Worse customer service ever so rude waited hour and half then they cancelled my order without my permission. Avoid

Pizza are really nice. Also have special deal on 3 x 12” any pizza for £15.Have other deals as well. If you haven’t been check it out. Friendly people good honest tasty food

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! the hygiene is terrible and the food will make you ill. If you complain as food had mould on it the manager is abrupt and threatening.. he is so rude and will not accept what the customer says. Manager scratched his backside and the touched customers food infront of me !!! Stay away not children friendly !!!

I ordered from here a yesterday and the man on the phone was so rude! I don't usually mind my food being a little late but this was diabolical! I called up to ask how long it was going to be as an hour had passed and the man started shouting at me and told me to get lost. How dare he speak to a customer like that? I believe it must be under new management as it used to be quite pleasant but I definitely will not be returning ever again!

Awful customer service. The manager thinks it's ok to yell at paying customer's and threaten them. No respect whatsoever.Keep away.

Ordered online as they were operating during lockdown and expected delivery time was 60 minutes. Decided to make a polite enquiry after 75 minutes and was instantly subjected to the worst customer service imaginable. I spoke to the most rude, aggressive and arrogant person who made it sound like it was my fault. The person was clearly immature and was talking with other staff while I was trying to ask if my delivery had left. The food arrived after a grand total of 95 minutes and needless to say it was cold and chips were soggy. I have never felt compelled to write a review before however this was a case of people lacking basic manners. I have spoken to similar establishments before and they have apologised if they have been late and offered to rectify any issues and not resorted to abuse in response to a simple query of when can I expect my food. Please read the managements responses on Just Eat to get an idea of why this shameful customer service is minus 5 star. Avoid these cowboys!!!

Me and my family have been coming to dial a pizza for about five years. Today we were shocked when the man behind the counter tried to charge and extra £5 than normal, he was also very rude. Also when getting our pizzas home we realised there was mould on the back of them. We will not be coming here again due to the lack of decent customer service. Picture of the mould here 😊.

FOOD WAS PERFECT !! PIZZAS BEST IN TOWN ! BURGERS ARE MUNCH! And due to the delivery being late even gave me a free desert !! can not fault !! highly recommend !

This was my first time ordering from dial a pizza.. A Chap called mumtaz rang me to let me know that my collection order would be ready earlier than the stated time (bonus!) And was very polite and respectful.. Food was so tasty and piping hot.. excellent all round service :) Will definitely be using dial a pizza again!

Exactly how I wanted it. Couldn't have asked for better.

Ordered stuffed crust pizza, and it couldn't of tasted any better.

Ordered 3 pizzas and some onion rings.. dinner special was far from special as was only donner and cheese (no onion, pepper and sweet corn as it should be). All three pizzas were over cooked (burnt cheese) and the onion rings were soggy!

Food quality was spot on. Delivery was annoying, originally delivery time was 10:30, which the restaurant then delayed to 11pm. The delivery never turned up until 11:50 when I had actually given up and was just about to go to bed. There was no communication explaining it would be late so we were left thinking at about 11:30pm that our food would not be delivered.

Food not good. Very long waiting time for the class. I ordered food at 9pm and received at 23:10 I would not recommend this place to anyone. We are not satisfied

The food here is really nice bit it can get a bit boring after twice hence the rating. The deals are good and the prices are great. The chips are only OK but the pizzas are really good.

Pizza was good, but delivery was late for an hour. Good point is that to apologize, they give us two free Pepsi bottles.

Delivery took far too long contantly told 10 to 15 mins order eta 2010 arrival 2115. Driver was very polite and sorry. Inhouse need to look at the way the take and make orders.

They're always late. Just Eat must remove them from they service.

App said food was delivered at 18:45 - didn't actually arrive until 19:25. Not very impressed considering food was ordered at 17:35. Don't think we'll be ordering again.

Hawaiian pizza was just a cheese pizza with pinnaple, meat feast was aweful not the usual quality looked like rushed order cobbled together.. Delivered over 45 mimutes late.

took over 2 hours for 2 pizzas (reason was one member down apparently) we called one hour after order, got told to wait 10 minutes then hung up. the food finally arrives roughly an hour afterwards and the order was wrong. Called up to let them know. i was told "No i saw them do the order it's correct" uh-huh DO NOT ORDER

Great pizza but made on the wrong base and delivery time took very long.

Food was good but shame it took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver.

Took 1 hour and 50 minutes to arrive and I rang them and they said 10-15 mins and it took 35 more minutes

Was on time but took way too long for the order , missing extras on pizza (one did the other didn't)

Delivery was on time, polite delivery driver. Pizzas are pretty cheesy but tasty, some ingredients were not the freshest but we enjoyed the meal.

Fantastic pizzas like always. Delivery took longer than expected but it was explained politely and given the standards of the pizzas easily overlooked. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Pizza was slightly burned, took about 90minutes and was stuck outside for a further 15 minutes waiting after told it was 2 minutes away

Satisfying portion for the special offer. Had kinda trouble waiting for my order a lot.

Food was over an hour late, called to ask about it, said it would be 5 minutes, ended up waiting another 25 minutes.

My takeaway took 1 hour and 50 minutes to arrive. I refused to pay full amount and the service was really poor they just took the food back. Haha. Own loss and a waste of my time. Ordered from different place and had much better experience. Not ordering from here again.

Wasnt happy today. I ordered 2 rubicon mango and got 2 pepsi what no1 likes. I ordered keema achar pizza but got achar with a lil bit of keema on some slices. Very disapointed with todays food.

the pizza was ok even though the wrong pizza was delivered, they brought pepperoni instead of garlic sausage and the delivery was 40 minutes later than the estimated. all in all i waited 2 hours for the wrong pizza

Given these guys the benefit of the doubt. Forgotten extra topping paid for twice now, wrong topping on one order when called was less than interested in sorting it! Pay cash if you can as when 2 hrs pass you can turn them away! Once bitten twice shy and all that jazz.

If your going to order from here do it about two hour early because they cannot deliver on time talk about poor customer service .

Lovely pizzas when ever I order keep it well done

Been ordering for a while from these and food has been brilliant. But this time was ridiculous hardly any toppings and i paid 9 pounds. Not happy at all. Ordered double peproni which was hardly double lol and ham pizza which had about 5 peices of ham. Disgusted with 2days pizzas.

Food was cold, late and cheese was like rubber!!!! Dial a pizza??? More like dial a food poisining! NOT RECCOMENDED

NOT HAPPY AT ALL 0️⃣ Waited 2 hours for a delivery .. Just eat asked me to leave a review and the food wasn't even there yet , what kind of sh*t is that ? On top of that the guy who answered the phone was raising his voice ? They also value their own phone customer over just eat , so why are you even on just eat ? Poor management

Over 1 hour 30 mins for delivery food half cold. Tasted ok.

A real shame as food was nice but they got the order wrong and when we phoned up we were fobbed off with an excuse of them running out of pitta bread for kebab so sent donner meat & chips. A more appropriate substitute would have been a nan bread! Also claimed they had being trying to phone but couldn't get a reply, phone was working fine my end and had no missed calls!
