Family treat for our eldest daughters 21st birthday. We all opted for the buffet, which I think everyone else in the restaurant did. Had to wait a while for veggie pizzas to come out, but was nice. Although the deep pan ones came out after I'd finished eating, which was annoying as I prefer deep pan. Tomato pasta was very nice, I had 2 bowls. Only 2 of us had salad, but it looked nice. There were signs for manager special pizzas, but signs didn't say what they were, which would've been handy. Was very expensive for what we had, but it was very nice, hot food and will probably visit again,but only as a treat for a birthday. Thank you.

Had a lovely evening, food was really good and came out super quickly, our waiter was a young man with dark hair and a beard and was so friendly and welcoming!

We took my son and his friends here for a birthday treat after the cinema and the staff were brilliant. Brought out our cake for us and really looked after us. Children’s meal deal was great too. Thank you.

We came here with friends and their kids in order to partake of the famous Pizza Hut buffet. Up to this point, I had NEVER done this, and so I was looking forward to it. The restaurant was very busy (which is a good thing), but the amount, size, and replenishment rate of the pizzas involved in the buffet was not great, and so there was time when you found yourself jostling with many other customers for pizzas that, once you'd battled through the crowd you'd discovered were never there in the first place. Having said that, I did end up having MORE than enough, and the pizza was decent, as was the garlic bread. I would probably do this again one day.

Food itself was good, but atmosphere and service were terrible. The manager's customer service was atrocious, our server vanished halfway through our meal (presumably for a shift change) but no-one really checked in on us after he'd gone. Lighting is bright and far too directional, music too loud. We waited so long for dessert that we had to ask for it. All the while, staff just stood around chatting. It was brought to us before the table had been cleared from our mains and I had to ask the waitress to please clear some space so that we had room for them. She begrudgingly cleared some of the dishes away, but not all. It wasn't even that busy. We definitely won't be returning to Pizza Hut after this awful experience. I'd also expect better for the price.

When you have a 'takeaway' delivered to you home, you either phone or order online and at some point later the food is delivered. You do not expect to have to go through this procedure at the restaurant when dining in. Yes, order online and the food will be delivered to your table, and yes, you pay before the food is delivered to your table. A member of staff will explain how to do this but will not take your order. If you don't have a smart phone or the internet connection is poor, you'll go hungry, which might not be a bad thing. If you want a decent pizza, go somewhere else. I like proper Italian pizza, and this is nowhere near. We only went to Pizza Hut as it was my grandson's choice for his twelfth birthday treat. In fact other pizza franchise chains are much better. The food is very bland and the chicken of very poor quality. The chicken bites/nuggets are like cardboard. The fries were not bad and chicken wings were nice. However, the glasses were dirty and the high chair for the baby in our party had obviously not been cleaned for sometime. I cannot fault the staff, who were excellent when needed. It's a pity that Pizza Hut have a poor system in place serving sub standard fare at an inflated price. There were ten in our party (four generations) and all said the same thing about the food and the system in place. My daughter pre booked explaining how many were in our party and to start we were allocated to be put in one booth! Luckily the the adjoining booth was available and so we were able to site together. It would have been a great evening for my family if we had to sit in different parts of the restaurant!!

Fantastic service and food. Turned up with no reservation on a busy weekend and the staff were very helpful fitting us in. I love ordering via phone and OCR code. Very efficient and all food and drinks arrived in timely fashion. Delicious pizza and salad bar as good as ever.

We had prebooked a table here while staying at the Premier Inn. We received a very warm welcome from the manager on arrival. He explained the current covid measures clearly and, as I had told him about my partner's gluten intolerance when booking, he provided us with an allergy guide. Ordering was easy on my smart phone and the food was good, the salad bar decent and my partner was delighted with the gluten free options. We were particularly impressed with how attentive and helpful the staff were, especially Michael, the manager. We will be visiting this restaurant again.

