Domino's Pizza in Bristol, City of

I order a pizza a couple months ago that got refunded but the money/voucher never came into my account. So I called today asking to reorder the same order using the refund and the guy on the phone was dismissive and hung up on me multiple times. He refused to give me my order and in general just had no respect towards his customer. I’m sincerely disappointed and do not recommend ordering from this dominoes.

Service was top notch. Even though it was really busy, they delivered the pizza on right time in good quality

Hideous delivery. Drivers off all over Redlands, cotham and Clifton. Pizza from “ou for delivery “ to delivery is up to 30 mins so Luke warm pizza and sides!!

Pizza was ok. Normally we get sauce with the pizza. Kindly call the pizzeria and as is thats they give sauce to all large pizzas and he says yes. So I just saying "ok just let u know we didn't have sauce this time he get me on 5 min hold and he dropbthe phone. Tbh I'm working in hospitality and that is unacceptable specially if we order pizza from there at least once per month. Little bit of customer service training for this lad what was on phone!

For a while there was an issue with the lack of cheese on the pizzas from this branch, but it’s back to normal and safe to say the pizzas are really good. Thank you for fixing this issue. 😊

Edit 2: As I expected, their offer to help is fake. They have taken my money and not provided the product while pretending to provide customer support. Do not use or trust this business. Edit: Please do not take the response from the owner as a useful resolution. They post these responses to look good, but have made no effort whatsoever to resolve this situation. They still refuse to refund me for a product which I paid for and was not delivered. Pizza was advertised as taking 25 minutes for delivery however the order took 90 minutes. I had to call the store multiple times to get them to actually deliver the order. When it finally arrived one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. The store have refused to provide a refund and have just offered a 'free pizza' on my next order which is not even free as I would have to pay for delivery again. I also do not see how being forced to shop at this store again is compensation. They failed to deliver the correct product in the advertised time. I am entitled to a refund according to the Consumer Rights Act as this store took payment for a product that was not provided. If you order from this Domino's expect to be charged full price, regardless of what product is actually delivered or when it shows up. Do not be fooled into thinking they have good service because the reply to reviews here. This is just an attempt to look good - in reality they will refuse to offer compensation outside of the publicly view-able reviews.

Ordered on the app, the driver decided to take our pizzas to another part of Bristol for ten minutes then order then luke warm. Rang up and they gave some bull. Dont order from here!!

Very disappointed with domino’s pizza I tried lots of time domino’s but this time was I am thinking why I order domino’s specially I told them make it spicy and crispy but in the pizza no salt no spicy and pizza looks like pathetic. Sorry but this is not done specially by domino’s

Just collected quite possibly the worse pizza I have ever had from dominoes on Whiteladies Road. The toppings were basically still raw, the cheese was barely melted. It didn't look or taste like a finished pizza at all. Very disappointing. I'd have done better to pick one up in Sainsbury's.

Awful service every time. Sadly as the only place open later we are forced to use this as a last resort. You will order to collect and then when you go to pick it up simply be ignored by everybody at the front. I spoke to the man at the desk and he just stared at me, then went on to answer the phone while completely disregarding my presence. After his phone call he just turned around and started making a pizza without even acknowledging me. This is not the first time this has happened and this needs to change. I have never met such rude staff in all my experience in hospitality.

Do not order from this store!! Not the first time I’ve had problems with these guys. Never received my order which was for pick up. They said it didn’t exist even though I gave them the order number. After 45 minutes I phoned the store, staff were very rude and pretty much hung up on me. Still haven’t got a refund after 3 complaints. Save yourself the hassle!

reliable takeaway, you get what you expect and delivery is always prompt. obviously better pizza from Bristol's independents but convenient for it's later opening hours and deals on the app.

Ordered it watched the app, said it was delivered and 12 minutes later it was, , just warm a bit soggy, but that what you get when you order from a chain, near enough is good enough.

Delivery was well after the time it said on the app. When we tried to chase they put the phone down on us a couple of times. Pizza arrived cold. Disappointing.

A very busy Domino's that seemingly struggles to keep up with the popularity of its own delivery service.

Service is acceptable but parking is a nightmare.drivers get aggressive when you park but there's literally nowhere else to park to collect. Staff inside (servers) friendly and food is a good calibre for the franchise

Had the deal : 2 large pizzas, 2 garlic breads, cookies and a 1.2 coke for £28! So cheap. Food came really fast, it was so good. Would definitely order from again.

Pedí dos pizzas de mi Domino’s (Whiteladies Road) local, pero no había ningún lugar para ingresar el código y me cobraron el precio completo. Sonó la tienda y se quejó y el tipo con el que hablé, Dharan Nair, quien dijo que era el gerente regional, se disculpó y dijo que estaba cancelando el pedido como había solicitado y procesando un reembolso mientras hablamos. Eso fue el 27 de septiembre y todavía no hay reembolso, a pesar de las garantías. En mi opinión, los dominó son culpables de publicidad falsa y de obtener dinero por engaño. ¡Tener cuidado!

