Al Mobeens in Bradford

The staff were very polite but the pizza's we got were the worst ever. The tomato paste was way too much and was not even cooked! The whole pizza tasted like eating a squashed tomatoe with some dough!! The toppings were scarce! Wont be going again.

Where do I begin ordered a mobeens special pizza with large chips. As I went into the store the food was ready the chips were on the hanger of the fryer. He claimed their half cooked it will be a few more minutes I thought fair enough. He placed them in the oil for 10seconds and then said they’re done. I took his word. As I got the food home me and my family had a slice as soon as we took the first bite we noticed it was half cooked still raw. Chicken was still gooey. And the fries were half raw the potato was still hard and inside and very oily which didn’t make sense. I rang them up he goes bring it in I go we have all had a bite out of a slice he started getting aggressive I said I am not driving all the way back just to show you the pizza his customer service skills where terrible and I have no idea how they are running if there was a option for 0 star rating I would rate it. A 1 star rating is being very generous!

The food was shocking. No sauces and salad as was ordered. The service was shocking. Food was left out on the side for 15 minutes to go cold. The atmosphere was awful. A Smokey environment with staff to busy taking on new orders rather than dealing with existing ones who were waiting for their food. What a joke. To say MK eats ok reviewed this as a nice place but then again he probably got it for free.

Had some issues with my order once it arrived via Uber eats , called up the restaurant and they kindly rectified and delivered an alternate item with some extras so can’t fault them! Food was tasty pizza and burgers were great curry was also decent and good value for money

I believe I ordered a 16 or 18 inch pizza 2 days ago along with 2 chicken and chips meals and I was very disappointed when I saw the pizza because all my life I have never seen such thin pizza slices anywhere and that just changed my perception of your takeaway because I definitely will not be ordering from there ever again, Cutting a pizza is not that hard and what was done to my pizza is a crime against other places that actually know how to cut a pizza instead of leaving me with 20 something baby sized slices.

How can these guys send burnt /cold and horrible food to customers? Woke up after doing a night shift and odered over 49 quid food, the kebabs where stinking chapties where burnt and made with out of date flour . Curry was all watery with no signs off meat When i had rung up the restaurant on call the person was absolutely ignorant he said what do you want me to do about it . I explained I wouldn't even feed this food to my Dogs, He had nothing to say they have awful customers service, Don't order from here please with your hard earned money these guys are a scam I'm very disappointed and won't order from here again. 😒

How are you sending out burnt but freezing cold food to your customers? Placed an order through uber eats on 9th Oct and look at the state on these. Absolutely awful and disappointed. Can't believe how burnt the chicken filler was, and cold?!

Forgot to do my order. Ordered 9:30pm. Family waiting for food. Called in to ask where was food at 11pm, and one staff said it’s on the way. Called again at 11:25pm and another staff member said they’ve not managed to make it yet, and still getting prepared. My family were getting tired and wanted to sleep, and we didn’t want to keep waiting all night so just had to cancel the order at that point. Terrible costumer service. It might of been a honest mistake but why tell us the foods on the way if it’s still not even being made yet?

This pizza takeaway is nothing short of spectacular! Their customer service is so heartwarming; it feels like family. The Donner and Vegetables pizza is a divine combination of flavors, and their stuffed crust a masterpiece. I've been a loyal customer for years, and they never cease to amaze me. We have just ordered the pizza deal number 2 and burger meal. Both were absolutely delicious and plenty of food for all of us. We will definitely be ordering again

If you don't want to end up cooking and wasting your money avoid at all cost. We ordered today as a treat 3 pizzas and a family feast which 4 pieces of chicken was missing so called the restraunt who denied not packing the order correctly and blamed the just eat driver and told me to raise a complaint with them. Upon tucking into my meal the chips were covered with salt which were unedable. I could smell something nasty and off soon figuring out it was coming from the pizzas the boxes smelt off and toxic I couldn't even describe it so immediately I put the 3 pizzas in plates throwing the boxes out as the smell was unbearable. Only to then find the pizza base smelt the same. The food got thrown in the bin as dint trust it. We just had the curry from the fridge and made some chappies which I should of done originally.

Food looked off got chicken and chips and I tried my best to like it but the guy with the specs 👓 on tried hard to be civil but looked jammy to me. Was moving mad.

Ordered single chicken achari pizza. About the worst pizza in the history of pizzas. Extra doughy. Uncooked dough. Has been binned. Kids managed abit. Disgusting. FIX UP

Food are not always fresh. Sometimes very very spicy 🔥. Also, when you ordering medium, they bring you small portion. Also the meat sometimes is really disgusting. Really bad food for big price.

Not good service at all. Item was missed out of my order, when I made a call to say this the guy was very rude & could not tell me how long it is likely to be before they can deliver the missing item! He started arguing, no apologies at all & then hung up. I actually started going to this place regularly but now stopped after this incident. The customer service was apalling! I will go else where who will value my costume. Avoid! Beside the food is very average. You can see the staff using their bare hands & touching the food & contamaining everything!

Il be honest their food is awful nasty u know like UKs is on duckworth lane lol We brought a chicken wrap from there bascially It was SFC in a wrap with a truck load of sauces.

Very dissapointing service. Ordered delivery but they missed one item out. When I called they guy who answered was very rude! No apologies, nothing! He could not tell me if & when the missing item would be divered! No skilll of customer service & he cut me off! I recently started using this place regularly but after today's experience, I won't be going back! Plenty tout out there who appreciate your business, these guys are not bothered!