Visited this pizza hut whilst staying at the Premier Inn Hotel The staff are very polite and helpful. There was no standing about for them, between serving food and dealing with customers, they were busy cleaning. Very impressed by this. The food was excellent, The pizza was made to perfection, in facked I would say its one of the best I have tried. We optted for the £15.99 deal each, the menu really doesn't do the food justice as what you get is definitely better than the right up This is a very clean yet busy pizza restaurant, you will not get hurried to finish and get out. Staff are excellent food even better

Met a friend at the drive through and decided we wanted something sweet. Being opposite Pizza Hut we ordered from the desserts menu online. Really easy to do Something we ordered wasn’t available. The lady over the phone was really helpful and friendly about the situation and was able to offer many alternatives. On arrival the girls inside were friendly and welcoming too. The cookie doughs are great! Packaged nicely to go with separate tubs of ice cream & cutlery. Next time we’ll come to sit in thanks to this brilliant service

Staff were all very nice, food was really good ordering and service was very quick, the only thing I would say is the salad bar was very messy there was bits of food in the wrong trays and the potato salad had bad bits in it.

We had never given a thought about trying this place after the movies. It was a wonderful experience. The food was nice.

Ordered a Pizza Hut takeaway Tuesday 20th April,ordered 2 x Meat Feast as it was buy on get one free night, had a few from here before and all okay up until now. Dont know who made them (maybe a first timer) but these were absolutely terrible! There was far too much tomato paste used on the base and all we could taste was tomato paste and herbs as all the other meat additions were overcome by this dreadful taste.Tried the second and exactly the same,overpowered by the herby tomato paste,the second one went in the bin. Very disappointing, will not be returning in the near future, what a waste of £21.29p!

The staff here are wonderful, the service is fantastic. Everything is done properly with Covid regulations. A member of staff in particular remembered my Sons name, made us feel like very valued customers. Her name is Vicky, she is a credit to this establishment.

Rubbish service So slow! And no detail on why food is late . Don’t recommend if you need a quick meal

On arrival we were told we had to order food via the app, which was ok but it kept crashing so it took about 30 minutes to place the order. During this time we were left completely alone, no offer of help or enquiries as to how we were getting on. When the food came it was fine (typical Pizza Hut) but the waitress literally brought the food then disappeared again until eventually, after sitting with empty plates in front of us for ages, I had to go and find a waitress to ask about more drinks and ordering dessert. There was nothing wrong with the food and the staff were pleasant enough when we saw them. The problem was that the staff seemed to disappear for most of the evening - that, and the problems we had with the ordering app, meant that we were in the restaurant for ages and it ended up being a really late night for the kids.

Rang a head to see if any tables were available and they said no. Since I was in the area we tried our luck and went into the restaurant. It appeared that there were one table in the restaurant and we got a table instantly! Service was absolutely shocking wow. Got no help with ordering on the app and i asked a lady for the voucher code, she walked over to till then sat there sipping her coke. She never came back. After eating we sat for 30 mins with our plate in front of us, then I had to go and ask for our puddings that took another 10 mins and I had to go and ask again! I will never eat here again! God knows who employed these people! Rather stick pins in my eyes then ever come here again!!!

Just to say, Nothing wrong with the food side of things..at all it was all tasty. However... We are seated down into what appears to be a closing down section. Seated at a clean table (yippee!) then given a load of paper to read through. We ordered online which was a bit confusing to navigate initially but managed it. However nothing explained (with the way out help out scheme) or indeed what we needed to to to retrieve it and place on our bill. Had to approach a member of staff for some help (thank you!)Drinks and food came out at reasonable pace and it was delicious. We then decided we’d like desserts and this took almost 30 minutes to even appear. Our child’s pudding came out as was on the kids deal after we ordered our puddings separately and I’m assuming the ticket for mine and my partners was either ignored or binned as someone must have assumed we already got it. Another lady had come on duty and taken over the care of our table went off to find what had happened only to come back and tell us one thing wasn’t available (no biggie I’ll eat anything) and swapped for something else. The wonderful manager on duty did me a really kind thing (I went home and cried over it, pregnant and emotional) as I have been craving bacon bits from Pizza Hut since April and I have not been able to indulge my needs for the whole lockdown. He kindly gave me an entire bag of it! I can’t say thank you enough as I have been snacking on them since yesterday and it’s amazing!! Other than the very slow service waiting for puds we had a pleasant time, Thank you

