21st August. Arrived at 230 for ayce buffet lunch. Manager was dismissive and huffy as soon as we arrived...only on til 3. Told us to do qr code. The onsite Internet wouldn't work and my personal Internet had no signal. I explained this and manager said he'd send someone to take the order. He then came over and implied we were stupid by their tone saying "got it working yet". I said no, they fitted and took the order. Food was satisfactory. Paid for 3 drinks and only got 2 cups. Forced to pay before we had finished meal like we might do a runner. Dreadful customer service. Epic fail.

Arrived to a busy restaurant food all over floor.kids just digging with no respect for anyone else .got seated only to be told to order of a barcode no service from anyone. Signal and WiFi don't work that great sat waiting around to book online .so they dump food on table .£90 for 3pizzas that I could have done at home better ,now wishing I did .cost of living just thought it would be a nice treat what a waste of money.trying to get round salad bar looked like a food fight drinks machine was pouring out tango when i pressed pepsi!!!! When mentioned to a staff member they knew about it !!!!!

Haven't visited a Pizza Hut for years so thought we'd give it a go. Waiting staff were welcoming and pleasant. Same old Pizza Hut though. Overpriced. No fault of the actual restaurant but the ordering is via an app which kept on going wrong, so the whole process took much longer than normal. Also the vegan pizza using Violife cheese is disgusting. They really need to change that. It makes it impossible for me to eat here again. Again that's to do with Pizza Hut and not this particular restaurant. Apart from all that the place was o.k.

Visited here for my sisters birthday as a family, salad bar was really good and staff were very welcoming however… there is absolutely no value for money! Pizzas were tiny to say it’s nearly £20 a pizza. Hardly any toppings on or sauce. Do not look like what is advertised.

Visited here on Saturday with the family for a birthday treat, big mistake. Looked at the menu before coming and new it was expensive but we had a 25 % discount code and the pictures of the food looked good so went ahead and booked. On arrival was shown to our table and ordered our meals. Flat bread was small with very little toppings and rock hard, pizza also had meagre toppings, none of them looked like the photos on the website. Salad bar was okay but alcoholic drinks expensive. Place itself was clean and staff were polite but unless you are getting a discount or going for midweek deals it’s an expensive experience for poor food.

Fabulous time with grandchildren last night. Can’t fault the service, it was excellent. Food hot and delicious, large portions. Can’t wait to go again.

My son asked for Pizza Hut for his birthday tea because he’d never been before. I am so glad he suggested it because we had a great time. Food was beautiful, highly recommend the flat breads, yum! The kids meals were fantastic for the price, included; a drink, main, side, salad and a pudding, the kids said everything was delicious! The staff were amazing, they made my son feel very special by making a fuss of his birthday. We will definitely be returning regularly, thank you so much ladies :)

I ordered a delivery on Uber eats this evening and it said it would be here about 7:10pm when it went past that time I tracked the order to see if the guy was lost as my street is a bit difficult to find and I messaged him to check as I could see him parked up on the street next to me, I ended up walking down to meet him and when I got back home and opened up the food, i was shocked, the pizza looked an absolute mess! but I could of gotten past that if it was hot or at least warm but no it was literally stone cold, all of it the pizza, fries and southern fried chicken nuggets, I live about 8 minutes from the store so I don’t understand how it could of gotten so cold so fast especially the chicken. I rang Pizza Hut to explain and they claimed it was a drivers issue so to contact Uber eats and they couldn’t do anything about it as it ‘didn’t leave the store like that’ did you temperature check it before it left to prove that to me?? Have you got cctv to prove it wasn’t dropped in store and still sent out to me?? Cause I’d like the proof please as I was refused fresh food and offered no refund and the food that arrived ended up in the bin as it wasn’t edible at all.

Ordered for delivery, very quick delivery! Food was very nice and they even gave us a free cookie dough! Never disappointed.

I placed an order for delivery. The driver refused to deliver to my door. Apparently National Policy not to touch doors and deliver to the address. How he gets into the shop without touching doors I don’t know. I have had deliveries during this pandemic and they have delivered to the door. So it is obviously not Pizza Hut National Policy but the driver being lazy. I will not be ordering again. Not happy at all with this driver.

