Probably the best experience that I had staff was so friendly, food was very tasty and the atmosphere was great

best pizza i have ever eaten. every time i buy a pizza from this man my mouth waters in anticipation. i have never seen a pizza so beautiful, cheesy, oily and delicious. the flavour combo that bounces from your tongue will send you plaves youve never seen before. if youve never bought a pizza from here. i suggest you get up and buy one right now. £10 for a massive pizza. cant go wrong.

I just ordered a pepperoni pizza and I received a cheese pizza I'm not happy at all I ordered for 21 pound I ordered a large pizzas and I received a small one not happy at all Try to call them don't unswear in the phone

Ordered a medium pizza ended up with a small when I asked for replacement not given most annoying thing is asked him if it was a medium and he lied to my face…

They make the best food here and its very affordable 😀

First of all, this is not a genuine Popeyes! The place is run down, not clean nor well maintained. The staff is not professional, they wear dirty clothes, they are very rude and don’t care about customer service. I will never go there again. It was a really bad experience. The pizza was ‘meh’

Literally the best pizza in North Kent! Heavily under rated I would maybe sau the staff need to be a bit more friendly, and maybe read the order back to make sure they noted it down correctly, but the food especially the pizza is softer and unique and decently priced! I personally recommend the Flaming Torch, it a good combo they uniquely have on their menu!

I got the 12 inch pizza and wings . Their pizza is really good and wings are really crispy. I like their food.

A few times I ordered from here and the pizza was too greasy, soggy and quite expensive for what they offer. Not gonna lie, there was 1 or 2 times the pizza was delicious, but I mostly get disappointments since they tend to forget some items from my order, sometimes

Food is VERY good for what it is, cheap, quick delivery. However the people on the other end of the phone (if you need to call in to check anything, including allergies) are absolute animals. Barely listen, bark replies and have no sense! Hence 4 stars instead of 5

I warn you buy anything but the burger. It was so hard for me to get even two bites down my throat before I could not take another bite. However, the wings were alright but there is much better options all over gravesend.

High quality pizza in the town. No grease in the box which I loved. The cheese is so nice. Recommend to anyone local, as they are better than high street expensive brands.

To be fair - that's the best pizza you can find in the area, and I've tried quite a lot. Pizzas are always well baked (no raw meat in the middle of the pizza like at some other places), tasty, good ingredients. Chicken wings are very nice, too. And they try to keep prices low at such challenging times for all businesses.

Burnt chips, wrong sauce, frozen chicken and bad portion size. If you want to be disappointed every time the delivery man comes, order from this place!!

I orders bbq wings and there was little to no bbq sauce on the chicken and the chicken wasn’t fresh it was ready done FROZEN CHICKEN for a big brand this unacceptable

Very poor quality, not applying health and safety requirements inside the shop . Got a hair in my pizza . Called the shop to just make a complaint , they said give us proof with the picture to make a complaint . That’s very unprofessional way to do this business.

Nice restaurant with halal menu. Offer wide variety of pizzas, burgers, fried chicken etc. Kids like their pepperoni pizza. Food quality is good..👍🏻

Same as all other reviews accept order with delivery time over 70 mins wait all that time to find out they are closed and unable to claim a refund. So just take your money close shop and never deliver

Pizzas are pretty much kebab shop standard but not bad for the price . 15 inch any pizza 9.99 . Haven't been for a while as working at dominos now.

Paid 20 quid for an 18 inch (already a rip off) then they send a 15 inch instead! Looking at the reviews this seems to be a trend of theirs - over charging and you receive less than what you pay for! Avoid!

Ordered from here last week told me they deliver then get a phone call after it's already been paid for saying they don't deliver after 11pm I ask for a refund they said 24hours and still no refund and it's been a week keep calling to speak to the manager but still nothing so named and shamed on Facebook until we get are refund back from them

They had a good pizza collection deal so I was happy to order from here. However, I also ordered 12 wings and they only gave 8. Wings come in packs of 6, so don't know how someone can miscount by that much unless it was intentional? Won't be ordering again.

