Paid £42.50 for brunch there was 32 of us so work out how much it cost us in total. My friend had to pay £5 each for a non alcoholic cocktails because they said they were not in the package, she bought 2 cocktails costing £10 so it cost her £52.50 for 2 non alcholic cocktails and a piece of pizza.We couldnt order a cocktail for the first hour out of the two hours we were there and the waiter only came round twice. Expensive non achohol cocktails and one piece of pizza. We wont be going back.

Sent southern fried chicken wrap which my daughter can only have plain… after I rang up and told them even though they know about my daughters allergies and the manager as red flagged my account because of this before. They then decide to send her a peri peri chicken wrap. Which could have caused her serious harm. And to top it off when I rang them again two laughed down the phone saying why am I getting angry

It's ok for a quick bite. Pizzas are not good and have been left doughy and undercooked in the middle. Stick to the kebabs

I ordered a delivery and it didn’t have my garlic dippers, cookies or big dip as well as this my ham and sweet corn pizza had no ham on it would like a full refund please

Ordered online an hour and a half in advance realised the coupon did not go through. Rang up to see if the order could be cancelled so I could re order to be told the order was already put through and Pizzas in the oven, given it usually takes about 7 minutes to cook Pizzas I found it difficult to believe and the manager was no help sadly

Very disappointing food came looked raw was freezing I called bk to ask for fresh order they said send a wrap meal I said all the food is cold looks raw and then they said would do a full order tryed to call bck after 20 kins no answer so guess not getting food

The store management is so bad i would never recommend this outlet i ordered for collection it took them more than an hour to get my order correctly the staff has no clue what they are doing , nobody comes to the till they keep messing up my order and this is not the first time this has happened and neither the manager cares about this nor the staff even the area manger was at the store he is no good as well not able to manage anything Its just not this store I usually order from burgess road or avenue store they are even worse than this they could never get my order right like literally not even once i got fed up with this and i came all the way from there to get pizza from eastleigh so that i can get my order right and they are the same Better get the franchise sorted or the name dominos is taking a dip

Get it delivered, which is fast. Love the deal, properly cooked, great taste, love the combos.
