Espresso Bar in City of London, Westminster

The staff was super super kind. They do such an amazing job.We ate hamburgers with chips and they were amazing. You should go.

I have no idea how good the coffee is because we didn’t end up having one. We visited on a busy Saturday, ordered two teas and a Diet Coke to be very rudely told they can’t take an order for just drinks. Despite the man sitting next to us finishing a glass of wine and ordering another one, without food, while we were sitting there. The place isn’t all that anyway, one of the glass windows was smashed, plastic chairs and I’m not sure I’d have chanced using the loos. A paying customer is a paying customer but we won’t be going there again.

He estado yendo y viniendo aquí por años. El tipo mayor que solía ejecutarlo hizo fabulosos kebabs. El último par de años no es tan bueno, fuimos allí a principios de febrero y nos indignó el costo  2 x kebabs de cordero, 1 papas fritas, 1 cerveza, 1 coca-cola: 32: (¿No solo inflaron los precios de lo que se muestra en el tablero porque nos sentamos sino que tuvimos la mejilla para agregar 2.50 cargos por servicio? ?????????????? Nunca volverás a verme, no me importa lo buenos que sean tus kebabs

nous l'avons trouvé par hasard, alors que l'on cherchait un bistrot ou un restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. Tout était encore fermé dans le quartier, sauf ce petit café. Croissant et café de très bonne qualité et, pour qui le désire, des plats plus consistants. Service aimable et efficace.

Situated in a central position in Piccadilly Circus not far from Regents Street and Shaftesbury Avenue. Feeling a bit peckish we stopped for a bite to eat before shopping. An unassuming building, small seating area inside and a few more outside we decided on outside... nothing like people watching whilst sipping a cappuccino. Table service here, we decided on outside. Once seated we were given our menus and decided on a Salmon Panini and Lamb Kebab with 2 cappuccinos, our drinks arrived within a minute and the food arrived shortly after.. the lamb kebab was packed inside to the pitta rafters with a salad tahini. Ny fiance said was delicious and my salmon panini had a large portion of chips absolutely delicious too. Cappuccinos were exceptional. We will definitely be back . Looks are not everything from the outside but you dont eat the building its the food drink and fabulous service you go for. This is a goldmine and a place you must visit.

Siamo stati in questo locale per una cena veloce a base di pizza, locale spartano senza il proprio bagno, il personale costituito da un ragazzo italiano è stato cordiale e gentile, la pizza niente di che, ma insomma, unta, condita ma con poco sapore, a mio avviso in Italia avrebbe già chiuso.

The kebab and falafels are amazing. Great cheap casual dining. Don’t be turned off by low rent appearance, the staff and food are top notch and the location can’t be beat.

Pedimos un sándwich de pollo y un kebab y estaba malisimo, comida totalmente industrial y encima caro y a mayores te cobran un suplemento de casi 3 libras por comer sentados. Primera y última vez

The espresso bar is allocated in a great place, after Piccadilly circus square and before Covent Garden. Nice place to have a sit while touring, shopping, etc. and have a nice drink. We expected the taste will be normal as a small coffee shop in the city center for short pauses; however, the espresso, cappuccino and cafe latte were very tasty and much above our expectations. The outdoor seats allow you to sip your drink while tasting London and great old architecture of London's Buildings. Also, not at all expensive as a cafe in an old tourism place; value for money.

The advantage is the location and the outside seating area, overlooking Leicester Square and the local street life. Coffee is good, prices for coffee and drinks are okay for this part of town. The quality of food however, is average. I would rate this place as good/very good for drinks, poor/average for food.

Premetto quando sono all’estero non mi approccio mai al cibo italiano perché so che mangerò schifezze a meno di spendere tantissimo, ma che senso ha? Posso mangiare italiano sicuramente meglio a casa e spendendo molto meno e poi reputo una parte importante del visitare un luogo anche assaggiarne la cucina. La premessa era per dire che non avevamo alcun aspettativa, eravamo stanchi e affamati e non ne potevamo più di panini ed hamburger. Nonostante le aspettative nulle, si è rivelata una pessima esperienza, nonostante il locale non fosse pieno, abbiamo atteso un tempo assurdo per fare l’ordine, non parliamo poi per le pseudo pizze, palesemente surgelate e riscaldate ma questo, ripeto, lo avevo messo in conto. Dopo un attesa infinita questo cameriere che in continuazione correva in un locale a fianco a prendere birre e quant’altro, è definitivamente sparito, alla fine paghiamo il conto al “cuoco/pizzaiolo” che parla un misto di inglese e spagnolo incomprensibile. Inoltre poca pulizia, anche per gli standard inglesi. PESSIMO

We went early in the morning for a light breakfast and it was spot on . The service was excellent at this time as it wasn’t too busy but I’m sure they get stretched through the day . There is outside seating to watch the world go by and a good selection of food and drinks on the menu and surprisingly it was very reasonably priced ..

We had slices of pizza here before going to Leicester Square Theatre. £3 a slice at the counter so we had limited expectations along with fairly limited time. Not the best pizza I ever had but service was friendly, food was edible and people watching opportunities were good.

Une faim qui nappelait pas un restaurant des pizzas qui attirent l'oeil. ... Mais alors on s'en est tiré pour 21$ pour une petite part de pâte à pizza décoré de tomate et de quelques feuilles d épinard des frites l'assiette est tellement petite qu'on ne peut rien coupe sans en mettre à côté et alors le kefta dans la pita je pense que le morceau de viande à été coupé en plusieurs petits morceaux on risquait pas de s'étouffer. .. Si ça avait coûté moins cher encore ... Mais à ce prix on aurait pu manger une vrai pizza ou de la viande... JE DECONSEILLLE
