Ordered 2 meals. 1 chicken burger meal with extra patty t/sauce & mayo and a strip meal. This was repeated on the phone and I agreed my order. When the order arrived I had a beef burger ( do not eat red meat ) with hha sauce and mayo. When contacted the restaurant back they refused to take any blame in the matter and to resolve it offered me to 're order at an extra cost even though this was their mistake. When explaining to the staff members their mistake the phone got passed through 2 members of staff who both were rude and became more aggressive on the phone. Absolutely furious with the service received and will not be ordering from them again. To top it off they told me I would be having a red flag against my address! If I could give a 0 star rating I would give it even lower then that !!

Just ordered a large order from here. The portions were perfetic wouldn't even feed a child and the meat was burnt would not recommend this place at all.

Ordeno a través de deliveroo ya que tenía buenas críticas allí, que fue el mayor error que debería haber venido aquí para leer las críticas primero. Ordeno la comida y esperé en el salón del hotel con mi teléfono y puse en voz alta las notificaciones. También puse la dirección correcta ya que me alojé en el hotel antes y hubo un llenado automático para la dirección. Cuando finalmente llegamos a encontrarnos, el conductor fue extremadamente grosero y dijo que mi teléfono estaba apagado. . . no se lo mostró y luego dijo que la dirección estaba completamente equivocada. . . . Me molesté un poco y dejé la vista gorda porque odio los enfrentamientos. De todos modos, llevé la comida a mi habitación, las alas estaban muy secas, la hamburguesa estaba bien, ¡pero los hongos en la hamburguesa eran más finos que el papel! Como wow. . . ¿COVID - 19 realmente te ha hecho tan tacaño? ! ? ! ? Luego abrimos la bolsa de bebidas (pedimos 4 manzanas tango y una fresa mirander) obtuvimos 4 naranjas tango en su lugar. . . No llamé porque ya comencé a leer las reseñas aquí y sé que comenzarán a decirme que estoy equivocado bla bla bla. . . De todos modos, nunca volveré a pedirles y nunca se lo recomendaré a nadie. Mejor ir a dormir con hambre y luego hacer la noche miserable para usted.

Totalmente espantoso. Mi kebab llegó en una caja de pizza, con pizza escrita en ella, así que cuando señalé que no había pedido una pizza, me la quitaron (teniendo en cuenta que no podía verificar el contenido bajo las reglas de distanciamiento social) y me dejaron con lo que pensé que eran los tres kebabs que había pedido. Cuando me di cuenta de que faltaba mi kebab, llamé al restaurante, que me dijo que era totalmente mi culpa, que no asumía ninguna responsabilidad por el conductor de la entrega (de una manera bastante directa y muy grosera) y se negaba a hacer nada en absoluto. Te imploro que no uses este lugar. PD: la comida tampoco era tan buena.

Pedí una entrega a través de ubereats. Kebab estaba equivocado. Llamé a un restaurante que se negó a hacer nada para rectificar. Incluso me juraron por el gerente que luego me colgó

I live in a house that has been converted to a flat.. ordered food to be delivered. Have my 4 month old baby asleep so not practical for me to leave the house. Delivery driver phoned and refused to bring the food to my front door! I explained I had a baby asleep & couldn’t leave and he told me “I do not care, if you don’t come out, I assume you don’t want your food”. I told him I wanted the food and the reason you pay for delivery is for it to be delivered to your front door. There is only 1 set of stairs to my flat but there is an alleyway before the road. He shouted at me, became very aggressive and called me a “bitch” because I said I would phone and complain. He drove off with the food & leave me a very rude voicemail. As a 23 year old young girl, I was left very shaken by this delivery driver and will never ever be ordering from Buffalo again - all due to the delivery driver.

