Balti Ranch in Bradford

The curries have always been average from here, and the service relatively poor. However in the last year or two the chicken based curries have been getting worse and worse, as they're not removing the chicken fat properly. I had to peel off big chunks of fat, from practically every piece of chicken I had tonight.

Placed an order on uber eats, balti ranch accepted my order, sent me a notification saying the food was on its way then took my money. The food never turned up, when I tried to call they were closed, how convenient. Thankfully uber eats have refunded my money, hopefully they will kick these scammers off their site too. I highly recommend using another takeaway.

Ordered early evening 5-30 pm and it was like eating last nights food chips was like death warmed up and the donner meat was like cardboard and the pizza wasn’t fantastic either

Order from these guys regularly have done for a few years now. Always completely spot on! Always arrives on time, tastes great, they do a lovey Garlic Chicken Tikka Balti. Good chat with Delivery driver. Best curry house in Bradford!

Very very rude and scary male dominated staff who spoke down to and belittled me and my mother to say we were giving them custom. Curry was OK chips were horrid... aside from that the establishment being unclean and dirty. Wouldn't recommend. Won't be visiting again!!! Open for more than 20 years apparently?? That's astonishing to say the service we received

Ordered from the Balti Ranch app Feed Me Online, supposed to get 5% discount but when we collected it had to pay full price. Queried it but off-hand server insisted I was wrong!

Reviewing takeaways near me. I ordered pizza 1/2 /1/2 as I do n 2 cokes and waited a fair bit. Was appalled at the hygiene here as there is dust on everything and it didnt look cleaned at all, box packaging needs shifting above pizza oven. Didnt get halipinos on pizza either and other 1/2 was hot shot wasnt even that hot chilly wise. After I ate it I had the most horrrible pain in my tummy like really painfull. Not ordereing from here again theyre ya go. Go somewhere else until they have certificates n proper hygiene.

Ordered a Malayan Chicken curry with rice..not my usual, and it was gorgeous...now one of my favourites. Promptly delivered within half an hour by friendly service!! Love their varied menu..plenty of great choices!!❤

Used to be one of the best currys in bradford it's now the worst come on you can do a lot better you need new chefs if not your going to end up with no customers.please I know you can do better

Food was disgusting, don’t waste your time on this. The food never arrived so why submit false opening hours. Family left starving, I wish I choose another Indian restaurant. I was advised by a friend the food is salty and cold when delivered, even though my order wasn’t delivered I should have listen to my friend and not wasted my money to receive nothing. I give this restaurant a half a star if possible.

Absolute disgrace of a place, order around 10pm and waited until 1.30am past they closing time..... Kids were starving but no food arrived.. Had to make kids chips at home... Never this place again.. Wish i had zero stars to give them... AVOIDDDD EVERY1!!!!

The curry has to be the worst I've ever had, I used to live nearby many years ago and the food was lovely. It was absolutely disgusting, I spent £60 on this meal for me and my family. And every single one of us didn't like it, it was salty, bland and mushy. The chicken pakoras were awful, dry, chewy and overcooked. I called to complain about this at the restaurant baring in mind I was calm and polite about it and the owner put the phone down on me after saying put whatever you want on your review theres nothing we can do. An apology and different food would've been adequate.

This was my first using the balti ranch...i ordered a mixed kebab on Naan...the amount of food was plentyful, but thats all it was, the donner meat was tasteless and came from a warmer, the chicken pieces were deep fried and was as dry as a nuns crutch...the young man serving was polite and efficient, i wouldnt return

The salad from here is terrible. Lettuce was brown and going off donner and chicken tika was dry. Asked for mint sauce and there was non. Wont recommend

Never received food despite having a message over an hour ago saying on its way... Absolute terrible service despite them saying it was on the way then the takeaway closed without letting us know I wasn't getting my food

Honestly, in my >25 years of ordering here, its on of the only places to never change its menu for the worse, nor is it a place that I've ever had a bad order; faultless service and very good food 5* all day long.

Oh well as many of other low rating review I have been forced to leave a review. Tried them second time and I was hoping food will be better but I am afraid what a waste of money... Pizza was tottaly bland no taste at all. Base was not even risen properly. Being a food processor myself I know what taste is... Very disappointed and never ever going to order again. And lastly what an arrogant behaviour... Lowest customer service. Guys no one need your attitude. Fix it.

We only live around the back of here so definitely the closest. Food is always good and fresh. Staff are great. My husband loves their Chicken tikka masala.

The fish was like rubber which was a shame as the batter was light and crispy and the chips were lovely. I couldn't eat much of the fish. I was very disappointed.

Ordered 2 pizzas with chips and pop. Well pizzas are very bland and soggy base and smell funny under cooked. Well they can't cook pizzas not like Pizza Express and Domino's pizza cooked to perfection chips very ropey. Not a very state art pizza takeaway shop.

