Worst experience and the staff are rude. Order was incorrect yet the chefs would not admit their mistake trying to justify what food they sent. I would suggest to avoid this place at all costs to somewhere you know to be reliable

Disappointing customer service. We had forgotten buy one get one free on the pizza so we're surprised to see 2 waiting for us to collect. The lady explained it was buy one get one free, the guy behind the counter clearly had some authority here and realised we weren't aware and said no it's only one, despite it having been cooked and ready for collection with our order. My daughter said the pizza was cooked but the chicken was dry and the wedges were tasteless. A bad day at the office is something we all experience buy we won't be returning due to the bad attitude of the guy behind the counter who simply wanted to take advantage of the fact we weren't aware it was buy one get one free. There's plenty of takeaways locally so an easy decision to make.

Asked for a pepperoni and kebab meat pizza and a chicken pizza got home and had a pepperoni pizza and a mushroom pizza staff wouldn’t listen when I told them it was wrong absolutely a joke

Recieved a menu though our door and thought we would give it a try. Worst decision ever... I ordered a chicken kebab, thinking I was getting a chicken kebab, what I actually got was pieces of chicken on a wrap with brown salad.. I didn't order a wrap but that's that's I got. I also ordered a garlic bread which was like chewing on an old leather boot . The delivery man was very ignorant and didn't spent a word to us. Portion sizes are very small and I would not recommend this place to anyone.. I would not feed this food to the homeless!!!!!!!!

Used to enjoy tasty pizza but it's gone really downhill recently. Ordered at 20:16 and food didn't get here until 21:20. My order was freezing cold and the chicken was pink on the inside. Rang up to see if I could get my money back and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Won't be ordering again.

The food from this hell hole is horrendous got my order wrong rung to tell them staff rude refused to take the blame the rest of the food was inedible a very very very poor take away last resort food from this place because it stays open the latest if you’ve got any respect for you taste buds you don’t need to be ordering from here

I had placed an order on Boxing Day but due to high numbers, had to be refunded. I couldn’t see the refund in my account so called the restaurant. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The manager immediately offered to send me an order to replace the one from Boxing Day, which I was happy to do. Great customer service! ☺️

Bad customer skills, forget stuff on your order when delivered and when ordering in person. Mocked when going into takeaway, defended myself by saying should do there job better and with trading standards and got get threatened by the owner and customer/staff outside snatched my takeaway off me . Give my money back. Personal won’t be using this takeaway again. Give it a 0 star rating

The worst customer service ever. Ordered on just eat for 9.30pm. They tried to deliver at 6.30pm. I turned the order away and rang them. They refused to redeliver and refused a refund. Rude staff. Stay away

It's a fast food takeaway. 2 and half hours later still no food. Not very fast really. Kids hungry mardy n tired. Supposed to be chilled night for us adults not the case when kids tired n hungry cos of delivery time

We love having a "tasty night" (as we call it) the BBQ Americano pizza is so nice and it is our favourite, the cheesy garlic bread pizza is a favourite too. We have also tried in the past these pizzas, Mexican pizza, meat feast, ham and pineapple (this one was a mix up on the order one time but was a good mix up as we was pleasantly surprised by the taste! Hot shot pizza, Turkish pizza, four seasons, not goin to list them all but yeah they are lovely pizzas, their home made wedges are lovely and you can have them with paprika, tho sometimes it's hit and miss, as they can go OTT with the paprika! (Partner doesn't mind this but I do) kebabs are nice plenty of meat and salad, chilli sauce is lovely! also the kebab wraps are nice, they are large and thick very filling. Sides such as chips are ok but not the best I don't rate them to be honest, onion rings are ok too but not had them in a while from here. We collect now days because delivery fee has gone up and at £3 its abit ridiculous considering we live like 5 mins down road, I would recommend tasty pizza tho as it is a decent take away one of our favourites for a Saturday take away treat.

I have ordered for the second time tonight, I understand everyone has a bad day! However, apart from the food not being great and cold! There is just NO need for bad manners and being rude I will NOT be ordering from here again!!!!

Just had a cheese burger, chilli burger, garlic bread with cheese, garlic mushrooms and onion rings and everything was beautiful. Great prices, beautiful food and will be ordering again, hats off to the chef!

Ordered from tasty pizza the meal came cold the lady on the phone only gave me the meal price not the delivery price when the delivery man came it was the wrong price what the lady told us I phone up and spoke to her then she said they charge for delivery she should have told us when making the Oder

Used tasty pizza many times,no probs but last night ordered 2 special kebabs with salad and chips,,,only 2 trays of meat turned up.rang them to say no chips or salad...half hour later driver turned up with a tray of salad and tray of cold chips..all meat was dry,,only lamb edible,rest went in the bin...said 9.80 each on menu but driver charged me 23.30..over priced rubbish.wont be using again.used to be lovely.shame

we order pizza from here often, the deal makes it well worth it and they always taste delicious! defiantly recommend to anybody, best pizzas around👍🏼🍕

Only just arrived from me placing the order at quater to 1!!

The food was not even warm. There wasn't even any taste to it. The food was dry! May aswell chucked the money we spent in the bin!. The customer service was terrible. The woman we spoke had a boring tone not upbeat. Will not be ordering from here again as not the first time we've had a problem. Can see below there's loads of complaints regarding same problems.

The food from this place is extremely average, if it's still warm that is. The staff here are very rude and basically can't be bothered to help you. Not this one but based on a different, more recent order, we won't be ordering from here again. And for the woman who answers the phone... try a different job flower, because customer service isn't your gig 👍

Potato wedges were really bland. I ordered a bottle of Diet Coke and a bottle of regular Pepsi max was delivered instead. As I'm diabetic I said it was no good to me but the driver said we didn't have any diet. I'm not impressed with that at all. Why not contact me and check if it's ok? Or ask at delivery? Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to matter.

I am never ordering from here again!!!! This was the only takeaway I would ever order from, guess I need to find somewhere else to order from which is a shame. My food didn't even turn up, even after my ringing the takeaway who said it was on its way.

Waited an hour and twenty five minutes for our order and when it finally arrived they forgot the sauce I paid for!

Took 1 hour 45 mins for two pizzas, which were then cold. slow delivery here seems to be the norm!

we have recently moved into the area and was suggested to order here from friends, delicious food! always on time or early! absolutely recommend to anybody! :)

great on time delivery as usual. just a shame my whole order was cold, we have had to put it back in the oven. this is such a let down as we always order from you but this has been a waste of money really as we had to put it in the oven so we may aswell have just cooked something ourselves