Due to Covid there had been a number of changes at Pizza Hut, which is understandable. That said some people at Pizza Hut have gone crazy. You have to order from an app while you are sat at your seat. Why? This means that I couldn't add my loyalty points or use my TastCard App. Also you have to 'order' your salad, where you have 5 options!!! Totally bonkers! The pizzas are average, I can make infinitely better at home. It's called Pizza Hut for a reason!!!! The desserts were massively over priced. £6.50 for a small piece of cheesecake. If I didn't haven't a TasteCard app, I would have paid upwards of £80 for me and two kids. Because of the use of the 'new' Pizza Hut ordering system my discounts weren't applied correctly and the manager couldn't work out how to do it. The staff are polite enough but this is just a complete mis-management from above. Happy to provide average over-priced food! All in all just massively poor. I won't be going back to Pizza Hut anytime after lockdown and I love Pizza!

It was our first time visiting this Pizza Hut and it will also be our last. We were promptly seated which was promising, however after sitting down it all went wrong. It took about 10 minutes to even get someone’s attention as we couldn’t navigate their complicated ordering online system to suit my dietary needs. When we finally spoke to someone about our options, she was very direct and not friendly. We were then told that the buffet offer they had on did not cater to my dietary needs. We had to pay an extra £4 to get a cheeseless pizza as I am dairy intolerant. Vegan options are available however I still feel that it is highly unfair that my dietary needs are not catered for on all deals and offers (which they should be). It’s very unfair to have to pay extra for an intolerance.

We went to Pizza Hut this evening to take advantage of the Government scheme. Happily the supplement meant we did not pay too much, which was just as well because the quality and overall experience was poor. We were kept waiting for quite some time and when we were finally seated the rules were explained. Ordering has to be done on a mobile phone, which was fiddly and time consuming. You have to enter your card details too, they don’t allow Apple Pay or cash.The biggest surprise was no salad bar or drink refills, which was a major negative. Instead you get one glass three quarters full for your money. The ‘free’ salad, instead of being the buffet style, is a choice between a green salad (read iceberg and three cherry tomatoes) coleslaw or potato salad with the option of a few bacon bits on the top. Now I appreciate they can’t have everyone mustering around a salad bar but surely they could have given customers the choice of a few items and made them a bit more interesting. The drink refills were one of the main attractions, especially for a family on a budget, and I struggle to accept that you pay the same money for one flat glass of pop on the basis they can’t keep bringing drinks to the table because it increases exposure to customers. Surely at least one refill would have been doable? Lots of places have staff wearing masks for example. I have tolerated mediocre pizzas in the past because of the other advantages of coming to Pizza Hut but not any more. The only mitigation is that it was relatively inexpensive, but that won’t be the case once August is over, and I certainly would not be prepared to pay full price for what we had this evening. The staff were pleasant and the service was okay once we had ordered. That and the fact it was cheap is the only reason I have given them two stars instead of one. We won’t be back!

Just had pizza delivered, usually go to dominos but decided to give pizza hut a try. Gotta say it's a lot better. The pizzas were brilliant and delivery was quick. Will definitely be back. Cheers

I took our children to Pizza Hut for their birthday, the service was poor, table was dirty, they didn’t even recognise that it was a 13 year old birthday, despite me telling them. I’ve spent the rest of the weekend with upset tummy and stomach pains. Avoid.

Hi just like to mention our visit for my daughters birthday celebration. Arrived 4pm waited to be seated but was turned away!!! Said!!!! They had no tables because the tables free were booked and set up ready . I asked when? he stuttered errr 5.30 we would have been gone by then! But I think the real reason was staff levels! He spoke to the chef appalling and seemed agitated he just sang “sorry about that” ’ not!!! Just couldn’t be bothered!!

My Wife & I ate at this restaurant & was pleasantly surprised by our experience, after reading some of the latest reviews. We had the buffet lunch it, it was tasty & hit the spot, there could have been more choices of pizza’s though & the 2 pasta dishes should have filled up at a more regular basis. It was value for money, especially the refill cold drink option. The service was friendly, however I felt the waitress, was a bit board of explaining the opportunity to win a prize on the receipt. ( It felt a bit like “ have a nice day ! “ syndrome, She had to say it ! ) I felt a bit bad for her...Out of 10 this gets a 6.5. Above average !

