Pizza Hut in Bradford

Incorrect serving platters used. Black should be for meat and green for veg. There was cross contamination. None of the pizzas labelled as to what they were. Would not recommend due to cross contamination issues. Staff need to be more aware as the waitress I spoke to did not realise.

Had a lovely family meal, all staff were nice, our waitress Ruby was wonderful, the kitchen staff considerate. Great time will definitely go again ☺️

Walked in and instead of being greeted with a hello it was instead there’s people behind you. I had a booking so I made the Representative aware. Got seated and that was the last time I saw the waiter. The overall atmosphere was really poor. We were sat quite close to the entrance so for the majority of the visit All I could hear was the manager arguing with people who were walking in telling then we had no telling them there was no availability and to book before visiting which is fair but it was really offputting due to his tonality. Nobody came to our table to ask if we needed anything it felt like we were sat in a self-serve restaurant. The wait times for the buffet pizzas are ridiculous waited almost 20 minutes for a margarita pizza. There was no bowls in the salad area. It was all messy. The drinks machine was temperamental. With only tango working. The ice cream factory was Serving melted cream. I appreciate it is during the half term, but this a reminder to me as to why I didn’t bring my family here in a very long time and it is simply down to the service and the lack of care from every single available staff member. Instead of filling a table, please take care of the present customers as we are paying customers. I really felt that this was not worth the money I spent and I would most definitely not recommend this Pizza Hut restaurant To any family or friends. There was no proper greeting and nor And acknowledgement of when we left.

I dont usually do reviews to be honest as i usually think people take eating out too serious but i just wanted to thank the staff tonight wish i had got there names 3 ladies anyway very polite very helpful and smiling something we really dont see in todays waitresses went for my sons 10th birthday little get together food was lovely kids happy and full adults happy and full and we sang happy birthday with a cake and all that stuff no big special party but something my son and family will remember so thanks again you girls really did a great job and the chef did great with the pizzas and sides cheers Chris

Sophie was amazing! She looked after us well. I had my one year old, she kept him busy, gave him some stickers to keep him occupied. Good service from her.

Food came and it was all scrunched up to the side (both pizzas) food was cold. Chicken didn’t have much sauce on. My cheese pizza barely had cheese on it which is all I wanted and the crust wasn’t how I had it last time

Solo había tres mesas ocupadas y todavía esperamos demasiado. La cocina también era demasiado lenta. Pedimos las patatas fritas por separado y nos llegaron en 15 minutos. La camarera era sonriente y agradable, pero la impresión general de toda la noche fue trágica. Estuvimos allí por primera vez y por última vez, no volveremos allí. Terrible restaurante, y los precios son terribles. Pedimos papas fritas Halloumi de las que solo obtuve 5 trozos delgados, luego pollo en miel o algo así que incluía solo 6 trozos pequeños. La pizza estaba bien, pero todos juntos pagamos £ 64 - 1 pizza, pollo en miel, patatas fritas halloumi, 4 bebidas, 1 patatas fritas. If possible I wouldn’t even give it 1 star !!! I was expecting so much better, but my experience at Pizza Hut was incredibly disappointing. The pizza dough was more like a bun full of yeast. The salad was old and disgusting. I ordered their honey chicken bites and received no meat – just breadcrumbs with a little bit of honey at the bottom. The honey sauce wasn’t even covering the chicken. I can’t even call it chicken. Though the waitress was kind, the service was incredibly slow. There were only three tables, yet they couldn’t manage. I ordered extra fries, but waited for 25 minutes, with 10 of those minutes spent seeing the fries left on the counter while the waitress was nowhere to be found. The pizza was tiny – just 8 little slices for £27. We paid over £60 for absolutely nothing worthwhile. I do not recommend this place at all. We were very disappointed. It's better to visit a fast food place than Pizza Hut in Bradford. I do NOT recommend !!!

It was terrible. The service was too slow. They didn't bring us all the drinks so we had to remind them to bring us our ordered drinks. There were only three tables occupied and we still waited too long. The kitchen was also too slow. We ordered the fries separately and they came to us in 15 minutes. The waitress was smiling and pleasant but the overall impression of the whole evening was tragic. We were there for the first time and for the last time, we will not return there. Terrible restaurant, and the prices are terrible. We ordered Halloumi fries from which I only got 5 thin pieces, then chicken in honey or something like that which included only 6 small pieces ( no meat). The pizza was okay and all but for £64- 1 pizza, chicken in honey, halloumi fries, 4 drinks, 1 fries. In other restaurants we would have gotten much more, there are other and better restaurants. I know it's an American restaurant, but nothing that would catch my eye.

Pizza was cooked to perfection and one of the best I've had! The chicken bites were also spot on! Well done Chris who prepared/cooked the order and good job Sophie who gave her seal of approval making sure all is good and correct. Thank you!

Good food, ice cream factory for kids is great. The service was very slow.

We went as a family 6 o'clock in the evening with my family. My son, my daughter in law, my daughter, my two infant grandchildren and me. As soon as we walked in it was visibly empty and they had many free and clear tables. Once we had entered we were greeted by the manager called Emily. Emily was extremely dismissive and said they would take 30 mins to be seated as apparently the tables needed to be cleared. When we had looked in there was 5+ booths clear and available. I am appalled with the customer service never have I have ever witnessed this behaviour I have been to pizza hut many times and was looking forward to my meal. I am very unhappy and disappointed.

