Domino's Pizza in Stevenage

I had to order over the phone as I am allergic to dairy and cannot add meat to a vegan pizza or customise a normal pizza to have vegan cheese. Not only did the lady on the phone mumble which made it difficult to understand but she came across as rude. I was not informed of the price before asking for my card details which I didn’t question as it usually comes to around £25-30 for 2 pizza with a deal which the person operating the phone adds on for us but this time it came to £52!! If I was able to order this online I could have got 2 pizza’s and 2 sides for £24.99. Please make the vegan base and cheese an options for customisation for those with allergens so we don’t have to pay double the amount for less!!

Literally are the rudest staff and management. Unsure how they are being hired. The men there are always looking at young girls walking past and smoking outside. Also, they are slow! I don't see them wash their hands properly in-between making the food either. Just a rinse and then kneeding the dough with bare hands. Sometimes no rinse. Shocking.

I ordered and arranged pick up for 15 minutes time. I got there and it was all ready and the service was great. My only complaints would be in COVID times surely the staff kneading the bread and putting the toppings on should have gloves on and also face coverings as germs could be easily spread and also the pizza's didn't come with their normal dips.

We rang up and ordered the food at 17;25 and got it by 17;45 and so the service was quick. The pizza were delicious and a good size and price . Garlic bread was lovely and the wedges were yummy!

Ordered online at 6.30pm, tracked order through the app which stated meal was delivered at 7.40pm. Took 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone when calling to find out where the food was who said they don’t control the app and it was going to be delivered in 10 minutes with no apology. 8.30pm, 2 hours after order the pizza was delivered cold, 20 minutes of calling and no one answers the phone. The worst service

Ordered online.. Pizza was ready two minutes before the time. Good customer service.. They are happy to give few extra garlic or bbq dips for free if you ask.

Awful....... waited over an hour and a half, pizza arrived cold and staff were useless and rude on the phone! Will not order again!

Awful service , manager and assistant manager rude , left on hold for 20 mins !! Food turns up over an hour late and after cancelling! Awful!

Having received a 'special offer' menu through the door thought we'd order pizza for delivery. After waiting an hour we rung to see what was happening and were told it was on the way, baring in mind we live 15 mins from Dominos Stevenage, after 40 minutes we rung again to be told that there had been a mistake and order had been put down for collection, at that stage we asked for a refund, which hopefully is being processed. Low and behold about half an hour after cancelling order the guy arrived with our order which we didnt take. Terrible service and no point offering these great offers if you cant deliver !!!!!

Wee joyed a fine takeaway pizza with our pals on friday night and it was fine as always. Good food, good service and prompt delivery..

Took over an hour to deliver our order and when it did arrive it was cold. Rang twice to complain with no answer despite letting it ring for nearly 5 minutes.

After arriving and been left waiting at the counter for 10 mins as the staff just looked over and left me waiting without a word. I over heard one of the members of staff “Alex” said to another colleague ignore the phone it’s probably another complaint. Finally I got home and found out there had been mistakes with my order I phoned up to complain and rang twice before getting an answer. Alex answered the phone I told him the problems he didn’t apologise, he said he’d dispatch the corrections and they’d arrive ASAP. After waiting for an hour I rang the store multiple times and got no answer. So I didn’t receive the corrections given how late it was I have up waiting and went to bed. I’m disgusted with the customer service and the attitude of the staff at this branch, form such a company.

Called to place order for my free pizza ( that was offered last time due to such a mess up on last order ) places order , ordered extras said will pay cash for them on delivery . 40mins later get a call saying collection ready I explained that this was a delivery order and they panicked . So now once again awaiting on cold food that’s been sitting in store for god knows how long waiting food for “collection “ even though they were the ones who saId they would deliver free due to mess up last time . Never been so fed up of a company in my life

The collection perfection deal is very good value for lunch. It is 5.99 for medium or 7.99 for large. The pizza tastes nice too. The only challenge was trying to find a parking space to park and collect the pizza. Although there are spaces right outside, it was so busy. I enjoyed the pizza and would go back again (not too often though).

Order from here regularly and always prompt delivery delivered within the time scale they tell you. Arrives hot. Really great pizzas.

I have used Domino's Pizza for a few years now and the Stevenage branch delivers the usual standard Domino's fare. The branch has just undergone a refurbishment and looks much better with an improved customer waiting area. It is so convenient for us being located in the High Street with parking outside. They have the usual deals and the staff are friendly and efficent.

Just ordered pizza and chicken wings wanted the nhs discount but it's collection only. Anyway there were lots more discounts. Paid by paypal And delivered very quickly. Not oily Very tasty All in all good service.

It's been perfect for when I'm lazy and I want some food directly at home. The quality cannot be among the highest, but it's enough. The delivery is quite fast/precise. It isn't very cheap, but you can often choose among different meal deals or sales.

Las 2 Dominos pizzas en Stevenage son tanto franquicia por el mismo propietario y corrimos por los mismos dos directores, uno de ellos siendo Manny. Éste es el lugar en el centro antiguo de la ciudad. Por desgracia sobre una base regular, hay coherente incompatibilidad con la calidad de las pizzas y los lados como nachos, que regularmente se quemó con queso pequeño la mayoría de las veces. La friolera de aquí no son preparados a través, probablemente porque el horno por supuesto estancias la misma temperatura y todo tiene que ir a esa temperatura y pasar al mismo tiempo en el horno demasiado; 5 minutos, independientemente de si es pollo, pizza, friolera nachos.

If you are on the go or at work, meetings or just about any time, the food is always good hot lots of toppings and arrives bang on time

I was staying at the depressing ibis hotel and decided that the area seems very seedy and unsafe so thought the best option for the one night was a nice bottle wine from next door tesco and an overpriced pizza from dominos they are good but way overpriced but it was lovely hot and fresh pizza and it fitted the brief

Considering how much choice Stevenage has for pizza outlets I have found that dominos lack deals for the customer. The pizzas are ok but nothing special that other chains cannot easily rival. Customer service is awful, maybe they should re-consider there training policy on their employees knowledge of their products.

The Pizza's are very expensive and are nothing special to warrant charging the prices they do. The Pizza is nice, but not worth it for the price.

Have been here several times, the pizzas really are quite overpriced so only go when there's an offer on. £9.99 for 1 medium pizza?! Pizzas need more cheese on for the price you're paying, although they used to be the best in town. Prices have risen and cutbacks have been made so buying from here is now rare for us.Delivery is reliable, always on time and quite friendly.Really nice as a treat (-:
