Domino's Pizza in Waverley

Had the worst possible experience. We ordered food for 2 people and came in to collect but were left waiting for almost half an hour after the food was ready to collect. They only prioritised delivery drivers and were busy taking calls even while giving me a part of the order and the rest was just waiting till they finished with the drivers and answering the calls. A few of the customers waiting were really pissed too. Anyway this would have been a bit less stressful if the food was good but nope. Had given us the wrong items and the pizza was really soggy and haphazardly laid together. Would not recommend ever sorry. Please be respectful to people who have been waiting for their order patiently and please give people the right items.

five star so you see this... I watched the guy preparing the pizza/handle raw meat lick his finger and then continue to handle the pizza dough, it was disgusting. I made direct eye contact with him, he knows what he did. When I complained at the till, I was ignored.

Outstanding service & food. At 11.15 we ordered 35 medium pizzas for delivery at 12.30. All 35 arrived hot, delicious and on time. Well done and thank you 😋

I tell you what, this is the last time I order a dominos pizza all because of the experience with this brunch. The delivery was put in a thermal bag with both the hot food and the drink which made it all cold and without tamper stickers. When we had our food we noticed the pizza was pink in places?!?

Such a tasty pizza and never had problems with colecting or deliveries. It is true it can take some time to arrive during weekend evenings because obviously everyone order on that time but I always try to avoid ordering between 5pm-7pm.

Rude employees waited 35mins for collection pizza (waiting in store) to then be told they didn’t start the order do it??? And was spoken to rudely and bluntly and told “wait 7 minutes” without an apology for the wait. Rude dirty environment usually have a good experience with this place won’t be coming back. Also smelt like cannabis.

2nd time we have used this store. Very quick service and generous toppings.

I spent just under £100 pound for a delivery.We waited for ten minutes after delivery time had expired.Called the shop and wa told it is out for delivery as part of a mutie drop and would be another 15m.At this point I told him it whould be cold he refused to believe me. It arrived stone cold and and bit missing.I didn't ring back as the staff at this branch in Farnham are just rude this includes the manager. The branch needs drastic changes made. Kevin

Hi, I am writing to complaint about the service at received at Farnham store in Surrey. I’ve ordered pizza online through the app, when the app showed pizza is ready to be collected I went to the shopy to collect it. On the screen in the shop it showed that my order was ready but then I still had to wait and after 10min they told me I still need to wait and my order disappeared from collection screen. Finally I got my order and after I’ve opened the box I’ve noticed they forgot to put one topping(red onions) on my pizza hence why they told me to wait and they put through the oven just the onions and the. They just chacked on top of the pizza which you can see on the photos that I’ve attached below. When I’ve asked for the manager to explain to me why this was done the way it was he told me in such a rude manner that if I know everything I should be working behind the counter then. And also when I’ve asked why I was treated like that he told me to leave the store and never come back again. Then I’ve asked for his name he told me his name was Jovito I’ve asked him to write down for me and he told me he hasn’t got a pen and it’s not his problem that he hasn’t got and asked me to leave the store. He was very rude and the whole service was just absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t say anything if they would just admitted that they’ve made mistake but they clearly were thinking it was acceptable what I’ve experienced in the Farnham store. Regards, Kris

Pizza from here was delish - the full package. We ordered 4 pizzas for my brothers birthday and were surprised when the cheeseburger pizza arrived with jalapeños on it instead of gherkins, noone more so than my youngest brother who on taking his first bite immediately dashed for a massive pint of water. I was deeply entertained by this but I think my brother would beg to differ. We all thought he was being overdramatic until upon closer inspection there actually was jalapeños on the cheeseburger pizza. The drama. The action. I never thought a meal would be so eventful. A gorgeous BOGOF deal and HOURS of fun; 11/10 would come here again.

Everything about my visit was fab. My wife is dairy free, but wanted Texas BBQ, all of the team were only too willing to help. The manager came out to serve me personally to make sure I was looked after, and suggested that they pride themselves on flexibility to serve their customers. All round great service and food.

