll tell you why this isn’t a five star. This isn’t just for this store it’s for the worldwide dominos nation. For the poor people who are not yet informed, domino’s have got rid of the garlic and herb sauce. This makes me cry and I will protest for it back if I have to.

Good food although took a bit long to come even know i wasnt far from the place... my friends scoffed 2 of my cookies and told me to give me a 5 star for how good the cookies were

I would just like to say what a fantastic Manager Andrea is and her team were fantastic today. We are a local nursery and had a trip organised to see how pizzas were made and cooked and then enjoyed tasting them. Both the manager and staff interacted amazingly with our little children who were very excited we just like to say a big thank you again for all there kindness.

Will boycott ANY store that doesn't accept cash payments regardless how greasy their product is. To not have the facility to take delivery orders over the phone is ludicrous from a pizza delivery company 🤣 gave my 130£ order to farmhouse instead who gladly took my notes as they are legally obligated to do.

the manager Charlie and Chris that was no duty was rude and unprofessional. the food was raw and uncooked and they refused replacement and a refund and was very rude when i explained i wasn’t happy about being served raw food especially to my children. void this take away service

Wow what a bad night - forgot dip which we had to wait to be delivered over ten minutes so food got cold by the time we ate it and there was virtually no cheese on any of the food - the dough balls had none. The garlic bread was very flat with no cheese. The worst experience, no good will offered disappointed and will not be ordering again from here.

Lost a loyal customer, asked for reduction in pepperoni on my pizza order so it doesnt end up a greasy mess as it normally does,. Denied as against policy, couldnt provide me the actually policy, cancelled order, id avoid from now on, Ordered tons of times. No care for customers.

Ordered Pizza from here, 2x large pizzas, 2x dough balls, one pizza and one portion of dough balls was under cooked, as the dough was still doughy. Do not use these. Refund was given but this pizza place has been going down hill in the last 2 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Never busy which is a shame as the good is great, quick and tasty. Nice premises with lots of tables which are never used....could be half the size

It's a pizza place. What more can I say? Very understanding as I had input wrong address in. But pizza arrived quicker than the original eta.

Domino's pizza, although pricey, is one of the best you will ever have. Excellent delivery speed and they even let you track your order all the way from when it's put in the oven right to when it gets to your door.

Really quick service, pizzas are always great, leaving a 5 star review too because I just ordered a pizza just before they closed. On a Sunday of all days, I didn't realise how late it was. Really sorry Sunday crew 😔

Pizza is okay, as it is with every other dominos I've been to. The exception with this one is they have their oven either set wrong or faulty. It always under cooks the pizza to the point you can still taste dough. I have to always make sure I pre heat the oven to finish off the cooking after they give it to me.

Good value, large selection and very quick at order

This Dominoes is a reasonably new establishment, it has very prompt service, with reasonably nice staff. The restaurant layout is spacious and nice if you wanted to eat in, and there is a toilet. The opportunity to watch your food cook is good for small children to remain interested. The food is impeccable and the standard never drops !

It was well nice and melted in mouth

As a local resident this place is a disgrace. It's a shame as it could be good for the village. Being in a residential area with flats in very close proximity to the store they have an extractor which is extremely noisy. All they have to do is use a different extractor for the same purpose already in existence or enclose the extractor in an ocustic enclosure. They keep residents awake with the constant noise from the fan with no regard for the community despite claiming that they are community minded.
