Pizza Hut in Bradford

I'm absolutely appalled at the customer service from your Manager on duty this evening. On arrival at 10PM - (Closing time 23:00PM) we were greeted by the FOH - Host who instantly said unfortunately we don't have much stock available,Understandable if the restaurant had been busy ...... however from calling in at 7PM to check Closing times it had 3 tables in . After the FOH wasn't sure on what was available she went and called to see a Manager... The manager appeared chewing food ... No hair net on in the food preparation area. The discussion between myself and the manager wasn't what I would expect from someone in her position. I can't believe as a business they would turn down business of 8 people. I would suggest a visit from an EHO to check standards are being met !

You usually know what you are getting with Pizza Hut. This branch was empty, but could be because we visited after the buffet time. We were shown to a table, which despite the restaurant being empty, was not cleaned. The server cleaned and then threw down some menus and said to order through the barcode. Fine it's modern times. However the online ordering process was not smooth as many items and deals did not match paper menus, which resulted in having to order through the server who saw this as a massive inconvenience. The salad bar was anhilated but we all managed to grab what we wanted. Food arrived incredibly staggered and some items were missing. The server again huffed at hearing this. Now the worst part of the entire visit...the sanitation of the toilets. Two toilets blocked with excrement, soiled water all over floor, broken toilet brushes and no sign anywhere saying that they were out of order. I looked at the cleaning rota out of interest and saw that the toilets hadn't been signed off since 1pm. I would have reported this to staff but we were leaving at this point having finished our meal and no staff around. Looking through other reviews out of noseyness it seems the toilets are a constant issue with this branch. Honestly it was like the scene from trainspotting.

Decent pizza hut. Pizzas are hit or miss, sometimes lovely, other times just okay. No buffet at this location.

Dan the manager was very nice and polite the Deliveroo driver was 1 hour later and they have re done the hole order

Booked before theatre arrived 17.40. Asked to order after few minutes, can you wait come back ??? 15 min later asked someone else orders. Can use salad bar, asked re glasses . 15 mins no glasses, asked again. Finally, then other waitress will take order now 25 min later it was not very busy. Finally food started coming slowly 16.40 1 pizza was wrong, kept looking for last 1 got told was coming out of oven shortly?? 19.05 finally, too late as had to leave re theatre. So had to take to car, service terrible food good. Luck shebhad some of her mums garlic bread and pizza. Would not return or recommend sadly.

Went here on a Friday night before we went bowling.The food was OK and the staff were very nice.Had a bottle of white wine with the meal and later on we ordered another bottle and guess what,they didn't have any.Surely stocking up for the weekend is a good idea ?

Perfect place for pizza with family

Pizza was terible, ham tastes cheap, dough was far from decent. The pizza looks nice but the poor quality of ingredients make it taste like a cheap frozen pizza from a convenience store.

The food was terrible, the fries weren’t cooked properly neither was the pizza. We spent almost £90 on pizza that just was not worth eating. Virtually no meat on a meaty pizza and chicken missing off a chicken and bacon pizza. All in all a very poor example of a Pizza Hut with staff who just weren’t interested. Plus we had to pay for our food before ordering which took away any leverage that we had. So disappointing!!!

I've been enjoying their delicious pizza without any problems for the past decade.

We attended on the 28th Feb, a group booking for a birthday. I just wanted to say how extremely accommodating the team were and especially to Emily the manager who was on hand for all support. The service was fast and the experience was perfect thank you.

Despite being very busy it was a good experience great staff, very helpful and friendly thank you to the lady with the afro and Mo for great service will come again

Always enjoy Pizza Hut and come out stuffed. I know its not the best Pizza but its a good place to visit and the kids love it

Customer service was excellent! But the pizza was too oily for me.

Low quality on food, greasy and cold food, and a slad bar no longer has some of the popular items as before. prices do not match the quality you get at all. We left some food on the plates even though we weren't full.

Two years since our last visit and unfortunately pizza hut has hit rock bottom. The place was so filthy we had to clean the seats ourselves before sitting. We couldn't use the app so had to virtually beg for assistance to place an order. The food came and it was inedible. We questioned the quality and got the worse answer ever. " Would you like some discount " the only edible part of it was the salad bar and how that has shrunk. Very poor now and this was definitely our last visit here. What a great shame.

