Pizza time in Bradford

Bought a family size meat feast,family size Modena and a portion of chips.Both pizzas were absolutely shocking very little meat on the meat feast and the Modena had very little salami both pizzas were like a margarita,the chips were soggy and cold.Rang up to speak to someone about the lack of filling on the pizzas the women who works there is extremely rude and said "well don't order from here again" well we definitely won't be! Absolutely disgusting food and service!

Right I've ordered from this place last four years , prices go up but quality down. The openly admit they take or replace items to reduce cost I get that but then when you up the price for a poorer product not fair on buyer. We bought 2 X large pizza which was tiny for box family 1 x chips came Nealy £30 hardley any topings . I rung complain how empty pizzas was and how rubbish was . The owner response your probably best don't order from here again yet over last 4 years have placed over 50 orders previously. The lady who makes is married to owner I explained and was honest and refuse to take criticism avoid rubbish poor quality, poor staff and poor food and supper expensive . Morrisons counter pizza value.

Took payment waited 90 mins to find the order was cancelled. Won't get any business from me again

Normally I wouldn’t ever give this place a 1 star because normally the food is lovely. Last night I ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread plus children nuggets and fries. Started eating the pizza I could smell something weird the bottom of the pizza base smelt mouldy and made me feel sick this food cost me £38 to feed a family of four as it was a treat and we couldn’t eat it. These are normally the best pizzas from here I have no idea what has happened but for the time being I won’t be returning.

Best burgers around not greasy like elsewhere the pizzas are lovely too

Ordered a pizza, margarita pizza one and it was so greezy and tasted very bad, couldn't eat it, I stopped ordering here after thew amount of orders.

An absolutely awful experience. The pizza wasn't delivered. When we rang they first said they'd rung us three times and had taken a picture of our house which was to let (it isn't) then when we checked the phone there were no missed calls and when we asked them to send the photo they said they didn't have the number. They refused to reimburse or redelivery. The order was through just eat and we need to contact them. Extremely rude manager who put phone down twice. Ripped off for £20 with mo food either all because delivery couldn't admit they went to wrong address

I have been coming here for several years. My preference is the marinara or seafood pizza. On the odd occasion they haven’t had the correct ingredients they have gone out of their way to make me something similar with what they have got in. I think this amazing in an age where restaurants aren’t able to think outside the box They accept money / cash ( I pay cash only and have done for the last 12 months to both cut down on card fraud and also save money) Others that I have had pizza from this establishment have also raved about their choice of pizza. A highly recommended local business . Sometimes you will have a short wait as they are usually very business but no longer than at any other good establishment

The four cheese pizza is to die for and the burgers with melted cheese beautiful. Haven't had a burger that good in years same with that cheese pizza. Great service really friendly 😊

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a family size pepperoni online, I didn’t realise it came with jalapeños, I have 2 small children eating it and it’s too spicy for them! I rang and asked to speak with the manager and asked if there was anything he could do. He said rudely ‘no there is nothing I can do that he didn’t care about my children and would not help me’ how rude! I then started calling him rude which he said ‘you’re just wasting my time! And hung up 🤬 Will not be buying from you again!

I remember my Parents ordering from here since I was around 10 so it's been here for a long time! Best cheeseburgers I've ever had and I've travelled to a lot of places and countries.

I ordered a Mexican pizza and tomato garlic bread. Very disappointed with both. There was far too much cheese on the pizza that made it too sloppy to handle because the dough was soggy. I couldn't taste anything else but cheese. The garlic bread was also very soggy.

Ordered a Bolognese pizza with no onions. To get it delivered with the sauce full of onions. Phone up to ask about this was told the onions are in the sauce. To which I replied I cannot eat onions. The lady said well you will know for next time won't you. Absolutely disgusting and shocking, not to mention rude. Will never use the service again. Beware!!!!

Ordered a Calzone On arrival home pizza had collapsed into just a very unappetising pancake coated with sauce and cheese The Toscana turned into a game of hunt the minute pieces of ham dough soggy. Fries soggy Sorry guys 2 this is for the service only. Can not rate the food

Absolutely shocking, iv tried pizza from lots of takeaways in Bradford and this is by far the worst!! The slices just fell apart and went to mush as you picked them up, no taste to the pizza at all and was just like eating lard! The base of the pizza was so thin and oily! I complained of course and got offered another one which I was happy with until I received it and found it to be just as bad as the first! The manager blamed the heat for the pizza's condition! Avoid!!!!

If you like soggy uncooked fries and hair in your Pizza..... this place to go. If not... avoid like the plague. Really gone downhill over the past 6 months Given them the benefit of the doubt numerous times. Will never use again.

Ordered a pizza. Got home to eat and it was really burnt black underneath. Went back and returned to be told I couldn't have a full refund. The money I got I was short changed after all that. Disgusting.

They took my order through just eat then said it was on its way, 40 mins later I drove to the shop and found it closed. Disgusting that they think they can steal your money. Should have gone to caldo pizza.

Ordered two burgers tonight. Very disappointed as the chicken burger had the whole middle cut out and placed back in. The chips were cold on delivery. I said I would like a replacement or a refund and they refused to do either! The very arrogant and rude manager told me it was tough luck and that he would not be refunding my order. Definitely do not recommend this place. Absolutely disgusting people and place.

Ordered a garlic bread and pepperoni pizza only took about 15 mins from ordering to leaving shop. Food was really good. We don't often order takeaway pizza as we make our own but this was a nice change and really nice sauces and really good quality ingredients. Pizza was enjoyed by all who had some and the garlic bread was loved just as much but did not get shared as the first child to try it refused to share.

My first experience with Pizza Time was when i got a margherita pizza however the cheese was unfortunately burnt although the base was very nice and the chips were good quality. FORTUNATELY, I gave it another chance and got a pepperoni pizza which was very good and no issues with it at all so it may have been a one off mistake before. They are always on time and the food is always hot and fresh. I would also say the addition of a free garlic bread when spending over £15 is a great bonus however it wasn't the best garlic i have had. Shame.

Shocking.....two weeks ago I ordered a pizza it was soggy and cold , I complained, was offered a replacement or refund, I accepted a refund to save the travel and warmed it myself.... just tried to reorder to be confronted by a very arrogant ignorant male/chef , denied my refund. .. Do not recommend

Ordered online through just eat for 6.30pm delivery..got 2 hungry kids..it’s 6.50pm now and still no delivery...came 30 minutes late...was nice but not worth the wait
