It’s been over an hour since I placed my order and my food hasn’t arrived yet, however the app has submitted that my food has been delivered just fine. I cannot judge the quality of the food because I don’t even have it yet but the delivery time has been very very poor.

If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. My first ever visit to Andover's Papa Johns, I enjoyed my pizza, my cousin did too. We didn't preorder, so we visited but waited outside for 15 minutes as requested. Atmosphere, well, low, but I will be revisiting soon to up date

I usually really like Papa Johns, not this time. Ordered the £29.99 2 Large pizzas, 2 sides and a drink. Man it was awful, everything seemed undercooked. The side options were very limited, so ended up choosing one side of vegan chicken nuggets which were slimy. Even the garlic bread was poor.

I don’t have my order, I was waiting for too long and what? I don’t have a pizza and I don’t have a money now. I’ll never order there again.

I ordered from here and asked for a Vegan pizza, side and drink and a little tub of dairy-free Ben and Jerry’s ice cream - remember this little tub of ice-cream, it is very important to our tale. The order took over an hour to arrive, once it did the wrong dip was in my pizza box; pizza didn’t have the specified BBQ to having bothered ordering it (but fine I put my own on instead …) I was having an okay meal until I got to my dessert - the part I was most happy to get to … and low and behold, it is the dairy version of the ice-cream. Now this 100ml tiny tub of ice-cream wasn’t cheap it was almost £4, so I thought ok I don’t want to bother but I’m going to have to ring up. They were originally lovely on the phone, clarified the door number and my requirements. All good, I wait for the right order to come. The delivery driver knocks on my door, and hands me the right order I thank him profusely. All is well until he asks for the original ice-cream of which I had already put out in the bin (having not been told on the phone that it was a necessity to hand back, having worked in hospitality before I know that they legally cannot resell this anyway) I say to the driver that I’ll be happy to show him the original to prove that I am not cheating them out of any product. The driver then asks me to phone the branch back to tell them. Bit strange, I think, but I’m a nice person, so I do this. I get handed over to three different people who argue with me about this. One even outright lying and saying that I had been told to keep the ice-cream and hand it back to the driver (I had absolutely not been told this). I am now in absolute disbelief as the store manager comes onto the phone, and asks me why I would put it in the bin. I remind him that it was THEM who got various parts of my order wrong (very important dietary requiring parts might I add) and that I cannot help the fact that the ice cream is now in the bin, it cannot be sold again so in no way should it handed back to them anyway! The store manager tells me I HAVE to now give the ice-cream I have just been given … the one I had paid for in the first place BACK to the driver. I am dumbfounded, and tell him that I cannot give him back an ice-cream that has already gone into the bin; it is not my fault nobody mentioned to me that this defrosted warm ice-cream had to be handed back; and that it is not my fault nobody gave me the correct order. I tell him that the ice cream is already with me in the house and that nigh them breaking into my house to take it back how can I help? He then tells me to keep the ice cream and hangs up. Completely unnecessary. Had the order been edible for me I wouldn’t have even bothered ringing up to ask for a replacement in the first place. And all of this over a tiny 100ml tub of vegan ben n jerrys. Absurd. Please find a picture of the ice cream from the bin and the correct one which was sent to me. Which I thank the delivery driver and staff for doing. The other part and customer service following and how the staff treated me was completely uncalled for. Have a bit more care for orders, clarify your policy when you speak to a customer on the phone who needs an order rectified and maybe you won’t have people having to call up in first place having to ask for their ACTUAL ORDER or leave bad reviews.

Worst pizza ever. Hardly any beef on. Order small Mexican pizza. 6 small pieces of beef on if lucky. Phoned to complain then manager said that is how it is and put the phone in my ear. Also work with food, toucing food but no gloves on. Disgusting.

Papa John's food is pretty great, but if I were them, I'd use another delivery service than Just Eat.

Ordered food at 1802, out of the over by 1820, delivered almost 1900, a good 10 mins after the tracker said it was delivered, pizza was warm, chicken was basically cold, garlic bread maybe warm. It was probably really nice when it was piping hot but sadly was a long way from that when delivered

Can’t even be bothered to write the review. Let’s just say, no refund when the food was inedible. Don’t order direct with them like i did. Go just eat or deliveroo, at least you have comeback for poor service. See soggy con-caved boxes

Unfortunately, the Andover branch has gone rather down hill. Pizzas always used to be hot and fresh, now it seems they have been left under a hot light for too long and they're now served with leathery cheese lukewarm. This is my third such pizza, won't be ordering from them again.

