Probably the best experience that I had staff was so friendly, food was very tasty and the atmosphere was great

We dined in on a Saturday lunchtime and unfortunately we were in the restaurant for over two hours, however the staff were really apologetic and comped the bill for us. The manager came over to speak to us which we really appreciated, and our waitress was really friendly. The staff are always amazing at this pizza express every time we’ve been and the service is usually quicker so it definitely won’t put us off. The food was good as always :)

It was good, solid 8/10 food-wise. Not a lot of options regarding pizza though. Ice cream, salad and fizzy drink station 10/10. Server was very nice and explained the process thoroughly. Atmosphere was quiet mostly because I went during the day, when most kids are at school and most people are at work. Definitely would recommend.

So, after many, many orders from this store, with mixed feelings about service, sometimes good, Sometimes bad I've felt impartial to leave a review. Today is the day to leave a review. I orders via the app which is always great! But I had some special requests which you cannot ask for adjust on the app. I spoke with a chap called Tarin (I hope I've gotten that right) (train spelt differently) who fulfilled my requests And went above and beyond to make my takeaway, even better, thank you so much!

we had a really nice meal from papa pizza, have been ordering for around 2 years and nearly always good can't complain. Pizzas are lovely and the wraps are value for money
