You don't take card as you don't have a card machine you ask for our telephone number so u can send your bank details that way, I said no and you push us out of the door to use the cash machine in the garage which charges £2 , as you prefer cash, sorry if I work for a living and have to pay tax on it then I'd like to know the food I buy from a takeaway does too , I will avoid getting food from you in future and make sure everyone I know avoids you too. Very poor way to run a business

Ordered last week and the pizzas were undercooked like stodgy. Hubby enjoyed the mix kebab. Ordered again tonight (no pizzas) and hubby said kebab was awful no taste he even did a covid test to check. Will never order from them again and waste money. 1st time we could forgive but not 2nd.

Oh dear either there not set up for busy times or they dont know there cooking times all the chicken ordered was well overcooked hard and chewy chips were good but not what the main order was pitta bread was to hard and not sure what the mixed kebab was about mixed with what ? Will have to give a miss dont have many takeaways and wont be if like this.

Have used AFC for years and has always been very good but since the new cook(I can't use the word chef) has taken over the food quality has declined rapidly to the point where we will not order again. 1st order the pitta was so hard and chewy(probably microwaved) it was inedible 2nd order the chips were hard and chewy 3rd order the chilli sauce would strip a pine door in seconds and the last order we had the kebab meat must have been reheated under a grill or microwaved as it was all hard,dry and tasteless. Please please please bring back the previous cook a 5 year old could do better.

I had been there a few times but always found the staff to have poor customer service skills, but kept going as the pizzas were great. One time I rang up and clearly ordered a pizza to have half of one ingredient and half of another ingredient but when I turned up it wasn't correct. I politely said that I had definitely asked for specific toppings on the phone but was basically told that I was in the wrong/had asked for the wrong toppings. I think in most places they would just correct the order but they didn't and I had to pay for a pizza I didn't even want. Never been there again as this experience really put me off.

Very tasty and hot food delivered to us best service and very nice staff aswell will use always now. Best I've had in a long time really.

very rude staff used them a few times won't bother again something what was a simple mistake by a staff member there and very easily and quickly corrected and all we can here receiving our food is the shop on the phone to the delivery driver calling us allsorts and kicking right off shouting and going about us and the driver apologised and was nice knew we heard it word for word ... just the management that's the problem zero customer service skills I did call the shop to ask what the issue was as all was sorted and obviously I was greeted with the old playing dumb trick and it was all denied won't be spending my money there again

So my kebab turns up with grease all over the outer packaging. I get half way through eating my kebab before I realize that there has been tissue in my kebab the whole time, not noticing it because I put garlic sauce all over it -_- Time and time again I give use a try thinking use will change. Use never do.

Waited almost 2 hours for my food, when I phoned up they was rude and started interrupting me whenever I spoke. 100% will be taking my custom elsewhere

Have been using this place for years, and the pizzas are as good as any, but about a third of the price if you get them at lunch time on the special menus, and half the price of elsewhere in the evening. Never had a bad pizza from here. Can recommend it

Firstly it's a Take-Away food outlet they do not cater for dining/eating in. Which is a good thing in 2 ways, as keeps the price lower and they cater for ordering over phone with free delivery to your doorstep, if order is over £10 and address is is within 3 miles of the location. They cater fo ordering online, over the phone as well as walkin customers ordering to collect and go Delivery of food, states to allow up to an hour during busy periods and arrived well within this time frame Ordering online was very easy considering the varied selection of food available catering for every pallet as well as the standard of the food was excellent as well as very affordable if buying for an entire family Highly recommend to use if ever visit the area and are staying at a hotel without board

Have been using this takeaway for years and they compare v favourably with others. Good portion size, generally good quality, nice variety of salad for kebabs, great chilli mayo, chilli and yoghurt sauce. Would have been 5 stars but I sometimes the pizzas are a bit greasy. Overall highly recommended.

Considering we've used this place for years, to the extent we have it on speed dial, I was surprised to find I'd never reviewed it. In return, they also seem to know where I live pretty much by the sound of my voice on the phone. Menu has a bit of extra variety to your normal run of the mill kebab shop. Delivery time is invariably less than what they quote over the phone, but at times they do get busy because they are a decent outlet. Don't be put off if they tell you it'll be a while; it's worth the wait and at least they are honest and tell you up front. Food is hot and tasty. We chop and change through kebabs, burgers, ribs, pizza and chicken depending on what we fancy. Over time we've tried most things on the menu and have never been disappointed. Good chips too. Polite, friendly ordering and delivery staff. Menu is online too.

Omg , what a takeaway first time user at the shop and the food was amazing , will definitely use again , service was fantastic from start to finish well done ! And I’m fussy about takeaway food

think its going downhill,after a awful night after my last takeaway on my birthday.hadn,t eaten all day untill this meal at 4.30 pm.not sure if its the cook or hygene or food.2 days off work.had used once a month for last 6 months,but no more.maybe they go through so many dif cooks,i don,t know.it has put me off takeaways i,m sad to say.i had a foot long sausage bagette and chicken burger and chips.one of those affected me in a bad way.sorry but no more.

I ordered lamb shish kebab and a Chicken shish kebab, The lazy chef did not even bother to cook these on the charcoal grill and opted to use a toast grill, as you can imagine they had no flavour and was rubbery, when I called to complain he told me it makes no difference how they are cooked, He seriously needs to sell up and do something else as he has no idea how to cook a decent shish kebab. I can only assume his pizzas are OK as they are grilled - the only thing he can do

Regularly use this place later in the evening chips always fried when you order so no chance of being re fried or cold and burgers nice and tasty, not had a kebab from this place yet but will do very soon also the staff very polite and serve you quickly with a smile

potato wedges and bbq ribs very tasty and delicious i really like all the food as its all freshly cooked to my taste,friendly staff aswell

Food was good..Chips were soft and hot..they were lovely..We had a ham and pineapple pizza and plain pizza they were both cooked nicely and were fresh..I wouldn't recommend delivery as the food turns up cold..but when you go to the shop it's nice and hot..I would recommend there pizza and Chips I would definitely have again .

Do everything from kebab to pizza, all great. Quick service or they deliver. Do a great lunchtime offer 12-4 any size pizza half price, every day.

These guys delivered 45 mins late and offered no compensation or discount. Food was cold so difficult to judge. The driver was rude and the people in takeaway were not very helpful.

The chicken was good but waited too long for delivery . Will order it again ,hope next time will be quicker