Ordered a Curry and they forgot the Chapattis, whats a Curry without Chapattis. Chips were odd, tasted as though they had been re-heated in a microwave. Onion Bhaji s were a mixed batch, some too overcooked , some under cooked and didn't have much taste. Choose the takeaway due to having a 5 star hygiene rating but won't be returning.

Absolutely disgusting service, my food was early sure but the kebab was so soggy what the paper was wet and as soon as I opened it the bread broke to soggy pieces and it was also cold, when I spoke to ask for a replacement the guy I spoke to was rude and told me I’d have to pay for it. I usually order a lot from these but never again. Luckily Just eat have me a refund for this disgrace of a meal.

Food tastes good but if you're going for pizza then there's probably better pizza out there. Or just order it with extra cheese and should solve the problem. Service was great though and food came on time, hot and tasty just the lack of cheese on pizza.

Was visiting bradford so arrived midnight at the hotel, no other place was open or willing to deliver. But fned them up and their service was great and arrived fairly quickly. Food was good too.

I had to throw everything in the bin everything was undercooked the garlic naan was just a strong amount of garlic paste the chicken was way too firm and the mushroom on the pizza was crunchy every item had to be thrown such a waste

Food was nice, forgot my garlic bread but came back to deliver (without me ringing to inform them) guy who delivered was very poliet when he first came and very apologetic when he came back - would order again on this basis alone!

Delicious hot fresh food, just the right flavors. Excellent Serbian did very prompt and early delivery. Would highly recommend. Although it’s Ramadan and the staff are busy and tired and just opening their fast they don’t let their standards of service slip 10/10 A*

Ordered vegetable bhajis which they replaced with something like a curry. The guy on the phone told my friend he was taking the piss n hung up on him. A guy did turn up later to resolve it but by then it was too late. Don't order from side dishes if you don't want a curry.

Love the food from here,always spot on is the chicken pathia they do, better than any others I have tasted, just wish they could stick to advised delivery times, nearly 20 minutes late which is on top of the extra 15 mins they had put on from the standard 45 minute delivery time... food was hot though so no let down on that side of it.

last time I will be ordering! absolutely disgusting! asked for no sauce on burgers and they they try to pass a "perri" burger as a chicken burger with SAUCE on! as for the donner meat, it was that hard that that if you chucked it at my grandmas head it would probably send her flying, the chips? pahahaa jeeeesus! they kind of looked familiar to my dead grandads sock that I found in shed after 7 years! What a shame, been at work all day and that was the first thing that I'd eaten, won't do it again 🤢

extremely arrogant!!! ordered a cheeseburger and it didnt turn up so my mum rang up and he was absolutely disgusting towards here and calling her a liar and stuff!!! i am seriously annoyed!!!!! and they have just lost a very good customer and i advise people not to go there anymore because of how we was treated and they guy that came to the door was extremly inpatient and constantly knocking and not giving my mum enough time to get to the door and she is disabled and then my dad sorted the food out and some of the food wasn't even wrapped up properly it was poorly wrapped!! this is disgusting and the need to buck there ideas up otherwise they will loose customers i am absolutely disgusted!!!!

I ordered a Donner on Naan and when it arrived it was cold and the quality was very poor. The Donner meat seemed to be the cut offs of the last batch and was very dry. The naan bread was very thin with holes in it so it just broke to pieces. The chips looked to be bad and were warmed up and tasted like rubber. We could not eat this meal and the restaurant did not care and refused to give a refund! Will never be ordering from them again!

Just had a pizza from here first time I ordered from here it wasn't nice they was hardly no topping at all all I could taste was the base and it was flat cold defiantly won't order a pizza from here again My daughter had the chicken strips which was nice if I ever order from here again I think I'll stick to chicken strips

Ususally get food from here and it's generally delivered quick and is tasty. Only had 1 bad experience in the past. 2 x Donner meat and chips sent instead of chicken tikka and chips. Man who took my order before then called me a liar and said that is what I ordered. However someone else then took the phone and apologised, correct order was sent out within 15 mins. Up and down with these guys but usually good.

Beautifully cooked and not spilled all over like other take aways. Food was hot. Order was correct. Curry a litttle too spicey for me but can ask for milser which im going to do apart from that food was reallly nice thank you

Food was late to start with when arrived the food was flat cold... Phoned up said put on the side they will resend... 45 mins later after yet another phonecall complaining my food arrived hot order was wrong but managed to stop delivery guy from setting off. The chicken burger was ok hardly any salad and mayo... The currys just tasted off pure sugar abd lemon so both currys went into the bin.. Onion bhajies were pure greese.. The guy on the phone could do with a customer care couse. I ordered through the week what a difference a few days make.. One of the worst takeouts ive had.. You have lost a customer.

The chicken taste totally diffrent like it’s another meat of some sort? I always order by phone from Baltiranch and we have done for years.. I don’t know what’s happening with the chicken as it taste really diffrent to normal? And also the chicken bhunas was really oily...
