The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in South West

I honestly don't why I have bothered .... 2nd time now that they've me my order with missing items... I swore to myself I'd not order from dominoes again! But there here I am... 1st I order cookies, to get open my order to find I have a box of garlic bread instead, to ring the store to be told cookies are out of stock...after placing my order online it would have been nice to have a call to say they're out of stock and to be ordered something else sweet or a refund.. instead I was giving another box of garlic bread which of course is nothing like cookies! And very disappointing and gutting to say the least, still once I phoned them, no solution given ... that was that! Anyway, tonight I give them a 2nd chance. Order comes to the door i admittedly realise something is missing, I speak to driver who then checks the label on the food who also realises my garlic bread is missing, he speaks to the staff at the store who then say they'll call me to arrange a re delivery of the missing garlic bread. An hour as has now passed, no call, no re delivery. The garlic bread was for my daughter as she prefer that to the pizza. So this evening we have shared a small pizza together, which obviously isn't enough, I've spent my evening picking every topping off my pizza🙃🙃 to share to her! And now it's late! We're both still hungry, and haven't received the missing side 😤 dominoes are not cheap these days! Awaiting an email from customer service as i would like a refund!

Ordered online. Half an hour after promised delivery time, no delivery despite their website saying it had been. When we finally got through on the phone, they said we would have to wait another hour. Telling untruths seems to he standard practice. Never again will I order from you.

The woman who works around lunch time and the chap who rides a motorbike are such an absolute pleasure to deal with. The food is great, really tasty and the offers are always good I've had some issues with delivery in the past but have been compensated for the trouble by going through the site. I would give them higher marks but I haven't been able to order from them for a while, I finish work at 8 so I'll sometimes get takeawy as a treat and the app always says they're not doing deliveries from then on. Investing in some late night delivery drivers would be a big plus I think.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Domino’s, but my previous 2 time experiences have left me genuinely disappointed. It’s clear the company is making some questionable decisions, both in terms of customer service and overall direction. First, the customer service has taken a serious nosedive. I’ve encountered rude staff, delayed orders. On one occasion, my order was wrong they were not believed me and ask me to bring pizza back which i took and gave to them. When I called to report the issue, I was got juat another and no effort to make things right even no sorry or apologies. Second,It happened yesterday i ordered pizza and got delivery but the pizza wasn’t in good condition. i called domino back again but the Manager Behaviour was unacceptable. As far as costumer is concerned his way of dealing with me wasn’t good and he asked me to check it on dominos website it looks same as delivered but it wasn’t as i attached pictures down below. I asked him to deliver the pizza again but when i got the pizza second time , the manager asked me to return the initial order then only i will get the fresh delivery. Worse still, Domino’s seems more interested in flashy marketing than actual quality or consistency. They advertise new deals and tech features, but if the food doesn’t arrive properly and the staff doesn’t care, what’s the point? It feels like the company is prioritizing image over integrity. Domino’s used to be reliable comfort food. Now it feels like they’ve lost their way. I hope they take the criticism seriously and start putting customers first again.

Great pizza, veggie with extra mozza, oh and Jalops. Pizza very tasty indeed, hot and cut to perfection. Furthermore, it was delivered on time in full. Thank you so much., 👍

We visited for a quick lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The pizza was great but the service really was superb. So friendly, and the staff even took care of a shopping bag we inadvertently left behind.

Marked as delivered didn’t show up spoke to someone on the phone and they were just plain rude wouldn’t bother again

Do not order from these idiots again. Not only do they get your order wrong but they tie up the bags to tightly that you cannot open them.

I visited this Pizza Hut to make an order during a very busy Saturday evening and the staff (Chris and another team member whose name I didn’t get but also wish to thank) were the most friendly and helpful I could have wished for. The pizzas were delicious, hot and cooked perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut for both the quality of food and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you!

After hours of back and forth with customer service and store i was told that the store claims to have delivered the order which isn't true. I watched the delivery app and they never turned up to my address and only marked it as delivered once they returned to the store. The only conclusion I can come up with is they either delivered to the complete wrong address or stole the order. If you want food, don't bother. They will steal your food and claim it was delivered.

Lovely food! Lovely staff. I had Chips and onion rings wish I'd got double the amount of onions rings really good, and tasty. Nice chips. But most of all the staff are friendly, helpful and a testament to bridgwater. We need more guys like the staff at Yummies. They looked out for me when I had some local yobs try to steal my bike from me. The staff invited me inside and made me feel safe. A big thank you to them all. Especially the big guy in the chiefs hat and appron, thank you so much. We need more people like you in this town 😊👍 big thumbs up. Best food place in town.

Ordered food, nothing has turned up over two and a half hours later no answer from the restaurant and no help from deliveroo, I will not order from papa johns ever again. Absolutely atrocious service.

Had a bad experience, I asked to get the Tuesday deal which is buy one and get one free the guy behind the counter refuses. Poor customer service.
