Prima Donna Pizza in Mansfield

Really quick delivery it has to be said, but that comes at the expense of the pizzas being undercooked! Three times I have ordered from here in the past year and the base has been soggy each time, the second of which was pretty much raw where I had to finish it off in the oven! Should’ve learned my lesson the first time round. Never again.

Ordered southern fried chicken and it was awful. Cooked in old oil so tasted terrible.

Knocked when told specifically too call, pizza was not warm and can of Dr Pepper was room temp

Top food, staying in a hotel in the area and took a chance this place, really nice pizza, piping hot and fresh.

The chicken was very greasy. I didn’t like the taste of the kebab meat.

We had it delivered 1st by just eat driver, smoking and pizza was like a car crash, spoke to manager of restaurant he sent us out a new pizza which was amazingly tasty… and can say I will in future use their own app…. Good bye “just eat” sort your drivers out!

Absolutely appalled at delivery drivers behaviour caught having a piss next to someones house after dropping off pizza. handling food and doing that in public is shocking to say the least... and then when confronted about it. For there passenger to threaten and spit at the gentlemen confronting his behaviour.. Shocked that this is allowed from a place that handles food and the level of disrespect for someone employed for customers service.

Delivery man got angry as i've said to put food infront of the door because i was late.

Don’t know why I ordered from here again after last few times . One kid left it all, other kids left most of it. Dry cold nuggets. Dinner meat dry and overcooked on mine. Didn’t ask for the cheese or the chilli sauce.used to love this place. Won’t be bothering anymore waste of money. Disappointed…… again

Disgrace… food was just shocking. Freezing cold… the food was not cooked… even the drunks after town wouldn’t consume that. This place needs some intervention from the food standard agency’ please review your choice before using this place….. also the driver! The disrespect from this guy is a joke.

Half of the staff do not know what food hygiene and self hygiene is and the old man in the shop he touched my food without washing, and after sneezing on his hands, then went to pack my food away and offered no apology or discount so I won’t recommend them to anybody

All the pizzas tasted the same. Meat feast had no meat and peperoni lucky to have half a slice the bolognaise had raw onions. We ordered 4 pizzas did not expect this at all. Very disappointed. The photos show they look we couldn't work out which pizza was Whitchurch. Absolutely appalled

The drive rang me saying he couldn’t find the house so I came out to the road and he drove off as I was walking to his car

my food was freezing by the time it got to me, my kids fell asleep by the time it came because it took that long. poor children couldnt have any food. the delivery driver was so rude to me when he brought the food not the right way you should speak to a happy customer

£33.00 order DID NOT GET DELIVERED AT ALL as the driver couldn't fathom out the road diversion en-route.

Kebab came without tomatoes, cucombers, missing so salad, no spicy green thingy. Poorly made.

Food arrived super hot and fresh, arrived early aswell which is a bonus! Delivery driver was super nice aswell! The chips were nice and hot and cooked perfectly, and the pizzas were delish, nice and thin just how we like it ❤️ 10/10 recommend :)

Never had a bad order from this place, portion sizes are more than enough, always have it delivered and I've not ever received a order that hasn't come piping hot and early🙌🏼

Not very nice, bland garlic bread and the garlic dip was watery and sour, chips were too oily, I personally wouldn’t order again.

Great food, Great prices and Great delivery! order came within 20 minutes! What more could you ask for? .... maybe some slightly thicker cookie dough

Not very good at all! Ordered and collected to get home and they have done normal chops instead of cheese chips and still charged me 3.50£ phoned and they said to come back and they will do cheese chips went back and handed me one small pot of cheese to add to cold chips! Will not be going again

Prima saved the day today. Ordered from KFC first and the JustEat driver STOLE my food. So I turned to a takeaway I’ve trusted for a long time now and not only did they deliver it swiftly, it was amazing food as per usual! Thanks a lot guys :)

First the food was late by over half an hour and when we received the food it was close to being cold. The chicken shish wasn’t a shish kebab at all, it was just chicken cooked in the oven. It didn’t taste at all like it should. Also the chicken was very rubbery like it had been cooked and then reheated in the microwave. We ended up leaving it all. Topping it off we brought a bottle of tango and didn’t even get it we received coke instead. Wasn’t happy with this one bit.

Not much topping on the pizzas, and they weren't hot enough, plus the pepperoni had an unusual taste compared to other takeaways.

Food was due for delivery between 7.25 and 7.45 arrived at 8.20 and was missing a pizza and high was for my 7 year old son who was without any dinner They did send it out separately by which time the rest of the food which was delivered originally was stone cold

The worst kebab I’ve ever had in my life. Overcooked, pathetic portion of meat and salad. Soggy chips and soggy pizza. Won’t be buying from here again. Just hoping what I did eat, doesn’t make me ill 🤮 Offered a £10 discount on next order - errr no thanks … don’t fancy eating anything from there again!!

Bought a small doner kebab, cost me £8!!! Meat was cold and hard, guys were too busy messing about and the guy who did the pitta didnt even wear gloves, been pooing fire all day.. do not recommend

Horrible cold pizza phoned shop to complain about it and they called me a liar and said it was hot worse food IV eaten and wouldn't even go there again even if the food was free staff are arrogant as well.... avoid this place at all costs horrible disgusting food and horrible staff....

I have used this restaurant quite a few times. The last 2 times my order has arrived late/ cold. I'm a Diabetic, so do need the times to be accurate.

Never one to complain but my Son’s nuggets and fries were so dry he didn’t eat them and my £10 Shish kebab was tiny, I mean I understand the amount of meat but I asked for all salad and it was if they’d run out! Won’t order again lads, sorry!

NEVER order from here guys! My husband had a kabab from there last night and please tell me why it had small sharp bone throughout his entire food Then ended up with food poisoning! This place needs shutting down and I will be going further than just a review let me tell you. Disgusting

expensive cans that never turn up

It showed on the app as delivered but when calling the restaurant was told it was on way and arrived 25 minutes after the call, i live 15 minutes away from restaurant. The food was cold and needed warming up which was poor as had salad on it, the calzone was poor to look at and again was cold so not great as all food needed to be warmed up, salad showed as lettuce, cabbage, onion and tomato only came with bit lettuce, i small piece tomato and some onion. Would never order from hete again or reco
