Domino's Pizza in Bury

Staff were friendly manger was lovely as well treated very well and food was hot fresh and tasty really happy but I had one problem there was a man called fajul who was very rude to his staff calling them all sorts of nasty names and being genuinely a nasty man I feel sorry for the staff the staff seemed quite scared of him

Really bad service…. pizzas when arrived looked like they had been in a rally car when open the boxes. Rang them up to complain, Manager didn’t want to no as they was busy said she would call me back. They didn’t call me back after 2week of not letting this go as a principal i constantly called them demanding a refund. Finally go the refund 2 months later. Shocking Dominos will never receive a penny for me again .

Took almost 2 hours for the order to be delivered from when I originally placed the order. I then received the complete wrong order and rang the branch to inform them this. They then told me they will come and collect the order and replace it with what I actually ordered however nobody showed up. 100% will not be ordering from this branch again, shocking customer service and I’m not one to leave poor reviews but I was genuinely staggered at how bad this experience really was.

Excellent pizzas ready to collect when the app said it would be and friendly staff, used bogof for collection so great value too

We had a voucher for Dominos so ordered a large Texas bbq pizza and some chicken strips too.Our pizza was warm,soggy and hardly had any filling on it.The chicken strips were also warm and tasteless. £20 for a pizza is alot of money and thankfully with our voucher,we didnt pay full price. This was by far the worst pizza we have ever had. Supermarket ones for just a few pounds, are much nicer.

We ordered a pizza on May 1st. We were surprised the order came very quickly. It was barely warm.. I always have mushrooms.,tuna. ,jalapenos but with no cheese. Tuna now isn`t on the menu. .so what i got was a smattering of mushrooms , and few little slices of jalapeno..My partners wasn`t much better,.Will not be using this shop again..

I've never had a problem with Domino's especially this one, staff are always helpful, especially when I google auto-filled the wrong name on my order. Always appreciate a nice night in with a Domino's pizza.
