Awful food pitta bread is stale plans out of date chips greesy and over cooked chicken not cooked loads of sh**won’t be ordering ever again and it’s the first time ordering too never ever again

Been a loyal customer for over two years now , the past 3 months have gone down hill ! Customer service has really lowered it’s almost like they don’t care ahh more ! Safe to say i no longer will use me pizza wantage

I ordered two pizzas on line to be delivered early evening at lunch time. Unfortunately I ordered both pizzas the same. Realised my mistake when confirmation was emailed to me almost immediately. Telephoned them straight away to change the order and was told this was OK. No such luck, 2 pizzas arrived on time exactly the same. Your loss Papa John's Worthing, all my future orders will go to another company.

-Despite the restaurant being almost empty, we were stood waiting to be seated for ages. When the manager finally came to us, she was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Marched us to our table and threw the menus on the table and walked off. -As a result of the above, we weren’t told about any dishes not being available. Therefore, when we came to order, half of the dishes we wanted were either “not available” or “had run out”. -The restaurant was cold and dirty. I had to keep my coat on the entire time we were there. The windowsill next to our table was filthy and so were our water glasses. -The food was terrible. Our starters came out cold so we had to send them back. Our mains were fine but our dough balls were missing. -The waitress we had was very friendly and apologetic about the cold food and for the missing doughballs. She offered to take the starters off our bill, but when we paid we realised one starter had been left on. By this point we just wanted to get out so we paid it as it was and got out as fast as possible. Never ever coming here again!

Not gourmet bistro Michelin star stuff, but if you're hungry after a long day/night or have the munchies after a night out, then you can count on their portions for price 👌🏽

Ordered through deliveroo. Arrived very late and no one picked up the phone when I tried calling 3 times for an update on the food.

Was ten minutes late and status had been changed to delivered. Late I can handle but because it was do late it was stone cold, not good when I’m in a hotel.
