Never had a bad meal from this Dominos. They’re head and shoulders above others I’ve used. Food is usually delivered within 20-30 minutes and always so piping hot and fresh.

We have tried to support this new business in Gillingham, Dorset. 3 times our pizza bases are undercooked. We also tried the same pizza from domino’s in Didcot, which was perfect. Please don’t go here anymore. Nonna Amalia across the road is way superior

In overall everything was not bad, but last week I have ordered my favourite pizza from there and it was disgusting, throwed away almost whole pizza - they had jalapenos from different supplier or they were off - but this caused pizza to be a piece of rubbish. Unfortunately I won't order from this place again as I just can't risk to spoil my evening.

They send brochures out advertising a new domino's in gillingham Dorset. When you call, they say they don't deliver to my Area, why post leaflets, then it's only 2.9 miles from Gillingham. thanks, Mr Declan Holden

Every restaurant makes mistakes here and there but overall this is a really good Dominos. Over 10 orders since moving to the area and happy with the food every time.

Being in Gillingham and finding a pizzeria behind the accommodation rooms was a mirage... Good pizza, well seasoned. Only but important drawback: the lady at the checkout did not respect the menu prices and applied the rates as she pleased. He even once made me pay the price of a large pizza, but he baked a small one

The outlet is small but very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and supportive. My pizza was prepared within a few minutes. It was very quick but I asked to add extra cheese and it was not there. But It was delicious and the pizza was good in quality. Overall recommended place to have a quality meal. 👍❤

They take your order, take your money immediately but takes them 1hr 30 to tell you they’ve cancelled your order!

Very nice pizza but staff didn't help choose or advise on best collection deals when there - shame really as why would you have the deals unless you push them or maybe you don't know them? Still... Nice pizza and would return.

Whoever has taken over this franchise since 2019 it's really gone downhill. Pizza's were cold, toppings not correct, sides were also cold. Both Pizza's didn't appear to have been cooked properly at all, and toppings weren't piping hot through increasing chance of food poisoning. Had been a customer of this place since they opened until I moved out of the area in 2019 but since returning recently it is clear it has gone down hill. Avoid this place at all costs. Needs to do so much better starting with actually cooking pizza's for a start.

Ordered pizza for collection for buy one get one free on any size. It was both ready within 15min. Fresh out of the oven and piping hot. Pizza as expected from dominos as the taste is consistent every time you buy from them.

We order from here every Friday night and are never disappointed. The pizzas are always piping hot and perfect, and my order notes are always followed. I've never had any complaints regarding this store. Even their delivery drivers are great, always on time and very polite.

Not every Dominos is the same. Try this place. Well topped. Nicely cooked. Better than any other Dominos around

We ordered two pizza and some chikens. The chiken stripers were undone I saw it once I opened the box. The mighty meat pizza was not baked enough, underdone and the middle was soaking in the tomato sauce! Also twice I wisited the loo after this "great" meal, having diaorrhoea twice and my stomach still having a nightmare... I guesd they are dirty for once and secondly saving money on the pizza baking. 10 years ago worked there and was great and having one of the best standard, but now those went down on the loo.

They hardly put 5-6 pieces of chicken on a large size pizza, now i come to understand why they giving it on reduced price! Coz there aint anything. I ordered chicken stripper and box was of it but inside there was wedges!! That's disappointing this is my last order from dominos UK. Thanks no more

I found the pizzas somewhat overpriced and not very adventurous!

We were staying on the battleship in Chatham dockyard and needed lots of pizza to feed 25 people. Pre ordered and on collection it was all ready for us. And with bogof on LG pizza great value. Pizza quality was all good and none was left, result!

Used this place a lot , had first bad experience 27/8, ordered pizza and chicken strippers 4 hours later it all came out again ! Won't be using again!

The pizzas are bland and have hardly any cheese but so much tomato sauce. They are disgusting and nothing like a pizza aught to be. They really need to up their game.

Get what you expect from a dominoes. howver cold from last order. Usually very nice and piping hot Maybe an off day for the resteraunt. Either way would order again.

Worst I've ever seen. Not only was the delivery late, and the tracker said it was delivered when in fact I had to wait a further 20 minutes for my order. BUT, the wedges I ordered were replaced with cookies. Cookies and BBQ dip? Good one. Not only this, the cookies were Burnt!! Pizza was luke warm. Absolute disgrace, never order from here. Joke.

Walked in and was served almost straight away had to wait about 15 minutes for my pizza too be cooked got the pizza home the base was burnt the topping and cheese extremely greasy shame as I've used dominoes for quite a few years but they cannot compete with the competition any more I will be going back to papa johns it's only I couldn't be bothered that I went here but it's changed the pizzas are not as nice as they used too be

Something changed a lot, not good pizza anymore. Toppings in the middle of pizza, sometimes there is almost no cheese. Pizza heavy in the middle so everything fall down. Should I use fork and knife ???? Don't think so... as staff is great there is no good pizza makers, sorry to say that. We are paying lot of money to get good food and no matter if it's pizza or sushi. Should be good quality

Ordered online and arrived to collect my pizza was told to sit and wait. Fifteen minutes after the collection time (id been the only person there waiting for the last twenty minutes) I asked where my pizza was. It was there waiting for me and had been the whole time, and it was sheepishly handed over without an apology. They had clearly forgotten about their only customer sitting right in front of them. Luke warm and cold by the time I got it home - no apology at all and they also failed to put one of the two bottles of Coke I ordered in the bag. Worst service ever.

After ordering one pizza with no cheese, one with only a little cheese and garlic pizza with no cheese everything arrived with lots of cheese. Which part of no cheese didn't they understand! The no bit obviously. To be fair they did replace but this isn't really good enough. The basics of being a takeaway should be that they get the order right.

Tried phoning for over three hours. No response. Other local Domino's in Chatham and Gillingham (Rainham) refused to deliver. AN EXTREMELY BAD ORGANISATION. WON'T BOTHER EIGHT THEM AGAIN.

Disgusted. "Vegeterian" clearly means nothing to the staff at this Dominos branch. I have never eaten meat before until my side wrongly came with meat in it. This should never happen to any customer. Order your pizza from a different branch.. NOT this one with it's incompetent staff.

I was staying next to the Dominos at the Premier inn. I ordered a standard pizza, which was hot and tasty, but it took ages to come I'd suggest collecting if you are in the area. Deals with collection are much better too!

Ordered a typical pizza from Dominos. Only trouble is I was staying in a hotel so they wouldn't deliver. Pick up wasn't too far though. Pizza was nice as expected.

needed a cheap takeaway for 35 people as we were staying nearby . Ordered in advance by phone , manager was very helpful , collected in person , food was ready and waiting , great as we had 16 pizzas ! They were all great quality and hot , nothing was left to waste . Thanks very much , we would use again .

I haven't had Dominos in a long time due to previous poor experiences and how overpriced it is however I just really fancied this tonight! I ordered online which I've never done before and ended up getting really good deals so ended up with a lot for my money which makes a nice change for Dominos. It arrived within 25 minutes. I couldn't believe it when the door went. It arrived piping hot and lovely and fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I won't be leaving it so long before paying another visit!