We went to eat out at the mansfield pizza hut last night. We stood waiting to be seated for a full twenty minutes before we were finally acknowledged by a member of staff. The young waitress came over to tell us she wasn't ignoring us but she could not seat us at a table as only the manager could do this. We waited a further 5-10 minutes when another member of staff finally came over to tell us they weren't seating anyone at present and couldn't give us any idea as to how long we might have to wait. We finally left the restaurant without eating. To me it would have been common courtesy and good customer service to have offered this piece of information as soon as we arrived so we could then decide whether we wanted to wait an unspecified amount of time or go elsewhere.

We came for my sons birthday celebration meal to which the service was shocking, we arrived at 3.45 as requested when booking the table for 15 of us not long after we all ordered food. We didn't get our food till 5.00 then some came out cold so waited even longer, some of the orders got mixed up to which we had to wait for them to exchange the food. The restaurant was dirty to where there was old food on the floor and tables as you looked around, ice cream melted and dripping on the floor. They never came and cleared the plates from 1 course to another, we all was 100% disappointed with the whole experience of pizza hut and never again. The only good thing was they gave us a discount as we all complained about 1 thing or another, I even noticed there wasn't any soap in any dispensers. I approached a member of staff to let them know and all the time we was there they never did a thing about it and this restaurant is aimed at eating with your fingers (pizza's)

Three of us in for lunch at 1230. Got seated and orders taken straight away, and that was the last we saw of our server. Food and drink fine, got plenty of value from the buffet (because why not) however we wanted desserts, waitress was on her own, but didn't recognise us waiting so we didn't bother. When we got up to pay she was abrupt and rude, no receipt given, change change from cash payment basically tossed into our hands. Very unprofessionalVery dissatisfied as have been using this place for 10 years.Approach this venue with caution, has gibe down over the years and become hit and miss.

Knowing it was new years eve last night, I was expecting your restaurant to be slightly busier so I called up the Mansfield restaurant at17:00 and enquired what time the restaurant was open til and whether we needed to book a table for 2 people. The gentleman who answered the phone and was not very friendly on the phone explained that they were open til 8 and not to book "we will fit you in". So me and my partner got straight in the car and arrived at the restaurant at 17:25. Walked in and waited by the door where a young lady came over and asked if we had booked. I explained that I phone 25mins ago and the gentleman on the phone said we didnt need to book. Her response was "well we are only taking people in who have booked because we are too busy" as I looked round the restaurant probably 40% of the seats were taken. I explained again about the telephone conversation and she just shrugged and said "well things change in the 30mins to get here". The young girl was rude and didnt bother to apologise. I was extremely frustrated at the situation as I work in customer services myself and if I had done this i would be looking at a disciplinary action. I do understand things change but it took us 25mins to get to the Mansfield restaurant, I find VERY hard to believe that the restaurant was then fully booked.

It simply feels dirty, 2 tables either side of us had plates and scraps on from previous diners for entire time we were there. We waited 15-20mins to be seated. The male manager was unreal. So rude to customers, not me solely I might add. Muttering things under his breath whilst seating customers which were clearly heard! Face like he couldn't be bothered. Salad bar was empty and the buffet pizza choice was terrible. Very slow replenishing when the locals had filled the plates 8-10 slices high! Someone asked if any garlic bread would be coming out and manager said, well, shouted, NO. And that was that!Main issue was with hygiene, it felt very uninviting and dirty which is unusual for chain eateries such as thisDefinitely will not return. How staff work for that gaffer is beyond me. Disappointed as my 7yr old lad loves Pizza Hut, but wont be wasting money there again.

