Burger King in Gravesham

How can they send dips instead of drinks? Makes no sense

I ordered 2 xl bacon double cheeseburgers which have arrived stone cold. I ordered to kids nugget happy meals with the fries being stone cold. I ordered a share box and other than the cheese bites everything else cold. I do not expect to pay £40 on food for it to come stone cold

This is the worst delivery I’ve ever had. 1 hour 20 minutes from order to delivery and food stone cold when arrived. Very poor

Food was actually hot for the most part(ate the whopper last in my meal so that didnt help but not restaurants fault) and delivered on time. Food tasted great. WAY better than ordering from mcdonalds. Also props to the delivery lady she was very polite and on time.

It got better for a bit and again is just going down hill . Gravesend Burger King sort out your app waisted 10 mins of a lunch break cause the app don’t work and the staff don’t have a consistent approach to it …

Firstly the bag was wet so the burger wrappers were damp , the buns were soggy. The burger meat was grisly so all in all pretty disappointing!!

Order received 2 hours after order placed! When it finally arrived it was stone cold! Obviously been sitting at the restaurant for 2 hours waiting for a driver! I will never use Just Eat again

I don't understand how I can order something from Dartford and it comes piping hot, but I order a Burger King, that's 10 minutes from me, and it's always stone cold. They've also changed their fries to something a lot cheaper and they're not nice.

Food is great, taste fresh and amazing. Expecially the staff is really friendly and cooperative. Amazing experience all together. One should visit.

Courier went to the other side of town before me and when the food arrived it was freezing and the drinks were hot. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get cold food. Food arrives in a Aldi shopping bag so never stood a chance of being warm. Given a paltry £6.82 discount as compensation for 2 lunches that have been thrown away and that cost me nearly £30 all in. Just Eat are not fit for purpose, will never spend another penny with you. Should also be reported to FSA

Burger King removed my door number from the order, a deliberate act of sabotage either on me or on the delivery driver. Unacceptable. I have ordered from this burger king on just eat before and have never had this problem.
