Domino's Pizza in Winchester

Don't bother using these guys, the meals arrive late and some of the bits we ordered were wrong. When we called them about it we were offered a refund which didn't even cover the item that was not sent

Be wary if you decide to leave honest feedback on "Hello Domnios" website. I did this, and mentioned my order had been made incorrectly and also that I was concerned about the health and safety/hygiene implications of having a young child in the food preparation area (I had noticed this a few weeks prior.) I received a phone call the next day from an immediately confrontational and aggressive manager. They could not see anything wrong with a child in the food preparation area as it was their child. I explained I had no intention of offending anyone as it was purely feedback but this was not good enough and she continued to claim my comment was equivalent to me calling her child dirty. I was left upset and near to tears. I was and still am so shocked that someone could obtain my personal phone number and use it to verbally abuse me like this. After the phone call I no other choice but to contact environmental health just so they could re educate the manager regarding the expected food hygiene standards needed for an establishment preparing and selling food.

This is my local dominoes and the quality is just so poor. I would say 70% of the time I'm disappointed, usually lukewarm by the time it gets to you (the delivery time is nearly always 1.5 hours) the pizzas are just a mess. Tonight I went to order to then be told it is 1.5 hours wait (shock) and that they have ran out of peppers, onions, mushrooms and there is no discount for the pizzas that include these toppings. Whoever owns this franchise needs to pull there finger out, you would have thought its ran by a bunch of kids. When I have a dominos from another store it is noticeably better.

Ordered food, wrong order delivered. Staff at outlet couldn’t give a jot, and it was either a refund or wait another hour for the right meal (possibly) to be delivered. Hardly fast food if you have to wait nearly 2 hours for what is basically cheese on toast. Avoid the outlet. There are so many better places to get food delivered from in Whiteley.

We've given Dominos more then enough chances and every time we think we'll give them another go, they disappoint. We did the 1 large pizza, 2 sides, cookies and a drink for 19.99 and the garlic bread was probably the best part. I don't understand why their pizzas always have big air pockets? The pizza was luke warm and the base was uneven and there's never a distinct flavour, it all tastes the same. I'll never order from here again, Papa John's all the way.

Takes about 2 hours for the delivery, driver will go to about 20 houses before dropping yours off so it arrives freezing cold, phone lines are always dead, don’t use dominos in whiteley staff are useless and very incompetent.

Ordered twice from this dominos , both times pizza has taken ages to come and arrived cold . Wouldn’t order from again . Never had this issue with any other dominos !

After trying numerous pizza establishments Adam at dominoes Whitley was a star, would deffo visit again.

Ordered online - very easy & simple to do. Bought a meal deal. Chose the time I required. Delivered within 10 minutes of my chosen time slot. Delivery driver friendly. Pizza pipping hot 🍕 ☀️ Pizza tasted excellent. Usual Domino’s standards. Sufficient amount of toppings, cheese and base sauce. It is expensive for what you get, so some sort of meal deal is essential.

We ordered pizza ready for Italian week on the bake off. Our pizza arrived by motorbike and was squashed into one corner of each box. It looked like acat had thrown up into the box. More likely the delivery driver did wheelies along the route. We rang to complain and the lady was very polite and said she would get a fresh order out to us as soon as possible. It arrived in record time and was piping hot and perfectly flat. We thought it was resolved. My pizza the second time was ok but not fantastic to the taste but my partner's had more jalapenos than anything else and was so salty when you bit into it he could not eat It. It made us question if this was deliberate because we complained. All in all very disappointed. We will not be ordering again.

Dough balls and chicken strips were particularly good. Pizza was very fresh and tasty. Good dipping sauces.

Whenever we get a dominos pizza they are always super hot and very good quality. I just wish they offered some slightly cheaper deals on delivery

We've used Domino's before and always had great pizza and delivery service. Unfortunately this time it wasn't; it was a Friday night and they were clearly busy. The on-line icon indicated when the pizzas were out for delivery but it took over 40 minutes and they arrived cold which was a real pity. The biggest issue was the attitude when we phoned and the person at the other end of the phone couldn't care less. I completed the on-line comment but heard nothing..................shame

After the recent, and quite devastating, closure of our nearest Manhattans we decided to give the Whiteley Domino's pizza a try. We ordered one of their deals as it did work out much better value than individual pizzas. The online ordering was really easy to use and it was helpful to see the process of our order from payment through to the knock at the door. The young man who delivered the pizzas was a credit to the store - very polite and friendly, smartly dressed with a cheery smile. As for the pizzas, well we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality. They were delicious and piping hot. We would definitely be happy to re-order from the Whiteley Domino's store.

Have had a few orders from here and in the main they were ok, my husband likes proper thin & crispy pizza, seemingly they don't really do that here. Tried to order tonight but the website didn't want to play, an IT problem??? No, the shop is closed for refurbishment, why couldn't they just say that????? We really miss Manhattans pizza, best pizza and much the easiest website if ordering online.