We dropped in without a booking and were told they were fully booked all day. To us, the restaurant looked empty due to the covid measures being taken but accepted we may not get seated. The manager nevertheless seated my family and another family who dropped in behind us. We were given sheets explaining to order from our phones which we didn’t spot until a good ten minutes after being seated. We were not seated by the waitress with the government discount code so it took us ages to find how to apply this to our mobile order. The app in our opinion is not user friendly AT ALL as it kept booting us off the page and in the end 2 tables who were seated after us got their food before we even got our drinks!! The place itself was quite quick with orders once orders had been placed but the app system let our experience down. What took us out of frustration mode (as we did at first feel like leaving due to the app playing up and the time sat on a phone when we could have just done a fast verbal order) was the excellent customer service given by the lady manager with blonde hair. She made it clear she wanted to help us enjoy our stay and even made our personalised pizza herself to ensure speed and quality of service. We sadly did not have change to offer her a tip at the end and given we pay on the app, this option isn’t offered. Thank you to this manager who made the best out of a rubbish situation and it wouldn’t surprise us if staff and customer morale is quite low with Pizza Hut’s current covid policies.For Pizza Hut there is no excuse not to verbally take orders as people don’t go to a meal out with a family to spend up to 30 mins mucking about on a phone (which not everyone will have with them).

Best pizza @trinity road collection pizza hut yesterday. Went to Eureka park in March for buffet, pizza was poor and drinks machine was broke for half of the visit. Will be collecting from trinity road in future

We had an enjoyable evening meal here recently. The staff were all very welcoming and polite, the service was fast and the food equally fast to be produced. The food all tasted good and we enjoyed all aspects. The prices are quite steep but having a tastecard, and benefiting from 2-4-1 means it’s very good value. Overall an enjoyable meal in a pleasant restaurant.

Visited Pizza Hut ! £14.99 x 3 adult buffet and child £8.99 includes unlimited salad pizza selections of soft drinks and ice cream with toppings !! Food was very good service was good we was told had to wait 20 mins for a table as we didn’t book expected on a Saturday but the girl wizzed round and sat us quickly ! It’s a treat visiting the Pizza Hut x All pretty full I enjoyed the selection of salads the best xx

This is the first time, probably for years, visiting the Pizza Hut at Eureka Park and the service was brilliant. Spoke with the manager about having a children’s buffet due to having surgery and not being able to eat a full meal, and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. He then proceeded to make sure everything was ok and we were happy. Will definitely revisit.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated when there were numerous empty tables which had not been cleared. In fact one table had still not been cleared by the time we left nearly an hour later despite there being plenty of staff. Unfortunately most of them were wandering around aimlessly and clearly had no idea about customer service. No one seemed to be in charge which appeared to be the problem. I asked if there was something wrong with the empty table in the window which had been clear since we arrived, as we had waited soo long, and was told scathingly that perhaps someone was sitting there....a blatant lie! We attempted 3 times to order a beer and the waitress seemed to find it an irritation that we were even there. When the beer came, it was warm. The salad bar was truly grotty and when the sauces were replenished, they were brought back out in the same dirty jugs with dry, concealed sauce all over them. The only good thing I can say is that the food came quickly once we ordered. Needless to say, we will not be returning and neither should anyone else.

Good pizza hut with hot food and attentive staff. One down side was the mess left by young families. I wonder what they are like at home. Could also do with some disabled seating . So called modern seating is not always good for disabled people

Went in to order a collection deal and they left me sat there waiting for over an hour while my kids went hungry and the night go later and later. When I asked how long it would take I kept getting told I would be with me soon. Staff we're clueless. Even with there so called deals it cost me £35 plus for two individual pizzas, 2 drinks and 1 dessert. It was over priced, greasy, lacked flavour and took far far to long.

My husband and I ate here recently after going to the cinema next door. I have a serious allergy to red onion it makes me violently ill. I ordered a pizza that had onion in but it did not state that it was red so the waitress went out of her way to check her allergy book and even the ingredients fortunately she did as it did have red onion in. So I didn’t have to choose something else she got the chef to change it so there was no onion in the sauce she went over and above to help me I felt and I was truly grateful. Unfortunately I did not get her name. Usually when I tell waitresses my allergy I am told to choose something else as red onion is in it and that is that. The pizza we both had was good and hot and the service exemplary. We will return.

