Crostinies in Mole Valley

Always ordered from them, everything was fast and tasty. But recently, delivery has begun to take a very long time. We waited 2 hours for the pizza and it never came. When we called, we were told that they hadn’t even found the driver yet! I'm disappointed! This is terribly irresponsible in relation to the customer!

Another great pizza! We have the family meal deal which has pizza, 2 garlic bread, cola, salad and potato wedges. Really generous topping and cheese!

I ordered food and was told thah delivery be in one hour , after 1:10 mins I called to ask where my order is a lady said said that is another 40 minuets wait . Noone call me to explain that I need to wait another 40 minuets for my order . ridiculous.! Won’t recommend .! They need to focus on customer service .

Ordered pizza at 1535 told no driver till 4 ok as long as he comes out straight away 1620 he left 10 mins ago1630 he should be there Me it’s taking too long Him heavy traffic, tell you what as you are peed off I’ll call him cancel it and you can f*** off.Avoid unless you are patient and have a thick skin I doubt they read these and if they do don’t care

As a local, Crostinis is my favourite place in town to get pizza. Always loaded with tasty toppings. Yes delivery can be a bit slow but that's because everyone knows their pizza is the best!!

Después de leer algunas críticas muy variadas sobre este lugar que era algo reservado sobre pedidos de entrega. Como resultó mis preocupaciones eran infundadas y estoy muy satisfecho no sólo de juegos de entrega de cadena.La orden llegó con precisión, y 15 minutos antes de la hora estimada. Persona entrega fue amable y educado. No puedo quejarme de la comida. La mejor pizza que he probado en el REINO UNIDO en el tiempo. Caliente y sabrosa. Ensalada también era muy fresca y buena. Sin duda volveré de nuevo.

Ordenamos una pizza a través de la página web simplemente comer, que llegó después de una hora de ordenar. Llegó cubierto de cebollas, a pesar de no ser no este ingrediente en el menú. Mi pareja odia y por lo tanto las cebollas pizza era incomible. Llamamos para quejarnos y nos dijo que él no podría conseguir sam para nosotros nuestro dentro de la media hora, pero ya era demasiado tarde puesto que ya había esperado una hora la primera vez y necesitábamos una noche pronto porque estábamos trabajando al día siguiente. Sam, entonces nos dijeron que si queríamos una restitución que tendríamos que negociar con sólo comer directamente a pesar de ser su error. No me impresionó porque el error no fue mio y por qué debo perseguir mi dinero? Me dijo Sam y le dije que esperaba que él chase comer solo para mi reembolso. Me pareció un poco grosero si Sam honesto y no podía entender por qué él no podía ver que él se las chase comer solo ya que fue su error. Sigo esperando mi reembolso, pero hemos enviado por correo electrónico comer solo ya, porque si no siento que puede colar la red como personal crostinies claramente atrasado en su nivel de servicio al cliente. Qué pena.

Delivery driver went to the wrong place and I actually had to get in my car to pick up my take away!!!

Had the meal for 2 deal and it was definitely the worst pizza I've ever had. Full of grease and flavourless.

Gutted love Crostinies but after ordering delivery we had the payment taken twice and after constant ringing to sort out the mistake we still have not received our money back we have been a customer for years and now my husband won't let us use them again! Such a shame :-(

I ordered a BBQ stuffed crust meaty pizza, which came piping hot and I have to say I haven't had better. The order was swift and the dip provided was good too. It just tasted fresher than other companies and without the grease. I will definitely be going with Crostinies again when the pizza cravings come. They do good deals too, so look out for them.

No sólo son amables y acogedores. Su pizza base finas además de sus ofertas y la calidad de sus ingredientes, hacen de ellos la mejor pizza que Surrey.

Sólo pedimos a través de comer. El lunes por la noche y nos llevó una hora y cuarto para entregar. Sólo fue poner en el horno porque llamé para preguntar dónde estaba. Buena pizza, la mía era. Otros no tan seguro. Pero nunca de nuevo. Servicio mala calidad.

Admittedly just had the one takeaway pizza from here but wasn't impressed at all. Tasted like a frozen base was used, perfectly round that always raises my suspicions!! It was so bad if I didn't stay a few miles away I woudl have taken it back. Live and learn.

Great pizza, lovely staff. I've never had a bad meal and they're always my go to place when I need a quick and tasty fix.

When I'm at work till late and hungry, Cristinies is the answer. Love their pizzas, great variety and you can make your own too. They do take away also so, great for us!
