Caprinos Pizza in Vale of White Horse

Thought we'd try something different to Dominos and stupidly thought we'd order from here. The food was late, stone cold when it finally came and then made worse by a delivery driver incapable of reading instructions. Pizza went straight in the bin and the dog had the cold, dry chips. Avoid unless absolutely desperate.

Pizza was so nice, could not see some of topping I ordered, lost in the pizza. Portion of wedges could be a bit more generous

Pizza did not arrive after an hour. I tried to call the number but my call was not picked up. I am very hungry and disappointed.

the meat was burn and I didn't enjoy. Not the first time I ordered and today it was not good

So the food was late by about 30 minutes...however it's Christmas Eve, busy time, lots of people ordering etc...so I do get it. Our fault for not thinking ahead and ordering earlier. Pizzas were absolutely top notch, very enjoyable experience. Will definitely order again. Thankyou and a very Merry Christmas

Unfortunately, second time that I’ve ordered a Hawaiian pizza and received it without any pineapple. The pizza was okay but I missed the pineapple, since that’s what I wanted to eat.

food arrived late and cold, was really disappointed, driver called me and went to the completely wrong place 20 minutes from my address and took ages to understand where my house was.

It have good food and the service is good too but the atmosphere its very small I have been in 3 of there restoration bit they only have like 2 or 3 tables.

Order wasnt 100% correct. Ordered thin crust got normal, ordered ranch dips and got garlic and herb. Was too tired to be dramatic about it but food ultimately was tasty!

It took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive, the lateness could be forgiven but the food was cold, the pizza was drowning in sauce and undercooked, we were missing the drink and dessert from the kids deal so I called them back and they said they would send it straight away, 2 hours after ordering it still hadn't shown up and by this time I couldn't even be bothered to chase it up. After 10pm, over 2 and a half hours after the original order, they arrived with the missing items but we'd already gone to bed so only realised they'd been because of the door camera. There is literally no point in ordering from there again, which is what will happen now.

This pizza was amazing! Thin, crispy crust, flavorful sauce, gooey cheese, and loaded with toppings. Every bite was a perfect blend of tangy, salty, and savory flavors. Highly recommend!

I ordered a deep pan pizza. I got a thin crust. I had specifically mentioned on delivery notes to make sure the delivery guy to not ring the doorbell but to ring on my number. He did the exact opposite. I am disappointed with this order.

But i was ordering from out of the area and didnt expect it to show up at the given ASAP time so no biggie. Driver was friendly and helpful, as was the employees on the phone when i called to check on progress.

Poor Poor Poor. Pizza base hardly cooked. ordered at 7.50pm arrived at 9.10pm when delivery was showing at 8.15pm.Thin Crust had no crust at all just soft uncooked dough inedible Dreadful.

Absolutely awful! I had to walk 5 minutes to meet the driver with my order, then he dropped the boxes on the floor!!!

Only one star as couldn’t leave Xero! A bone found on the pizza and the vases tasted like pancakes. The pizzas as a whole also just didn’t taste right. Seems as we have little takeaways that deliver as is then it’s disappointing when our limited choices are awful. Won’t be a returning customer.

Waited over an hour for our food. When it was delivered the fries had no lid on and had been dropped as half of them are currently on my front garden path. Cheese sauce all over the pizza box. Chicken strips cold. Driver also forgot the bottle of coke and had to go back for it. I phoned to complain and was told I would have a new order of fries and a pizza brought out to me. Well that was 1hour and 50 minutes ago and I have received nothing. I spent over £40 and I’m disgusted at the device I got. Will never order from them again. Awful.

Order arrived late. Driver handed over a pot of loaded fries with no lid on all messed up with cheese sauce all over the other boxes. Half of my fries were all over my garden path, so he clearly had dropped them. The chicken strips were barely warm and he didn’t deliver the bottle of come. He went back to get the coke. Do you know what, fair play to them. Consistently on time, No delivery charge and food is always 7/10 plus. Won’t give you heart palpitations in the middle of the night like some chains, isn’t scabby like one local one, doesn’t charge through the ring piece for a delivery like another one. Solid option, well done.

Unexpected deduction, nice! Free delivery, also nice. A good deal. But no box to include a tip for driver when paying which is nice too, if you can, in these hard times.

We were in a air bnb very remote on the outskirts of Wantage. No one would deliver. CAPRIONOS PIZZA offered delivery, called us to let it know it was on its way, followed the instructions & very polite. The food was also lush, far nicer pizza that "the global franchise" 😉 Local food, local hospitality, very reasonably priced..... highly recommended 👌

We’ve had 2 great takeaways from Caprinos in the past but unfortunately this evening wasn’t good. The food arrived 30 mins late and was cold. We had to call up 3 times to try and get an update on our order.

This is a joke. Hasn't even delivered ! Yet saying its been delivered. Never have issues before. Bit this definitely hasn't come, Getting really rather annoyed to be honest

Delivery driver was very polite!

Fives stars for the quality of the food. There was a mix up with our order but they reported it to us immediately, told what was happening. Then they followed this up with a courtesy call the following day. Things can go wrong in the best run establishments. It is only then that you find out how much they care about the clients...these guys care.

Amazing service, they was behind schedule but they kept me informed with the progress when my order was going to arrive. When they delivered the driver was very apologetic and gave him me some extra items for free for being a little late. Quality pizza, delivered at lightning speed. Even give out freebies sometimes if you're lucky, they love their customers!

Never had anything that's not been delicious! Much prefer these pizzas and sides than a lot of more expensive places, top food at great price!!
