Just order with my partner. We had half and half pizza with garlic bread and wings. The last time we ordered it was so dry, no cheese, was terrible. I'm so so happy we tried again, because it was the best we've ever had it. Perfect. I don't know if you got new pizza chef, but it was 1000x better than last time. Well done 👏

What a disappointment! Just under £40 for three pizzas that lacked in toppings. I’ve not ordered pizza from here since March of last year and now I remember why. I’m pretty sure that a sign hangs in the office saying minimum toppings = maximum profits. I shall not be ordering again.

I had ordered small pizza today. One team member was cleaning the glass standing on the pizza making top with his shoes wearing. The other team member was making pizza just next to him .it was really disgusting to watch. Food safety standards was really bad. I had to throw my pizza in the bin 😒. Icing on the cake,once he finished the cleaning he didn't throw the cornmeal which was spread next to his shoes they were keep using it for more pizzas. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

First time having Domino's since they moved into the new shop. The pizza is dead. Look how dry and cheeseless that is! £24 for bread and hard BBQ sauce.

Very poor service, bad atmosphere and very poor quality of food for price you pay.

Ordered on the app, for the pizza I changed a topping, and added a topping but they just took the topping off that I wanted changing, not good when an extra topping is nearly £2.

Ordered pizzas for tea for husband, myself and young daughter. Ordered around 5.30 Food was reasonably quick to arrive delivery driver was nice. Ordered a Hawaiian and a pepperoni passion pizza. The pizzas were lovely and hot upon arrival, The Hawaiian was lovely and full of toppings however i wouldn’t call it a pepperoni passion was more like pizza base with way to much pizza sauce not much cheese and could hardly see the pepperoni only a few slices at near the crust if the pizza. Even with the 50% discount not worth the £23.

Terrible, always ask for double pizza sauce as now it's so dry. They never put it on, also reduced the amount of cheese. So it's super dry, you can actually see where the cheese is missing now. Too expensive now, as they put delivery charge on. Shame.

We have order bbq texas pizza with extra mushrooms. We got like few mushroms and extra cost for this is not worth. Missing also a red pepper which should be on topping

Back to normal, can't read/won't read a pizza modification... They'll give you what they want not what you order.... Don't even bother adding tomatoes to a margarita.... Think they just show it a tomato on its way out!

Ordered tonight waiting for ever tracking pizza said quality check so obviously ready checked again 20 mins later & still quality check in other words it's ready & there are not enough drivees to deliver it when it did eventually arrive 1 hr after order was warm not good enough.. bitterly disappointed with this dood should arrive hot not tepid

Get a voucher off Confused. Com but can't use it for meal deals. Cancel the meal deal and try to order a pizza alone and the app won't let me, ring store and they 'can't do anything to help' A £20 voucher is a £20 voucher, and if it can't be used on meal deals that needs to made clear. Didn't sound sympathetic on the phone at all, more like they didn't care.

Where do I start? The last few times I've ordered from here they have messed the order up. I usually go for the veggie volcano and swap out the tomato for chicken. Each time I've taken delivery the jalapeños are missing and dirty mushrooms are in their place. I'm not sure if this is a database/website issue or worker incompetence but for the same issue to happen 3 times is a joke. My last issue is that their tracker always says the pizza has been delivered when it hasn't. That leads me to making a phone call to check on its status and this has happened 3 times as well. Suffice to say I won't be ordering from this store again.

App said food delivered 15 minutes before it was, no doubt so they would meet their targets. Couldn't get through on the phone line to check where the delivery was when not received- just cut off after 1 minute without answering. Food cold when arrived. Delivery driver unapologetic. For the past months noe the pizza is soo soggy and not well cooked.. it use to be very cripsy and finger licking but its all soggy

Fast services and delicious food

I’ve set myself a mini challenge, that is to try all the names pizza restaurants (take-away) in the town. It must be 10 years since I last had a Dominos pizza and had high expectations though was disappointed to read some of the comments on here. We placed our order online with ease, selected delivery asap and sure enough 40 minutes later it was delivered to our door by a friendly/ well presented delivery person in a clean uniform The pizzas were ok, decent size, slightly over cooked, the topping was a little sparse, taste wise, it was ok but nothing special. Though there was nothing technicality wrong with the order, it wasn’t anything special either, it didn’t give me the feeling I wanted to order again anytime soon, it was a missed opportunity by Dominos, if I had to order from Domino’s I would but by choice, I’m sure there are better in the town so my quest continues

Great vegan pizza, very friendly staff, ordered by phone for home delivery. Arrived exactly on time by a cheerful smiling delivery man. Will definitely order from them again

To expensive and piza always burnt

Woeful. Order a tandoori 'HOT''... and it come with no jalapenos or pepper on it. Just a pile or mushrooms and chicken. Bit silly ordering a hot pizza that isn't hot. The other pizzas had hardly any toppings. The cheese burger pizza had hardly anything on it other than tomatoes and sauce. Some of the slices had no beef on at all. So disappointed for the price!!

Lovely lad on the counter helped me out big time. Very friendly and helpful. A real bonus that I had great customer service along with a fantastic pizza and side. Forgot chicken wings off our order although was charged for them and shop was closed before I was able to call back to inform them. Delivery said 25-35 mins, waited over an hour and the pizza really wasn't great. Seriously over priced!! Won't be using Dominos again.

Pizzas are always fresh n tasty...on time and a different world compared to woodhouse dominos....how can they be so far apart yet be the same company...