Been using this pizza hut for years and never had an issue till now. My partner had a big sharer so we could share the sides and pudding and myself and my daughter had the lunch time buffet. We had to wait for the pasta to be restocked and the pizzas on the buffet had very little toppings. When it came to taking our left over pizza home we where told the share pizza was OK to take but any from the buffet we had to leave, I know it was only 4 slices but every other time we've used this pizza hut we've taken any left over pizza no questions asked and it's not like we where taking a load of pizza home and the waitress was quite abrupt and tbh rude about it. I personally won't be returning, shame as we've had many bday parties there and spent alot of money.

Called in for lunch after a cinema visit and decided to have the buffet as we thought it would be easier as we had 2 children with us it took half hour for our waitress to come and see us when we got chance we went to visit the buffet and salad station there was hardly any pizza and when it came out the pizzas didn’t have hardly any topping on and hardly any sauce even the Hawaiian didn’t have hardly any pineapple also the various salads at the salad bar where flavourless we won’t be going back

Went here around 11:30 for lunch, very quite when arrived; only 1 other group in there.

Ok So like the other two it's incredibly overpriced for what is simply pizza but it does taste better than a store bought pizza cooked in ah home oven. It is also way better than Papa Johns and on par or slightly better than Domino's and has better deals now that the former have changed their offers. Will be using Pizza Hut from now on.

Food was good but service was terrible loads of empty tables but had to wait , waited ages to order food then ages to arrive and then ages to get the bill, very poor organisation

We ordered a collection and the pizzas were very good. I swapped a topping for mushrooms but they must have run out as I only had three slices of mushroom on the whole pizza !

Lovely experience yesterday at Pizza Hut. Brought my family in for a treat.

I came here the other night with my friend for a catch up. The first waitress was okay, she seemed to rush us a little, but she was okay. The second waitress we had was very offish, especially when we found a hair deep in our pudding. She wasn't apologetic at all, and acted like we were a nuisance for saying something. The manager came over and was the loveliest person ever and sorted it for us. I just can't get over the second waitress, she was so rude, even when we asked for the bill. Please sort out your staff as they represent your business.

Friendly staff, seated immediately, menu explained and food arrived in a timely manner. Really enjoyed our visit. Just a shame about the toilets which were in a bad state.

The food was nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be. The place was clean, but what topped it off was the incredible hospitality from our waitress Megan. She was lovely and polite, and regularly asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. 5 star service!

An awful dining experience that I would not recommend to anyone. I went in one time, it did seem busy but I placed my order and waited 45 minutes and no one said anything to me and give no indication on how long it would take. I eventually left. I went back about a week later and this time I waited 30 minutes and no one even offered drinks or anything. I cannot even rate the food because I never got any because the service was utterly appalling. In addition, on both occasions, I saw some of the staff standing at the bar doing absolutely nothing but standing there. So why the service is so bad is to me a mystery

The service here from staff was awful. Was sat for over 2 hours and waiting for someone to come over. Food was nice but would not come back again as service was so bad.

It was taste like plastic, I don’t what has happened to “Classic Crust A thin base with a thick crust and Garlic Sprinkles” in Pizza Hut in Ashford. The pizza was so tin and awful. Never eve again! What a waste time.

I won’t lie to you, the food was very mediocre- but the waitress on the other hand... simply breathtaking... Leanne was probably the most down to earth, lovable woman I have ever met in my entire life. Really recommend this place, say hello to Leanne for me

Pizza was terrible, the lighting was terrible, the salad bar was worse than isis. The only thing that made the experience worthwhile was Leanne. I’d take a bullet for that woman.. picture it now, 6 years down the line, me, Leanne and our flock of cocker spaniel puppies. I LOVE YOU LEANNE

The staff are as helpful as can be expected from a chain restaurant . The food is to a good standards and the service is efficient. Toilets and seating area is well cleaned too.

Ok so it’s Pizza Hut! Quality average but we took a take out way on this particular day and the service was awfully slow.

Having watched a film thought it would be a good idea to get a pizza, only offered takeout as was closing even tho from the web site said closed at 23.00 was told we could have a two pizza deal, but had run out of bases at this point was told meal deal would cost extra, won’t visit again as fed up with complies not giving you what is advertised but trying to rip you off and pay extra ...... shockingly bad robotic staff

Went it for a family meal to be told it was take away only, not sit. Okay, fine. Went to place our order at the bar and chose a family meal deal for £22 pounds. We were then told they had ran out of the normal bases, and only had cheesey bite base left, which would be an additional cost. Can’t beleive they were trying to charge us extra when they had ran out of normal bases. If they have ran out of the free included bases, all bases should be included for the same price. Robotic staff telling us over and over again it would be an additional charge for cheese base.