Dominoes Farnham is the best Pizza I actually work for Dominoes,sometimes the delivery can be late and cold,cause it’s Busy and less drivers,so it doesn’t mean u give it a Bad rating,The most Delicious Pizza ever give it a thumbs up and a good rating 👍

Hungry? Got kids to feed? Go somewhere else. It’s taken an hour plus every time. I’ve had to call and it’s always ‘traffic’ but google maps show no problem. Tonight was last chance. Won’t order from them again.

I cannot overstate how horrible the delivery is and arguably the customer service. At some point it was nice, they would listen to driver instructions and I even had a driver be nice to me and help me once. That didnt last. The past few months with this place is horrible. First time bad stuff occured, they didnt listen to driver instructions, I'm legally partly blind. In fact my vision is so bad I use a stick to get around. I dont have anyone to guide me. So now You can imagine I ask for them to bring the food to the door They didnt listen then blamed things on me over the phone Tried to tell me to collect when I just said I'm blind. they used to be able to do this before so I cant see why they cant now. I ended up with horribly cold food I asked for a refund, that didnt happen. Now today, I ordered and made a mistake, I will not blame this on them, I mistakenly ordered a collect in. Instead of delivery. You have to understand, I am mostly blind, I can't easily navigate ordering on mobile I called them up and I simply wanted to ask if they could deliver it, I was willing to pay and I understood if it wasn't possible. But instead, in the middle of me talking They hung up on me they didnt even listen to me I called back multiple times to no awnser I cant simply walk there at 7pm in the dark to get my food. I would call to refund but they dont awnser. I tried last time through the site and that didnt happen So I cant trust to get anything back here I truly give up on this place I'm not ordering ever again

Second time I have ordered from here and both times I have had to call them to find out where my delivery was. Same excuse and then the food arrived very cold. This is clearly a badly managed store and I will not be ordering from this domino’s again.

Always get the pizzas incorrect whether it is the base or toppings! Try to ring to let them know and they don't even pick up! Dreadful service!

Usually have no problem with this place, but as of today i ordered, 2h to arrive, eventfully got through to find out they had just left it on my door step, no call from driver, and missing items.

Friendly, fast service, immaculately clean and made-to-order gorgeous pizza. Quality take out - just as you equate with the brand. Highly recommend.

Overcharged £45 and they can't do card refunds in store this happened on the 13th January and I'm still awaiting a reply to contacting them let alone a refund it's now the 27th January!!! The manager was as helpful as possible but still lacking !

Pathetic. 2 hrs after ordering I phoned for the fifth time to cancel. Arranged a refund that I haven't seen to this day. (the lady calling herself a manager was almost laughing at me. Clearly couldn't give a care.) Over three hours after the original order some kid turns up at my door with a cold pizza and gets sent away. (he didn't care at all either. Rather seemed to be expecting my dissatisfaction) Try pizza house, Farnham. Don't waste your time and money with this branch of dominoes. (I used to order regularly as my nephew worked there. They were poor even then. Now? Diabolical!)

Great experience with Farnham Dominos! Ordered and food arrived within 30mins, unfortunately received Wedges instead of Wings. Called the store and 15mins later, the wings arrived. No fuss, no trouble. Really impressed!

Terrible delivery.... everytime. Doesn't seem to matter when you order, mid day, mid afternoon, evening, late night.... always very late. Ordered at 11:30, its now 1pm and still no delivery.... shocking!

Awful. First and last time of ordering for a delivery. It took an hour to arrive and was cold. I will not use them again.

Ordered 2 pizzas on the app - ‘out for delivery’ 45 mins, app went to sleep (assumed it meant it was delivered) and called the store to be told it would be delivered within 3 mins. It took additional 15 mins. Considering this was mid-afternoon and not rush hour this was appalling service - unapologetic and cold pizza - not impressed.

Painfully slow delivery (70mins) and very abrupt customer service when I dared call the store to find out where our pizzas. Tracker showed they had been delivered within 5mins which was clearly incorrect, so some shenanigans going on there. Was not surprised when they were luke warm upon arrival as I had already put the oven on. Save yourself the aggravation and buy your pizza elsewhere.