We order from dominos quite often. Never use to have a problem and we still love the food. However, service is getting worse. On a few occasions now the order has arrived and it's either been wrong or something missing. Tonight being one of them... 3 items missing. We had ordered via the app and prepaid. When i mentioned it to the delivery driver, he just shrugged and said I don't know, I'm only the driver, no offer to call the shop!!! Phoned the shop and got told they would be sent out with the next driver, no offer of refund or a discount for next time. By the time they arrived we had finished our other food. Once we ordered wedges with a pizza order. Received garlic bread, after phoning they explained they had run out of wedges so gave that instead. Surely a phone call to inform us/ ask if that was ok would have been the right thing. As we don't like garlic bread, hence ordering wedges. Again no offer of refund. May have to look for a new pizza place, which is a shame as the food is always good.

I am currently on vacation in Mansfield and ordered the same pizza, buffalo chicken, 2x within a couple days. First one I ordered extra chicken and I know that couldn't possibly be an extra amount, that I paid extra for and the second time the driver forgot the buffalo sauce, and I ordered extra sauce so, I'll say the first pizza was B- and this second one was C-. On a positive note, online ordering was simple, driver's were pleasant and the delivery was extremely fast.

Never had a pizza from here that isn't delicious and delivery has always been fast. Drivers are always friendly and polite.

Italian pizza OK burnt not brilliant why do they burn the pizza even when I told em not too Worst thing they stopped do in tiramasu for dessert so I stopped going and they don't do Dr Pepper

Ordered food for a certain time and phone 5 minutes before to say they have had a power cut 30 minutes ago. Annoyed but then offered a great deal later on! Complete change of service ! Bad to amazing !

Ordered my pizza for delivery on the 14th of Sept at 11.10am for delivery close to 12.30 as possible. Paid over phone on card and awaited my order. At 12.40 rung up to see were it was. She replied she was waiting for driver so could deliver my order!!!! This is no Good!!! Why didn't she ring to say there was a delay?? I only get half hour for lunch so time is tight! After some disgruntled words I asked to cancel order and credit my card back!!! I have never had such service, my business would close if I run it the same way, it stinks!! Avoid this shop if possible folks, they not worth spending your money on! I was and still am fuming! F..king fuming!! Get my drift?? Shocking service, never get my money or orders again!!

Ordered 2 Pizzas the night before we were due to go on honeymoon and received 1 decent (stuffed crust) and 1 inedible (thin crust) The thin crust was paper thin with the topping so hard that i had to throw it away...disgusting!!

Nice food....but £18 for a single pizza is ridiculous 😊. Watch out for ambiguous offers such as for eat for £24. Image on promo shows stuffed crust but that option costs extra !!

Can be hit and miss with the service and wait time but pizza is generally good.

My fussy stepson didn't like anything I had in the fridge and suggested we order from Domino's. The pizza was great, there were also wedges but best of all.....the chocolate cookies. Can't wait to have those again

Put my order thro online which was ok. But the driver that delivered it didnt have a smile never said please or thankyou and never offered to help me take the goods out of the bag. Really let down this time but the food was great cooked really well. But as for the driver im sorry never order again. Back to pizza hut even if i do like domino,s better

This takeaway isn't great. The food is alright but not really up to standards of other dominos restaurants. Food takes ages to be done between order & collection, don't see why when other dominos can do it in half the time?!

Went in to place an order on the way to he cinema, which we didn't end up placing, there was food all over the floor, the girl on the till stood playing with her long un netted hair, complained to head office and all the did was send a free pizza voucher out

This has got to be the most disorganised domino's pizza place I've ever visited. It's the most disorganised domino's I've ever been to. There was only 3 people in the que before me. You can watch the screen showing you your pizza is now being made then in the oven then ready said 9 mins start to finish. Mine said ready only 10 minutes in thought not bad unfortunately the staff don't use their own screen to see I watched my pizza sit on a shelf. Staff constantly walking past not checking if it was mine. The 3 people in front of me had now gone also two people after me had been and gone. I asked any chance men was ready and low and behold they picked up the lone pizza that was put on the shelf 15 minutes ago. Unbelievable In the 25 mins I was in there 2 customers had rang in saying they got the wrong pizza and one customer that came in before me was back saying this wasn't his order lol never seen such organised chaos in my life. God knows how it stays open On a lighter note although my pizza was cold by time I got back to the hotel it was what I ordered and was very nice. But not good enough for me to ever return.

Tried to order from home, couldn't but had this problem before after which I went into the store and ordered but today I tried so I went to the store expected to be servered but the store was shut apparently being open till 12 after I went at half ten, bit lazy in my opinion shouldn't close the store till it's time to close.

My friends and I often order here on out college breaks and then we collect within 20/30 minutes. The pizza sizes are good and they taste delicious. They have a variety of types and always have good deals on.

I love Domino's. The food tastes lovely. However, every single time we order there is 1 or more items missing! Once is fine but every time (and we use Domino's ALOT) it's a bit ridiculous & rather annoying 😡

The best pizzas in mansfield . my favourite delivery service. I insist everyone tried a portion of nachos along with their pizza. Never had any issues with them

Love this place. All staff work very hard and see to you as soon as you enter. All pizzas are made to order and you can actually see them being made,which I like. There is an excellent selection of items to choose from..

Occasionally I like a nice dominos and my local store is great. They often do deals and have offers on during the week. The delivery is normally quick, but can be slower on a weekend. Overall it's not a bad store.

Got the order wrong! I only asked for 2 toppings, how can that be difficult? This is the second time I've had problems with dominos, the first being with the one in Lincoln near sainsburys. Never going to dominos again and would never recommend! Have had a much better experience, and the pizza had been nicer in Papa Johns, would highly recommend Papa Johns!
