Absolutely terrible service! Food was ordered over the phone. After an hour's wait (estimated delivery time was approximately 50 minutes), I contacted this takeaway to get an update on my order. The male on the phone abruptly replied that my order will arrive at my doorstep in the next minute or so. This did not happen. I contacted this takeaway again, but there was no answer. Money had been deducted and no sign of delivery. Avoid orders from this place!

Been many times before but every now and again I felt it was getting less and less. I will give them one chance I thought. I ordered an extra large Donner meat and chips and I was again disapointed. I would say the ratio of Donner meat was about 10%. I basically paid £7 for chips. The prices are one of the highest now and the portions are ridiculous. Never again, my last order.

Urg. Why didn't I read the reviews before I ordered? The Doner meat was almost cold & the chips rock hard & cold too. Thankfully I only ate a couple of mouthfuls coz the next day I was so poorly! Terrible tummy cramps and never off the loo! Gawd knows how I'd have been if I'd have eaten more! Never EVER again!

We call it the Tombola takeaway because you never know what you’re going to get. Order a large donner on naan and you’ll get a soggy pitta one. Order a pizza with fries and your fries won’t turn up. Order a curry with chapattis and you’ll get a naan bread. Oh, the foods average too. Save yourself the bother and order elsewhere.

I'm sorry to write this review. But come on guys you cant get away with this type of rubbish!! I've had good food from here before but not in a while. The nann bread was like a frisbee honestly everything was cold too!! Wont eat here again.

Omg why did I not read these reviewed before. They are the worst food place I have ever dealt with. They are so rude!!! Ordered a corn flake tart and got a sponge cake with a don of ice cream on it. See pics. The banoffee cookie dough was like splatted dog waste!! When we called to ask them about the order we got told “you are lucky you got food”.i had to stop my husband with all I have not to go down! Never ever again!!!! I’m surprised they still open and not been shut down. Clearly food hub needs to stop associating with cowboy organisations!! They robbing people

I ordered a pizza that came looking like something that was out of a supermarket it was horrible the pizza was meant to be a meat feast it had chicken ham and pepperoni on it that was it, when I phoned the guy was very rude he clearly couldn’t accept any criticism he said what do I expect on a meat feast, I clearly expect more than that peppers mince meat chicken tikka etc, it was the worst pizza I’ve ever witnessed in my life, no offer to remake another no offer to even try satisfy his customer. Now the donner meat looked like it was heated in a microwave, avoid at all costs, I eventually told the guy I will never order from there again!! His customer service skills were appalling.

So called here tonight with mates ordering donner meat and chip and asked for the donner to be cut thin !! To get the food and in big chunks it looked more like dog meat!! To which I wouldn’t even feed a dog it for them to say that’s how they do there food !! Would never go back again customer service rubbish as well as the food !!!!

I ordered food for collection and was told 15-20mins. I arrived after 10 and called in to ask if it was ready, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and said he will see how long itll be. The man said it's ready in 2 minutes I got my pizza and my gfs cheesy chips both of which were spot on. I picked our some pakoras whilst waiting they were spot on too! Cant fault the staff, they're dead friendly and made me feel welcome whilst waiting even though I could see they were rushed off their feet. I'll visit this place again. Food was decent and the chaps were decent aswell. Be nice to people and people are nice in return.

My friend and I gave this a try as a new menu had been posted through the door. Really wished I'd read reviews beforehand. We ordered onion bhajis, fish rogan josh and chicken madras. The bhajis were burnt and the curries were just not very nice at all. We didn't eat it all, thank goodness, as we were both ill the following day, Making me think that there may be hygiene issues. I will never order food from here again and would definitely not recommend.

Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt after my last experience... But for sure this time it's not on and it's certainly not acceptable. First time I went I was charged 3.50 for a meal with a drink.. second time 4.00. And today the same meal was for 4.50 .. only got charged 4 pound because I spoke and asked where he got his price from ?.. But the man at the till was soo rude as if he was AGAIN doing me a favour! Message for the owner.. employ more good and polite staff like the white guy who works there the rest are good for nothing. No one deserves to be spoken to in a rude manner. Not only that one of them made a comment to my nephew after my second experience saying tell her not to come here . You'll be left with no-one coming there trust me , I only came because you are local an my 4 year old liked the chicken pop corn meal .. but your prices LMAO when the menu says 3.50 and then you have the nerve to argue as if the customer is wrong when it states there why make prices up . Either that or change the price on your menu and stick to it .. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO EAT ... THIS IS BRADFORD AFTER ALL. Personally I feel they see a new face, as I'm new to the area , they think it's ok to overcharge .. no thank you I work hard for my meals unlike you lot who get free meals. Can't wait till you shut down .

I buy a meal one day comes with a drink at £3.50 and the next day I buy the exact same meal yet I don't get a drink.. so I go in myself this time to ask why has this happened only for the rude boys to argue with me that it's £4.00 a meal if you want a drink with it... gives me it as if here take it... I paid for that meal you can't make your own prices up .. and sort your attitude out.. it stinks . I'll take my services else where.. people like me eating from your places is what allows you to recruit and pay wages.. don't make your customers feel like your doing them a favour by giving a drink that is paid for as part of a meal.. .. disgusting

We ordered our meal from here due to being ill and not physically being able to cook food turned up colder than the polar ice cap so I contacted the resteraunt to try resolve this only to be met with abuse from the most arrogant pathetic excuse for a human being I was calm and had no reason to be treated the way I was and I WILL BE taking this further

We as a team have tried Sensations 3 times within a month. 1st time we had pizza deal which was good. 2nd time we had a variety off food of the menu. Burgers which weren't all that dinner meat which was pale, potato baji with the batter been soo hard and potato undercooked. Chips smelt of old oil ordered a side salad was sent a tub of onions. Sponge pudding tasted as if it had been in fridge with a very strong smell. This week we ordered pizza and other meals. Chips still not good binned. Pizza crust and Base burnt. Complained and didn't receive the other pizza until 1425 which was end of lunch so pretty poor service and food.

Food was okay. Had better. Hope they can improve on quality. But this is my opinion others may like their food it's just not for me.

The first half of the food was on time but they had forgotten two of the items I had ordered and had to go back and get them. The first part of my order had gone cold by the time the other things came. The food was alright, the service getting my missing food back was lovely.

Pizza was a barely edible temperature. Chocolate cake was a waste of money despite being the part of the order to arrive hot. It came floating in custard that was not mentioned on the menu, and would have caused me not to order the item if it had been. Once this is posted I will in fact be heading out to find an actually edible dessert.

Ok, your donner meat is BEAUTIFUL but your menu said kebab comes with salad... I like salad on my kebab it makes me feel healthy haha. Garlic bread with cheese is just cheese, not much garlic and it had a strange taste to it. Also £3 for a slice of cake is just cheeky. Especially when it isn't that good and that also tasted strange. So over all, I have to be abit critical guys. Delivery was fast and food was piping hot on arrival though AND delivery guy is very polite. I will use again.

Ordered 2 pizzas with stuffed crust and a piece of for cake £19 Inc delivery (I know I was shocked too). I have ordered from there before and it's always been average/ok bit it's been with friends when we have orderes. Waited 120 mins, to find they forgot the cake and the driver who was rude as anything insisted we ring up to get the rest of our missing order. The guy who answers the phone.... spoke to us like we pissed on his corn flakes, whilst we were friendly and polite. They reluctantly sent the 4 quid piece of Malteser cake we had ordered..... (look at pic attached) it's never seen a malteser. When we explained this to the guy on the phone.... I was told to politely go forth and multiply because he's busy............ WOW. Never again. Go to capone or any of the other 30 take aways nearby!!!!!