Me and some other friends went to this Pizza Hut on the 24th of November for a friends birthday the service was fine,the food was fine but when it came to the bill it all changed we had all put our money out on the table enough for what each of us had some payed a bit extra and we had enough money in notes and about a fiver in change so we gave a fiver back to someone who had overplayed by this much and when the waitress came over she said we were 10 pound light of the amount needed and someone had to pay an extra tenner to reach the amount,we were disgusted that we had the perfect amount and then when the waitress came over scammed us of a bit more cash,taking advantage of children absolutely pathetic and disgraceful to see from adults who are supposed to be responsible people

Myself and my partner visited this establishment yesterday evening, and I must say that the laveterium needs vast improvement, I must say that the quality of the salad was below par, the lettuce was dry, the pizza however was an interesting make up, how can you have a philly cheese steak pizza without steak. Had the beef on it instead and overall it tasted quite okay. My partner had the pepperoni pizza and I had tasted his and it was dry. We didn't say anything about the food as we hadn't rated all day and were absolutely ravished but I had to make the manager aware of the toilet brush, it as you can see is absolutely revolting. I am considering contacting the EHO regarding this revolting experience. One can only imagine the state of their kitchen, if this is the standard acceptable by there manager.

My good friend and I enjoyed a great tasting pizza, with both of us choosing the new Hot Dog and mustard one which we but found unique, different and  ery tasty. We also enjoyed some the fresh salad and the 2 btl of beers offer in an iced glass.

Placed an order last night 7/9/19 as a treat for nephew's birthday.

My daughter went here with her friends on Friday night and they had a great time. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helped me arrange a cake and balloons to be on the table. Thank you from my daughter and her friends.

We went into Pizza Hut at about 2:10, we was offered the buffet and as I remembered it always being pretty good at the Lincoln branch we chose the buffet.

Nice food but really expensive for family of five and won't be back to this pizza hut and will go elsewhere

We where two adults and two children, greeted by Michelle who was very polite, friendly and knowledgable about the food being served. She showed us all the options available for our children, settling on a pizza meal with drink and chicken and chips meal with drink. We opted for the buffet, the pizza was fresh and hot, lots of cheese. The pasta was well cooked. The salad bar was full of fresh salad items and all sauces, dips, croutons, salsa where all present. The drinks dispensers where all working and tasted good. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

The experience here was nothing short of horrendous!

As always, when asked where she wants to go for her birthday, my eldest daughter said Pizza Hut. So we went there again and said it’s her birthday on arrival. I was disappointed that she didn’t get as much as a birthday wish from staff. The rest of visit was ok. Service was acceptable and food was fine. So just a happy birthday would add two stars to my feedback as I thank that’s poor service. Fortunately my daughter didn’t notice!

My daughter and myself called in on Easter Monday for the buffet. Pizza Hut don’t do the buffet on a Bank Holiday. We had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. 20 minutes later the starters arrived, we ate these and sat for another 30 minutes before the mans arrived. I could understand the wait if the restaurant had been busy but there were 6 tables at the most that were occupied. I went to fetch a drink from the dispenser and every one of the glasses I picked up was filthy, marks and smears on each one. The food we had was just about acceptable but for the price Pizza Hut charge it should be better then that. I certainly won’t be returning anytime soon.

We had a lovely meal served by very pleasant staff from the moment we stepped in the door. Thank you.

We came for an 11th birthday, was seated quickly but had to wait over half an hour for anyone to ask if we wanted drinks, the free unlimited drinks had no clean glasses next to the machine, as well as all the syrups besides vanilla, the floor was covered in food, out of ten bowls I picked up at the salad bar, 9 were filthy,

We ordered a number of takeaway pizzas for my teenage sons birthday party with his friends, The delivery time slot was 45 - 55 minutes, but the pizzas eventually turned up after 1 hour 30 minutes, both cold, and limp. Most of it went in the bin.

Waited nearly 5 mins for anybody to acknowledge us despite having a booking. Then another 10 min to be asked if any drinks wanted , the wine took 15 min to come and then wine glass dirty , 4 knives also dirty and staff not very genuinely apologetic. The ice cream machine ran out and had to wait for it to be filled . Lots of staff members standing around talking and very little action. All in all rubbish visit and won’t be coming back in a hurry

Had a lovely meal with my kids can’t fault them there.but when it came to paying the bill I was shocked to see the bill was nearly £40 for me n my two kids for a buffet on a Sunday, so I checked the menu for prices turns out they was trying to charge me nearly £10 more than the bill should have been I told the waiter he said wait here I’ll get the management no apology nothing to say they was at fault. Manager came I explained my issues he rectified the bill but still no apology for there error nothing it’s disgusting. Normally I just pay it when paying via card as you expect the bill to reflect what you ordered DONT U????