Good food, well cooked in surroundings fairly recently completely refurbished so in good condition. Great value for money and staff very efficient and attentive. Would recommend for fast, substantial fare. Not fine dining.

Went for a nice buffet as had not been in ages. Toilets were nice and clean and so was the restaurant. Food was piping hot and plenty of it. Service was fast and used pay at table so even easier. Would recommend as a cheap place to eat if you want something to fill you up.

We only had an hour before our film and we swede assured we would have time to eat. They were right. Meals were served in good time.

We visited Pizza Hut for a buffet lunch after watching a film. We were seated quickly and food was nice, although the pizzas took ages to be cooked so lots of people were standing round waiting. Generally the staff were really helpful and polite but the manager was downright rude when I accidentally used the wrong coloured tool on a meat pizza! Instead of politely telling me that they are colour co-ordinated she grunted “don’t use that one on there!” Charming, we won’t be visiting again in a hurry. Frankie and Benny’s staff are much more friendly.

On the 31st July I placed an order online, and paid. I went to the restaurant and they said they did not have my order, despite the money leaving my account. They checked the other restaurant in Ashford, but they had no record either. I left without my order and called the manager next day, who gave me their online customer service address. I emailed them, and sent the order acknowledgement, and have received nothing. So they have taken my money and refused to give me the pizza or a refund!

We really didn’t have much luck here as everything took ages from being seated, order taken and served. When pizzas did arrive I think they had been standing around as they weren’t the expected piping hot. Wasn’t worth the money sadly.

One of the first pizza and pasta restaurants to warm to British shores from America. Relatively inexpensive. One of the greater unhealthy foods to select from when eating out. However completely enjoyable for all the family whatever age.

Good for social occasions, nice variety. Shame buffet not available on bank holidays and service is generally slow (Eureka park) waiting may be longer but food is delicious.

First time at this Pizza Hut - busy place - I had the vegan pizza without cheese, thin base which had a good selection of vegetables and tasted great

This is the third time my friend and I have come to Pizza Hut in Ashford eureka park, each time hoping for a nicer experience yet we have always left disappointed. The staff were not only rude but did not bother checking up on us throughout our visit and we were basically ignored for our whole time at the restaurant, having to ask to even order our food, clear the table after our meal and for a staff member to give us our bill, which at that point we were hesitant to pay. I do not recommend anyone coming here soon and being as outraged as we now feel.

Whilst visiting Ashford and following a trip to Cineworld we popped into reliable Pizza Hut for a quick bite. What a mistake it was. Whilst it was fairly busy i’ve Seen plenty of other Pizza Huts far busier, so this was no excuse for the service we received. Whilst we were treated and seated fairly quickly and politely that was as good as it got. There were no bowls for the salad bar which was really dirty, untidy and with very little salad available. When a girl bought a stack of bowls out I had to point out to her that they were all dirty and unwashed, she huffed a little and went to get some more. When I asked if the salad was being replenished again she huffed muttered something about being too busy. From that point we were completely ignored, no one came to check on how we were and if they had they’d have been told how unhappy we were. Our pizzas were poor, very little toppings and undercooked, the crust was still pure dough. If I wasn’t on holiday and not wanting to spoil my evening I certainly would have refused to pay for this meal and certainly would never visit again.

Had a lovely evening meal with family. My “restaurant card” did not work and was only form of payment but manager catered. What a star.

We entered with a party of 9 for the lunch buffet upon entering we we’re rudely shouted at and asked if we had booked after answering no the lady at the door then told us ‘you will all be sitting on different tables then so we decided not to stay she then started back tracking but we left to go elsewhere a total lack of manners

We found staff very rude and grumpy no one asked how our meal was, it took ages to get bill as they were all too busy just standing behind the bar talking to each other, when asked if they could put the remainder of the pizza in a box for us they brought the box over and just left it on the table for us to do, the kids had the buffet the pizza looked and tasted awful it was overcooked the pasta was dry where it had been sat for so long such a shame as always gone to pizza hut as normally fantastic service and food this visit was shocking such a shame as came for my sons 9th birthday it spoilt it.

