Mr Pizza in Vale of White Horse

Been a loyal customer for over two years now , the past 3 months have gone down hill ! Customer service has really lowered it’s almost like they don’t care ahh more ! Safe to say i no longer will use me pizza wantage

Have ordered from here in the past and a bit hit and miss. Tried to order tonight online as before to find no card payment available or Apple Pay as advertised. Called shop to enquire and told need to order and tick pay on collection then call shop to pay as issue with card machine/ online payment. Fine, so I did that. When I rang to pay part of the order - the ice cream was not available and I was told if I did not make order to £10.00 then couldn’t deliver. I don’t like chocolate ice cream (only flavour out of the 5 online available) asked if could still deliver - no. While I do appreciate for delivery there needs to be a reasonable profit making margin and reason for delivery. I have just wasted at least 20 minutes of my time and feel the service was really unhelpful and I won’t be going through this process again.

I had a Salami Special from here last night. It was fantastic! The best pizza I've ever had in this country. A very pleasant surprise considering the location and unprepossessing look of the place. But well done, Mr Pizza!

Food arrived hot, well packaged and tasted really good - would highly recommend!

I have used the takeaway service before and not been satisfied with the kebab, I thought I would try the pizza but I found even less appetising. It was rubbery and short on toppings very disappointed and not what I expected.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed pizza and kebab, low quality and not that tasty in my option. I would not visit this takeaway again. Other places preferred in Wantage.

Took an hour and 20 minutes from order to arrival. Not impressed for a Tuesday night...

Absolutely rubbish, food was cold, oily and low quality (chicken nuggets looked like grey mush). When we complained was told to complain to just eat not Mr Pizza. Rubbish won’t go back. Also 3.50£ delivery charge when already spending over 15£. Bit extortionate.

No, just no! Badly burned chicken wings. Left under the heat lamp till charred. The Hawaiian pizza is a margarita pizza with a small handful of pineapple thrown on it. No ham. Cheesy bites along with the pizza were burned and hollow. Won’t order from here again!

Took nearly 2 hours to receive food after ordering! They didn’t read my request for extra toppings on my pizza and all the food was over cooked

Had to wait 30mins after we were told to collect as it wasn’t ready. Didn’t really taste great. Wasn’t worth the wait. They were busy. But couldn’t keep up with the demand.

Received a message that the order would be 20 minutes late, turned up 45 minutes late. They forgot the stuffed crust on the pizza and sent the wrong flavour ice cream. I didn't enjoy the pizza either, quality was poor for the price. That'll be my first and last order. Oh well, back to Dominoes.

D.Kebab is very average, in fact it is like rubber, Stick to a cheap pizza or real meat chicken kebab. On the plus side I do think this place is clean which is unusual for a local kebab takeaway. 6/10

Regularly order from Mr Pizza, delivery is usually earlier than expected, food always cooked well and are always happy to make little changes to toppings etc, highly recommend.

Normally great pizzas but this one the pizza arrived with all the toppings sliding down like it had been placed vertically in transit.

The pizzas were amazing, as always. Just don't like the obviously recooked chips! It's like eating plastic... you seem to have a problem in this area!!

awful pizza, cold, rubbery and tasteless, probably out of the freezer and reheated! Ordered through 'Just Eat'. It took over an hour to be delivered as the foreign delivery person said that he didn't understand the English speaking girl's directions! Rang to complain and said that they could take it away again and that we wanted a full refund which was refused! Told we had to go back through 'Just Eat' very bad customer service. No one takes responsibility these days!

Driver drove onto my garden, then shouted at me when I asked them to move it. Won't be using them again. (Insert multiple expletives here)

Food is OK, Pizza would be better if it was less greasy. Toppings are generous and it's cooked well though. Speedy delivery and in the limited interaction I've had with the staff they have always been friendly.