Sorry to say but that's the first and last time I'll be having pizza from here. Opened the dip and it had gone off. Partner opened his but I told him in time and it totally put him off eating anymore. I ate half of mine and it wasn't great at all. I'd complain to the company but it looks like people on here already have and not gotten anywhere so I just won't go again

Placed a order that I had never received very disappointed and wasted money

So we have 4 take away pizza restaurants in Andover. Dominos, pizza hut, Papa John's and capprinnos.All I have ordered from and only 2 days would order from again. Dominos which is good but Papa John's for me wins. The reason for this is it's a bit cheaper, the sides are great ( cheese and bacon loaded potato tots for the win). The pizza it's self is great. The crust is great and the toppings I love. The Philly pizza is great although could do with more steak in my opinion. The garlic butter is not great compared the dominos garlic and herb dip which is miles better what you get with the pizza. All in all just passes dominos just about. Change your dip and add a bit more toppings and you win hands down Papa John's Andover. Also staff are nice.

Cold pizza with no cheese on it!! just soggy cold dough and a few toppings

Just had the worst pizza I think I have ever had. I didn't expect it to be amazing as it is PAPA JOHNS but I expected it not to taste and smell like week old greese. There was so much extra greese in the box it created a pond of it under what I can only describe as soggy and disgusting. I imagine the location it was cooked in to be a minus five for food hygeine.

I had a mistake with an order a point blanky refused to help, making me call back 3 times at my own expense to get any sort of answer. Escalating via their online channels did not any more than calling them directly. Same as a lot of companies these days, its all about the quick buck rather than customer experience or retention. Really disappointing

Decided to have a change from usual pizzeria and orderd 2 pizza's for £22 each for collection from here, easily worst pizza I've ever had! The comparison of menu picture to what was actually received I wish I could display here, the philly cheese steak pizza was lucky if it had 5 pieces of steak on it and a layer of cheese was practically non-existent, a pizza should be judged by when you take a bite how far you have to pull it to stretch and break the cheese, none of that with these pizza's and other than the cheese and tomato your lucky if every slice has a topping on... Will never order from here again!! Better pizza to be had at Asda for £3...

There was so much BBQ sauce on the top of this pizza it was actually inedible. Totally overpowering and it was all you could taste. Had this pizza several times before and always been amazing but this time it was awful

Never received my food and no contact from papa John's. I tried calling multiple times and no answer, went through all avenues on the just eat app and still no reply I have been charged £20 for this. Its unacceptable

I have always had a good experience with papa John’s, unfortunately my experience this evening from the Andover branch Weyhill road was completely disappointing. Not only were the quality of the jalapeño bites and potato tots awful, but the customer service from our delivery courier was appalling. We did not appreciate how rude he was because of accidentally typing the last digit of the house number incorrectly. Not only do I expect a friendly service but I certainly do not appreciate nor should I ever expect to be spoken in such a manner. This has definitely tainted any future custom. I will certainly never be coming back to this establishment. I could have bought a pizza from Tesco’s and it would have been better than this

It's alright, not very healthy but the cheese is delicious.

Made the order and paid but the restaurant couldn't find it. They didn't care. Just didn't turn up. Had to seek refund via Just Eat. Will never order Papa Johns again. Not the first time this has happened.

So figured would order the 2 for Tuesday on pizza and side deal which is normally great. Except I have to redo my order 3 or 4 times because the login process is a nightmare! Then one of my sides gets left of the order so I get a call back saying, can they take additional payment for the other side (which was originally part of buy one get one free) disgusting service...if it wasn't for the extensive wait for a refund i wouldn't bother, certainly won't again.

Thought we would change it up from Dominoes, definetly wont be ordering from here again. Pizza was delivered warm at best. (always hot when delivered by dominoes) pizza had hardly any toppings and generally was not enjoyable, most if it ended up in the bin. I called to.comolain and was told i needed to contact head office, i pointed out rhe webaite states the exact opposite and was told i would recieve a call back from the manager manager.....over 4.5 houra later no callback.

Pizza arrived cold and late after it was delivered to someone else’s address. The manager Sonu doesn’t agree that they’ve done anything wrong. Photos included of the address on the confirmation and the address on the delivered box… Sonus suggestion was that we should age answered the door at the first address… belonging to someone else… across town…

Restaurant rang me to let me know one of my selections was unavailable and offered an alternative. The food was excellent I was very impressed

So we were travelling home, wanted food, but didn't want the hassle of ordering when we got home as we needed to unpack. We tried the "specify delivery time" and to be fair, it was within 1-2 minutes of the time we specified! They usually have a good discount code on the web, and the food always arrives hot. So far, never had a bad pizza from here, and converted from the in town franchise!

The restaurant told us the order didn’t come Through from just eat. Called them when 30 mins late and they hadn’t even started it. They dealt with it well from then on.

The pizza was cold and filled with salt, after connecting them about they hang up the phone on me and said it’s not there problem, both the manager and the guy who answer the phone.

Ordered a pizza today which came cold and has a lot of salt, rang them for a replacement or refund and the manager basically was not interested he put the down on me, these guys are so unprofessional and has no customer service.

Staff don't care about getting your order right or even rectifying after it's been delivered. Got told they were too busy. Pizza was on the wrong base and was missing a topping. Won't be ordering from them again.
