Pizza Box in Mansfield

I have been a long-term customer of Pizza Box. The employees are cheerful and very friendly. Their service is fast and the food is delicious.

Not a great meal for both burger meals tonight one being a kids beef burger meal and second being a "half pounder chicken burger " the burgers were just a soggy mess,the beef burger was virtually inedible. The chicken burger is not what I was expecting,I was expecting a crispy chicken burger,but instead i got 2 soggy buns with 2 flavourless wet type flat chicken steaks. I did eat one of these. But the burger was too soggy to eat..the fries weren't too bad but by far the worst burgers I've had and definitely will no next time not to not a burger.

Was eating a pizza and found a strange hair… wasn’t sure if it was a beard hair or a pube but never ordering again

Prices are reasonable with good offers. But taste (pizzas) is a little blend in my opinion. Overall not bad.

Food was absolutely disgusting spent nearly 30 pound just for it all to be thrown in the bin won’t be ordering again that’s for sure and we paid extra for cheese to be put on and it came without appalling tbh and a disgrace

Best food, best prices and great service.

Just had a delivery. Was impressed with the speed of delivery but did not appreciate the bunches of long hairs in the kebab. Now in the bin after throwing up.

Pizzas blow Domino's and Papa John's etc out of the water. Fantastic garlic bread, decent chips, and even their salads are good. Good quality food and good value for money.

Just got a takeout from here and was shocked at the lack of food hygiene. The nuggets were carried out in bare hands no gloves, no tray. Then the same woman ate a chip touched her phone did not wash her hands and proceeded to make my wrap which she the lobbed onto the counter. The older woman appeared slightly embarrassed especially when the music blaring had swearing in it. We waited to be served as there was nobody at the counter but we could hear laughing. Had to be asked by another worker 3 times to come and serve the customers. Appalling

Great place for tasty pizza, kebab, burgers, cheesey chips. Lots of choice and good quality food. Staff really friendly and helpful. They also have some great offer on. Try the K Special pizza, just trust me 😚👌

Had Chicken shish kebab and kofta kebab great portions hot tasty meat definitely order again quick delivery too

They have amazing pizza there ☺️ You can see and taste they using a very good products, special cheese. I like Calzone pizza base, crust outside and soft inside , not full of oil like in others places in Mansfield. Also people who work there are nice 🙂 Chips was suprise me- better then McDonalds chips! 🙂

Wonderful food, pizza isn't like normal standard takeaway that all taste the same. It's really tasty and the selection of different bottoms really makes it. We usually go somewhere else, found this place by chance. Absolutely will be returning! Thank you

Always a great service and nice food

This is the best pizza around , always hot , never had a problem with any of my orders arrive on time , really would recommend you will not be disappointed brilliant polite service , excellent delivery people very polite and friendly don't be shy try them out we did and we havnt looked or gone anywhere else

Ordered online and was delivered in great time. The doner wrap was delicious and very generous portion. The fried chicken was some of the best Ive had. Would definitely go back when I visit Mansfield.

Great Pizza been a regular costumer for the last 4 year’s but tonight my Reg pizza went up from £6 to £8 without warning not happy won’t see me again. Not the way to treat regular customers Very Very disappointed

Disgusting place with rude owner with a bad attitude and rude staff! They know nothing about Italian pizzas and cant even cook!?Rubbish Food! Absolutely dire, awful! Food not even cooked properly and my little daughters chicken wings were smelly; cold and greasy. Salad was full off water! Food absolutely Disgusting. We both felt very ill after eating here! Avoid this place unless you want to end up in hospital with Food poisoning. Rubbish place, Don't eat here!!! AVOID!!!

Good food quality, fast and tasty would recommend to anyone who would like to eat best calzone.

Not as good as used to be ,chicken kebab and chips used to be my fav but lately portions are so small compare to others!!

Best donor wraps I've ever had, the only thing is that I can't never finish it, not greasy salad crisp and garlic mayo lush, staff really lovely make u feel welcome x

Always had lovely food from here until tonight I thought I would treat my kids even my salad was uneatable . My son's pizza was not cooked and my little boys chicken wings was cold and greasy. Salad was full off water and greasy disgusting so I ended up cooking

The last time we used this takeaway we discovered that we had a raw burger and a stale burger bun but giving it the benefit of the doubt we tried it again 2 month later. Due to a misprint on menu we ordered a chicken kebab and it came as a chicken doner not a chicken shish as we wanted. On ringing and complaining, the staff member appeared very rude and arrogant stating it was our fault for ordering the wrong kebab. Due to having dislexia my partner finds some things hard to read this is very misleading. So he decided to go back into the place and show them the menu the staff sempt to be a little more helpful and sympathetic then. Maybe they need to learn correct telephone manner and brush up on their customer service skills.

After 10yrs I found the best takeaway !! First of all very nice staff , kind and listen !! I had my first order today with extra requests and first time in my life I get what I need !!! The kebab very delicious, good portion good price ! Anywhere before asked some extra salad I never get also most of places didn’t know how to make crispy chips ... But this place did a great job , the delivery time was 20 minutes early as expected , the website they have really easy to browsing in , also its professional !! They give you lots of option to chose on orders !! This place I can tell is fab !! Our favourite place from now on , see u soon guys !! ❤️❤️❤️☺️

Disappointed. Bought a chicken burger and fries before 5pm less than 2 hrs after shop had opened and none of the two were FRESH. Fries were reheated and chicken burger was reheated not freshly cooked. Both tasted like left over oil :(( If I could would have given no stars.

I have never had an issue with this place until tonight . The pizza’s are amazing. BUT I ordered strawberry cheescake haagen daaz icecream they sent belgian chocolate , i called to tell them and was told they didn’t have any of that flavour in stock. Told they tried to phone but no answer - my phone never rang - then told they were busy so didnt have time to call - I explained the problem was I cannot eat belgian chocolate so it is wasted - told nothing can do about it . Asked to speak to a manager - noone available - told to call back tomorrow! Said I would never use them again and would be writing a review to reflect my experience - the response I got was ‘ok’ . Waste of £5 So add poor customer service to this review too. I’ll never order from here again .

Got the order wrong so they dropped off a second pizza and that also was wrong .said would bring another and just didn't bother will nether use again staff was rude and to get the order wrong twice is just crazy

I've visited PizzaBox multiple of times now and I have to say every time I purchase anything from them the food is absolutely Great far much better then any UK fast food out there in Mansfield! Top notch customer service, understanding yet polite. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. I advice people to try their chicken kebab as I can totally reward this fast food takeaway 6/5 for their chicken meat texture, taste and quality. THE BEST IN THE TOWN. One thing that could be worked on is the oil that the fries are fried on as its not the best, it has a specific taste to it, also the garlic sos could be more organic and looked through as well. Overall I love buying food from them and it's not the first nor last time I'm going in to buy some fresh yet delicious food! BIG UPS!

Bone dry garlic bread smallest peace of lamb kabab and it was supposed to be a large hair in the food and it was cold as well

Changed the time after ordering cos they couldn't be arsed to bring it.

Poor quality food all smashed up boxes crushed wouldn't answer the phone after delivery had to get refund from just eat

Pedimos desde este llevar todo el tiempo! Como un llevar entendidos recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera! El kebab de pollo es la mejor kebabs, y las pizzas son realmente sabroso! Domino Top aumenta cada vez para mí!
