Caprinos Pizza in Vale of White Horse

Rude Manager.! Hung up on me because she didn't like my complaint. Ordered pizzas for them to be wrong and then also noticed missing drink called up and they were adamant they were right and I was lying even with me having photo evidence. Only my second time ordering from here first time was great hence why ordering again, but after tonight will AVOID and wouldn't recommend at all.

This is our favourite pizza in Faringdon. Pizza is well baked and tasty including the curly fries. Delivery service was great too 😃

When arrived the pizzas and chips were cold not able to eat either kids and looked like it was chucked about drinks was like water ! I would like a refund ! I had to chuck it in the bin your lucky I didn’t put this over social media

The manager had called me she was very polite and apologetic about the mess up the night before and put in a free Fanta lemon lovely women and happy with the outcome

It can be a hit or miss when ordering through them. Staff have not been too helpful when you call to complain.

The menu says fries. But the chips are not fried but oven cooked. So not fries... they taste like cheap oven cooked chips.

Delicious and good quality. The ham was a little mushy but to be expected for a take out pizza!

Driver could not find the address so I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to direct him before having to walk to find him. Very apologetic afterwards but the food was cold because he was unable to find my home. This was despite having clear delivery instructions, full address and postcode.

came to leave a review. ordered pizza over the phone. Stated no onion. the person on the other end ready my order back to me confirming no onion. pizza came with onion.

Such friendly staff! I paid then realised I forgot to add extra sauce to my order, so called up and offered to pay the difference on delivery - they wouldn’t accept the money. A good gesture they absolutely didn’t have to make.

Was meant to come with an estimated of 1945-2015 but got told once asked that the food should be here around 9pm.. first time that i am disappointed with the delivery ..

My food was rubbish! The chicken was very dry, also very pink, i phoned the shop to explain id be given pink chicken and my 8 month old daughter had eaten and they didn’t have a care in the world!

Just moved to Faringdon and ordered from here for the first time last night and I'll definitely be a regular Pizza arrived really quickly and was hot as if it had just come out the oven. Really tasty and price was reasonable! Highly recommend!

Food was cold. chips taste old ordered a make your own pizza not realising the personalised size is small then small wouldn’t even feed a mouse and it cost £8.99 rip-off never order from you again

Just wow! Am house sitting for a friend in the country and didn't expect anyone to deliver, let alone to the quality of food here. Every part of the meal, the delivery, the whole interaction was on point perfect. I'd certainly order again, and wish they were local to me at home. Thank you so much!

Pizza is perfect but chips portion was small

They need to understand their own topping options. Gave me ketchup sachets instead of tomato puree so I had what was an overcooked cheesy garlic bread instead of a pizza. Strange.

Absolute disgrace. We placed a delivery order and it was cancelled an hour later as they had no driver. Be warned.

Easy order Ming process via Just Eats. Arrived in the window they advised which was longer than we would have liked but appreciate its Saturday so pretty likely busy. The pizza was delicious and hot. Delivery driver was polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to order again from this company.

Was in the area waiting for a work job to finish. Plenty of other fast food and pizza places in the village to choose from. But the pizzas looked good on the website. Went in and ordered a 15" BBQ Sizzler pizza. The staff were great and the pizza was awesome. Loved it and would def recommend.

Very poor quality pizza, no longer offering 18” but selling 15” for the same price. The pizza arrived on time but looked terrible. We used to like this place a lot but we won’t be ordering from here again. Total waste of money!!!

Delivery was delayed but the restaurant let us know right away and once we got the new delivery time, it was brought to us within that window. It was absolutely delicious as per usual, nice and hot, excellent quality, great portion sizes and just all around very, very yummy!

food was a little bit late. but it didn't matter, driver was very apologetic and there was no need honestly, its snowing outside and roads are shut so I applaud all delivery drivers at this time of year

Paid £15 inc delivery for one pizza and dip, something I could have got from the supermarket for less than £5. Really poor. Ready made base, lack of toppings, not impressed. Won’t be ordering again.

Food was on time but very poor. Ready made base, lack of topping - paid three times the amount I would have done for something shop bought that would have been better quality. Won’t be buying from here again unfortunately.

Update November 2022 - Back to dried out pizza that doesn't taste good unfortunately. Chicken tenders also tasted weird, so much so I just binned them. Prices have also gone up substantially. With the new Dominos coming I hoped they would up their game but this was very bad. Dont think I'll use them again now. Update June 2022 - Much improved since my last review, good quality pizza and sides, hope they keep it up! May 2019 - Really gone downhill. Order finally arrived 2 hours after being placed. Called them 70 mins after placing order, told "just come out of the oven". When it still hadn't arrived 30 after that, I called again, again told the same lie "just come out of the oven". I called them on it this time and said "I only live a couple of mins drive from the shop, what is going on?". Told would be 5 mins. Arrived after another 15 min wait. Driver was apologetic but it's not good enough. If you can't keep the deal then just be honest. Pizza was warm but dried out. Not impressed at all, used to be good.