Came here today for our dinner, took a while to be seated. Our waiter was friendly and chatty and food was lovely when it arrived, however for dessert wanted ice cream factory which had been turned off(8pm) so disappointed

It is our anniversary today and was visiting family in this area so decided on Pizza Hut late lunch.

Me and my partner have ordered from Pizza Hut for collection three times and every time our order has been wrong. The first time they forgot our ice cream and we had to drive back and get it. And the last two times including tonight they have forgotten a topping from one of our pizzas. Seems like a waste of time if staff can’t even get a simple pizza order right

The food was absolutely spot on and really good value for money. Our waitress was lovely. Will definitely go again.

The Jack fruit vegan pizza on offer for veganuary is awesome. Available gluten free too! Staff friendly and helpful.

We booked a table for 6 o’clock when we got their they hadn’t reserved the table, the staff looked scruffy, The sinks in the toilets have yellow stains over them ! The food isn’t very good either we had stuff crust pizza which was as like cardboard and the cheese wasn’t oozing out you couldn’t see it never mind tast it .I had lasagna and to be honest a cheap supermarket brand would of been better it was tasteless !wont be going again it was a wast of £80 !!

So knowing that my partner had NEVER been to Pizza Hutt (I KNOW!) We were driving by and I thought let's just go to Burger King. Been a long day and cooking didn't seem fun at the time. Then queuing at the lights we jokingly say "Let's go all out and go Pizza Hutt" so we did!

Was packed so took some time for our food but well worth the wait. Kids love it here and it’s fresh!

Pizza hut has really gone down hill , buffet with no pizza , the pasta dried out and sauces to accompany cold . The drinks area all filthy with spilt drinks and the kids ice cream parlour which used to be the best part when I was a kid but now the fancy sprinkles are disgusting and not aimed at kids imo.

Enjoyable meal, very tasty and lots of choice. Salad bar wasn't as good as previously. Friendly staff, quick service and accomodating to our requests.

The waiter we had was the nicest waiter i think i have ever had. I really should have got his nane. He couldn't do enough for us, and his manners were fantastic. A real old school gent. His tash was great too. I am not much of a tipper unless its great. My son said straight away to tip. The food was gorgeous and our party of 9 were full and happy.

So... We arrived at the, almost empty, Pizza Hut Restaurant at just gone 6pm, for our friends 4 year old daughters 'special birthday dinner'.!. We entered and were greeted by a young lady who asked if we had booked. unfortunately we hadn't, but after checking with 'management' we were seated. 15/20 minutes later a young man came and took our order, at this point everything was going swimmingly, we were very kindly allowed to use the salad bar while waiting for our main courses, fantastic what more could you want?? only on our 3rd bowl of salad, did it dawn on us that we had now been waiting over an hour for our food, this not being ideal as we were already pushing for time as the children should be in bed very soon, anyway, the pizza came followed by the side dishes over the following 10 minutes, no one had any problems with the food, just the trip to Italy some must have made to fetch it!! Main course done. Time for desert, the same young man came back to take our order, we ordered and explained that we were in a little rush as the children needed to be in bed and he said no problem, he would mention it to the kitchen 'restaurant still very quiet' another 30 minutes went by, and people were starting to pick at the remaining salad on the table, so someone questioned where the deserts were. After a quick check the young man came back over to our table and apologetically said, explained that they had only just gone through and some of our requested deserts were no longer available from the menu. after a quick rethink more deserts were ordered, they arrived around 40 minutes later 'gone 9pm by this point' overall the food was ok but massively let down by the terribly slow service, plus upon exiting a visit to the toilets, almost made me sick, disgusting, filthy and clearly no checked regularly, we will not be visiting this joke of a restaurant again.!.

We turned up as a group of 6 to be told we had a 20 minute wait. We didn’t mind waiting so we sat down in the reception part as you walk in. After 25 mins the waitress come over to say we are extremely sorry but we have taken 2 internet bookings off a party of 8 and 9 so we can not seat you today.. very unhappy as never seen a place so unorganised... Franky and bennys down the road was brill ...