Very expensive for the quality of food and service. The salad bar was poor, crispy sauces around the rims of the pots looked disgusting as if sat there for days and food spillage all around the area. Toilets were filthy in need of a good scrub from ceiling to floor. The app to order from to your table is too complicated to use so ended up using a waitress anyway to order after trying the app for 10 mins. The restaurant was also freezing so food went cold very quickly, the staff were also ramming people in at the end of tables so made it difficult to get out from your tables for self serve without disturbing some other customer.

The disabled toilets were disgusting there was feases on the seat. Wouldn't go again

Pizza is dry , toppings burnt or dried out (we had pepperoni) Overpriced by a ridiculous amount when you consider the average cost of a 12" from any other pizza place where they use enough cheese to cover toppings so they aren't crunchy. I feel sorry for the staff who were absolutely wonderful to be working and serving such food as I know it's not a chef issue, it's a brand product issue.

Food good. Salad bar well stocked up. Staff friendly but as it's all App only not much interaction. It was surprisingly very quiet for an evening in the school holidays. Expected it to be busier.

We're historically real advocates for a family meal out at pizza hut. However, it seems there are less and less people going, less upkeep of the furnishings and so the atmosphere has slipped. The prices seem too high now for what you get too. A real shame. The staff were friendly and approachable though, thank you.

Kids climbing everywhere and running around tables are sticky even after they were cleaned. Staff are miserable and waited ages to be served. Dirty and overpriced order a dominoes be better an cheaper.

My son loves coming here for the experience. We tend to get the sharer deals - pizzas with sides, salad, and the ice cream factories. The salad was a bit stale and the price has really shot up over the year- previously cost £40. It’s now £50 for 2 pizzas, unlimited salad, 2 sides (limited sides btw- fries, onion rings or garlic bread), and two ice creams. Drinks are separate. The pizzas tasted fine, chips were nice, but the quality of the ice cream factory ice cream itself has gone down. Will give them another chance but in a few months down the line as it’s quite steep!

The restaurant was absolutely filthy, I could feel my jumper sticking to the table when I rested my arms. There were tables that weren't cleaned the entire hour we were in the restaurant, the bathrooms were covered in all sorts, all without paper & with mud on the seats. The salad bar had no actual salad except lettuce & tomatoes (was there a weekend crouton festival happening that I'm unaware of?!) & the entire bar was disgusting, the ice cream factory was covered in melted ice cream & every shaker pot had ice cream & sauce all over the lids, meaning manky residue was pouring everywhere. We walked in, were initially ignored, then were told essentially the entire menu was unavailable today, & to find a restaurant that looked like a bomb had gone off. It isn't at all the staff's fault that people don't know how to control their kids in a public setting, but perhaps Pizza Hut HQ could think of something to entertain them so the rest of us aren't stuck with them throwing food, swinging on the toilet doors, jumping on furniture & chucking paper towels all over the bathroom floor... The staff didn't do anything wrong, were all friendly & helpful, but were fighting a losing battle in this place. We said it in the restaurant & I stand by it, this branch used to be great, but if this were the first time I'd ever visited a Pizza Hut, I wouldn't go again. I feel like I need to shower in my clothes to get rid of the stickiness (and incidentally my jeans are covered in raspberry sauce as I didn't realise someone had wiped it on the edge of the bench & it wasn't cleaned properly 👌). Gross, for such a huge business I am AMAZED you couldn't do better, especially after paying £41 for two people - waaaaay too expensive for this when I compare it to far superior restaurant experiences for half the price. Such a disappointment.

Poor experience lots of kids jumping on seats climbing over chairs and tables parents ignoring poor behaviour. Salad bar poor smell of BO. Won't be going again! Staff great though !

Great place to have a kid's birthday party. Everything from table service to refrigerating the cake until it was time to cut it was taken good care of by the staff. The waitress was lovely and polite. She was very helpful throughout our time at the venue.

I can't see why they can't have the traditional order placed with a waiter giving proper service especially with the prices you pay. I didn't enjoy the app ordering experience. The cookie dough used to be about x4 bigger. Disappointing.