I ordered via uber eats. They accepted my order and after half hour of prep marked it as "out for delivery" and just didnt deliver. Was left sitting around waiting for hours on an empty stomach. Did not answer calls. I cant stand this sort of thing. Will now have to try and get my money back. Will not be wasting my time here again

Come home from a late shift from work so I fort I'd order a pizza they took my money and it never turned up and I rang them and they wouldn't pick up or they kept hanging up not happy

Order from here last week via UberEats. Order was cancelled via the restaurant. The food was not prepared. They informed me that no money will be taken as they had cancelled the order. Guess What??? Money has been taken and I expect a full refund. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will notify of the theft in all my reviews. Only 1 star as it wouldn't let me post otherwise.

Crooks, take your money and accept the order with a delivery time of 70mins (which in itself is shocking for a Thursday afternoon). Then don't deliver the food, nor answer their phones. Deliveroo can't help because restaurant deliver directly and won't refund because it says the orders delivered!!

Food was very good. I inadvertently ordered a pizza for collection and other food for delivery. Expecting a delivery at home. Restaurant was unable to develop contact me, as the phone was not responding. Delivery staff informed that restaurant had to cancel the wrong order but they took the initiative and instead of canceling the order, they send their delivery personnel to deliver the food on time. It was quite touching, really appreciate the initiative opted by Restaurant. To me it was beyond expectation. Highest level of customer service was provided. Again like to thank the team at the Restaurant. Wish Popeye’s Pizza Chicken & Burger Restaurant best of luck!

Ordered through uber eats, my order waa late with no updates to inform so i had to ring the restaurant myself. When the food did arrive their were items missing, the food was barely warm & wasn't very nice. Would not recommend

Missed an item out of our order, called up to ask them to send and they mentioned charging me which I refused. Then the lettuce was literally brown on the burger and we didn’t eat it anything. Will be seeking a refund tomorrow, AVOID at all costs.

Ordered my food at 10:30 pm it’s now 12:10 and nothing arrived, called the store ( before closing time) but no answer..

Don’t get me wrong I ordered 1 pizza a piece of chicken and a Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream and I ordered it on Deliveroo. On the app it was advertising a buy one get one free half and half pizza. Now I got my food apart from the buy one get one free pizza. Now when I rung up to tell them this it’s come through as three pizzas but I never ordered three pizzas I ordered the vegetarian one and the half and half one. But they said they don’t do any kind of buy one get one free offer and as it’s come through as 3 pizzas they won’t send it out like that either. Don’t be fooled by their deals guys.

Do not order from these on just eat. They take your order and payment then cancel your order and don't refund the money .!!! Scammers

Ordered from yourselves tonight at about 8.30pm and was told it would be delivered by 9.20pm......waited 1hr & 45mins..... turned up sent it away.....1 was very annoyed it took so long.....2 should have got free!!!! ........Told by the driver you are along way away......so don't deliver to Meopham if you can't deliver on time, so won't be using you again, completely useless company.

I wouldn't even give 1 star to this horrendous place. Food was over an hour late, when we called the owner, Ali, he was rude, said they are very busy, not to call again and cut the phone. Food eventually arrived, cold, tasteless. Half had to be thrown in the bin. As a owner, Ali is a very disrespectful person, shouting at his customers for his mistake! Will never eat there, or recommend anyone to eat there! 0 STAR!!!!!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Placed an order on just eat, delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes, 2 hours later the delivery still had not arrived. Numerous calls to the restaurant over the space of 2 hours but no answer. Do not order from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order with just eat for a plain donner wrap. When I got it the donner wrap had lettuce and mayo. When I called them to rectify the order they said they would send another one. Called them half an hour later and they said they were very busy and they would do it as soon as they can. Then rang them half an hour later again and they said they were not doing it as it was our fault even though we had put on the delivery note that we wanted a plain wrap. They were very rude and did not care that my wife was allergic to lettuce and mayo. It was very disgusting the way they spoke to me. I will NEVER be ordering from them again!!!