Walked into the restaurant and waited to be seated, ignored by 3 members of staff who walked by us so we decided to turn around and leave, while we were waiting we noticed how dirty the floor was covered in old food. Also multiple lights not working.

Mixed reviews on here but we couldn't really fault the place. Seven of us at a busy time - I'm quite critical but service was good and friendly, food was good and good value, and the place was clean. I'd definitely go back.

Very slow service and constantly being called guys, not sure if she noticed we was all women. Pizza was nice but did order a bbq base and got tomato. Service poor but good food.

The food was nice and the tables were clean, however the only thing that let them down was the service. It took ages for us to be served. I will still be coming back here though.

Visited today with family early evening and easily seated. However we were preceded to be ignored for 20 minutes with no effort made to approach our table, take an order or even drinks. Acknowledgment costa nothing. We left with our business and won’t be returning

Took my fiance here after not visiting in a long time and felt that the revamp was great with really tasty food well presented and a large enough choice. We had lasagne which was delicious and a thin pizza.

Fab pizza and ice-cream no matter what age you are! One of the better places for families to eat in town. Looks great after the refurb but the tables can still be too close together if you don’t manage to secure a booth

Staff friendly enough, however not very present. Food tasted ok not a lot of flavour and definitely not worth the money spent I consider it to be way over priced for the quality you actually receive.

I had a veggie thin crust pizza and it was super yummy!! Love the unlimited salad bar its got great variety. The refill soft drinks is great as well. The only thing that let it down was the slow service it was fast before the food, but after it took a long time to receive the bill and then it took a further ten minutes for the full payment. However, the waitress was alone but it was not busy and there were only three tables in use.

Headless chickens! We waited an hour and a half for a pizza and a child's pizza. When it finally arrived it was wrong! Poor service.

I have at last found a pizza hut that although bust has great staff, polite, friendly and attentive. I knew there would be one somewhere!

Absolutely ridiculous I’ve been many time as I believe in second chances however every time I visited the food is vile and the staff are horrendous Would never go again I’ve had enough!!!!!

We called in as we had been doing a bit of shopping / research locally. The place has obviously had a refurb since our last visit, the menu has also changed, probably a few times! Much improved, staff very attentive, and the salad bar is definitely an improvement, eat all you want ( if you want to be a total pig ), healthy option especially good as these days every one rightly concerned about obesity espec. re kids.

He visitado aquí antes y siempre me encanta la comida de aquí. La comida era estupenda, llegó rápidamente pero la camarera que lleva 25 minutos para tomar la distancia y luego un placas esperar mas tiempo para pagar la factura. Agradezco fue un día ajetreado, pero estaban empezando a sentir como invisible.

Been here a few times already and will continue to visit. The food is excellent and tasty, the staffs are friendly and the place is nice and 9/10 clean. Always had a good experience here. They forgot my milkshake once, the restaurant wasn't that busy. But it's OK, by the end of the day, we were full so we didn't need that milkshake. Will come back again. Very good place.

So, in January 2017, a friend and I went to pizza Hut to grab some good before a film at the cinema.... Long story short, we only had starters and puddings.. This took 2 1/2 hours! Meaning we missed our film. The service was slow, we weren't asked if we were OK, if we wanted sauces etc.. They ended up taking money off the bill.In March, my partner and I went on date night.. Pretty much the same story. We waited over an hour for food.. Our mains arrived..then we had to question when our starters were going to make an appearance!. We again waited half an hour to place a dessert order.. Which came wrong, of course. Again, the manager took our starters off the bill. After filing a complaint on the website, I was offered a £20 voucher. Which we accepted, as they were showing willing to help our poor service. This offer was accepted on April 11th 2017. This review is being written on may 17th 2017... Still no reply to my answer, nor have we received the voucher.Utterly disgraceful service. From such a well known and apparently reputable company!