The food was, as ever, very good but the service of the two ladies whom I have mentioned added hugely to the enjoyment of our visit.

This was a very good experience. We got seated quickly even though it was busy. Served our drinks quickly and not to long for the pizza we ordered. My only negative comment is the price. £45 for a pizza to share (14 inch) two started and a refillable drink. We would have gone for the buffet option which was available including drinks, choice of pizza and garlic bread etc and ice to finish. Unfortunately buffet option is only available until 3pm. pizza and starters were excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly 😊

Come here now and again after watching something from the cinema. You can’t beat a good pizza.

I really like it when I went there for the first time to eat veggie pizza, and I continue to go there frequently to eat pizza and order takeaway because it has the best prices for takeaway.

It was very quiet so there was not much atmosphere, the staff were polite and courteous. The food was very good, hot and very tasty.

Pizza Hut is as Pizza Hut does. As Forrest Gump probably never said. At this branch, the manager was fantastic. I didn't catch her name, but she never stopped. The food is the same as every other Pizza Hut It wasn't too busy when we visited and the service was good.

The service we received was of excellent quality the staff were very welcoming, friendly and very well mannered. My family enjoyed the experience with Darcy W and the manager whom I don't know her name but she was really nice and willing to help her staff out

Toilets looked and smelt of crap disgusting low quality music blasting through my ears my eyes were bloodshot and hurt for 1 hour after.

Disappointed They stopped having tuna om pizza since covid, its been a while since I went, but it was £40 for a meal for 2 and that didn't include drinks. The bottomless soft drinks were just under £4 each. The manager looked like a method head with her missing teeth and tattoos on her neck, but was actually super polite. None of the staff wore name badges, and although they were friendly and professional, we were served by 4 different people in the course of 1 mea . The plates in the salad bar were plastic and looked like tired baby plates that mum just couldn't bring herself to throw away. The thousand island and potato salad have been replaced by a cheaper leass tasty version It's really sad how the corporation has let itself down

Some waiter ignored me whilst I asked how long the wait was estimated to be until the pizza came

Don’t bother eating here, rather order pizza from your local takeaway it’ll be probably be tastier and definitely cheaper. Poor customer service, every single waitress blanked me when I walked in waiting to be sat down or even talked to. Food was over priced and pizza definitely below mediocre. £20 for pizza is ridiculous, paid £5 for chips when it came out there was like 10 single chips on a side plate. Will never return to another Pizza Hut franchises and definitely will never recommend.

No more than 3 options on the buffet deal. Waited there for 30 min to be seated while 90% of the place was empty! An unprofessional rude young girl, not being happy to work, explain the menu or even take the order! A very poor and shocking service was provided! She even checked on us to make sure if we have paid for the additional drink at the end when we were leaving with a very rude manner! We will Never go there again in person.

Choice of where to be seated, no one rushed us to leave. Was a relaxed environment and you were free to eat as much as you wanted.

Visited this branch for the very first time, great experience from start to finish. Cashless transaction, you place the order by scanning the QR code. Friendly & intrusive service. Ample parking across the road. Loved the salad bar, had good choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the 🍕, will be back soon.

Upon arrival I advised Lee that our movie starts within 30 minutes, so please could we have our pizza as possible and advised 'Yes, it should be problem' I advised I wanted my Pizza well done as soon as I placed my order. When the pizza came out it was not well done and it was taken back to the kitchen by Darcy. She then retuned and apologised for the inconvenience and asked for details so that she could process me a refund, not only this we was the given a extra free pizza! WOW - now this is what you call 'REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, KIND, FRIEND, HELPFUL AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE!' thank you sop much Lee and thank you Darcy :)

Always think Pizza Hut is expensive for what it is, but the staff were good and the manager was also very attentive, when they thought we had an issue.

Grandsons birthday treat. Service was good but it wasn't really busy. Pizzas and sides were good as was the salad bar. Bit disappointed with the deserts, but overall it was good and the kids enjoyed it.