Ordered here several times, assumed it would improve but never has. Below are the points as to why I would not order here again: Slow delivery times 1hr + if not more. They will send half your order with one driver, who will say the other half is coming, this has happened multiple times. They have gotten my order wrong multiple times. When you call to raise the issue they immediately dismiss you, do not offer any help and customer service is generally bad. It would appear Dominos Farnham cannot even manage pizza delivery in 2022…

THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND ABSOLUTLY NO AFTERCARE ordered a pizza and other stuff it took one hour 15 mins to arrive was stone cold called and they said we would have to wait another two hours for a replacement this was 8.45 pm so didnt bother had no supper and the manager was supposed to call us back that was 10 days ago, complained to Dominos online who assured me i would hear back within5 days still nothing cannot believe that DOMINOS think this is an acceptable way of treating their customers so we paid almost £25:00 and had no food well done guys

We ordered up for a home delivery three Medium Pizzas on Friday evening 5th August. We were told we would have to wait at least an actually suited us. Just over an hour later the three Pizza arrived and we all started to eat. They were not the best pizzas I have ever had and a fair amount between four people was left. They seemed very rubbery and not all that nice to eat. What we never ate we wrapped up and gave to the birds the next day so all the food did go. I wouldn't rush back to having another pizza from here again>

Please save your self the headache and do not order from this branch of the franchise.. they are absolutely terrible for anything. Where do I start? And now In this complaint I will do everything I can to describe it accurately. 1) I have ordered from here 3-4 times with the same outcome each time, now I kept ordering to give them to benifit of the doubt. 2) there delivery times, the pizza tracker will say it’s delivered 45 mins after ordering. The pizza will then turn up an hour or 2 later- the store will also say it’s 5 mins away at the time you first noticed it said delivered and will lie to you. 3) the pizza arrives cold, incomplete or the completely wrong order that isn’t yours 4 if you have a bad experience they will say they will refund you then block your number and you will NOT get your refund I can assure you. I tested this by calling off a few different numbers and the calls go through try on my number it hangs up. Put my phone on no caller I’d it will also ring 5) the driver couldn’t care less about any of these issues and tells you to grow up stop being lazy and pick the order up your self

Ordered from the app last Saturday evening for delivery, estimated 35-45 mins. Watched the Dominos timer as we were in a hard to find delivery spot. Saw it was out for delivery so moved to keep an eye out. 15 mins later the app shows delivered so I called store concerned the food had gone elsewhere. Staff member said not to take any notice of the app as "it just does that". Said our food was 4-5 mins away. 20 mins after that it finally arrived some 70 mins after placing the order. Then came the disappointment that was lukewarm almost cold pizza. Called the store again. Non apologetic staff member advised that they would add a credit to my account for the next time i order the same order from the same store. Completely missing the point that the food was not edible and now the two members of staff the food was ordered for as a treat were starving with another wait for food from elsewhere. I will not be ordering again and wouldn't advise others too either! Dominos need to sort their app out and their refund policy but most importantly their customer service skills.

As the pizza cost them a lot to produce! they up the prices and add the 1.99 delivery charge!!!

Look at how many 1 star reviews they have, there's a reason for that! Our pizza order turned up with BBQ sauce instead of tomato, no idea how that happened as we hadn't made a change and it's supposed to come with tomato but hey, mistakes happen, if that was the end of it I wouldn't even bother writing a review, but no... Phoned up to tell them the base was wrong. The woman who answered said she made the pizza and disputed the fact it was wrong. Weird flex to try and tell me I don't know the difference between BBQ and tomato sauce but OK. They said they would send out a new one. 45 minutes later and the new pizza shows up. Nailed the ingredients this time (gold star for that) but didn't put one of those little plastic things in the box that stops it collapsing onto the pizza and then judging by the state of it they all sat on the box before dropping it off. Opened the box and half the topping stayed on the lid, pizza looked like a car crash when nobody was wearing a seatbelt. At this point I was raging. I phoned up and asked for the manager and explained what was wrong with my pizza. Guess what? He didn't believe me. I told him to give me my money back and come get his cardboard pizza fusion experiment if he really thought I was making it up. He flat out refused and told me "this is a business, that's not how it works" 😂😂😂 He's managed to oversee the screw up of two consecutive pizza deliveries to the same customer and now he's throwing in free business management lessons for me to sweeten the deal? Alan Sugar would be firing him on the first week, trust me. Anyways, no refunds here. 30 minutes later they finally got it right, no apology for the awful service, no apology for questioning my integrity when I had the audacity to complain. Just a free business lesson from a manager who couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag.