The food was great lots of choice stafff were very attentive , expensive if you haven't got a voucher

Not a great fan of pizzas but was here with my family.We were shown to our table by the manager who sounded Scottish, I would like to congratulate him and another male waiter for being the best waiters we've ever had the pleasure to meet, well done your a credit to this establishment.Our meal came without any hitches was lovely and hot the lasagne was just lovely and our granddaughter loved the evening thank you so much you all made our evening.

came here as a last minute choice on a wednesday evening and it was busy but there were tables available, the only issue was parking as there aren't many spaces for the number of customers at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very fast and enjoyable, will be visiting this particular restaurant again

Nice price, service and food love the fact also the free salad with your meal highly recommend and I will definitely return

Pizzas are slightly over priced for what they are but thats what you expect with chain restaurants. Great flavours on mains and I love the salad bar and ice cream factory (although this had less toppings that it used to have). Great for families and birthday celebrations. If you manage to catch an offer youre in for a winner.

Well to start the evening off the staff saw that us and the some other customers were waiting and they couldn't be bothered to come over to us and get us seated at a table, then they didn't wipe the table we were seated at and we had to ask a staff member to wipe it. I have seen better trained staff else where to be honest. Then we had to wait quite a while to have our order taken which was very bad, I had the time to reply to everything I had to in the time it took them to actually come and take our order. To top it all off the pizza one of my family members ordered didn't come with everything it said it did which was very disappointing as well, I have worked in a restaurant before and you should inform the customer of any part of the order that cannot be achieved to required standard. Overall I wouldn't come back with anyone until the staff are better trained and overall competent with there job. Very disappointing overall.

My husband and I visited the restaurant last night for my birthday, it was the first time we have visited since the refurb. We ordered the new sharing deal where you get pizza, garlic bread, two sides and a dessert; we both left feeling comfortably full and it is good value for money. Our server Matthew was very attentive and friendly, we were never waiting very long for anything.Overall the food was great and the service was fab, we will definitely be returning and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Mansfield with great food, service and a nice atmosphere.

I took two of my kids to Pizza Hut after the cinema. It turned out to be as average as I thought it would be. The positives are there is no need for starters as you can have as much salad as you like. The kids menus are good value and the refillable drinks are a plus. The negatives are the pizzas are just too expensive for what you receive. With all a lot of other pizza chains springing up like MOD/Stonebaked and established chains like Pizza Express, Pizza Hut just isn't keeping up. My thin crust 11" pizza was OK, just about and I felt leaving just as happy as when I walked in (not a good sign). Two things that annoy me about Pizza Hut1. We have two kids menus but why no Adult set menu? 2. The Pizza Hut 'Loyalty' app is a joke. For every £10 you spend you get a point, when you get to 6 points you get a free pizza. That would be great but the trick is you only get one point per transaction. So if I spent £60 I would get the same amounts as if I had spent £10. That is not rewarding loyalty. App well and truly deleted.

Me and wife on our monthly nite out order the big share starter pizza desert ordered bbq ribs got spicy ribs half and half pizza which came with the starter so was cold by the time we started to eat it waited that long for desert we cancelled it the waiter was very polite But service time very poor over all will not rush back

Visited here last week and took my two childrenMy son had a pizza with a drink and a Ice Cream Factory.My little girl had a set childs menu.and I had a spare rib starter and one bottle of beer.I was given the wrong ribs as I wanted the spicy ones and my son had the salad bar included in his meal and we put about 7 tortilla chips in a bowl from my sons dish for my daughter and was totally shocked they charged my daughter a full salad bar to for pinching a couple to tortilla chips from my sons dish. Shocking !! which I think was £3.29 for seven tortilla's crisps.Total Bill was £32I will never be going here again.

It wasn't very busy when we arrived and had a choice of where to sit. The table was stick, even though the waiting staff cleaned it. We opted for the buffet lunch but the salad items were poor. The staff however were friendly and helpful.

Only thing worth having is salad bar to be honest I find Pizza Hut overpriced for what you get and try to avoid if possible Staff are not helpful and service takes far to long

Staff were fine. Alas probably the last time I'll visit a Pizza Hut restaurant. Used to be a nice experience with chicken strips, wedges all on plates etc. etc., a normal restaurant. Now it's not much more than a KFC or similar fast food joint just that you sit down. The chicken strips and wedges have gone on the new menu replaced by chicken bites which are served in naff plastic basket and chips. Asked for the usual dips that I've always had to be told don't do dips anymore and to gather some dressing from the salad bar. It's like they've slimmed the offering just a little too much to take the edge of going to a restaurant off. I may be in the minority as the kids like the ice cream factory etc. however it's just a little too basic/fast foody for me to bother anymore. Shame.

