Burger King in Gravesham

Food always missing and stone cold. waited nearly 2 hours for it to be inedible, never ordering from here again. disgraceful

Time moved over 30 minutes time from order to delivery 60 mins and driver delivered multiple drops and ours was cold…..don’t take orders you can’t fulfil

I give driver 3£ tip and he didn't even bother to come up to me. He stopped on the roundabout 5 min walk from me and was using excuses that he can't find address!

The staff was fantastic and highly efficient. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the restroom was spotless. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

My order was delivered early but was not hot enough. It was warm and the burger looked flat and unappealing.

I was very hungry so I thought I’d order something quick. Unfortunately didn’t get it on the app saying it was delivered, contacted them nothing happened. Wasted my time , my money . If anything avoid just eat save your money!!!

totally ignored instructions on leaving out cheese and slapped it in meaning it was inedible. One meal, burger fries and drink completely missing. Just eat only gave a credit for a tiny proportion of the value of those items. Terrible.

The food was barely warm, the drink was fckn warm and the ice cream was melted.

Wouldn’t even rate this a 1 star! Went there on the first day of the refurbishment. I got A Cheese Burger, Chips & a Drink. The Chips had a massive hair in it I took it back up to the counter and confronted them about it and they swapped the chips (Fair Play). Then I start eating the burger and that also had a hair in it! When I took it back up to the counter they was all surrounding the burger and one of the colleagues (Woman) made a comment saying “Don’t worry they’ve done this before) As back in January of this year there was what looked like a maggot in my burger it was moving and she was trying to tell me it was a bit of meat! Anyways they refunded for the burger only! Should’ve been the whole meal really! Service is terrible, staff service is terrible and so is the food! I am very disappointed as this was the first day opening after a week and a half of refurbishment.

All Food was cold, ice cream was missing, waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for order. I even phoned restaurant and they told me the food was waiting to be collected from driver and they were unsure where he was. Expect a full refund

My food was freezing cold when it arrived .

Meal was nice, however didn't recieve the drink, which was included with the meal.

I really appreciate the extra mile that she went for me and I noticed that she did whatever she could in her protocols to serve the other customers as well.

Always better than ordering delivery! Burger and Fries were hot and the drinks were cold. Chap could have looked a little more interested in the cleaning up he was doing, but otherwise, all good.

I dine at Burger King regularly and am always happy with the service they provide. The employees are always very helpful and make the experience as smooth as possible. I would always recommend this place to people for lunch or dinner.

Delivery time kept getting delayed. Called the restaurant and they said it had been given to the driver a while ago. It all made sense as when it arrived it was stone cold!! Disappointing from the drivers!!!

Even though I used the location pin the driver still couldn't figure out where to go so spent 10 minutes driving around. food was cold when it arrived and drink had been set in the courier bag against the food bag so it was soggy and wet on arrival. overall a disappointment experience

This restaurant time and time again ignored allergies. It puts cheese in every time you ask for it to be left out and today put cheese in a burger that isn't even listed as having cheese in it!!!

Delivered order £11 Angus burgers each we got chicken burgers and there quick to take your money and not do nothing in return £50 my order feel cheated and dissatisfied totally be warned no come back policy making it to hard to get refunded for there mess. I shall be escalating to the highest level