Arrived and only 1 person seating and serving. Dreadful meal and very tasteless. Neither of my kids ate their meals either. Will not go again.

Was treated to pizza on Monday night. My daughter and I had visited the cinema (which is on the same site). We were greeted by a lovely server (Claire). She talked us through the options, salad bar, drinks ect... We decided to share a 'Cheese Bites' pizza & we also filled our bowls from the salad bar. The salad bar was full, clean & contained fresh looking choices. Our pizza came quickly and was delicious.

I’ve always had a soft spot for a Pizza Hut pizza... I was sadly disappointed with my pepperoni pizza!! It was so greasy I had to use a tissue to mop up the grease before I could even attempt to pick a slice up!!

Went here with a few friends not to long ago salad bar is horrific food everywhere, no pasta on the salad bar anymore. Pizza was ok but was quite pricey considering how big it was. On the other hand our young waitress with the glasses (can’t remember her name) was amazing. Shame about the rest.

We stopped off here before heading back home, we are not from around the area. We came in at 3:15pm and was told the Buffett had stopped even though they had just literally filled it up as we walked in!

We had taken our three young Godsons bowling and decided to take them to Pizza Hut as one of our friends had said it was eat as much as you like for £4.99 for the kids. So when we arrived at the place in Ashford we were shown to a table by a very young waitress who explained that it was eat as much as you like for the kids at £4.99 from the salad bar, the pizza plates and the pasta, however that does not include a drink or desert. Drinks are way over priced at around £2 - £3.50 a simple orange juice is around £3, what is that all about...... so with three kids we had to upgrade to the £7.95 per head which gave them a drink and a choice of desert, well that also is not entirely true and maybe you should re word your menu...... the choice is either ice cream or an ice lolly !!!!!!! what a bloody con!!!!!. So us two adults opted for the adult eat all you like option also priced at £7.95 and, yes you guessed it, not including a drink........ well my partner had a £3 orange juice and I decided on free tap water, I refuse to pay such high prices for chemical drinks !!!!!! When I eventually got to the salad bar it looked disgusting, food all over the place, the pizza plate was almost empty bar a few slices, and as for the pasta, there was a child dipping the serving spoon in the sauce and licking it. I called a (child) waiter over and informed him that allowing children to help themselves in this way was unhygienic, the pizza had almost run out and generally the whole food area was a disgrace. He said he was unaware that the child was eating from the serving spoons so I politely pointed out that maybe a part of his and his colleagues jobs was to be a little more observant and aware of what was going on around them. I found the experience absolutely dreadful, a complete rip off financially and quite frankly if you leave a place to be run by young inexperienced waiters what do you expect....... When Pizza Hut first opened in the UK I remember it and the salad bar was one of the best things about the place. I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut for years until this day and I have to say a team of wild horses wouldn't drag me back in again. For what we paid we could have gone to an independent pizza restaurant and enjoyed authentic food, I just thought it would be fun and would make a nice change. Unfortunately the place was filthy, the tables were sticky, the food presentation was dreadful....... never never again for me or any of my family !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son wanted to go to Pizza Hut for his birthday and as we were already in the area we decided to come here. We booked online which was easy to do. On arriving we were shown to our table and given time to look through the menu. The lighting in the venue was fun but it was a little dark.

Picked up a pizza for my grandson at this restaurant, and paid £13 for it. Never looked at it until got home, I was amazed just how small it was for the price. The box I was given would have held two that size.

People tend to only leave reviews at a place like Pizza Hut if they've had a bad experience, but thought I'd break the mould.

First visited here In December 2016 where my 4 year old son god concussion from the toilet roll dispenser falling on his head in the toilet.

My husband, children and I have eaten at this Pizza Hut location several times. Every time the service and the food are great. The staff generally appear to be happy and helpful, food is served timely, the salad bar area is constantly being re-stocked and is always clean, the toilets are clean. We really can't fault it. Given how lacklustre the other restaurants in the Leisure Park are, it's nice to have a chain there that we know is always good.