And emailing yet no effort has been maid to refund the amount paid for missing items ! Rubbish ! Horrible service this store should be shut down based on mine and other reviews I’m reading

Not impressed with Domino's Farnham, food arrived 25 mins late and was cold, some potato wedges were raw. Driver was incredibly rude and didn't follow the restrictions as stated on their website.

If zero was an option I'd give it - placed an order for pizza for my daughter and her friends and it never turned up, even though the tracker said it had. No-one ever answers the phone and I've complained to customer service who said the store would be in touch in 5 days. It's 7 days later now. No delivery, no reply, and holding onto my money - basically theft at this point.

Farnham always produce much better quality pizza than Alton or Bordon however they're constantly let down by the delivery side until tonight.. How lovely to actually have the young gentleman wait for me to answer the door instead of leaving it on the floor and running off.. He deserved more cash than I had available to hand for a tip! It's good that the guys in the kitchen are not let down for once by the delivery guys! X

Don’t bother. They take an hour to arrive, then when they get there it’s cold and crust is hard, they are not even close to being fresh. Then try to call and complain and it just rings and rings. Tried several times. Then in the end someone was answering and hanging straight up. Pizza Hut or Milanos way better but if you have to have dominos use Aldershot, never had an issue there. This is standard service at farnham.

I don't know why so many people have left bad reviews. Domino's Farnham have always been very helpful and cooperative whenever there's been wrong orders always more than willing to help.

Shocking service. Have been waiting for over a hour and half for the pizza to be believed then when I call for an update there is no response!

It may be harsh in that its not so much this stores fault, although delivery time can only count for so much, but I've never had a good Domino's from this store. But Domino's delivery store is based on post code and not distance. As such my local Domino's store which is 2 miles away and 5 mins drive, I'm unable to get delivery from so have to use the Farnham store which takes 3 times the time to deliver. So the pizza is always luke warm and very dry. Makes it the worst domino's I've ever had. I collected from my local store tonight and what a contrast. The best quality domino's I've had. Either it's the delivery time or the store itself... But if you are GU10 and closer to church Crookham / Fleet than Farnham order and collect from there. The quality is significantly better than Farnham.

Both should be fired on the spot and reform clearly needed in that specific chain. Waiting so long has allowed me to write a strong review and call out the awful behaviour from a terrible company who's standards have clearly dropped to 0. Would review 0 if i could, 1 doesnt quite do it justice. Max

what a fantastic place, had a bit of a hectic day but pizza chef tom was absolutely charming, I don’t think he works the till normally but what amazing manners and professional customer service when he served me. My partner and i were blown away. thanks Domino’s

Back to work Sunday so ordered Domino's to be delivered. As with EVERY other time I've ordered it has been a perfect experience. Easy online ordering, kept accurately up to speed with my order and delivered by a smart driver, perfect and piping hot! I genuinely cannot understand all of the negative reviews. Good work guys keep it up!

I must start off by saying that I had read so many negative reviews I almost never tried Domino Pizza Farnham. After much discussion at home we decided to order up two large pizzas, (Margarita & Meat Feast). We went for the bundle option and chose some potato wedge fries. I will say that with the three of us attacking both pizzas’ I was surprised that we still had 5 slices left over. We all thought the pizzas were very good. I would say that as we don’t live very far outside Farnham this would explain why the food arrived piping hot. I will say that we had decided to eat much later than we would normally have done and I can only assume they were not very busy. Our meal arrived within 30 minutes. All in all we did enjoy the food but the potato wedges were very Spartan in the box and we counted out 4 each which was a shame. Also the dip’s they supply were just so overheated in the boxes that I through them away and used our own.

