The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I placed an order like I always do, I have had teething problems before from here like missing chips or missing a pot of salad. And have always let it go because we all make mistakes plus by the time I have explained to them missing chips, I would have eaten with my family so no point. However tonight was just awful, I’m usually not one to complain but I want to warn others of such poor quality in the food. I have provided photos to show. The pizza was burnt £12 for that!! And a kebab a large special £12 pita rock hard and no salad either. I definitely will never buy from here again. I would be embarrassed giving that out to customers.

I rang and explained what I wpuld like to order and the guy on the phone was very helpful. I explained that last time I had ordered cookie dough it was burnt and it had put me off ordering it again. He explained why this may have been the case and said he would be watching 👀 it and so I ordered two. I also said I was disappointed about my favourite base not being available but understood the explanation. I am so grateful for ordering as the guy had really listened to me and went the extra mile. The food was exceptionally quick, the cookie dough was not burnt and my pizza even had an extra touch of my favourite base which is currently unavailable! Just a warning that these guys are not on the level. Last week our regular order was cancelled because of a power outage. We waited an hour and called them (nothing proactive) and agreed that we’d cancel and make other arrangements. Later that evening they tried to deliver the order but we’d already eaten. Even though we turned them away we were still charged. Buyer beware! Is a shame as their deliveries are usually fast and hot - ideal fast food.

Ordered food online at 5.20pm. Said 35 minutes for delivery. Rang at 6.40pm, said someone else had taken our food. Absolute shambles. Said they would send as a matter of priority. Food never arrived. Worst takeaway outlet in Wokingham by a country mile. Avoid. One star is too much.

Really lovely pizzas and excellent customer service :) I couldn’t park so the gentleman kindly brought the pizzas to my car at the back of the shop 😃

Don't bother using these guys, the meals arrive late and some of the bits we ordered were wrong. When we called them about it we were offered a refund which didn't even cover the item that was not sent

Lucky to have 1 star the place should be closed should have years ago repeated unreasonable mistakes caused by thier attitude and lack of care to thier jobs to provide a serivce they clearly can't deliver besides give you rude bad mannered slow lazy threatening attuides from a dysfunctional setup they prompt to us as a serivce is complete rubbish Disgusting 1hr late messing about with receiving my order as paid in full and in return got no customer care or support in resolving the matter I had called 20times with no response then 2 times with a Disgusting cold rude blunt attitude with no decent honourable human reaction on wanting to keep my costume by resolving the issue with delivery not being apologetic not being reasonable and making thier parking chargers my issue when I've paid my delivery and delivery fee and waited with traumatised stress from the experience from the way I was spoken to in a bad threatening manner Still no delivery still no refund with a 4 year old daughter unwell on top I didn't need this stress to order food and give my costume to receive the wrost evening ever

The staff was super super kind. They do such an amazing job.We ate hamburgers with chips and they were amazing. You should go.

As per some other reviews on here I was charged twice, once from Crostinies app (where I got no confirmation) and also from Just Eat. Neither have me a refund so 3 pizzas cost £108! Was not very impressed with the pizza and obviously would never use again.

We made a big order of pizzas to be delivered at work place. The big boxes of pizzas were delivered in time and very warm - freshly cooked. There’s also drinks available. As we ordered big number of pizzas the management gave us two extra boxes for free. Brilliant 🤩 deal!!!

Order was delayed, then when it turned up ended up half in the bin. The "ultimate cheesy garlic bread" was burnt bread with no cheese or garlic in half of it. The pizza was wrong and half of it had a disgusting bbq sauce as the base sauce. A literal waste of £25. This is the second time I've had "ultimate cheesy garlic bread", only without the cheese and garlic. I just don't get it. How is it possible to even out that in the oven let alone have it pass a QC check? If you have serious allergies DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You are literally risking your life for a few teenagers to get a minimum wage.

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later, the pizzas hadn't turned up. 3 or 4 of us tried to phone to query this; the phone connected and we could hear voices, then they hung up. Eventually one of us got through and they said they had recalled the driver and were re-making the pizzas. One of us got in his car and collected them himself. No apologies, no explanation, and they have delivered to our location before. Won't be using Dominos again in Chineham. Can't wait to see if the outlet reply to this.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on trip advisor before but really don’t want anyone else to waste their money at an over priced ‘Italian’. Pizza was like a frozen oven baked pizza - awful. Went for a last minute Sunday evening date and wish we’d stayed in x
