This place is shocking 😲! Needs shuting down! Orderd x2 pizzas when they first opened and waited 40 mins while waiting in the shop. Whist waiting the woman making the pizza had her child in the kitchen running around putting her hands in customer's orders eating food from the top of the pizza whist throwing her toys on the worktops. No PPE used, no hair nets, gloves etc. Would Not recommend. Can't fault the young boy at the front taking the orders, was rushed off his feet whilst the woman at the back was just taking her time, on her phone texting etc.

Order 3 kebab and chips and 2 pizza when arrive pizza was hot shame can’t be said about the kebab was cold. Phone to speak to them got told can’t do anything as boss not in. Pop into the shop to speak to the boss but wasn’t back yet so start to speak to manger but he was rude as hell. The boss came back to the shop and was being rude thought it was joke and lieing about the cold food was laughing in my face about it. Even had cheek to say if you want hot don’t put salad on the kebab. I live less than 5 min away so food shouldn’t have been cold. And there no way putting salad on hot food will make food cold. It was never about getting money back about food not up normal standards. Say the least I will never order from then again They need to work on the customer service skill big time

Comida ordenada, solo una hamburguesa y papas fritas, nada complicado. Una hora y media después, todavía esperando la comida. Los llamamos para que nos dijeran que la comida estaba saliendo de las instalaciones. Vivimos a 5 minutos y la comida aún no había llegado 25 minutos después de la llamada telefónica. ! ¡Volví a llamar para que me informaran que el conductor acababa de salir de la tienda! ! Nunca más vuelva a usar este impactante lugar. ¡Es una pena que no puedas dejar una calificación de 0 estrellas! !

Hicimos nuestro pedido a las 6:44 pm para dos pizzas de 12 pulgadas. Dijeron que las pizzas llegarían a las 7:30 p.m. A las 7:45 pm no había pizzas, así que los llamamos para que nos avisaran a 10 minutos.  8 pm, todavía no hay pizza. Volví a llamarlos para que les dijeran que el conductor ya se iba. Ten en cuenta que había 2. 5 millas desde el llevar a nuestro hotel.  5 llamadas telefónicas más tarde, la pizza finalmente llegó a las 8:47, más de 2 horas después de nuestro pedido. No hubo disculpa o descuento dado. El conductor admitió venir desde más lejos, así que no sé si tienen otra sucursal. . . Es seguro decir que la pizza estaba fría y muy decepcionante. No lo recomendariamos. Muy mal servicio y servicio al cliente. No volverá a ordenar desde allí.

Started off really god had no problem with them then suddenly they started to go down hill. They accept card payments but when you ring for a delivery and ask to pay by card they try getting you to pay cash. Then you are waiting for 2 hours for your delivery. Not ordered from them since and now go somewhich else if we decide to order a pizza.

Orders a pizza from their website at 6pm email receipt said delivery at 7.14 ok it's a Saturday night I'll allow that. At 7.20pm I called to ask where my delivery was to be told it would be leaving the shop in 5mins . I only live down the road so thought ok . At 7.45pm I called again this time to be told it would be 10mins I explained I was told 10mins 25mins ago and was then told the driver had had a crash . When I said they has my phone number they could have called me i would have cone and got it he told me they where very busy and he hadn't even thought about calling me! I explained it was a £30 order and I had 3 hungry children and wasbt very happy having to wait 2 hours for a pizza I wanted some of my money back he refused point blank and said the order would be with me in 5 mins ..... another 15mins and the orders arrived! Wrong! And swimming in grease! Since when does a TEXAN BBQ pizza come with jalapenos and pepperoni?... infact what I had was a meat feast. Safe to say what a waste of £30 and I will certainly not be using teberyis ever again! Do not waste your money people. Shocking customer service!

Fantastic pizza! Even better when collected. Like most home delivery fast food places it’s hit or miss whether it’s hot or cold depending on what position you get on the delivery round. Highly recommended that you collect but either way top pizza.

So my last review was less than kind but it has changed its well quick all hot and never greasy anymore so glad they made changes

Never had a bad Pizza here. Friendly staff. Good menu. Some nice deals. Parking near by. Roberto's has been around for a few years so that says a lot.

Dont bother the food is full of grease like really dripping with grease. I understand its for fast food but i dont want it coverwd in oil. Just my opinion others may vary

I'm very disappointed as my kids are waiting for there dinner and u are 30-45 minutes late and you going to so nothing about it brilliant u used to be good nd quick as used to use u all the time now I won't be so hope ur happy losing a customer because ur late delivering food late and not doing nothing about it

Garlic sticks were soggy and dripping in grease, chips had seen better days and tasted like they were a few days old, pizza weren't cut right with some slices being VERY small in both length and width. Very poor performance from them tonight!!

DISGUSTING!!! Delivery time 9pm.. I rung the restaurant at 9.18 and person I spoke to was rude. I was told 'it's busy nothing I can do about it'. Delivery arrived 9.29. Missing items and took an extra 35 minutes for them to be delivered.. will NEVER order from robertos again

Awful customer service, We ordered at 6.20 and didn't receive food until 8.30, we rung up on 3 occasions and they said it would take another 10 minutes. So discount or refund when the food finally turnt up 2 hours later cold, wasn't even worth the wait, Waste of money and time. Will not be ordering from there again.

Last two orders were wrong. Offered a free pizza that was wrong. gave them benefit of doubt and that order was wrong. How can you get a seafood pizza with no seafood three times LOL!!

It's a shame the pizza took so long (1hr35) but I guess they were busy. It was delicious, cheap and worth the wait!

The thin crust wasn't thin. It was like the outer crust was cut off a deep pan hence the 4 stars. It tasted good and was delivered early.

Honestly the best pizza I've ever had, Delicious and cooked to perfection. Fast delivery especially for a Saturday night and friendly service. I Highly recommend.

Delivered in great time and quality was awesome!

This pizza place offers a buy one get one free but that is not the reason we use it. The pizzas are amazing. The quality is consistent, the staff are always helpful and friendly. There is sometimes a little wait for delivery but that is down to the busyness of the place I think. Must try these pizzas!

Ordered just before 6:30pm and the original deliver time was an hour (7:30) and then it went up 10 minutes. When it got to 8pm I called them (had to Google them as no number listed on Justeat) and they said order had just left and would be 10 minutes. Arrived about 8:30! Admittedly the pizzas and nachos were awesome so worth the wait but 2 hours is ridiculous :(
