Domino's Wokingham in Wokingham

Seems to be run by scruffy Indians with very poor personal hygiene and appearance who haven't got a clue what they're doing. Wouldn't trust any of them to open a tin of cat food and feed my cat, let alone make me a pizza. Don't expect your order to delivered on time,or be ready for collection at the requested time. More than that, if you don't want to be put off your food altogether, don't let yourself see the dirty, scruffy, unhygienic staff that make it! My last experience at that store has put me off Dominos for life!!!

Pizzas are ok and normally fast to deliver or to take away. Depends on who makes your pizza, sometimes very good, sometimes just ok.

Went here with a couple of good friends due to a gap in school lessons. A bit of a drive but well worth it. A beautiful flavoured pizza for a nice cheap value (with a voucher thing). Some comments from friends who also had some: "Erm very generous with toppings, erm overall great taste" "It was great" "Supremely bussing"

Don’t expect to eat your food on time because you can guarantee it will be late. It’s such a shame but would get from the Woodley branch instead.

Placed order at 1.10 pm Delivered approx 2.30. Pizza was cold and looked as if it had been standing for some time as it had gone completely flat. Not even tasty to compensate. Supermarket pizzas are better and that's saying something. Never again would I use Dominos.

Thanks Rob and congrats Reece on your first day. Despite the sweltering heat; Pizza was the Sunday choice and we couldn’t have asked for greater courtesy, warmth from Rob! He changed and adapted the order for a family members diabetes. Taking time to converse and being so flexible was really appreciated! The pizzas were consistent in great quality, everything tastes fresh and there was no skimping on the well cooked toppings. Thankyou again!

Pizza was piping hot and delicious! The staff were friendly and fast with service. If you want a decent pizza dominos is the only place to go!

Delivery service is terrible, they can’t delivery pizza hot, turns up cold, might as well get one out the freezer!! Ignore complaints, did give them a second try, but same cold pizza and then completely ignored, complete waste of money, awful service.. Unless you like cold delivered pizza..

Don’t go here. The service is awful. Deals on the menu are “no longer valid” when you order them even though I asked for the deal at the beginning and he said yes? Then a new guy came over to help as I was taking too long and he started barking at me, he was so angry I was taking so long. If it wasn’t so late and I was coming back from a day out I would of walked out. He then proceeded to lock us outside while it was prepared as the store was “closing” then asked for dips and was ignored, so when he bought it to the door I said again can I have dips and he said no and slammed the door in my face. Go to Pizza Hut or papa John’s my food wasn’t even cooked. I get it was late but your literally being paid to be open?

After finally having my pizza delivered one of the items from my order was missing. I called and spoke to someone at the branch who seemed disinterested and told me I’d get a refund within 7 days. It’s now over two weeks later and despite calling again and being told the manager would call me back to resolve I have received no contact and I have still not been refunded. Terrible service and won’t be using them again.

29/09/2020 Ordered in for the night, the delivery guy (I think his name is James) was lovely, polite and social distancing/no contact delivery with a smile.

I attempted to order online for a specific time slot however the delivery time slot selection was greyed out and did not let me do this. I called my local store (Wokingham branch) and a very kind and helpful gentleman picked up called 'Charles'. He was really helpful throughout my order via the telephone and polite.

Ordered from here on the 12th February and delivery came out 16.30. The delivery guy rung my boyfriends mobile and told him he had to come to the front door of the flat building to get it because he's 'not insured to come in the building'. Hilarious. What rubbish. We had just come back from holiday on a 9 hour flight and were in our pyjamas, hence just ordering pizza and they made us come down to get it. Then when we opened the pizza box the pizza was everywhere, not intact and folded over.

To be fair to this branch, the staff are fantastic ! They remember me and my name every time I walk in and order. I don’t eat their pizzas because it’s not to my palette. My family like it and that makes me happy. For that reason alone I have to give them a good score.

surely this place has more issues than this? This is the 3rd time we have ordered and the 3rd we have had an issue. Will happily go collect from somewhere further away next time as they obviously can't get an order correct. This time we ordered several sides - all arrived, two pizzas - only one arrived. When we called we were told they were quite busy, so? I asked for the pizza to be as quick as possible and it came within half an hour. I did ask for a refund or an extra item next time and I got reluctantly offered a £4 pizza garlic bread. When the missed pizza finally arrived, suprise toppings missing and no pizza garlic bread. Completely done with this branch now. Not normally a reviewer but this is ridiculous.

Arrived tonight at minutes to 6 and ordered a medium cheese and tomato pizza and one box of cookies - a simple and small order for my son. Was informed it would take 15 minutes, so paid and went for a brief walk and came back to pick up. On the computer system it then showed an 8 minute wait. So we waited and when 8 minutes was up, we enquired and was told that it hadn't even been cooked yet! We continued to wait and as there is no seating provided it became very difficult to stand for so long. After asking and waiting for 55 minutes our basic order was ready. We were given a free coke (I had to ask!) and when finally home the actual pizza was not to it's usual standard. The consistency of the cheese was not very nice and so this made the 55 minute wait even more difficult. Please sort your computer system out and train your staff to inform your customers if there is going to be such a long wait. We will not be returning or recommending Domino's in Wokingham.

the dominos mobile app experience is great - seamless and you can even see where the driver is on the map !pizzas - well must have had a few of these over the years but always like to go half and half - and stuffed crust american hot is a classic - as is BBQ chicken

Service was as warm as a stagnant puddle. Given the very close competition they need to sort this out... Can't believe this is the first review ..
