we are regulars, was very disappointed with the delivery tonight, was well over an hour 😕 latest to be delivered was 11.30 arrived at 11.45 not happy

Food is amazing and the owner has really good vibes and is pretty funny the place it’s self looks alright and the service is fast and amazing

Ordered a margarita pizza which was basically falling apart when I picked it up. The lettuce with the seekh kebabs was dirty and was barely any salad with them. I don't recommend to anyone spend your money elsewhere

Food was ok but not ordering from here again even if it’s free. However, the delivery was late by an hour. Called to enquire where my delivery was and got told to not lecture about a pizza and refuse delivery and get a refund. Furthermore I got advised that people such as me should make our own handi/curry at home! Throughout the course of my interaction I was polite, mild mannered and never lectured the staff member who answered. If any of my staff spoke to any of my customers like this guy just did : he’d be sacked on the spot. Deliveries can be late but there are no excuses or justification to speak to anyone in the manner this person did. On the plus side the food was piping hot and decent. However major let down by the customer service at this place. I will mention this to the family member of this place who recommended I try them as the owners need to be aware of such poor quality of service. Hopefully this is a one off and their regular customers don’t experience such poor service, having read the other reviews on here it might be a regular occurrence. Avoid this place as terrible service

Chicken burger was not as nice as when I have picked up before it was hard and gristley in places

Horrible place to order from. Placed an order waited over an hour called them for them to say we will cancel your order. Will never order from them again nor recommend it to anyone. Absolutely rubbish. Don't be pathetic mate.. No one at all gave you attitude.. That seems to be your go to response whenever anyone leaves you a bad review.. You didn't even make a start on my order an hour later. Stop with your rizk talk. Noone is trying to take money out your pocket. Many many reviews on here saying how horrible your customer service is and it is all true. So get it together and learn how to speak to people and provide a service. I didn't ask for free food was paid for. So on a level get it together and take some responsibility for what you do and not push it on to others. I'm not the first to say it. I won't be the last. By looks of it..

Nice food just a shame the delivery driver is too lazy to walk up to the first floor to deliver the food that includes delivery charge... instead tells me its too dangerous to walk up some steps, also stands arguing about why didn't I answer my phone even though he rang the wrong number lol which we confirmed once he dropped his attitude. depends which driver u get, the other driver just does his job without whinging. And I want my 10 p back for the bag charge that I never received.

Food ended up being late which the delivery driver was very apologetic, but the food was really nice so it was worth the wait.

Placed an order for a party for a young people’s refugee service. Amazing customer service sorting me a really good deal. The man was very attentive respectful and helpful when picking which topping on the pizza etc.

Ordered at around 630 app said order to arrive at 720 then was notified of a delay my order has just arrived at 845pm

Salamwalaykum people, just want everyone to know that these pizzas are the best!! Not only that but the service tooo! I aint just saying it, as I haven’t been here in years and decided to come today after a long airport travel picking up my mother, and have to say that I called a 30 mins earlier and the pizza was still hot and soft. Also thank you uncle for the extra cheese ahhaha and free can of Pepsi. What a person he is mashallah may allah bless his kindness and his buisness inshallah and for them continue levelling up and filling stomachs up ahhha. Lovely place to order pizza with good service and delivery

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I made a phone order and was told food would take 20 - 25 mins to prepare. Rocked up 30 mins later to be told it'd be another 25 minutes! No apology offered! I asked for the order to be cancelled as I wasn't impressed and the kitchen looked like a big of a tip, chef looked depressed and didn't fancy waiting but especially because the cashier came across like a right nxbhead!!! He became confrontational and made it seem that it was my fault the food wasn't prepared on time. Never again and will warn family and friends. People are not stupid. If they read the reviews, they will notice a pattern and can decide for themselves.

I've had this take away a few times and I can honestly say this time was the best it's ever been at. I mean it's always been nice but this time was better. The only thing I would like from there chips is to be crispy and not soft and greasy

Pizza made to a price, not really for taste or enjoyment. This place is for the budget conscious, not for anyone wanting a naughty, but tasty, calorific takeout. The ingredients all taste like own brand budget cash n carry. Cheese is lacking the right sort of fat content to make it nice and stringy, the pizza sauce was the most bland I'd ever had (but probably great for kids), the veg toppings tasted a tad stale, the donner meat was bland and a couple of mouthfuls had tiny fragments of bone in there (which feels like sand grit in your mouth) and the chicken had been overloaded with pepper. The 2 portions of chips were again budget fries. The good bits- the dough was standard, had a nice crunch to the crust and the order was ready to collect at exactly the time the guy said it would be. Overall, just a bit disappointed but if I had a 5yr olds pallete it would have been okay. 3 x 12" pizzas & 2 large fries for £19 which is the cheapest I've seen anywhere for quite some time. Individually the pizzas cost the same as the local competition (rajas, ingleby road etc) but the quality isn't as good. Wouldn't try this place again until the management put some more thought into the quality of food they're putting out. Edit 28/5/23 following owner response. Couldn't pick what out? If you read the review again, you'll see that i said the dough was fine, no worse or better than anyone else's. And you may well be using fresh veg, but when it's from the bargain basement, it's not gonna be the best quality. And you want to mix the mozzarella with cheddar or something similar to get it tastier with less blistering. Just too bland otherwise.

Watery sauce, soggy base, and cheap cheese. I've found better cheese between my Mrs' toes! Needs some serious rethinking of his recipe and cost distribution. You're only paying 20 swazzas for 3 pizzas, but expect a drastic decrease in quality. Almost tastes as bad as my wife's cooking! There are far better options in the great city of Bradistan, I suggest people be wiser and eat elsewhere.

It was late due to not reading the restaurant note saying my address wasn’t properly listed and to call but they did not do it there for caused complications but food was overall good

Saying it’s even delivered when waiting around absolutely ridiculous service, hasn’t been delivered