First time trying this place out very disappointing. Mix grill had uncooked chicken chicken tasted off like it’s been sat there for a year lamb chops were dead dehydrated fish was ok quality of the food is disgraceful won’t be spending money here again

Good food but prices are all over the place. The shop sign menu gives 1 price, then leaflet menu says another price. I’d rather be able to order in confidence knowing what I should be paying, instead I’m left confused.

I'm really sorry for this review but I'm doing it in the hope that you can improve your quality. I have never ordered from this place before but me and my family decided to take a shot on it on a busy Saturday night, with the thinking that if the food wasn't incredible taste-wise it would at least be fresh. Out of the order I had a slice from each of the 3 pizzas and some fries. The margherita was fine, but that's where the positives end. The other two pizzas (I can't remember what they were, but I think one was some sort of chicken and the other meat) were downright disgusting. The chef is obviously very tone-deaf when it comes to flavouring their food. The veg tasted like it was straight out of a tin instead of fresh. I couldn't finish the slices they were that bad, and I'm not that fussy when it comes to pizza. Then the fries were soggy and oily, indicating that they were made in insufficiently-heated oil. I thought that would be impossible to achieve on a Saturday night but there you go. I have no idea how this place achieved a 4+ star rating because the food was absolutely not good enough. If someone from Mobeen's is reading this, I hope you can do a taste test and address the issue because that was a disgrace.

Usually good pizzas, warm food and good prices. However, this time I orded a delivery directly from the shop and I was charged a ridiculous amount just because I got it delivered and i live within 2 miles of the shop. Not only did I get charged about 50% extra for each item becuase I got it delivered, I also got charged a delivery charge to top it off. Unreal, not aware of any1 other shop that does this that I order from. And to top it all off, the food arrived stone cold. 3 stars because the food is usually spot on for the price when collected.

Chicken steak strips with rice and chips and salad is presented really nicely

Ordered certain pizzas none of the toppings were on that I asked for. Said on the phone that no donner as I don't eat it and they had donner one if the pizza no masala fish as I asked for absolute clueless have no idea how to make pizzas won't be ever going back again.

Don't think any 1 should order from this dirty takeaway i have worked there there maggots all over the back side. 1 day the flour was off yet the owner knew still decided to make pizza dough and another day they decided to make southern fried chicken from off chicken than stunk I'm not bringing any 1 down just experience after working at mobeens maybe customers should pay the back door a visit you'll see the maggots that will say everything

Price is great and reasonable. Pizzas tasted good with nice flavour. The sauces are definitely my favourite 😋

I like the menu of the restaurant and the online ordering system. The online ordering system makes it possible to purchase efficiently.

Mobeens is well known and has a good reputation amongst the locals for consistently good food. The Mobeens smash burger is a mouthwatering burger that is becoming known to those beyond Bradford. It is highly recommended. Mobeens has an extensive menu and the quality of the products is high with the prices competitively low whereby suiting all taste buds and budgets. There is no disabled access and no toilet facilities. The on road parking can be difficult at times. The fish butty is a different experience, the fish is a good quality but the begguete is slightly hard and not the traditional experience one would expect.

Got one of those smash burgers..what a disgrace it was! Presentation was terrible. It looked like a train ran over it! It tasted worse than it looked! Won't be going there again!

Pizzas used to be great but as other have commented taste way too sweet for what a pizza should taste like. This is more apparent when they miss your extra chillies/jalapeños request from your pizza - once you become aware of the sweetness, that’s all you can taste. Service wise, I can’t complain but I don’t think il be ordering again anytime soon. I’d also be wary of their 5 star reviews as not too long ago they were offering a 10% discount if you left a Google Review. A bit of a red flag when you think about it.

All the pizzas had the same taste and they were sweet.

Worst place I've ever ordered from over a 30 pound order for a pizza, prawn rice and lamb chops the rice included 3 bits of prawn tasted like soap and just full of oil and onions literally spat the rice streight out, pizza was smothered in tomato, just disgusting to be honest and on top of all that they missed out my drinks a 1.5 litre of coke

ordered mobeens special pizza and 2 boxes of chicken and chips i said i wanted pizza well done when i picked up pizza and arrived home the pizza looked uncooked cheese looked cheap and base uncooked an tasted awful not fresh toppings either, also the chips was awful dried out chips with no potatoe inside just oil inside they chips cheap and nasty ingrediants they are using and charging at highest point where the price is not reflecting the food either so conclusion waste of my money and time

Ordered from this takeaway for the first time. The food, the service and the experience was absolutely amazing. The food was very reasonably priced First class from the delivery driver and the convos with the takeaway. The food had its own twist to it...which put the P in the pizzas, the CHK in the chicken donner with a twist. Ordered a medium/large size meal for the family and was not disappointed. Will defo order again. Thanks guys 12 out of 10.

Thought I would try somewhere new big mistake. Ordered on uber eats food arrived cold as it was over 30 mins late. The Pizza had few toppings, was overly greasy and tasteless. Rarely leave bad reviews but this was too bad not to. Avoid this place.

I have been going two this takeaway for many years and I know that this is a wonderful delicious restaurant that has delicious food. As well as this, it also caters for the customers preferences and even from the start, the food was delicious. Al mobeens is the best take away in bradford. If you don't believe me ask Dan khan and others since this take away has got 5 stars from many people.
