Caister Kebabs in Great Yarmouth

Chicken was rock hard and over fried. Possibly fried multiple tines.even the dog couldn't eat it ! Actually nearly choked on it ! Awful food !

Absolutely dreadful. The order took over a hour and half when initially they said it was going to be 40 minutes, lied on the phone every time I called them saying it would be minutes. It arrives, the food is all cold and half portions for everything. Stay away. Not normally one to complain but not happy at all.

Came for some food after work, the fella was rude just slapped my food in the box didn’t ask if I wanted salt or nothing didn’t say thanks I will never go back, food was terrible aswell as the services. Would have give zero stars if it was a option

Lovely chicken kebabs and pizza was good too!!! Loads of choice on menu. Very well priced! Staff were very friendly and easy to chat to. I can’t understand the negative comments in some older reviews? Would definitely eat here again when staying in the area!!!

This kebab has changed hands absolutely discusting bones in the doner meat and chicken spicy and far to thick bits never going back here again and been going here for years avoid give you bad tummy ache aswell

I’ve just had a special chicken kebab and loved it,I’ve always gone to this shop and loved the food they cook, I think it’s changed hands in the last 6-12 months and with the change I did have one order that wasn’t up to standard but it’s back on top form, great food will be back very soon keep up the good work

Pizza and burger were lovely but the cheesy garlic bread was absolutely awful - literally a pizza base that was over baked- absolutely no sign of a single crumb of cheese and no garlic - a dry overcooked base that’s all - total waste of money

Ordered as take away although only live 200 yards away, Told it would then be 40 minutes arrived over an hour later.We then immediately sat down to eat our meal but on opening wrapping found chips cold so then opened box but pita bread also cold and then tried to open to fill it out it’s doner meat it crumbled apart as well as cold it was so hard.So I then decided to eat the contents with a fork, then found these content inedible as well, chicken was so dry you couldn’t get a fork in it the other meats crumbled into pieces and the doner meat had the consistency of leather but with no taste. Thoroughly disgusted had no alternative but to throw it in the dustbin

Food amazing and delicious Definitely the best kebab shop that delivers to our area. Food arrived super quick and all food was still hot. Will be ordering again in future.

Ordered food, delivered wrong order, management refused to rectify the order and said get your food somewhere else, will never use this takeaway again. Disgraceful attitude to a good regular customer, we didn't ask for the order to be sent wrong and would have been happy for them to bring correct order a bit later as we were not in a hurry and we only 6 minutes away. Sorry but your loss!

Wow we Caistor special £20 . Lovely grilled meat salad burger sauce . Chips so much food could have feed 4 people easy. Will return again and again when we visit Norfolk. Lovely customer service

I had the chicken kebab and my husband the Caister House special pizza. My kebab wow the chicken was so succulent....breast meat griddled to perfection and the salad WOW so fresh and plentiful. The pitta bread was so soft not hard at all like you get from some places !! My husbands pizza .....well all he said was YUMMY .....Oh had a portion of delicious chips too. Ordered this for delivery which arrived promptly with a very friendly delivery driver.....will be ordering again soon.....Thank you :)

Hairs found in food. When taken back to the takeaway they swore and called me a liar!!! What happened to the customer is always right!! Suggest they review their hygiene pratices and wear hair nets! Not to mention take some courses in customer service skills. Will never use again and strongly advise anyone to stay away too!

It took 25minutes for them to make a chicken kebab and we was the only ones in, not even any phone orders so God knows why it took so long. We always used to use these whilst in caister but not no more. Also they had run out of southern fried chicken by 8.30pm on a Friday night.

Had the caister special which had a huge amount of meat (4 types) with salad,pittas and chips.More than enough for 3 people.

Away for a few days with hubby, wanted something where didn’t have to cook and thought we would have a kebab. Big mistake, I ordered a chicken kebab it was like eating rubber covered in salt and had no flavour. My husbands was cold and also had no flavour. I’m not a fan of kebabs but definitely had better else where.

We ordered home delivery and they came right to our chalet in hemsby. had pizzas which were very yummy ordered twice from them whilst on holiday will use them again if in the area.

I use this place quite a lot as i live in the village. The prices are good and i have never had a bad meal from here Great kebabs , burgers and pizzas

We've had pizza's and kebabs from here on several occasions now. We love the fact that we can order via their app and pay online, it makes it so much easier (especially when you have no cash on you). The food has always been really hot and tasty. The pizza's are topped right to the edges leaving hardly any bare crust and the kebab wraps are delicious.

WARNING TO ALL LOCALS AND HOLIDAY MAKERS me and my husband have been going to this place for more than 5 years every Sunday. we had such a bad service 2 years ago and stopped ordering from them. after trying then again on the 27th may 2018 we had another bad service with late delivery and cold food and they was rude when arrived to my front door. then. thinking that it was a one off again on the 3rd of may 2018 we ordered 2x Donna meat and chips about 8-9 chips in each box it wont let us upload photos witch is a shame and hardly any meat either. we phoned to complain and ask for some chips as we have hardly any food and i was told (NO IVE BEEN WORKING HEAR 16 YEARS. and that's the same amount i havee been giving people for years if you don't like it F OFF.) witch is ball as we have had loads more when we used to order before and was not willing what so ever to help in any way and this is how there treating there locals. i am not the only one who has had this problem as they have also got really bad review also on pretty much every site they are on. i never will i be spending money here again. please avoid guys and spend your money else wear these need to be shut down as there money hungry with no customer service skills what so ever.

Popped In for a chicken kebab and when we eventually got it it was very nice indeed. It seemed to take along time for them to start on the order but when it was served and we got it home it was very good

Ordered the pizza meal 1 for the 2 of us...far too much.we have supper as well!! Excellent food.fantastic prices.good service.was ready to collect when I walked in.pizza was fantastic..will definitely use again...

Not only very nice various kebabs, their spicy chicken pizzas are fantastic. Family boxes of chicken 'n chips are good value. The ability to order via phone or online is great too!

Second time my partner has had food poisoning from this place My food was fine The guy in charge kept looking over at me all shifty then o so polite when our order was ready He knew what was coming

Pagué por £4 por dos órdenes de tarta, suponiendo que tenemos normalmente dos piezas finas por £2, sin embargo había un measle una pieza en cada una - que estaría bien si no fuera tan caro! ! Los conductores de entrega son siempre tan amable aunque, una pena que no hay correlación entre el precio y la cantidad/calidad de la comida.

looked for kebabs takeaways on line and saw this one looked at menu all picked what we wanted then looked at opening times and it closed at 8.00pm so had to look for another one

Just ordered from here, for myself and family- our food was stone cold and tasteless! Ended up throwing majority of it in the bin- will not order from caisters ever again!

Ordered chicken nuggets and chips with curry sauce, and the nuggets were soggy! And the sauce was like water! Service was disgusting and they made me pay for the sauce twice!

Food was slow to arrive, they couldn't find us so rather than stop the car and call us for directions they went back to the shop and called from there. When food arrived it was quite cold and the steak and kidney pie was all fat, gristle and gravy and very little meat.....never again

Ordered a kebab on a slow Tuesday, told 30/45 mins which is fine, however it turned up 1hr 15mins later and stone cold. The delivery driver told us he'd been made to wait until he had a few orders. We rang the shop and the guy on the phone kept saying your order will be with you, clearly not listening and making out he didn't understand?? Don't get food from these they let the food go out cold and sit in "the danger zone"
