Pizza Palazzo in Bradford

The pizza was cooked to literal perfection. Best pizza I’ve had and the chilli sauce was perfect as per usual!

I ordered food for my dinner and waited for more then 1 hour. They closed and I’m still waiting. I try to call they don’t answer. Really respectful with customers.

Love the burgers from here , good meat & good sauce. The tandoori chicken is perfect on their pizzas and kebabs. All the food and desserts are fresh and tasty. Best sundaes I’ve ever had, same goes for the cookie dough.

Sadly a really bad pizza - toppings were cheap and base seemed pre-made and it was bland and tasteless. chips were sweaty in the pot and under-cooked too. I don't live far enough away from the shop for them to be that way. £4.99 for delivery was steep too.

absolutely garbage, a 14"Donner pizza had maybe 2 or 3 small pieces of donner, all you could taste was cold cheese, same for the 10" pepperoni, total rubbi8

Ordered a pizza, delivered fine but absolutely awful. It's like they make their dough out of cake mix. Worst pizza I've had in Ilkley, and I've had one from Domino's...... Go to Avalon's but order well in advance....

Probably the worst food I've had in Ilkley... £6.90 for a small donna and chips... chips half cooked and solid with about 5 small slithers of Donna meat.. we got one pot of Chili for three kebabs, one pot of yogurt dip and 3 pots of mayo instead of garlic mayo... waste of money

Ordered a takeaway from here at 1:30am Sunday morning, money was taken waited over an hour to receive an automated just eat text saying it would arrive 2:55am. Now 3:30am still no food by this point the takeaway was closed. No phone calls no nothing to indicate they may be lost or late. Called them to complain to be told they “called and knocked” and that the takeaway was left in my garden which I don’t have. Completely incompetent and couldn’t accept their wrong doing clearly got the wrong address.

Should of known when I walked in the place this pizza would be garbage Come on people how many genuine pizza places serve curry and have a giant toast machine instead of a proper pizza oven There wasn’t afresh product in sight Enough said please draw your own conclusions

Disgusting, chips still frozen, £5 delivery charge for 3 mile delivery, pizza luke warm. Called to ask for a refund and told no because ‘they are busy’. DO NOT USE .. TERRIBLE … shame because it’s a long established name in Ilkley, never again

Started doing curry's so thought we'd try one. Had chicken Biriyani came with no sauce, the grease in the dish could be seen at bottom. No idea what meat was but so so fatty. Maybe had 4/5 mouthfuls and rest went in the bin. Yuk yuk yuk. Won't be buying from you again sorry 😞

Ordered food, waited an hour, they cancelled it. Called them up to say 'yo look it's cool, but please don't leave me hanging for an hour because I could have ordered elsewhere', and he just overtalked me the entire time and gave me attitude like it was my fault. I get it, it's late, but just be straight with me. Total wasteman. I work nearby and I also work in service. Simple 'no worries yeah sorry mate' would have been fine. Cmon guys.

After one previous visit and collection of meal which i would rate as nice, this delivered meal on Friday evening at 7.40 was 30 minutes late and barely warm. Just Eat notification came at 7.12 to say our order would be on its way, it arrived at 7.37. I had just phoned the takeaway at 7.35 when it turned up. When i asked where the meal i was told, "he's just set off 5 minutes ago" and "its a new driver", then when i mentioned the notification from Just Eat at 7.12 i was told 'oh thats just an automatic thing". We live approx 3-5 minutes from the takeaway so if the driver had set off only 5 minutes ago then our meal should have been hot, therefore i conclude i was told a bare faced lie! 'Salad' consisted of a tsp of lettuce & a tsp of red onion, no tomatoes, no cucumber and no chilli sauce, which had been ordered. The chips i can only describe as resembling something with which to build houses from, the kind of chip thats been sat around for several hours in a warming pan, if i'd eaten them i would have broken my teeth - decidedly not fresh! When i tried to leave a review via Just Eat's automatic email i found that miraculously, my order had disappeared, fancy that! Hence why i'm leaving this review here! Don't bother getting your kebabs from here, spend your money elsewhere!

Oh my, it's been a while, but a pizza from here is like having a long lost family friend come to visit, you just pick up from where you left off. I may be biased but I think this is still tge best pizza takeaway in ilkley.

Looked after so well by all at Pizza Palazzo, were spoilt!! The calzone and stuffed crust pepperoni were utterly gorgeous as always. Thank you!!

I could have easily have choked on the plastic and he wasn't bothered now trading standards time...

Ordered 3 milkshakes 2 of 1 and 1 of another and all came the same wasn't even ice-cream it was milk then for a peice of plastic in 1 of them. when rung to tell them they said they would come bk with our money then put the phone down and they never did give us even a fiver back from the milkshake with the plastic in it please avoid this disgusting place

Wrong order for the second time and didn't care to discuss wouldn't order if you care about places who respect customers

Awful. Ordered a New York burger to receive a normal cheese burger with nothing on apart from a bit of brown salad, to the ring up and them say ‘we’re out of hash browns’ so why didn’t they tell us before they sent it? All they said is when you come next you can have a free burger. Not to mention the burger buns are all soaking wet and looks like it’s been thrown together. Never again.

WAS TOLD £13 then asked to pay £17 avoid or just send it back not that good either

Took 20 minutes to cook my pizza, despite me being the only customer, late at night. The pizza itself wasn't great and surprisingly expensive for what it was.

