Just saw a profile of the owner on TV; he was one of the postmasters wrongly accused of wrongdoing and imprisoned. I haven't eat here yet, but I certainly will when I am next in Ramsgate, not only for the food - which sounds wonderful from most reviews - but also because I want this man and his family to be a success after all they have been through. I've been ordering from Papa Johns for the last 6 months exclusively becuase I used to think its really good. Yesterday I ordered my food at 3PM. It arrived at 4:40PM. I had to call the restaurant and the guy at the phone was extremely rude. Not ordering from Papa Johns ever again.

Bloody joke!! Not only did we get the wrong order, when I phoned the up to state we got the wrong order, the manager was rude to me, the driver realised he made a mistake and come back with our order told him to speak to he's boss to state it wasn't my fault the order got messed up and the manager was still so rude, never again will order from this place!!!

Go for a pizza/pasta in Chichester; fab dinner, great service and brilliant staff, esp the manager. Delicious pizza/combo.

very discussed found a thorn in my mac and cheese and it too ages to come here not happy at all could have chocked so so angry 😡

I ordered some ice cream and cookies and the cookies were absolutely lovely however the ice cream was out of date and the brownie pieces were moldy I called back up and reported this and they apologized and told me I would get a full refund and voucher however I received neither of these and it has been over a week. Very disappointing and disgusting experience however employees were lovely

Ordered stuffed crust for delivery. It wasn’t stuffed. Tried calling the number on the website but the number is incorrect. No email. No way to contact. Expensive pizza. Poor quality regardless.

If the order tracker is to be believed my pizza was sat waiting in the restaurant for an uber eats driver for 20 minutes. By the time my food got here it was luke warm and it looked like it had been dropped on route.

Terrible value for money. I paid £2.00 for Mushrooms as an extra topping. What i got was One Half of one single Closed Cup Mushroom. Sainsbury will sell you an entire pack of Closed Cup Mushrooms for 89p. Medium Pizza and a Garlic Bread for over £20? What a rip-off! Do yourselves a favour and pick up a Pizza from your local Supermarket. Or make your own for a few pounds.

Do not try this place! Staff rude and food disgusting! First and last time for me!
