Been going here for years but under new ownership, delivery used to be free but now they charge £4. Avoid

I love this place it is amazing

I ordered from here and asked for a pizza and a bottle of fizz. Waiting for my delivery that never showed up I called them up they didn't send it to me so i asked for my money back they won't give me my money back. So not only did I not get my order I was also robbed out of pocket £20.00 Giving me some lame excuse that he doesn't no how to give me money back. I advise people not to get a delivery from this place. Not only will you not get ya food but you won't get ya money back aswell.

Thought I'd try cod and chips big mistake, £10.50 for an over cooked portion of cod in breadcrumbs, they should learn how to do fresh cod in batter or take it off the menu...nothing good to say about it...

Country house pizza is very good great for sharing early delivery can recommend

We ordered a meal box worth £25, asked for a pot of chilli sauce. Instead, we received a meal box with chilli sauce splattered all over the meat. It was too hot to eat as only one person eats chilli. And even he struggled. When we called to raise this issue and offered to return the meal, they said there was nothing they could do that night but will sort us out next time. The salad itself was good, though.

I ordered a sausage and a portion of chips The price was £4.60 I asked if they accept cards they said no I turned back to leave but the guy finally accepted When the guy keyed in the price I asked the total again and the guy entered £5.00 !!! Without informing me of the charge change I asked why he said charge for the use of card !!! They also charge 1.10 for a chilly sauce pot !!!!

Avoid the fried chicken. It was practically cremated. The coating was crisped and blackened to the point of being flavourless and the skin was dry and grey in places. I’ll eat anything but that was pretty grim and a sad waste of a treat day! The cheeseburger and chips were fine. Great portion of large fries. When the delivery was late the gentleman at the other end of the phone was suitably friendly and apologetic. My only issue ultimately was that they sent out the chicken in such a state that they had to have known it was not fit for sale but they did so anyway because when you order a delivery you have no option but to take what you are given. It is a sad breach of trust when things are done that way.

I wanted X3 chips with salad, for some reason they wanted something like £15.70 from me, and they charge you to pay by card. It’s way overpriced there, a XL chicken shish is ridiculously overpriced compared to Kebab shops in Gravesend town centre and Perry Street, Perry Street being the best choice. Also one guy in Flaming Grill (the owner) is very aggressive, he was kicking a council van a few weeks ago, I believe it was over a parking ticket, not very professional as everyone was looking, including kids!!

Awful customer service and order was wrong. When called up to complain they said come in next week for free kebab. Gone in following week and they remembered me ect, then said give him a free pitta bread but no kebab. Obviously I questioned and argued this and the owner was very abusive and unreasonable. Will never use the place again even though its my local. Spent a lot of money there over the years and now will never use it again M

Seriously the worse kind of a meaty dish dry tiny shredded bits no idea what meat at all, pitta underneath absorbed all the fat. Will never use again two kebab things £25.

ONE OF THE WORST TAKEAWAYS IVE EVER TRIED!! I can honestly say this was one of the worst takeaways I had ever had, for a start the delivery driver lied saying he had delivered my food, when he had never even been to my address. After a lot of dispute and arguing they finally decided to deliver my food, and when I came it was inedible, pizza was like cardboard, the chips were like rubber and it was all cold; it an absolute waste of money

What happened to you? You used to be the best but not anymore. Wonder if its cos you have new owners

Its a hit and miss with this place but the Food is good but the customer service is absolutely appalling, many many times my order has been wrong and some how its my fault and been told to come collect it myself also they just put the phone down when they know they wrong. This isn't just a one off bad experience it happens 6 out of 10 times. Live in gravesend/Northfleet for 30 years and always used theses but no more after my last experience.

We have been going to this shop and current owners for about 16 years. The meats and kebabs have never disappointed us!!😊

DON'T!!!! The driver called me, shouting on the phone,swearing that he searching for us driving up and down since 10min. In the same time on the app shows the food is not out for delivery yet. Than he arrive upset, and complaining-complaining that he late he has other customer etc... I gave two phone number, I walked out with the phone in my hand straight away when he called..... Fish n chips: made out of some standard pre breaded frozen fish, the takeaway box is melted on my fish and chips, on the two end huge holes on the box as the fish burned it through. Chips dry. And this for £7... House special: it was actually ok, but the salad was mainly cabbage & onion. The customer service need to be improved seriously, or the drivers need to be selected more carefully. Not a nice experience.

