never ever again! food arrived without any sauces and tasted terrible. spent over 30 pounds for meal and got cheap stuff with no salad and no sauces, delivery was fast through

never had a bad meal from prima the pizza is delicious also food is fresh and hot highly recommended 👌

Ordered off of the Just eat app, told me my delivery had been delivered yet I was sat here waiting for half an hour past my expected delivery time. Tried calling the restaurant and got no response the 5 times I called. Contacted Just Eat - absolutely disappointed with the service. Wish I could review the food but never got it.

Ordered a pizza, pepperoni and double jalapeño, wasn’t extra jalapeños on the pizza, it was under cooked and rushed, chips was soggy. Totally waste of money.

food was amazing, only reason I gave 4 star quality is because they sent a fruit shoot drink instead of capri sun and forgot to put cabbage in the salad.

garlic bread was rock hard and dry. pizza was cold. they said it was delivered on time.. but then didn't actually turn up for another 15 minutes. think they pressed delivered early to look like they weren't delayed on system. disappointing really.

delivered to the wrong house in completely different town

we ordered three items: one pizza,one jacket potato with mayo,tuna and cheese,and a strawberry cake.We got the pizza,but the cake was chocolate, and jacket potato was with beens instead of cheese. Although we loved the pizza,is was a disappointment that they were only able to deliver 1 correct item of three.Good pizza ,tho

Really quick delivery it has to be said, but that comes at the expense of the pizzas being undercooked! Three times I have ordered from here in the past year and the base has been soggy each time, the second of which was pretty much raw where I had to finish it off in the oven! Should’ve learned my lesson the first time round. Never again.

Ordered southern fried chicken and it was awful. Cooked in old oil so tasted terrible.

Top food, staying in a hotel in the area and took a chance this place, really nice pizza, piping hot and fresh.

We had it delivered 1st by just eat driver, smoking and pizza was like a car crash, spoke to manager of restaurant he sent us out a new pizza which was amazingly tasty… and can say I will in future use their own app…. Good bye “just eat” sort your drivers out!

Absolutely appalled at delivery drivers behaviour caught having a piss next to someones house after dropping off pizza. handling food and doing that in public is shocking to say the least... and then when confronted about it. For there passenger to threaten and spit at the gentlemen confronting his behaviour.. Shocked that this is allowed from a place that handles food and the level of disrespect for someone employed for customers service.

Don’t know why I ordered from here again after last few times . One kid left it all, other kids left most of it. Dry cold nuggets. Dinner meat dry and overcooked on mine. Didn’t ask for the cheese or the chilli sauce.used to love this place. Won’t be bothering anymore waste of money. Disappointed…… again

Disgrace… food was just shocking. Freezing cold… the food was not cooked… even the drunks after town wouldn’t consume that. This place needs some intervention from the food standard agency’ please review your choice before using this place….. also the driver! The disrespect from this guy is a joke.

Half of the staff do not know what food hygiene and self hygiene is and the old man in the shop he touched my food without washing, and after sneezing on his hands, then went to pack my food away and offered no apology or discount so I won’t recommend them to anybody

All the pizzas tasted the same. Meat feast had no meat and peperoni lucky to have half a slice the bolognaise had raw onions. We ordered 4 pizzas did not expect this at all. Very disappointed. The photos show they look we couldn't work out which pizza was Whitchurch. Absolutely appalled

The drive rang me saying he couldn’t find the house so I came out to the road and he drove off as I was walking to his car

my food was freezing by the time it got to me, my kids fell asleep by the time it came because it took that long. poor children couldnt have any food. the delivery driver was so rude to me when he brought the food not the right way you should speak to a happy customer

Not very nice, bland garlic bread and the garlic dip was watery and sour, chips were too oily, I personally wouldn’t order again.

Not very good at all! Ordered and collected to get home and they have done normal chops instead of cheese chips and still charged me 3.50£ phoned and they said to come back and they will do cheese chips went back and handed me one small pot of cheese to add to cold chips! Will not be going again

Prima saved the day today. Ordered from KFC first and the JustEat driver STOLE my food. So I turned to a takeaway I’ve trusted for a long time now and not only did they deliver it swiftly, it was amazing food as per usual! Thanks a lot guys :)

First the food was late by over half an hour and when we received the food it was close to being cold. The chicken shish wasn’t a shish kebab at all, it was just chicken cooked in the oven. It didn’t taste at all like it should. Also the chicken was very rubbery like it had been cooked and then reheated in the microwave. We ended up leaving it all. Topping it off we brought a bottle of tango and didn’t even get it we received coke instead. Wasn’t happy with this one bit.

Food was due for delivery between 7.25 and 7.45 arrived at 8.20 and was missing a pizza and high was for my 7 year old son who was without any dinner They did send it out separately by which time the rest of the food which was delivered originally was stone cold

The worst kebab I’ve ever had in my life. Overcooked, pathetic portion of meat and salad. Soggy chips and soggy pizza. Won’t be buying from here again. Just hoping what I did eat, doesn’t make me ill 🤮 Offered a £10 discount on next order - errr no thanks … don’t fancy eating anything from there again!!
