Domino's Pizza in Watford

I ordered two pizzas to be delivered during a party at Laser Planet. The pizzas were for kids with food allergies who couldn't eat the pizza served by the facility. I placed the order in the morning scheduled for four hours later when I needed it. The pizza was supposed to be delivered between 2:45 and 3:00. At 2:40, I clicked the link in the confirmation e-mail and it said the pizza was on its way. Just before 3, we started calling the restaurant. We must have called 20 times and no one ever answered. At around 3:10, the pizza was marked as having been delivered. I left a review through the confirmation e-mail. 20 minutes later, the pizza showed up. The driver tried to tell me he was stuck in traffic; however, the pizza was hot. There is no way it was "on its way" at 2:40 and arrived piping hot at 3:30, less than a mile away. Laser Planet needed the table as our party time was over. The two kids with food allergies had to take their pizza with them.

Ordered a double decadence, it came totally slid into the corner of the box, complained and they sent out a replacement, this was it…..

Ordered a large pizza and over an hour and a half later while still waiting for it I called them to find out their driver had apparently delivered it to the wrong address !! The only response I got was eventually to be told after a 10 minute phone call "sorry we will get another one out to you as soon as possible". Try explaining that to two starving kids, complete joke of a service and I will never be using them again, shame you can't give them zero Stars as even 1 star is too generous for them!!!

I always order from this store with double cheese but they DO NOT put cheese properly on pizza you can literally see red sauce and cheese lumps scattered and evenly sprayed. Also base is thick and not cooked properly. I called them to make sure they put cheese properly instead of helping they hung up the phone. Very bad experience and customer seruvice. This is not expected from Dominos and disappearing regular customers. Action must be taken against this store to improve quality. I cancelled my order and will be thinking 10 times now before ordering again.

We have ordered takeaway delivery a few times from Domino's on their pizza deal in the past which the quality, service was good and price reasonable but this time the standard has dropped and the meagre amount of chicken topping was minimal on this occasion. We were very disappointed as they also got the order wrong forgetting the garlic bread which they did deliver in the end after we complained but it was awful, not appetising, pizza was a bit greasy and not as tasty as before - prices have increased considerably too – shame as this experience has put us off.

this is a food chain. the food is all standardised. the only difference is the service here is fast and efficient. it was clean and tables are well set.

I just wanted to say how Renu the assistant manager in Watford turned arson’s a potentially bad review to amazing service and lovely food. Correct hot and in time. Thanks Renu. You are a credit to Dominos’s 😄

We have been ordering since the opening of this branch and must say standards have fallen over time. If delivery ordered it takes longer then expected if collection ordered it makes it difficult with parking issues. Food is usually good although that too has fallen in standards with not so generous toppings when ordering "deal pizza's" and received quite burnt sometimes. Always chosen Domino's over other competitors therefore would like to see the excellence back in this branch before forced to make other choices

Decided to get a pizza tonight as we thought it would be fast and easy and it was anything but fast. After an hour and five minutes we called to find out where our order was and all we were told was, it will be there in five minutes... it arrived ten minutes later. This is not fast food. My daughters pizza had pieces of mushroom on it even though she didnt order any mushrooms and she dislikes mushrooms. My pizza looked like it was cut by someone who had too much to drink as it was a mess. It wasnt hot either. Very disappointed We wont be ordering again from here.

Ordered the deal online, and waited, checked the app, said it was on it's way, waited, looked out the window, waited, rang store, they said there were issues with traffic on the roads and it would be there soon. A couple of minutes later the driver was at my door with piping hot pizza. It was delicious, and I highly recommend the Cumberland Sausage topping, and the ground beef is actually beefy rather that spiced beef. Job well done Dominos, one happy customer.

They give good service for my occasional takeaways. It can be difficult to park nearby, so probably worth getting the delivery service.

They screwed up my pizza and were quick to offer me an exchange or complimentary dough balls on my next order! Service quite slow but great pizza!

Follow up from my earlier review of January Used again - this time tried thin crust. Both pizzas arrived on time but both burnt and cold. Half thrown away as kids refused to eat. Have always been a Dominos customer but Watford branch doesn't seem to get it right. So will be trying to find authentic alternative.

Standard Dominos pizza delivered to your door on time Tendency for dough to be too thick and toppings meagre but authentic 'Dominos' style. Prices (national) are too high Watch out for deals to be removed without warning

A variety of Pizzas with awesome offers to go with on Tuesdays and Fridays, you certainly cannot go wrong.

Great Pizza, shame about the prices when there are no deals on. And don't pay by card over the phone, I had someone use my card details to fund pay as you phone top ups.

It's a pizza delivery, what more can you expect! I love domino's! Delivery drivers are friendly and the food is good. We tend to have pizza days at work and use domino's every time!

We phone to ask what was the latest time to phone to order pizza and was told 10:45 pm. We rang at 10:35 pm and were told that we could not order as it was too late. Not acceptable really :(

I tried pizza delivery from Domino's. I'm 100% satisfied even though I'm usually very picky. Very tasty pizza, very tasty bases, and filings you can order any you like. Delivery was surprisingly fast. Really happy with this place. I definitely advise to try their pizzas!!!

It is what it is but they always get to you quickly and with hot food. They are very pricey but as long as you get a deal it's not too bad. Way better service than local Pizza Hut!