Arrived with 3 young children 11 9&7 we had barely sat down when we were asked if we’d chosen. Then when we did give the order in the food came out quickly. Children then wanted to have their ice cream I’d promised them if they’d eaten their food. They went up to get their ice cream and when they came back to the table they moaned that the creams was so soft and runny they drank some from the bowl!!! I told them to leave it as we needed to leave to catch the film in time. When my bill came I asked for the ice creams to be taken off and I explained why. Only to be told that the machine does this a lot....we’ll get a replacement one. We as customers pay enough. A revised bill arrived with only 1taken off. So I called the ,manager and told her that I wanted both off the bill and explained why. Finally this was done. Spoilt my treat out with my Grandchildren a bit. For the price I don’t think this was worth it.

The food here is absolutely wonderful, with great deals and excellent service, we will for sure be visiting again. The lunch buffet is a god send.

When I phoned to book a table for my daughters 4th birthday I spoke to a very friendly and helpful member of staff. I think her name was Sammy? I mentioned that I had recently had surgery and only just come out of hospital in time for my daughters birthday so wasn't able to do much. A family Pizza Hut dinner was about all I could manage. Sammy went above and beyond. We were seated efficiently and had another friendly waitress. I didn't catch her name sorry. After ordering our meals, Sammy appeared with a bunch off pink princess balloons. My daughters face lit up. It was so lovely. Apparently Pizza Hut don't do balloons anymore so she went out of her way to get some to make her day extra special. I honestly can't thank her enough. Lovely meal. Kids had he best time. Will 100% recommend after our experience.

Sabes lo que te dan en Pizza Hut, ninguna sorpresa en el menú. Hemos estado antes, y nos dimos cuenta de que esta vez ha sido renovado, lo que era necesario. El principio de la barra de ensaladas y principalmente pizza permanece inalterada. Nos dieron una mesa con bastante rapidez, la camarera era amable. Los asientos para 4 personas es un poco estrecho. Pero lo que me di cuenta de que la mayoría era que todo es pegajoso: los menús, las sillas, el suelo y la mesa grasosa aunque había sido limpiado. No es particularmente agradable en un restaurante.

Unfortunately had to wait 55 minutes to collect 2 pizzas. The restaurant itself was fairly quiet, if they had a back log from online orders then feel we should've been advised before we ordered but nothing was mentioned so struggling to understand why it took so long. After finally receiving our pizzas we hoped it would of been worth the wait, no such luck, it was very average and can't see any reason to go back or recommend to anyone else.

After countless disappointing visits (to a point my wife and I agreed to boycott it), we say they had refurbed the space and thought one more try. Well we wish we had not. Staff are just as clueless as always - being unable to take a simple order without their tablets which kept crashing and then dying. When we said why not write it down, she came back with another tablet that crashed again!Food took ages, wrong order came out when it did and place had music on full so can't even have a conversation. Drinks came out and when said it tasted funny - got told what we ordered was out of stock so they simply swapped it (but did not tell us). Place looks nice - but actually when eating feels like you in a fetish place with cages and neon lights. Gone past modern and just into random.Speaking to a staff member it seems Pizza Hut seem to just hire loads of "manager interns" who they pay next to nothing and don't care if they stay as they just replace them.

Ate there as Nando's had a 30 minute wait. advised waitress 4 only wanted water and was told help our selves at the dispenser. (same message as given by Toby where water is free!)Lesson learnt should have specified a jug of tap water. Not until the bill had been paid did I notice we had been charged £2.90 each £11.60 for 6 glasses of water 2 of us had refills! Had 2 sharing pizzas that is 4 halves. 3 were OK one was extremely creasy and unpleasant. Couldn't be bothered to complain. Kids meals were OK but 8 year olds was £9.95 hardly inexpensive. Will not visit again would sooner go hungry.

We had booked a table so we didn't have to wait for ours. Ordered quite quickly. Salad bar was nice but a bit messy here and there. When we were given our plates for the starter, they were dirty from tomato sauce. >< Of course we asked for new plates. Some of the drinks my family members had from the drink machine wasn't very nice. However food was good ☆☆☆

Visited with friends and two children at 2.30 on Saturday. The restaurant was not ever half full but overall we spent 3 hours in here from start to finish. I think the only reason we finally got our bill and we're allowed out was because of a lucky change of staff! (The gentleman who served us after our first waitress was very good) We had to wait 30 minutes to order drinks, followed by 40 minutes to order food (despite asking the waitress 3 times). Our plates weren't cleared even though we asked for desert, the waitress was more interested in talking to members of staff. The food when it arrived was good but I would visit here if you are in a hurry!