Have visited on many occasion, felt needed to comment this time as husband highly delighted with new menu, loved the ribs.

Inefficient young staff not supervised by any older more experienced staff. Totally inefficient and disorganised, long wait. To cap it all wanted to pay in cash but had no change whatsoever, hard to beleive but it is true!

My daughter had her 16th birthday with friends this week. You need to be aware the staff are a bit forgetful !!! I booked and gave my name 2 days in advance and on the day 1.5 hours before my daughters meal we dropped a cake and candles in only to find they had the table booked in a totally different name !!! Good job we went in as it would appear that they may not have actually taken the booking !!!We sorted that out and handed over a cake and birthday candles and asked if they could bring it out at the end for my daughter . Guess what they totally forgot to bring the cake out even thought the host and waiting team acknowledged her birthday !!!!! So very disappointed and let down by this poor communication . We then complained the following day the Manager wanted us to list the names of every member of staff on that night with full descriptions so she could investigate ( surely she has a Rota of who was working) rather than admitting they had made a huge error and let a customer down !!! While talking to the manager she forgot my wife's name 3 times very poor and unprofessional and has left a bad impression of how the restaurant is run.

Better than expected, staff are very friendly and welcoming.Food choice is so much more than billy basic pizza , wide and varied styles of pizza , pasta, sides and meat dishes.Great value for money with the refillable soft drinks at £2.60 , you know how fast kids drink and it's nice to be able to not watch the purse strings.Little pricey on wines but you can not have it both ways.We all really enjoyed it.Would defiantly go again!

We visited this Pizza Hut for a family birthday. The service was spot on.... Friendly and professional. The food was served hot and tasted delicious. The variety at the salad bar was very good. Very relaxed atmosphere. Comfy chairs. Clean toilets. Good value for money on the meal deal and plenty of food for everyone. I'd definitely go back. Thank you Pizza Hut for an enjoyable evening out.

12 for a birthday party today and we all had different starters, mains and drinks. The staff did an amazing job of getting everything right, food was hot, service excellent, everything clean and orderly. The staff were attentive and efficient. Could not have asked for better !!

So we came at 8pm on a sunday evening. Hardly anyone in. Took a good 5 minutes to get seated.Chairs on tables didnt make us feel welcome and made the place looked closed. Ordered food. Was okay. However pizza to share and no plates or cuttlery. And then it was dirty. Waited 15 minutes for someone to clear plates and take a desert order. After 15 minutes i took the plates the the bar and asked for some service to which she replied i didnt need to do that. Well after 15 minutes of waiting and a freezing reataurant i may aswell.So now were waiting for deserts shiverivering as it is very cold. Got to say looks like no management on and a lack of effort from the staff. Dissapointed being an understatement.

We came today. We did book because there was quite a few of us. 4 adults 4 kids. Took a long time for someone to come take our order. However the waiter was lovely. Food was very nice however things got forgotten and we had to chase up part of our order.Clearing plates and ordering deserts again very slow service. All In all good food and the staff (when they were around) were lovely. Just think service times could be improved.

Like the new changers how the restaurant looks but the service is STOCKING we waited over 25 minutes after we finished our food and in the end I had to go and ask one of the members of staff to ask them to take how dessert order and the worst thing is that they ain't even busy don't think We will be coming back to this Pizza Hut !!.

We ate here today and table was unclean poor service from staff .Toilets unclean too but Food good .

Me, my husband and 2 children (13 & 6) went at 3.15pm as their lunch time buffet is extended during school holidays to 5pm. Was extremely quiet but we prefer that. Good choice of pizza and salad. Me n hubby had the Lucy buffet, 6 yr old wanted chicken and chips and 13 yr old had kids buffet. Lots of pizza, pop n ice cream was had. The new refurb was good and made place look clean (although toilets weren't up to scratch- little dirty). The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful and the total bill was £32. So nice time had by all.