The food was lovely but the customer service really let them down. Other than bringing glasses over and then our food there was no sign of any server during our meal and we ended up waiting 20 minutes after plates were cleared for a dessert. The dessert never arrived and we couldn’t flag anyone down to ask so we ended up just leaving as we had young children that were getting restless. On the way out the dessert was sat on the side ready. We could have easily grabbed it ourself as we left because there was not 1 member of staff in sight!

Enjoyed my visit but not very happy about the drinks offers as I purchased four ciders due to them being 2 for £9 but the offer didn’t come off at the check out which is a shame as why have offers on if there not actually true.

Worse experience ever if you want to be waiting for hours to be told that they are busy as another big order has arrived after you. I would not bother going here rubbish service crap staff and rude manager's when make complaint to head office told its ok as refund issued but what about the inconvenience and no food and the wait time wasted 2 hours of my time and my children go hungry home get orders wrong and then bring out undercooked food. Pizza hut has become the rubbish place to dine incompetent staff and over priced food

Took almost 3 hours for delivery and food arrived cold

both pizzas are a Lot smaller than they are supposed to be. Second time I get the same problem asked for a large one and getting a medium size. I hope I could get a refund or at least 50% discount.

we ordered our food almost 3 hours ago, we had no update from pizza hutour delivery time just kept being delayed. I tried to contact the store on 7 occasions and no one answered the phone. I will not order from here again

I visited here last night with my family and we had such a lovely dining experience. It was my daughters birthday and it couldnt have been better. Food was brilliant. Came out promptly and hot. Salad bar well stocked with lots of choice and fresh ingredients. White chocolate cookie dough was AMAZING. Cleanliness of the place was the best I have seen in a fast food outlet in a long time. The best part about our experience was the service. Sophie made sure we had the best time while we were in the restaurant and really took the time to make the kids happy. She sung happy birthday to my daugher which she loved and really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our experience. We will 100% return. Pizza Hut Bradford has put Pizza Hut back on the map for us!

Bang average and certainly not worth the money. Staff were friendly bit thats about its only redeeming feature. Bland arrificial tasting pizza which you can get from a naff takeaway for a qtr of the price.

Had a couple of the new festive sides - loaded pigs and blankets cheesy bites and festive cheesy triangles both very yummy! Staff helped us to navigate ordering via the scan and pay and were attentive throughout our stay.

We came for the buffet at leisure centre pizza hut close to closing. We were served by Emily who was absolutely fantastic. She put an extra pizza in for us due to dietary requirements and was generally attentive. 10/10 service

Went for the buffet and sat for ages, unfortunately due to the low volume of customers they weren’t putting out any more pizza so we, along with the other customers were basically going up and down waiting for something that wasn’t going to happen. The salads were all old and stale too so not an option eating form there. A very expensive way to have a couple of slices of like warm pizza. Sadly the staff aren’t to blame for this but the service is non existent as they expect you to order using your phone and the app.

Waitress lady was lovely. Came with 4 adults with additional needs, she was very patient and helpful. Restaurant itself was a bit tired, could do with a upgrade. Nice food and good value for money with lunchtime buffet deal.

Their salad 🥗 is lovely but as I'm trying to keep slim I avoid the 🍕 pizza and pasta

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had a good experience overall. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the food was tasty, fresh, and served promptly. However, I did notice that the cutlery could have been cleaned better, which was a bit disappointing. With a little attention to this, they could easily elevate the dining experience. Despite that, I still enjoyed my meal and appreciate the friendly service. I hope they make this small improvement, and I’d be happy to return!

No he estado en una cabaña de pizza durante muchos años, estoy sorprendido por el cambio, el personal estaba muy desencajado, las mesas eran pegajosas y no estaban limpias, el piso estaba sucio de comida. La zona del bar de ensaladas era sucia. El ambiente era plano.

Food was good, but restaurant was dirty and service was not as hoped.

I was having an issues with an online order so went to the store and then there was an issue in store but the staff were great and managed to get the issue fixed. Including helping me out the door and just being really polite.

Took one hour to get the food to my table. I ordered a deep pan margarita pizza with chips. Pizza was disgusting and the chips weren’t even made properly. Then I ordered a Kitkat cookie dough which took 30-45 minutes to get because the first one they were heating up fell on the floor and then they had to reheat it.

Diondra has the best customer service from the minute we walk in to the very end! One of the main reasons we keep coming back to pizza hut💕 so sweet and lovely. We need more kind staff like this around in food places who value customers and make it feel like a lovely atmosphere.

The ordering was very easy via a qr code, it was a card only restaurant. The toilets and baby changing facilities were very clean and smelled lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and great value for money, for £23.99 I got the salad bar, an 11” thin base BBQ chicken pizza with stuffed crust, halloumi fries, a bottomless drink and the ice cream factory! The staff were amazing, very welcoming approachable and attentive. We didn’t catch their names but it was two female staff members. The atmosphere was nice, it wasn’t too busy and the music was at a nice volume and was some very good songs! We were offered to-go boxes so we were able to take our leftovers home!

Pizza was lovely, service was absolutely rubbish to say there were only a few tables occupied. Waited 30 minutes for our plates to be taken and desserts brought out, dessert came but plates never got taken. A birthday group were very loud and the kids kept emptying the ice into the bottom of the machine and using their hands as a cup while at the drink station.

We were met by Aneeka when we got to PH. She was really pleasant and friendly. After a long & testing day with the kids it was such a relief to just sit down and get some food 😂. Aneeka was so good with the kids, gave them all some colouring papers and colours. Service was fab, food as well as the customer service. Not been to Pizza Hut in years and years - glad to see the service has not changed but has gone even better. Thank you for having us and thank you for such an amazing welcome Aneeka. Keep it up ☺️
