Utterly disgusting. Got the order completely wrong. Interrupted me on the phone. Shouted. Rude. Would not accept liability. Never ordering again. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Apart from giving the wrong address 😅, the lady owner made sure the driver would delivery in the right place. Food came warm and, as always, delicious! 😋 Excellent As always!!!

We order regularly from this place: the food is delicious, the staff friendly, the overall quality great for a wee local place. They will also do pizzas exactly as you want them for fussy kids.....

We've ordered from Caprinos many times. Their pizza is so much better than just about every takeaway place we've tried before. Yes, sometimes it can take up to an hour to deliver but it's definitely worth the wait. Whenever we have friends or family over, and want a takeaway, we always suggest Caprinos pizza and haven't had any complaints yet....

Honestly love the pizza from Caprinos! 10x better than Dominos. Never greasy and always super tasty and hot. Hot wings are also really good! I would definitely recommend ordering from here...

We delivered an 18inch meat feast from here. It was delivered 20 minutes earlier than expected which was a bonus. It was piping hot and delicious and we ate far more of it than we should of. Between the two of us we demolished that pizza and some sides. Definitely go there again.....

Love Caprinos pizzas - absolute delicious. Sadly this time they had a new driver who drove to a wrong village then phoned me asking where my house was, he’s by a bush 🤯. NOT the restaurant’s fault at all and at an hour past delivery time as the driver still hadn’t arrived I phoned the restaurant and they kindly did me a fresh order. I’m a little perplexed as to why the original driver didn’t read my postcode but thank you Caprinos for replacing the order, it was delicious ❤️

Ordered the large family deal as have a lot of boys always order myself something else as fussy with pizza but this was fantastic!! In fact everything was top notch from the stuffed mushrooms chicken salad pizza and service ....will use in future....

Scammer don’t share you card details over the phone always pay them via Just eat and HMRC has been reported for VAT Evasion and staff is rude when asked why order cancelled without reason on JUST EAT when order was paid via JUST EAT and they want paid over the phone. Scam alert 🚨

Scammers don’t give your cards details over the phone avoid reporting to HMRC not paying VAT and canceled the order when just eat prepaid they only accept order if you pay over the phone

Good quality and quick delivery

I ordered pizzas from this place multiple times but have always received fewer toppings than expected. I previously chose not to leave a review, but the consistent disappointment led me to do so. The pizzas often have so few toppings that they resemble garlic bread. Very disappointed.

I paid £7 for this. I counted 13 wedges. very average mediocre pizza. On top of that when I asked for garlic dip I was told it would be 50p. First and last time I go there. Never again. £7 for 4 tiny slices and 13 wedges is insane.

Ordered delivered item missing phoned for refund staff was argumentative and rude accused us of lying she cooked herself but never received was going to look at CCTV to prove to herself it was sent 20 min later no call phoned back for the refund if item missing and refused would only deliver chicken strips we explicitly no longer wanted as we had already eaten the dinner and smply wanted refund which was refused and hung up and expects us to take items they left off the order in error and refused to refund and hung up. The operations of this business is rude and unethical! We have been a customer for 5 years, never again!!!!!!

I can honestly say that the Paneer Pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had! It was delicious and such a great addition to the vegetarian menu, while still being a high protein meal. Well done, Caprinios!

My food was on the verge of being really burnt but otherwise ok.

Driver got lost and went to the wrong house. He called and said he was outside. In perfect English. I told him o was stood by the driveway and no one had driven past me, and he was In the wrong place. Then all of a sudden he didn’t speak English. Eventually got the food and it was horrible. The sides were ok, but the pizza wasn’t tasty at all.

Forgot my ice cream, but we're really lovely and dropped it in a bit later. Thank you

Rude Manager.! Hung up on me because she didn't like my complaint. Ordered pizzas for them to be wrong and then also noticed missing drink called up and they were adamant they were right and I was lying even with me having photo evidence. Only my second time ordering from here first time was great hence why ordering again, but after tonight will AVOID and wouldn't recommend at all.

When arrived the pizzas and chips were cold not able to eat either kids and looked like it was chucked about drinks was like water ! I would like a refund ! I had to chuck it in the bin your lucky I didn’t put this over social media

Driver could not find the address so I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to direct him before having to walk to find him. Very apologetic afterwards but the food was cold because he was unable to find my home. This was despite having clear delivery instructions, full address and postcode.

Such friendly staff! I paid then realised I forgot to add extra sauce to my order, so called up and offered to pay the difference on delivery - they wouldn’t accept the money. A good gesture they absolutely didn’t have to make.
