Papa John's Pizza in Gravesham

We waited over an hour for the food to be delivered, I rang to ask where our order was twice to be told it was on its way and would be 5 minutes it finally arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes after ordering. The pizza was greasy, soggy and devoid of flavour. The sides which were supposed to be for 2 people were just about enough for 1 person and all stuck in the same box so tha gives you an idea of portion sizes. We had the cinnamon sticks and they were like cinnamon sprinkled cardboard. In all this was £40 that I might just have well thrown straight in the bin as that is where this order ended up!

We ordered the pizza in advance (2 hours before) for delivery at 7:30pm, the pizza was more than half an hour late, and excuse given by the delivery driver was because we didn't put the house number on order. Funny that though, as the number was clearly printed on Pizza box itself and also the order, so that was a blatant lie. When I called the place to complain the lady who answered the phone was very nonchalant and unapologetic. I felt due to the very poor service/ excuse provided it ruined the enjoyment of the meal further (which was already stone cold due to being late!) I therefore do not recommend the place and will be taking the business elsewhere.

A lots of toppings and cheese on the pizza I had ordered, very delicious one of the pizza brand in Gravesend town to have it. Enjoy 🍕🍕

Awful service. We were ordering some things and we had received a half of them. It was for the first time when I wA choosing PApa’s John.. And the last!!!

Great pizza, delivered quickly, and at a very good price. Friendly staff. Would recommend everyone, also great vegan and vegetarian options.👍🍕

Pizza was perfect, absolutely awesome taste. Very friendly delivery staff and food arrived in piping hot condition.

Ok so order takeaway pizza at 18:43 and got my delivery at 20:32 pizza was cold and my wife hated it. During the waiting I phone twice. pizza cold and the large size is not that large very disappointed and after that at around 20h they realised they screwed up and send me a £5 pound voucher LoL never again Dominos or maybe start doing my own pizza

So good offer for collection: A large pizza for £10; delicious, can't beat the taste of Papa John's ☆☆☆☆☆😋🍕🍕

Papa John's is always my choice when it is time for Pizza. I keep going to store every week and ask for any deal. They have more deals but most of the time accept is buy one get one free deal which I feel is the best value deal.

I always love PPJ. They do lots of offers. What I most like their pizzas is Tandoori Pizza, one of the tasty pizza only available in Papa Johns.

Had a few bad pizzas on the trot now gone back to ordering dominos shame as liked papa johns at one point
