Domino's Pizza in Wokingham

Just a warning that these guys are not on the level. Last week our regular order was cancelled because of a power outage. We waited an hour and called them (nothing proactive) and agreed that we’d cancel and make other arrangements. Later that evening they tried to deliver the order but we’d already eaten. Even though we turned them away we were still charged. Buyer beware! Is a shame as their deliveries are usually fast and hot - ideal fast food.

Sat 9th Nov evening. We placed a big order and we choose a specific time to be delivered (one hour later). It was peak time Saturday evening and we live four miles from the shop, yet the order still arrived exactly at the time requested and hot! Very impressed. I spoke to the store twice, with questions and despite being so busy the person (female) was friendly, informative and helpful as was the courteous delivery driver.

This will be my second review of this takeaway. I’m still not a lover of pizza but my family are and they love Dominos. I want to personally thank the staff that make my order which makes my family happy. Emma Mario Jade Bianka Kuljinda Agi Tsveti Georgia. To me, they are the best of the best. They need to be appreciated and I truly appreciate the service they provide. P.S. I love the gooey cookies (if I get a look in).

Felt inclined to leave a review seen as most of the reviews are negative. I've just this branch on and off for over 10 years of living in wokingham. Never had a bad experience! Currently eating a very hot, very tasty pizza that arrived after only waiting about 20 minutes.

Waiting over 2 hours and still no sign of any food. Phone constatly engaged at the store so will have to get in the car and go and see them.

Wednesday lunch time ordered 2 pizza bundle for delivery. Receipt on box time stamped at 13.15. Called branch at 14.05 chasing order. Person on the phone was very abrupt and offered no apology. As I was on the phone the delivery arrived. No apology from Delivery person. That meant it took 50 minutes to drive the 0.8 miles from store to my address. Food was now cold. Awful experience.

Moved to the area recently and have used this branch quite a few times, it is hit and miss the pizza is usually fine but the garlic bread can be dry and dips/ extras can be forgotten! will only order if a deal or offer on as over priced otherwise.

Awful! I had ordered the big bundle deal and I ordered a pizza where the crust had come up completely wrong and no sauce hardly, the pizza garlic bread had no cheese I was served half a box of undercooked stone cold wedges and cookies that where burnt and rock hard I had asked to have a refund and offered to return all the food they had sent and they refused they even refused to remake and because I had complained once before due to them giving me the completely wrong order they said they wouldn't refund , remake, or serve my order with is outrageous! So I am stuck with this food that I don't want at all even after saying I would return it ! I am disgusted never go u won't get ur money back if your food is bad or you get the wrong order

Everyone makes mistakes but having several pizzas later and it gets worse every time but unfortunately it's my only local takeaway- pizza again has turned up practically uncooked, soggy and Luke warm.. Bacon has been changed looked like chunks of gammon now with chunks of fat in.. Not sure whether to eat it or throw it, the wedges are warm too and need to go in the oven a lot longer!! Surprised it's been defrosted.. SO DISAPPOINTED!

There is little to say about Domino's. If you like pizza they are good. This is a well located branch close to the junction with Easthampstead Road. There is parking although this is often busy during the day, easier in the evening.

We often drop in here after a night out in Wokingham and we've never had any faults. Very acommodating, if you don't want a certain topping you can ask to have it swapped with something else. Always freshly baked within 10 - 15 minutes with no fauts. Great selection and there's always a great offer on. Highly recommended!

Went in to buy a large order of pizzas with a specific delivery time and the service was excellent. Even offered a very generous offer when I asked if there was anything they could do on the price.

Great pizza, try and get a deal online or through the app or post though, can be expensive otherwise
