Burger King in Gravesham

Order was great, food hot, nothing missing. Only complaint was the free onion rings were inedible as so hard and dried up. Everything else was fine. Thank you

my food is frozen cold and I let her know she would have to come a drive way and true left into my yard and she didn't get out her car so she told me to come and get my food iam not impressed at all

Firstly the bag was wet so the burger wrappers were damp , the buns were soggy. The burger meat was grisly so all in all pretty disappointing!!

Order received 2 hours after order placed! When it finally arrived it was stone cold! Obviously been sitting at the restaurant for 2 hours waiting for a driver! I will never use Just Eat again

I'm never ordering food from just eat,you've got to get your act together,the food as always is cold,the drinks are warm ,there are no napkins,for the money we as your customers pay the service you provide is diabolical, I will never use just eat again.

I don't understand how I can order something from Dartford and it comes piping hot, but I order a Burger King, that's 10 minutes from me, and it's always stone cold. They've also changed their fries to something a lot cheaper and they're not nice.

Food is great, taste fresh and amazing. Expecially the staff is really friendly and cooperative. Amazing experience all together. One should visit.

Courier went to the other side of town before me and when the food arrived it was freezing and the drinks were hot. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get cold food. Food arrives in a Aldi shopping bag so never stood a chance of being warm. Given a paltry £6.82 discount as compensation for 2 lunches that have been thrown away and that cost me nearly £30 all in. Just Eat are not fit for purpose, will never spend another penny with you. Should also be reported to FSA

Burger King removed my door number from the order, a deliberate act of sabotage either on me or on the delivery driver. Unacceptable. I have ordered from this burger king on just eat before and have never had this problem.

Do not order the Bacon double duo meal the burgers are absolutely tiny I thought I got a child’s meal instead, the other burgers are really good but don’t get this.