Ordered a gourmet selection of food over the phone with the help of the lovely Jamie. Jamie was patient, helpful and very informative. Jamie gave me his fave selection on the menu which I really appreciated and he also made me laugh a lot so that was nice. The food was also like 10/10 and way better than I was expecting haha. I had a make your own pizza, I just said all my fave ingredients and it was so delicious. I would also recommend the wedges and the garlic bread 👌🏼 Dominoes, give Jamie a jolly good pat on the back.

Ordered a Hot and Spicy and when it arrived it was so hot couldn't eat it. It had so many jalapeños on it. Very disappointed. Only able to eat 1 and a half pieces. From other pizzas places hot and spicy is ok. Won't be ordering that again

I ordered a pizza online and after 40 minutes and the tracking app saying it had been delivered which it had not, i rang the branch. I Spoke to the manager who told me the app doesn’t work and it was out for delivery. After a further 15 minutes and still no pizza I rang again. Spoke to the manager again who told me she couldn’t get hold of the driver as he was driving and did I want him to have a crash and it would be with me in 5 minutes. I told her that it most likely would be cold at which point she told me that if it was when it arrived to not pay for it. After another 10 minutes it finally arrived, cold with the topping all squashed and stuck to the top of the box. I told the driver I would not be paying for it and rang the branch to inform them of this. At which point, the manager went into a torrent, telling me I have to pay for the food. After reconfirming what she had said on the phone about not paying for it if it was cold she told me I was a liar and sent the driver back to collect the pizza. She then spoke to my husband and told him that he was also a liar and continued to be very unprofessional and rude. Being completely incensed at how this branch has no regard for customer service we rang the head office and am now waiting for their response.

Always have issues with deliveries, have received a number or orders at least 15/20 minutes late and always have to call and chase. Avoid if you can!!

We had pizzas from here and was extremely disappointed they had so much tomato and oregano paste on them it was so overpowering we could not taste any other toppings and threw it away we phoned to complain and spoke with manager who just said in future would put less on not even an offer of replacement or refund or any such resolution avoid this place it’s way overpriced and the food is not worth the money Avoid Avoid Avoid

We were promised our pizza between 21&36 minutes. It arrived after one hour and fifteen minutes. We were upset to be misguided and then told that the app info doesn't match what is happening in the store. Food was good but not above warm in temperature, spoils it overall.

We stopped off to get a pizza at the Farnham shop. I stated clearly that I was allergic to tomatoes ,so they agreed they would put a white sauce instead or tomato (as my local one does). They then charged us extra for it, so when I queried it they said that it was correct(my local doesn’t as it is an allergy thing). We traveled 6 miles to my mother in laws to eat them, on my first bite I realised there was tomato on it so had to hastily spit it out. I was furious so rung the Farnham shop, they informed me they had substituted the white sauce with bbq sauce instead . I hastily pointed out to the lady that bbq sauce has tomato in it and why would you do that when I had paid extra for the white sauce. She said they couldn’t deliver another as we were outside the area. She couldn’t understand me very well (her English was very basic, and after passing her over to my husband she said she would refund half the cost then promptly put the phone down. I thought this was very rude so complained to head office explaining that it could have been serious. They must of contacted her as we then got a phone call last night to say they were refunding us in full. The was hardly any apology, I think the staff need a serious talking to and train on their customer service and how to deal with allergies. I would never go back there again ,,,!,,,

After bad service over a number of orders I am done with this particular dominos. Cold food. Late orders. And dismissive when I ask where the food is. Never again

Placed a large order (29 pizzas) with Domino's in Farnham and the service was excellent. Food arrived early, hot and the service was very efficient and thorough! Wouldn't hesitate to do this again.

11am-4pm £1.99 personal 2 topping pizza, absolutely gorgeous, great deal and betfred next door so order your pizza whilst watching the horses :)

Very late, guy on the phone could barely put two words together and then when it eventually arrived the order was wrong.

Arrived 45 mins late. Then promised a half price pizza on next delivery. When called it in, claimed no idea. Very aggressive however had my full details just no record of complaint......