Haven't been to Pizza Hut for along time. Decided to give this a try as it appears to have been rebranded. On arrival I was informed that I would have to wait for a table. 10 mins later we were sat down. Another 10 mins before the waiter took our order. After 40 mins of waiting for my starter I ask the waiter how much longer I would have to wait? He told me that they were short staffed. Which would explain why there was hardly any food on the other tables in the restaurant. A further 5 mins and the waiter brought our starters and main course together. He mumbled about this and left. The food was ok, not particularly hot and bland.It took ages to get the bill and even longer to pay. Additionally facilities in the toilets where unserviceable and unhygienic despite the sign stating that Pizza Hut take pride in their facilities. Will not visit again.

Very average. Kids like it, not my choice as I really don't like their pizzas... too stodgy. I like real Italian pizzas... but then this isn't Italian!!! It is what it is.... very average, average service, not particularly clean, starters small... but this place is busy, so it's personal choice ...

Called in one evening, had excellent service, food came exactly as we had ordered, and we were looked after very well. Took advantage of a promotional offer of £10 per 2 course meal, including a main and a sweet. A pleasure to eat and everything spot on.

I really can't complain about the service or taste of the food; all was bang on, but it was a touch pricey.

Decided to order a takeaway pizza after the cinema to take home. It was a painful wait of 45 minutes!! The pizza was yummy but what's with the long wait?

We visited on a Friday at around 12pm. The restaurant was fairly quiet and everything went smoothly, we were mistakenly given a smaller size pizza which we were allowed to keep after being given the proper share size pizza! We were able to box it up and take it home which was a big bonus. The restaurant and toilets were really clean and the staff were really nice. The sweet potato fries were really nice as a side.

Visited Pizza Hut at 9.30 pm in the evening with two of my grandchildren for a takeaway after travelling back from the South of France. The young lady that served us was very helpful and friendly, offering advice on the best deal. The food arrived after 15 minutes. Would definitely go back again.

Big improvement from the last time visited still had to wait 20 mins for order to be taken and the starter arrived after the pizzas Staff friendly but need to be aware of what's going on around them,

Visited with family for the buffet. Not very busy and initially seated us in a cramped booth! Requested to move, which they agreed. Service was poor. Whilst I don't expect too much for a buffet, other than to take our order, we never saw any waiting staff again, not even to check everything was ok, and had to go to pay as we left, as nobody about to ask for the bill! Selection of pizza was bad, and at even had to wait around for them to replenish the buffet area! Since I have started to visit the USA more than 15 years ago, I have always been in the habit of tipping in restaurants, even if eating at a buffet, but this is the first time I opted to leave no tip whatsoever! Sadly, this place is a big let down to PH

The meal itself was nice. I found a rogue sweetcorn on my pizza though when it wasn't meant to have sweetcorn on it though. We ordered sweet potato fries as a side dish but right before our pizzas were brought out we were told they had no more sweet potato fries and asked if we would like to change them for anything which we did to chicken bites. All the pizzas and sides came bar the chicken bites for a considerable amount of time. They should have told us about them running out of sweet potato fries earlier to prevent the delay. My friend order a raspberry mojito mocktail and her drink wasn't brought out with all the others. We were told they had made the mocktail as a cocktail and were remaking it. Apart from those few issues the food was nice and the service was okay.

This is my third and final visit to this pizza hut. Though the staff are reasonably friendly, they have no awareness of what is going on around them. I was left waiting to order for far too long, then the wait for my food itself was even longer. In terms of cleanliness, I've seen zoo's cleaner. Children were putting their fingers in the salad buffet, i selected 3 plates all of which were dirty, the glasses were smeary, and the cutlery was filthy. In all honesty, I'm surprised this branch hasn't been shut down by health inspectors. The food itself was nice however the service ruined the whole experience for me. All in all, waiting times and restaurant cleanliness is the reasons for this rating. If you're hungry, pop to Nando's or Subway over the road.

We ate here Monday evening 23.1.17 and it was awful no tomatoe paste on the pizza and virtually no topping tasteless flat bread !!!