The man who takes the orders, on the phone Fridays, & Sat night, always puts your order up by £3 or £4..... He doesn't ever get an order correct if its over 2 or 3 items. The frustration is unbelievable.... He puts phone down and is completely rude! Other staff are lovely, food lovely but if you get him on the phone trust your insists the order will be wrong and expensive .... Cold and better in the bin Beware!!

Ordered 1 chicken kebab and 1 lamb kebab, also 2 chicken burgers, firstly order was wrong as received 2 chicken kebabs & they were dry and had a strange taste, chips tasted like they was microwaved and burgers were dry and tasted cheap.. like Asda smart price cheap.. was not impressed at all to be honest I’m only giving the 1 star due to the delivery being on time

Just had a large doner kebab, small doner kebab and a large chips delivered, all of which was cold, the doner meat was under cooked so much that some of the meat was pinky white. I won't be ordering from here again. £20 down the drain. All of it in the bin. Flaming grill is trash.

Worst kebab ever chips had been cooked at least 3 times and kebab meat was like licking inbetween my 96 year old grans toes cost me £11 would have been better off buying a £1 mars bar please please please do not order from here if you are really hungry and cant order from anywhere else i would strongly suggest rummaging through your bin I can assure you it would taste one hundred times better than what you would pay for from flaming grill

£15 for a special kebab (most expensive one in gravesend area) when it arrived there were 4 bits of doner meat in it - yes for £15!!!! And it was cold. Phoned and complained and they were rude and said this was correct portion size!

If they don't want to move ass... Say the post code is not good and goodbye !!!

Partner loves it but food not for me also tend to get and uncomfortable feeling from certain staff wen in there so tend to avoid but I've heard from people who do eat their that's it's nice food

First time i ordered from there it was pretty good food that was like 5months ago though ever since then theres always a problem, either foods burnt or dry, foods cold when it gets here or its the rude staff, once i rang up and asked for 2 large pizzas (cheese + tomato) cos of the money i was spending i asked them if they could add some extra cheese on the pizza they said yes but tried charging me an extra £2 per pizza when i said i should get it for free cos most other places do the guy shouted and told me to f**k of to somewhere else and hung up the phone this place is poor the foods poor and the customer service is poor never wasting a penny on this place again rather just go to pizza gogo top quality pizza!

I have used this place a lot and have always had a good experience however.. I placed my usual order of two chicken kebabs and it came without fuss. Half way through my kebab I felt something hard in my mouth... I swallowed and begain to choke, luckily my partner was there to save my life, once we had inspected what I had regergated I found a small plastic bag tie!! The delivery man had forgetten our drink and with brilliant timing knocked just as I was sick!! Showing him what had he happened he was as horrified as us. He was very apologetic and promised us a free order. After a few weeks my partner wanted a kebab so we called hoping to use our free order even though I didn't want to use the place again. We called and was answered by an angry man saying we could have one free small chicken kebab nothing else.. We won't be using them again.

Used to love this place but the last couple of times on a Sunday they burnt my partner and I burger and the bun it was disgusting. We complained and got a torrad of abuse.

we ordered at 8:15 through just eat, couldn't find their phone number through the just eat app so had to do a google search to contact the restaurant because we still hadn't received our order at 9:50 when it was due delivery at 9:25. they said sorry you're a valued customer 10 more minutes, at 10:15 we phoned again and they answered saying the rugby club so we redialed and finally got through, they then said 10 more minutes and at 10:32 it arrives. the food is cold, the chips are soggy and horrible, the salad in the kebab was basically missing, excuse after excuse and crap food, this is the 2nd or 3rd time we've had this so they wont get our business again. avoid at all costs.

Best pizza I've ever had. Even tho it took over an hour to deliver still gets 5 star. Had the chicken donna pizza.

Lovely phone manor. food on time and taste great. Only ever had one issue with forgotten sauce and they sorted it out straight away. Recommend any day