Ordered a take away and it was completely out of date. Rang them up and was told I cant have a refund only a replacement (which obviously I didnt want after being sold rotten food) absolutely disgusting. Do not eat here it's a vile place 🤬

I ordered from this shop on a delivery app, unfortunately the wrong address had been set as default (2 minute drive from correct address)when the driver called to tell us he had arrived we explained the situation, he was incredibly rude and aggressive, when he then arrived at the correct address (25 minutes later) he demanded I give him extra money for the drive, when I explained I had no cash he took the food back and drove off. I apologised numerous times for the inconvenience but his attitude was disgusting. We spent £20 on food to never receive it.

The lads working here seem like a decent bunch, unfortunately pizza isn't their forte! I like to think that I give places a fair go, so, at my third (& final) attempt at getting a decent pizza I'm now giving up. On three occassions I have ordered thin & crispy pizzas, sadly not once was my order correct. The pizza deal of buy one get one free is great but is only of value if the customer gets what was ordered; it would really help if the soggy base, reminiscent of a damp dishcloth, didn't also taste undercooked! The kebabs and burgers look great, maybe I, along with the "chef", should perhaps just stick to them in future.

Firstly the delivery rider was rude and disgusting. He scratched my car when he park up in between and looked like he didn't know what he was doing when he arrived. The food it self was cold and tasted like it should have been thrown out 2 days ago. If you want to be sick this is the place to go. For me never again!

I always order from this place every weekend for brunch. Food would arrive hot and steaming through the doors by the delivery guy. As for the place, the atmosphere is quite dull and need improvement and has a couple of tables. Would recommend this for hungry students.

Where do I start the Food was absolutely fantastic for a kebab/burger place they also do pizzas and other types of I think it's mostly Turkish food,but as I was saying for the type of establishment it's amazing.I ordered through Just Eat and was very surprised at the prices as it's so cheap but thought well let's give it a go and I know your asking why is this a point worth making well I have over the years tried a lot of pizza/kebab places and if it's not the crap service it's the cold soggy I have to reheat it food or the phone call after phone calls from the driver trying to find my address that has put me of ordering from a lot of kebab places but this place since it's been taken over and under new management it's fantastic as mentioned at the start the foods always piping hot and not greasy and they always delivered early and one time I made a mistake and called saying " My popcorn chicken was missing " rather then get all angry and rude unlike some places they said " We are sure we put it in your order sir but that's fine we will send out another straight away " but my friends let me tell you now I was a prize tit as it was in the bag I just didn't look properly so called them back to sorry but it's in my bag they weren't rude or Arrogant but very polite this is definitely a great place to try give them a go you won't be let down. A note to other kebab and burger business take a fooking leaf out there book and learn good Customer Service. Ordered on the iPhone app. Stated 45 mins for delivery, actually took 1hr. When it arrived the chips were cold and under cooked. The Buffalo burger is just a plain burger. No taste to it at all. Overall a very dissatisfying meal. Wish I made a sandwich! Avoid

Finally the only positive is the chicken wings which were okay. I will not be using this restaurant in the near future.

I have eaten here before but this will be the last!!! Donner was dry and crispy like it was a few days old, there was 1 piece of shiesh in my mixed kebab, the chips were under cooked and soaked in grease. We threw it in the bin after one look at it. Really disappointed.

The food was amazing . I have ordered 3-4 times from here and I highly recommend it. The pizza is amazing and the what's better is that the delivery time isn't that much so it's hot when delivered. So basically I highly recommend here .

We ordered from here and was told the food would be delivered between 45 minutes to an hour later and it didn't arrive for 2 hours after that. I called the restaurant multiple times and the guy on the phone was so so rude and had absolutely no idea what was going on. I was told that I would receive a refund but no one is telling me what is going on and I've been told to 'wait for the manager' too many times. The food was so disgusting it was completely inedible. I have never been more frustrated or annoyed. Do not order from here.

I think the only thing letting the site down is that you can't reorder say you last purchase if the shop is shut I don't know if this is site wide or just for Buffalo but I don't think it would be a bad thing to have. It could also improve profits. Ian

Good, non greasy food but the portion sizes are tiny, feels like a bit of a rip off. I'm a small 5'3 guy, and these meals still seemed small to me. If you're big this place probably isn't for you.