I work at Martins VW and we use no one else but Domino's for our pizza deliveries! Jovito the Manager and his staff are always friendly and deliver hot fresh delicious pizza within half an hour to forty minutes. Top service all round!! Thanks Jovito!! We'll be ordering again soon!!

Order pizza over an hour ago and have been waiting on out for delivery for 40 minutes even though we are only 5 minutes down the road. This isnt the first time this has happened but I thought I'd give them another chance. Tried calling them but it endlessly brings. Shocking dominos

Horrendous! Would give zero if possible! Waited over an hour! Online app said that food was out for delivery for half an hour, called to ask where it was and told that the online timer is just automated and nothing to do with when it’s actually being prepped or delivered. Order was wrong when it arrived, was told we would be refunded! We waited three weeks for a refund despite being told it had been done. Told a manager would call us on several occasions, told to wait a few days. Finally they said they would post it through the door, nothing! Said they would do it the next day, nothing! By the third day we had had enough and my sister was told to be “patient!” I think waiting three weeks for a refund for food that was late, wrong and pretty awful is being patient enough! Rude staff, no apology and certainly won’t be using again! I haven’t heard anything good about this place!

Never leave reviews but this is an exception to help people stay away from being disappointed. This is my nearest store only a 5 minute drive away. Order was on time on this one rare occasion (previously have waited near 2 hours +wrong order) but I was presented with the wrong drinks upon delivery this time (no surprise for this dominos to mess up your order) but upon telling the delivery man this was wrong he said this is what He was given as if I needed to accept it. When eventually he said he agreed to go get the correct drinks it took over half an hour and a call from myself to prompt them (the store is literally 5 minutes away) By this time I had finished with my food. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.... OR COLLECT IN PERSON TO AVOID MESS UP OF ORDER AND VERY VERY LONG WAITING. On a positive note pizzas themselves were fine.

WORST. EMPLOYEES. EVER. FILTHY, DIRTY AND GROSS. Safe yourself from ordering from this god-damn awful place who have stooped to a new low. Ordered from this place numerous times and have not been pleased or satisfied once. It is my fault for ordering again but I finally decided to leave a review of this awful place with terrible employees and leave a review with a pic of their awful pizza. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THESE SCUMS - THEY WILL LITERALY BE RUDE TO YOU IF YOU GIVE ANY HINT OF DOUBT OF ORDERING. THEY STALL CALLS AND PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR UP TO 10 MINUTES AND END CALLS. I have seen dirty Asian employees scratch their balls and inside their ears and proceed to put toppings on a pizza without GLOVES. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

It was ok but the 15 minutes late

I ordered a £1.99 pizza from this dominos in Farnham and I payed £2 and did not receive any change back when I payed £2 this is a life changing experience I could have put that money towards my sons scholarship but I can not because I received no change. Not coming back here 🤬 this experience has left me heartbroken and upset, I’m going to go home and going to tell my 4 year old son that he will live by a bin for the rest of his life and not aspire to anything because I did not receive my 1 pence. Absolutely fuming

Ordered two pizzas and a side for a designated time through their website and it turned up an hour late. Why bother having that facility if they deliver it whenever they want? Phoned the branch three times and the staff were rude and didn't bother hurrying things along. Both the pizzas were cold - asked for a refund but they said they couldn't - offered a free pizza next time. Hilarious.

Never deliver when they should. Food is always cold. Staff are rude when the bother to pick up the phone.

Same story as all the other multiple poor reviews. Ordered tonight - missing items - delivery driver not prepared to phone the store to try and resolve - spent ages trying to get through to be told they would send them straight out - 2 hours after original order and 1 hour after the complaint - I’m still waiting. TERRIBLE

Takes a while when collecting pizza, and the small pizza that i ordered was a bit chewy but other than that friendly staff and excellent quality products

I really love the food here. I am so confused by the bad comments and reviews here - me and my friends order from here once a month or so and the food has always been delivered hot within roughly 30minutes (if ordered ASAP, roughly the time we ordered it for if else). Me and most people I know really enjoy all the food from here and don’t complain about the things others have. Overall: its all great, you guys just got unlucky i guess?
