Pizza Hut Delivery in Windsor and Maidenhead

Absolutely dreadful customer service, my boyfriend ordered a meat feast pizza and they messed up his order sending a pineapple and mushroom instead, he phoned up to ask for the correct pizza to be sent out and the woman on the phone told him his only course of action would be to go through Uber (which he had ordered through), to which he replied no worries but could he still get the correct pizza and her reply was “no” and then hung up. So rude, especially for a mistake on their end. Do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

What an awesome surprise. After bingeing on park food through the day, we decided on one of our favorite treats that evening. But having driven three hours to reach the park, I couldn't be bothered to drive out. No problem. They were more than happy to deliver to the hotel and meet one of us at reception.....and the pizzas were great! Loaded with toppings and cheese. Thanks, guys.

If there was an option of giving a 0 star I would have given that Terrible service.. I have ordered pizza multiple times from this store but never have they ever delivered pizza before 50 mins.. every single time there driver gets lost finding my home.. every single time he puts a wrong post code.. if you call the store they are not even courteous enough to apologise for the delay.. pathetic service.. my pizza turns a cold bread every single time.. £20 goes to garbage.. I’ll never order from this store again..

We got four pizzas from the £5 deal and were more than satisfied. We ordered 4 pizzas and it came to only £20! Fantastic value for money. We collected it and had to wait for a bit. I did enter the store and call out but no one came for about 5 mins. As a result, the only thing I'd say was it was not as hot as we'd have liked as it was obviously sat there whilst workers were away from the counter. Tasty all the same!

Fue muy grosero y no dejaba de interrumpirme cuando hablaba. Específicamente me dijo que estaba equivocado y nunca se disculpó por los artículos faltantes o porciones más pequeñas. Solo cuando le dije que necesitaba mejores habilidades de servicio al cliente como miembro de la gerencia en hotelería, esto para mí fue espantoso, comenzó a decir 'bueno, si te envío más lados, ¿eso te haría feliz? '¡De una manera muy condescendiente! Cuando le pregunté si podía darme su nombre, se negó diciendo que podía quejarse con el servicio de atención al cliente y decirles que es el gerente de turno. So twice we have ordered Mac N cheese bites and twice they have delivered just a tin of disgusting slop that they call Mac N Cheese. Phoned and was told that they don't serve the bites anymore and that everyone that orders the bites gets the normal mac and cheese. I argued its not what i ordered so i want my money back, was told to phone Pizza Hutt head office haha. He said that he has never had anyone ever complain before which i don't believe. So WAQUAS the Windsor manager of Pizza Hutt thank you for your bad attitude and excuse that its ok to deliver a completely different plate because they are made with the same ingredients ohhh except the bread crumbs. IF YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING THAT'S ON THE MENU YOU SHOULDN'T TAKE THE ORDER THEN EXPECT THE CUSTOMER SIT ON THE PHONE TO HEAD OFFICE FOR 30MINS TO GET THERE MONEY BACK, YOU CALLED ME TO FIND MY HOUSE SO YOU COULD HAVE CALLED TO TELL ME YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER AND GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO GET SOMETHING ELSE!

Ordered a couple of pizzas to our hotel, during a short break to Windsor. Pizzas were pipping hot and great, as with all Pizza Hut franchises. Delivery time quoted was 25-35 minutes, which they met.

Time with Pizza Hut Windsor is a theory they have yet to prove. 25-35 minutes delivery time (as per the order email) is at best a guess. Having waited 50 minutes, decided to call them to be told the order is on its way. A 25-35 minute delivery took 60 minutes in the end. If you like your food late and warm then this is the place for you. Alternatively, if you prefer it hot and on time go elsewhere.

Nice pizza, chicken strips and cheesy garlic bread. We didn't wait long for the delivery. I'm going to order from Pizza Hut again :)

It's Pizza Hut, if you've been to any Pizza Hut before, then you know exactly what your getting. It's clean, staff are friendly, food is ok