I bought two pizzas yesterday and after eating them was quite unwell this morning, I won't be going back.

Fui allí con un colega para comprar dos pizzas para llevar en el almuerzo el 4 de julio de 2018. Las pizzas se cocinaron rápidamente, pero noté un ligero olor a orina en la tienda, que supuse que venía del exterior. Sin embargo. . . Anoche sufrí un malestar estomacal que duró toda la noche. Al hablar con mi colega esta mañana, también tenía un estómago malo que comenzó a primeras horas de la mañana.

I have enjoyed the dominos pizza and all of the sides with big appetite.they also have a lot of offers whst you ca enjoy and never forget a double garlic and herb dip.simply delicious. Fast delivery and always receiving the pizza and other food hot, also ice cream and drinks are cold bagged. Enjoy! And complain if you are not happy woth anything ehat they have sent to you.

We ordered Pizzas recently and although the food was very good I thought they were very expensive. The order was delivered very quickly, but I could not believe the price of three very small pizzas. Not sure I would order again from there.

Pensamos que sería una buena idea para darnos un capricho para una pizza cuando no podía encontrar un restaurante de pizza con el espacio. Entramos y pedimos 3 pizza Dominos calle directo desde 11 Baldwin, Bristol. Dios mío, no puedo creer el premio - ojalá nos habíamos encontrado un restaurante, ahora. Pedimos 2 tamaño comprar uno por uno a mitad de precio, cuesta £19. 98, luego compramos una pizza - cualquier tamaño por £9. 99, así que nos fuimos para una construya su propio grande. Las pizzas estaban bien, no me malinterpretéis, y mi construya su propio debe haber tenido al menos un hongo, y supuestamente ordenados queso extra, pero no tenía más que cualquiera de los otros. Así, 30 libras por 3 pizzas - qué un timo. No se hacerlo nuevamente. Creo que estos precios son absolutamente repugnante, y no puedo creer que la gente pague estos precios. En el lado positivo, al menos teníamos suficiente para comer al día siguiente. Todavía me siento estafado. .

Usually a pretty good dominos, although the later in the evening you order the worse the quality of pizza seems to get - undercooked, over cooked or lacking on toppings. Could be because the majority of people that order later are drunk students who they presume won't notice the difference. If you order around 6pm it is good.

Recogió una pizza última noche de viernes después de un par de copas de la ciudad, pedimos una pizza vegetariana (duplicado facturado un par de veces, llegamos a casa y empezamos a comer la pizza sólo para darse cuenta de que estaba comiendo jamón... Ser un vegetariano estricto sumamente molesto, pero empeora por la falta de simpatía del "director", cuando llamé para quejarme. Por desgracia, una "gran pizza en el sistema" no es verdadero consuelo para ser dado carne cuando tuve claro que no quería. Finalmente la mujer desagradables en el teléfono eventualmente colgaron la conversación telefónica de media que pensaba que una pizza gratis era lo suficientemente bueno y no estaba preparado para escuchar más. Es decepcionante, una empresa tan grande puede provocar un simple error, pero el servicio al cliente es mucho peor y muy grosero!! Será pequeño independiente pizzerías de ahora en adelante, ya que era una gran decepción.

Bought three pizzas two with stuffed crust all three came with so little topping under heat completely dried up. One of the stuffed crust ordered wasn't came as an ordinary pizza staff very unprofessional shop (apart from girl serving me very polite and lovely )front dirty all in all a bad experience.

As a part of my order was wings with Franks Hot Sauce and what did I get but BBQ Wings - Not the first time the order has been wrong. Will use Deliveroo and their restaurants instead moving forward.

Pedimos una pizza sin gluten me dieron una gratis sin gluten. Nos dimos cuenta en el último minuto. Al estar sin gluten para mí no es una moda, es una condición seria que podría tener graves consecuencias. Pedimos que se queja y que nos colgó el teléfono. Bueno para ver que el servicio de atención al cliente está vivo y bien.

Going back to pizza after being diagnosed celiac and that well could not be better!!! It was even a second attempt and we were expecting much more of the first one being a restaurant, not take away (pizza express!!!), but Domino's definitely knows about pizzas!!!!The taste was just perfect, crusty, thick and as dreamt. The regular one was as good as always because standards are well kept. Service could not be better. It was nice to see them working in harmony, at the end of the day you're eating what they are preparing!The lady at the tills was very nice and offered options, making sure we were happy. The manager was very kind and empathised with the limitations we had. Sorry, but for us was much more than just another takeaway food, and they made it perfect!!! Thank you!!!