I went on a Saturday with my 3yr old. We were seated with a high chair and had a nice lady take our order. She also bought us some activities for my son and it was easy dining out for me. Food was lovely also

The food didn't taste fresh even though you could see it cooked fresh. It tasted like the ingredients were on their last legs before they used them. The sauces at the salad bar were not named correctly which could be dangerous for someone with allergies. The vibe there was absolutely dead. The only reason I gave it any stars was due to the woman who served us, I don't remember her name, she was covered in tats, quite slim but she was super attentive and really lovely. She deserves some recognition.

Had a lovely lunch with family at Pizza Hut. The food and service were great I like the fact that we scan the QR from our table and order and pay for food from the phone. It's fast quick and easy 👍

Very poor customer service from staff. Asked to wait 15 minutes then continued to seat other guest when I approached them she sat us down (why ask to leave your name). Only one staff member was helpful and friendly. Didn’t check to see if food was ok. Time management was poor had to ask for our desserts.

Told on entrance they close in an hour. The service was non existent. Had to pester staff to get glasses and plates. One pizza came way before the other pizza so half the family finished before the others had started. They forgot one of the sides totally (onion rings which had no taste) The pizzas were not cooked properly as they were undercooked, really poorly made. You can tell they were in a rush to make it. It was obvious staff were not fussed and wanted to go home. Whilst we were eating the staff had the audacity to ask if we were ready for our desert. I won't be coming here again. Much better places to go than here. Very dissatisfied and underwhelmed.

Busy lunch time but the food was fresh and the servers were attentive. Big selection of vegetarian pizzas on the buffet option.

This was a lovely restaurant to eat in at, where the staff allowed me and the others to order just before close time then finish inside! Menus were given to us upon entry and I enjoyed the Chicken Supreme with Ginger Beer and garlic bread, situated at comfortable seating and the service was reasonable.

Excellent lunchtime buffet. The gents toilets appear to be clean but always stink of urine.

This has to be the worst experience ever. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, looks a bit like time forgot the place. Floors appeared grubby and the tables not a lot better. Was shown to my seat, handed a menu and told you order online and to use the QR code. After a bit of messing around I got the thing to work and ordered my pizza. Getting a VAT receipt was tricky, it isn’t emailed to you, the waitress didn’t know. The waitress asked the manager who was zero help. Fortunately a young lad that worked in the place was able to print my receipt. The food was mediocre, not really sure if it was properly cooked, the base was a bit soggy. On top of all that at the point of ordering the system asks if you want to add a tip!!!! I thought tips were for service and that’s the one thing Pizza Hut have removed.

Nice food but ya looking to wait at least 50 minutes and aswell the staff are very misreble give em a pay rise or something give em a smile on there face 😅

Regular pizza hut. You know what to expect.

We was waiting to be seated and no one came so after 15 minutes me and my friend walked out. Whilst we was waiting we had staff members look at us and not seat us not even to tell us that they’d come and seat us in a few seconds

Really bad service wonting to eat in the restaurant would not except cash only card. Did not have a card. Disgusting behaviour. Cash is legal tender. Never go pizza hut again.

No complaints. Not the best Pizza Hut in the world but all the basics are accounted for - you're seated quickly, served quickly, and the food is hot, anything else is a bonus.

The restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. The kitchen staff even waved at us when we left which was nice to see! Not been to Pizza Hut for a while and it made a nice change. Great pizzas.

On the afternoon of 9th August, following a visit to the nearby cinema with our two grandsons, they were ravenous and this Pizza Hut was their choice for a teatime treat. The food is what it is and it suited us all but the work ethic of the staff was particularly impressive. Ok, the restaurant was not overly busy but we were welcomed promptly at the door and shown to our seats with a friendly efficiency. Moreover, throughout our stay it was noticeable how proactive the team were in carrying out their duties. Really enjoyed the food but poor girl was rushed off her feet while managers sat down having a drink or on the phone. She managed well. X

The food was good and the initial service was adequate, yet after around half an hour as we requested deserts we had ordered, we were told repeatedly that it would be brought out to us, this never happened and with small children who were getting tired, we simply has to leave without food we paid for as otherwise there might have been a meltdown. This could simply have been miscommunication or it being unusually busy or a combination of many things. So it may be an anomaly and so hence still 3 stars. Yet still a let down.
