Absolutely amazing food! Very friendly staff.. 100% recommend. Will definitely be visiting again.. best food we have had for a long while chilli sauce is spot on x

We have used pizza house for years! We won’t be using them again!! The pizza base has got so thin now it’s a joke! Hardly any tomato base and was overcooked! They seem to have changed the doner meat too, as this was tasteless in comparison to what we used to get. We unfortunately agree with a past review and will be using Pizza Tops instead!

So disgusted. Have just ordered a domino’s from here, we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and one large drink. Once we got a knock on the door for it we answered within about 2 seconds. Opened the door, our food was on the floor expect one of our sides were missing. Not to mention, the pizza’s were quite cold too. The delivery driver obviously didn’t want us to see their face as they didn’t deliver all of what we ordered. So they left our door extremely quick for us not to be able to see them. We have then called them to explain this and have been accused of lying, been spoke to in a very rude manner and told that the delivery driver “can’t lie”…we asked for a refund and they said that they can’t do that, we asked if they could deliver our other side and they said that they couldn’t do that either. Absolutely ridiculous, can’t believe this.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, my boyfriend ordered a meat feast pizza and they messed up his order sending a pineapple and mushroom instead, he phoned up to ask for the correct pizza to be sent out and the woman on the phone told him his only course of action would be to go through Uber (which he had ordered through), to which he replied no worries but could he still get the correct pizza and her reply was “no” and then hung up. So rude, especially for a mistake on their end. Do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

Order a delivery from here today via just eat. It was an hour and 30 mins late and cold and to top it off the order was incorrect! And on calling the so called takeaway they feed a whole lot of BS about it and no offer to replace the pizza I ordered. Do not go here

Staff were friendly manger was lovely as well treated very well and food was hot fresh and tasty really happy but I had one problem there was a man called fajul who was very rude to his staff calling them all sorts of nasty names and being genuinely a nasty man I feel sorry for the staff the staff seemed quite scared of him

These people are out to steal your cash! £9 fir a chicken special kebab....you get about half a brand breast with equivalent weight in dog food donner meat! They vary what you get delivered to what they can obtain from the cheapest supplier at the time....this in all formats such as chips....dry oven rubbish to fries on a good day! I have personally confronted the nanterre twice & he is the most ignorant excuse of a businessman alive! There are another 11 pizza takeaways within a 7 mile radius of this robbing facility & far better food so I encourage all to bin the menu of this dump & move on.

Went there the other night ordered food for family chips were cold kebab wrap was hard and tough no salad at all same with the chicken wrap hard and tough no salad also charged extra for two savaloy sausage that we never ordered but was charged for and they were un eatable looked well past sell by date avoid this place unless you want to put money down the drain avoid it's not worth a visit

Used to always get a good curry when it was in Hersham but since it moved to molesey it’s 50/50 whether good or not. Also they would to offer a 10% discount but not anymore and the prices have jumped up since lockdown, very disappointed will not order from here anymore which is a shame as we have been customers for many years.

After being away and a long flight home decided not to cook and thought I’d order a jacket potato with cheese and salad This came 1 hour later ..no butter and no salad for £6.90!! Disgusting

The food was fine but the staff were certainly not. Both me and my partner felt very intimidated and put under pressure and rushed by the member of staff that was serving us when we just wanted to relax and take our time. We also felt that the staff were cold and unfriendly to us, possibly because we are a lesbian couple. Also, I dress very feminine but have a slightly masculine voice. While we were eating, I over heard (it was said very loudly) by a member of staff something to the effect that 'there are only 2 genders', which, at the least shows they were anti LGBTQ but did feel aimed at me, suggesting that I wasn't a woman. To be honest, we felt extremely uncomfortable and we would not want to go there ever again. Frankly, the staff were horrible.

Lo siento, pero lo que es esto, pedí comida a través de solo comer y las papas fritas parecían estar a medio comer y no hechas correctamente, por favor, hazlo mejor cuando garantices que la comida se sirva a un buen nivel. Estoy muy descontento con este servicio, es el peor tipo de servicio que he recibido, no le aconsejo a nadie que compre desde aquí subiré fotos de la comida. Las papas fritas parecen estar a medio comer y no cocinadas correctamente y no sabe fresca para ser más específicos, parece que las papas fritas se han mantenido durante horas y precalentado a los clientes. Voy a llamar al restaurante y voy a tener palabras con el pesebre Estoy muy decepcionado y descontento con este tipo de servicio.

Didn't arrive and then sent a message 30 minutes after the order was meant to arrive saying the order has been cancelled. Normally rep'd this place 🤷🏼‍♂️

Excellent food and service as always. The Hunger Cube is something else..... an absolute must if you love kebabs. The staff are so welcoming, will definitely be back again soon.