S/o to Elliot who sorted me a £20 credit as the delivery guy turned up with a missing product (Ben and jerrys ice cream cookie dough) and sniggered at me when I told him the nachos didn't have janopenos on it, not a big deal but a big deal that he laughed and said 'there's not much we can do about that' neithertheless the pizza was rather cold and crispy but the delivery guy didn't have any sympathy as I also had waited 1 hour 10 minutes which is ridiculous but I mustn't complain much because the night was easily redeemed by Elliot thank u v much kiddo FYI I am a lil typsy xox

Se ha convertido en una tradición de viernes por la noche para nosotros y como una familia de cuatro tiene capacidad para nuestros gustos individuales sin que cuesten demasiado. Nuestro "normal" es a conseguir comprar - Una oferta libre de las pizzas grandes pero luego tener coberturas diferentes en cada medio le da 4 variaciones en las 2 pizzas. Última factura era £17.99. Si tiene hambre, entonces añadir extras, bolas de ajo la masa cursi uno de mis favoritos (no hay versión dieta!!) striptease pollo o kickers si quieres ellos punzantes. Utilizamos para llamar al orden, pero había bastante a menudo errores donde la persona tomar la orden había malinterpretado - incluso hasta dificultades recoger cuando que se extiende a su nombre y supongo que lo que imaginaba lo dijo!! Ahora que la orden en línea. Por la experiencia ha sido buena. Sin duda creo que es el más rápido con el fin de acumular tiempo unos 20 minutos... pero generalmente comer temprano (19.00 - 19.30) así que este puede aumentar más tarde y si están más ocupados. La línea de tracker es una guía y local tenemos la distribución prácticamente muerto en el ahora. Dominos tenían algunas fallas catastróficas a principios de este año, que era por los fallos del sistema y posiblemente personal temas etc. pero siempre se recuperó y siempre he disfrutado el producto final. "normal" es un poco dura, pero "Muy bueno" se extiende. Un buen sólido de mí.

For some reason dominos seem to always have an issue when we do collection, never ready, often clearly unable to cope and generally quite rude when you turn up to collect. Strangely if we have it delivered its always been ok. We have taken to ordering from Stubbington branch if we want to collect as it's quicker to drive there than to hang about waiting in Whiteley!

On my last 3 visits unfortunately I have had to ring up and complain. The first out of the 3 visits the driver dropped one of the large dips all over my doorstep. Didn't complain as accidents happen, cleared it away and thought nothing else. 2nd visit could you believe it, a large pot of sauce was dropped all over our doorstep. This time we complained and was offered a £15 store credit for our next visit. 3rd visit (today) our order value (including the £15 credit was £52) after a hour had passed my partner rang chasing where our order was. Approx ten minutes later it arrived, all cold! The driver explained that they put our order through as a collection and our food had been sitting there for over 15 minutes. Just about had enough of them now, locally they are getting a very bad reputation. My partner rang to complain and the manager refused to talk to him, what sort of manager is this a mouse ?!?! We have now contacted head office. I wouldn't bother ordering from them, you come in from work to have a relaxing evening and they mess up! Thanks Dominos for nothing and ruining my evening!!!

Once found in the inner office blocks, able to park not far away. found purely by accident as getting fed up trying to leave whiteley Town area through permanently gridlocked road system with cars parked and abandoned everywhere on a daily basis

After a poor experience at another local eatery, I decided that I couldn't go wrong with a pizza, so I pulled over in a layby when I was still 20 mins away and ordered from Dominos. The website was great, asking me what time I wanted my order, telling me when my pizza was in the over and when it was ready to collect but all of that was a charade as clearly there is no link between the website and the activities in store...When I arrived to collect my order (at the time I'd requested, and a few minutes after the website said my order was ready), I still had a 10 minute wait for my food...Staff didn't seem bothered (quoting one: "don't trust the app; we hate the app"; and another tried to explain the issues they have with phone and internet orders arriving and upsetting their schedule, but not really showing any desire to please the customer).The end result was a customer who had previously been impressed by the ordering experience transformed into one who was underwhelmed by the service in store. And to top it all, the pizza wasn't even that great...Another one to strike off my list whilst travelling for work...

Nice pizza but way too expensive. Only really come here as a special treat or if there are some really good vouchers available.

I recently ordered Domino's when we had some of my friends stay for an impromptu dinner. With a group of 6 hungry children to feed I decided Domino's was the simplest option! The online app is excellent and easy to use - the kiddies love to watch the progress of our order as it shows up from order, to preparation, to baking, quality check and finally delivery! A figure on a moped moves along from each section to show the order progression. It is sadly quite entertaining! They always seem to have good deals available - although it is much more expensive than popping to Iceland or Tesco and cooking yourself, sometimes you just can't be bothered! We ordered two large pizzas which we split half and half with different toppings on each side and a stuffed crust, chicken goujons and a large bottle of fanta. It all arrived very quickly, and just when the little figure on the moped predicted!! The food was hot and appeared fresh - not soggy at all. I paid online so no fuss with cash etc - the delivery guy was polite and quick. Another successful order from Domino's!!

The Whiteley's Domino's os okay as far as Dominos go, but it is overpriced unoriginal convenience food.

Often pop in here for a buy one get one free on a Friday night as can't be bothered to cook. Always get hot pizzas and never have to wait a long time for your order.

We regularly use this dominos when in the UK at our house in Locks Heath.Service is great, two for one offers excellent and the pizzas are always hot and tasty. Wish there was a dominos in Guernsey.

As a last minute decision my friend and I decided to order Dominos to feed our gang of children after a get together. I ordered online and it was brilliant! We looked at the online menu and chose the best deal for our large group and a few clicks and it was ordred. The app then moves on in live time allowing you to track your order - (sadly) it was really fun! we kept watching as the tracker tells you if the order is being prepared, cooked or dispatched. The children were all excited to shout as their order was progressing.... it must be accurate as shortly after it showed dispacted there was a knock at the door! Fresh Hot pizza!
