So disgusted. Have just ordered a domino’s from here, we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and one large drink. Once we got a knock on the door for it we answered within about 2 seconds. Opened the door, our food was on the floor expect one of our sides were missing. Not to mention, the pizza’s were quite cold too. The delivery driver obviously didn’t want us to see their face as they didn’t deliver all of what we ordered. So they left our door extremely quick for us not to be able to see them. We have then called them to explain this and have been accused of lying, been spoke to in a very rude manner and told that the delivery driver “can’t lie”…we asked for a refund and they said that they can’t do that, we asked if they could deliver our other side and they said that they couldn’t do that either. Absolutely ridiculous, can’t believe this.

Ordered two wraps that’s it! Turns out I had two wraps two bottles of coke LARGE! 4 cookies for nothing !! Shout out to haslemere dominos! Very recommended

Ordered pizza this evening and found it left outside on my front door step in the freezing cold. I was downstairs all the time close to the front door and never heard the driver knocking on the door. I phoned Haslemere Dominos Pizza and spoke to the manager who insisted that the driver had phoned my mobile phone to let me know they were delivering. I checked my mobile phone and there are no missed calls. The manager reassured me that they left a message on my voicemail - I HAVE NO VOICEMAIL ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE PHONE !!! The manager was not prepared to listen to me, apologise or offer a replacement. RUDE AND APPALLING CUSTOMER CARE. This is the 4th time I have had a problem with an order, I've previously had a pizza delivered to the wrong address and no replacement given and a burnt pizza.

I just really wondering why takes 3 hour to make 2 pizza and send? When i called them they not say any apologise or make a deal nothing... Horrible customer service. I really really sad.

Ordered a Texas BBQ and it looked like the pizza maker had worked really hard to make it look perfect! I cannot imagine a better looking or better tasting pizza! Driver was very quick 12 minutes from placing my order and followed social distancing. Very happy 😊

I’m so sad to be writing this as I Love dominos and usually experience nothing but excellent customer service from them. However I ordered a takeaway last night as a lockdown treat. My total order was £32 which for me is quite a lot but Dominos is mine and my housemates favourite so we splashed out. I waited outside the wey hill office and wrote on deleivery notes ‘will be outside please call’. I then received a missed call, called back within minutes and received a snappy attitude saying it was James from Dominos and ‘where the hell was I’. I apologised for calling him back two minutes later, he told me that he had been ‘waiting for ages’ to which I responded that I had been parked directly opposite the shop for half an hour. James then called me a liar, used profane language and when I was almost at the point of tears and said ‘I’m so sorry I don’t understand what I’ve done wrong I’ve just been here waiting for my pizza, I’ve paid for it, I called you straight back and I’m so sorry for whatever I’ve done to upset you’. He told me he didn’t have ‘f*ing time for this’ - slammed the pizzas down on a wall (hence the pictures) I was noticeably a bit shaken and a passerby even stopped to ask if I was okay as they had witnessed the exchange. Opposite a lady then shouted at said James and said ‘oi I heard all that James’ and he turned round to her and shouted at her to ‘f**k off’. It was all very strange and bizarre. I completely appreciate that it was Tuesdays so the busiest day and that lockdown makes everyone a little crazy and life is hard right now but I was actually just left feeling so deflated and a little upset. I had been really excited all day to treat myself, despite the dominos prices because it’s the best, and I sat in the car waiting for it to cook in a great mood and when I left my encounter with James I was distressed and wished I’d never even ordered it in the first place. It just ruined my evening and when I called The store to let them know, their response was ‘I’m sorry we will have words, it’s not the first time he’s done that’. The chap on the phone did seem genuine but also a bit stressed, I just want to know that no one else is going to receive this level of customer service because it’s a shame as Dominos are Renowned for their smiling faces and great pizzas of which I received none. I spend £32 to be shouted at, called a liar and have my pizza and evening ruined. I will also not be ordering from there again whilst James is their delivery driver nor recommend it to my friends because I would be worried for them with James. Please could someone respond and just explain to me what happened because I am left totally baffled by the situation and I’ve never complained for anything before and just wonder what I am meant to do next.. just never order Dominos from my hometown again?

Delivery ordered......their tracker told us pizzas had been delivered but not with us. After three telephone calls to the shop on Weyhill and a further 40 minutes, three cold pizzas and cold wedges arrived. No apology from the driver and no help from the shop who actually put the phone down on the last call. Desperately need training for the staff. Needless to say, no further orders will made.

We went to pizza express today and can say that staff are excellent there. We were served by 2 people - one man and one young girl. Both very polite, friendly and always had a smile on their face. Made sure our order was correct and confirmed with us. Nice ambience and quiet so people can enjoy their time. It’s quite cozy. It was our first time going there and we will sure go back. Only one thing I would say is to ensure toilets are dry. Ladies toilet floor was wet and that was only a negative point for us.