This isn't the best takeaway in ilkley. We now use Avalon's The speed is dictated by the overn as it's automated so little chef input. We had two poor ones in the bounce and haven't been back, was previously ok

Large pizzas, good value. Fairly thick type of base, with a lot of topping.

Good pizzas (try the stuffed edge) and always freshly made. A good range of choices (not just pizza) and reasonably priced. Nothing not to like.

Shite, just Been there because the reviews made it out to be the best kebab shop in ilkley. Mixed kebab all took from a pan and fried up the only edible things were the fries, disgusting and the staff were all ignorant all taking it in turns to look around the corner at me with their big wirey beards

We prefer this little trusty independent pizza place to Dominoes, and a huge plus - you don't get a leaflet through your door twice a week and the prices are sensible which they only are at Dominoes if you manage to figure out which combination to order in order to get one free or some other deal

I really want to support local independent businesses but this one has gone big time down the pan. Soulless, zero customer service, poor quality food and reduced portions. Shame, clearly owners want to try, food mediocre at best! I'd avoid

Ordered a treat for myself and my girls as I wasn't up for cooking. Eaten from here for a long time. I think that time is over. Food too 1hr and 15 mins to arrive and was delivered via a taxi! Food was cold and burnt. Truly gone down hill. Don't waste your money. We certainly won't be.

Once again the delivery was late, staff were rude and unhelpful when called to ask regarding the delivery. Lied about how long it would be on both occasions. Will not be ordering again

Última noche pedí dos pizzas y dos fichas para un total de 20 libras. 40 usando su aplicación con el fin de conseguir un 20% de descuento, sin embargo, cobraban el precio completo! Cuando llegamos al final de la comida 1 hora 15 minutos después fue terrible! No sabor, demasiado queso y sal y el topping se constantemente! Increíble para llevar, Nueva York hamburguesa filete lo mejor! La otra mitad se pone un pizza y él es un auténtico experto - le encanta. Nunca tuve un problema y los conductores de entrega son siempre muy amable. Esperar un poco más que algunos otros takeouts, pero vale la pena, ya que la notificación de entrega de correo electrónico/tiempo esperado y es prácticamente siempre en el clavo. Gracias a todo el personal la comida es increíble su buena relación calidad-precio y el servicio es excelente!

We've always been well pleased with the many pizzas we've had . they only do pizzas, which I prefer over joints that do burgers fried chicken kebabs etc.

I had been on a lovely night out with fiends and wanted some food on the way back. I am a vegetarian. I ordered a vegetarian calzone. I walked 20mins home to cut into it an find it filled with meat. I chucked the meat out and tried to call them, they said I had to go and collect, another 40mins walk. This is appalling! I am a veggie for a reason and to have a meat one given when there were no other people in the place is shocking. Poor poor customer service and I will not be going again,

Pizza palazzo has been going for over 20years! The pizzas are fantastic with the best flavoured cheese I have ever tasted. The staff are friendly and the owner will support any requests. A must for anyone wanting pizza at the start of the night or after drinks in town

Used this place a few times now. The pizza are a bit up on price but you get what you pay for as they are great.

Pizza Palazzo is unique, they are consistent with there food and flexible with their orders. The head chef is always welcoming and provides first class service and food!

A unique place, top notch food and very friendly staff. The "Handmade Burger" is the best burger I've ever tasted, not on the menu yet, but the friendly man at the counter recommended me this burger. I will definitely come here again... All the way from Bradford!

I've been to this pizza place several times and the quality is always consistent. The comments of the man working there shouting at a customer completely do not match any of the experiences I've had in the shop. The man who owns the place is always friendly and consistently makes conversation with me and my friends, referencing previous conversations we've had. I'm aware he also does this with other types of customer such as my Grandfather. I find it very difficult to believe he shouted at any customer, as he's generally laid back.The pizza is always made quickly and is good quality. I really have no complaints.

I have always used this pizza place in Ilkley. The food is very tasty and good value. I have been here many times over the years and never had bad service. The staff are friendly and always courteous, and the food is cooked quickly.

Best pizza shop in the area with consistently top quality food and service. The newly intruded handmade burgers are excellent and well priced. Would disagree with the two bad reviews having never had any problems with delivery, quality or price and have been using these guys for years.

I would advise anyone not to come here. I had collected my pizza and once I had checked it and it had meat on! I'm a veggie,the guy in the shop was rude, he shouted said it was my fault etc etc not worth giving him your business! Go else where and give someone else your business

Whenever I get pizza in Ilkley I go to the Palazzo. Over the years I've been there many times and have never had a bad experience.I know they do other foods as well - various pastas/ burgers etc., but the pizzas are so good I've never felt tempted to try anything else.

Had a meatfeast special...excellent will go back again. Situated next to the aagrah restaurant. .very helpful staff..

Ordered at 17:30 tod delivery at 18:10 arrived at 18:55 not all food delivered one item wrong and one not fit for human consumption, so bad even our 3 dogs turned their noses up at it. When I told delivery driver there was something wrong he just walked off and said whatever! I called up and was told whoops our bad I tried to complain about driver and was fobbed off. Went up to shop to collect replacement food and the driver started f'ing and blinding about me before I had even got 10 foot from the door! Never ever buy from these a holes unless you want to be treat like something they stood in!
